Abstract
In a real-estate property transaction Secure Sale Real-estate Transaction Default Insurance is an insurance product, which is designed to protect real-estate property purchasers and real-estate property vendors from an interruption, delay or cancellation in their transaction to buy or sell a real-estate property.
The Secure Sale Real-estate Transaction Default Insurance will ensure that the money required to fund and complete the real-estate property transaction are available. Both the vendor and purchaser qualify for this insurance plan.

Description
Disclosure It is quite common that in many real-estate transactions there is a possibility that one of the parties to the purchase and sale contract may default and as a result cause undue financial hardship and expense to the other party as well as to themselves. We have found that these disadvantages may be overcome by providing an insurance product to both parties in the event of an interruption, delay or cancellation to a real-estate transaction.
Claims (2)
1. Secure Sale Real-estate Transaction Default Insurance is an insurance product designed to protect real-estate property purchasers and real-estate property vendors from an interruption, delay or cancellation in their transaction to buy or sell a real-estate property.
2. The insurance product as defined in claim 1, if exercised will ensure that the money required to fund and complete the real-estate property transaction are available.
