La présente invention concerne notamment une surface hautement spécifique pour réactions biologiques, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un support présentant en surface au moins une couche essentiellement compacte d'un composé organique présentant, à l'extérieur de la couche, un groupement exposé comportant une double liaison éthylénique ayant une affinité pour un type de molécule à activité biologique dans certaines conditions de réaction, les autres éléments de la couche étant essentiellement non accessibles pour lesdites molécules dans lesdites conditions de réaction.
