Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the gaming machine shown in the drawings; the gaming machine has generally parallel side walls, and top, bottom and rear walls extending generally at right angles to the side walls; outside edges of a front wall extend downwardly and curve gradually forwards in a smooth curve from the top wall to a forward edge of the front wall, the outside edges of the front wall then extend rearwards from the forward edge and then curve downwardly and rearwards to the bottom wall; a first panel extends across most of the width of the front wall and a second panel extends across the front wall spaced a short distance beneath the first panel; the second panel has a recessed generally rectangular inner surface and generally rectangular areas situated along the sides of the recessed inner surface, a third pair of narrow adjacent generally rectangular panels extend across the front wall at an obtuse angle to each other are situated adjacent the forward edge of the front wall.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is an isometric view of the design for the gaming machine;Fig. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; andFig. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.The broken lines in the drawings do not form part of the design.
