Abstract

La surveillance d'un gisement d'effluents souterrain et son exploration sont conduits en installant différents appareils ou modules utilisateurs : des ensembles de réception tels que des géophones ou hydrophones, des capteurs d'état, des outils nécessitant une alimentation électrique etc, à des emplacements différents le long d'un ou de plusieurs puits forés jusque dans une formation, derrière des tubes (casings) servant à cuveler ces puits ou bien encore dans l'espace annulaire entre ces tubes et des tubings de production, et en reliant ces appareils à une station de surface, par un ensemble de transmission multi-voies particulier simple et fiable. La station de surface est capable d'adapter ses commandes en fonction de l'appareil à commander en retour, de recevoir tous les signaux qu'ils transmettent, qu'ils soient analogiques ou bien numérisés et codés, et de s'adapter à plusieurs modes d'allocation des voies de transmission. Avec un tel système, on peut conduire des opérations de surveillance de longue durée à grande échelle dans des conditions économiques satisfaisantes. Application à la surveillance d'un gisement pétrolifère par exemple.
