Abstract

A regulator for regulating outlet pressure of a fluid contained in a tank (112) includes first (114) and second (116) pistons. The first piston (114) is biased in a first direction and is movable against the bias (126) when exposed to pressure in the tank (112). The second piston is biased in a second direction away from an end of the first piston (114), and the second piston (116) is movable against the bias (136) when exposed to the outlet pressure. The ends of the first (114) and second (116) pistons are separated by a first distance to allow the fluid to flow out of the tank (112), and the ends of the first (114) and second (116) pistons are positioned closer together than the first distance to inhibit flow out of the tank (112) when the outlet pressure reaches a threshold.
