Abstract
The invention relates to a method for the production of a medical container, wherein at least one part of the container is formed into a tool from a plastic material. The part of the container is flushed with a gas during the removal process from the tool.
Claims (29)
1. A method for manufacturing and/or handling a highly pure object (6), with which the highly pure object (6) during a handling procedure is shielded from the surroundings by way of a fluid flowing around or enveloping it.
2. A method according to claim 1, with which with regard to the object (6) it is the case of an object (6) thermoformed in a tool (2, 4) and wherein the object (6) during the entire removal procedure from the tool (2, 4) is shielded from the surroundings by the fluid flowing around it.
3. A method according to claim 1 or 2, with which the object is a part of a medical receptacle (6) or is a medical receptacle (6).
4. A method according to claim 1, with which the fluid which flows around the object (6) is a gas, in particular air or filtered air.
5. A method according to one of the preceding claims, with which the fluid which flows around the object (6) is conditioned air.
6. A method according to one of the preceding claims, with which the fluid which flows around the object (6) is ionized air.
7. A method according to one of the preceding claims, with which the fluid which flows around the object (6) at least as a constituent contains a germicidal fluid or gas.
8. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 7, with which the enveloping of the object (6) with the fluid begins when the object (6) is still located in the tool (2, 4).
9. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 8, with which the removal of the object (6) from the tool (2, 4) is effected by machine in a defined manner.
10. A method according to claim 9, with which the object (6) is removed from the tool (2, 4) by way of a robot (10) and simultaneously is separated from the tool (2, 4) by way of an ejector arranged in the tool (2, 4).
11. A method according to claim 9 or 10, with which the removal of the object (6) from the tool (2, 4) is effected with a low initial speed.
12. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 11, with which the removal of the object (6) from the tool (2, 4) is effected before the complete cooling.
13. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 12, with which the removal of the object from the tool (2, 4) is effected by a robot (10), and at least one nozzle (8) is arranged on the robot (10) through which the fluid flows around the object (6).
14. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 13, with which nozzles (8) for enveloping the object (6) with the fluid are arranged in at least one part (2) of the tool.
15. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 14, with which the tool (2, 4) has a surface which is treated in a manner such that it has a minimal adhesion.
16. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 15, with which the object (6), additionally to the enveloping by the fluid, is surrounded by a protective bell (14) directly on removal from the tool (2, 4).
17. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 16, with which an automatic or semi-automatic further processing follows the removal of the object (6) from the tool (2, 4).
18. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 17, with which the shielding of the object (6) removed from the tool (2, 4) by way of the enveloping fluid it is also maintained with subsequent handling and/or processing steps.
19. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 18, with which the enveloping of the object (6) removed from the tool (2, 4) by the fluid is used for the rapid cooling of the object (6).
20. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 19, with which the enveloping of the object (6) removed from the tool (2, 4) by the fluid is used for slow cooling.
21. A method according to one of the preceding claims, with which the object (6) is joined together or assembled with further components.
22. A method according to one of the preceding claims, with which the object (6) is a receptacle which is joined together or assembled with further components and/or filled and closed.
23. A method according to one of the preceding claims, with which at least individual method steps take place in a controlled surroundings of Class 1000 or lesser purity.
24. A method according to one of the claims 2 to 23, with which a siliconization of the object (6) is effected directly after removal of the object (6) from the tool (2, 4).
25. A method according to one of the preceding claims, with which the enveloping fluid is used for influencing the surface properties of the object (6).
26. A method according to claim 25, with which the enveloping fluid is used for curing and/or drying a surface coating.
27. A device for handling a highly pure object (6), with which at least one nozzle (6) for the discharge of a fluid is arranged on a handling 32~
means (10) in a manner such that the fluid flows around an object (6) located in the handling means (10).

28. A device according to claim 27, with which the handling means is a robot arm (10) with a gripper means (12), wherein the at least one nozzle (26) is arranged in the vicinity of the gripper means (12).
29. A device according to claim 27 or 28, with which furthermore a protective shield (14) at least partly covering the fluid flowing out is arranged on the handling means (10).
