When guns are stored securely, locked and unloaded, communities and children are safer. I was proud to announce that following my call, @NYCSchools will distribute vital resources from the Biden Administration on how to safely secure firearms and save lives.

E-scooters and e-bikes are crucial to NYC’s economy, but the lithium-ion batteries that power them have had deadly consequences. I convened a roundtable with @FDNYFC, City Council members, and experts to discuss efforts to crack down on modified batteries and keep NYers safe.
