Abstract

具有整合的液力驱动模块和四轮驱动的液力混合车辆及其运行方法
技术领域
本发明针对液力混合车辆技术,尤其针对其传动系。
背景技术
近年来,作为改善燃油经济性和减小大量车辆运行中的环境污染的途径,混合车辆技术获得很大的重视。混合一词的使用,关系到使用两种或更多的动力源以向车辆提供驱动力的车辆。例如,现有的混合电力车辆用一内燃机向发电机提供动力,而发电机则又发电,贮存在电池或蓄电池中。以后,在需要时就使用所贮存的动力,以驱动联接在车辆的传递系上的电动机。
由于较大的燃料节约潜力,以及比混合电力车辆小的对环境的冲击,混合液力车辆的研发也获得重视。由于本发明是针对混合液力技术的创新和改进,在该处涉及混合车辆或混合技术,故可以认为,除非另外指出,所涉及的特别针对液力混合。
混合车辆可以大体分成两类,即并联混合车辆和串联混合车辆。并联混合车辆是采用或多或少传统的内燃机、变速器和驱动装置的车辆,而液力部件则是并排地工作。例如,图1示出通常称为发射辅助车辆100。用钢丝骨架示出所示的部件的车辆100包括一内燃机102、一变速器104、一驱动轴106、差速器108、驱动桥110和驱动车轮112,这些都可以在传统的车辆中找到。不过,车辆100还包括一在此情况下联接至驱动轴106上的液压泵/马达114和高、低压液力蓄能器116、118。
液压泵/马达是这样一个装置,当它在采用来自高压液体源的液体向输出轴输送旋转力的时候,就起着马达的作用。另一方面,如果从外源作用以旋转力以转动轴时,该装置则可以作为泵来使用,将液体从低压液体源泵送至高压液体源。
在正常运行时,车辆100按与传统车辆类似的方式工作。不过,当车辆的操作人员要刹车时,泵/马达114就联接至驱动轴106上,从而驱动轴106的旋转就提供能量从低压蓄能器118中抽取液体,并用高压将液体泵送至高压蓄能器116。泵/马达114按这种方式的结合在驱动轴上产生阻力,后者传送至驱动轮112上,使车辆变慢。这样,正在行走的车辆的一部分动能就被回收,并作为压力液压液体被贮存。当车辆100从停车被拖开或加速时,泵/马达114再次联接至驱动轴106上,同时泵/马达114被切换成马达模式,其中,压力液体驱动泵/马达114,后者又向驱动轴106添加旋转能或转矩。这样,泵/马达就按这两种模式被使用,使得要不然会在车辆的制动器中由于摩擦而损失的能量得以贮存,并在以后释放,以辅助车辆100加速。
按照另一并联的混合方案,用车辆的内燃机驱动泵,以高压将液体泵送至一蓄能器中。这在车辆以稳速巡驶的期间进行,或者另外需要比内燃机在以其最有效的负载工作时能提供的能量少的能量。
已经知道,在机动车辆中使用的内燃机要求有一超过车辆的一般需要的最大输出能力,因为这种车辆有时需要有远远超过一般动力输出的动力输出水平。例如,在从停车加速或超车等时,需要有比车辆以稳速巡驶的期间多得多的动力。
通过采用内燃机的剩余能力来驱动液体泵,内燃机上的负载可以加大至一内燃机以高的燃料效率水平工作的状态,而剩余的能量则作为压力液体被贮存。再有,作为压力液体被贮存的能量以后可在车辆的动力要求超过内燃机的最大有效输出的期间,用于补充给内燃机。这一方案可以用一与图1所示的相似的构造来实施,其中,单个的泵/马达114用于提供所有的泵送和汽车行驶功能,或者可以提供第二个液压泵,它仅仅构造成被结合在内燃机102上,以用于将液体泵送至高压蓄能器116中。
其它的并联的混合构形在本领域中是已知的,此处不再详细讨论。
串联的混合车辆在车辆的内燃机和驱动轮之间没有直接的机械连接。它们不使用如同参考并联的混合车辆所描述的变速器或驱动轴。在串联的混合车辆中,一液压泵直接联接至车辆的内燃机的曲轴上。内燃机的所有能量输出都用于将液体从一低压蓄能器泵送至一高压蓄能器。一第二泵/马达联接至车辆的驱动轮上,并且被来自高压蓄能器的压力液体驱动。在这种车辆中,内燃机可以在选择提供最大效率和燃油经济性的负载和速度上工作,而不考虑车辆本身的经常变化的速度。
并联的和串联的混合车辆的构造和运行在下列参考文献中作了描述:美国专利NO.5,887,674,美国专利申请NO.09/479,844和美国专利申请NO.10/386,029,所有它们都全部包含在本申请中作为参考。
虽然液力驱动设备已经很多年都用在商用和越野设备以及移动式装置中,但是液力驱动设备并未发现在道路的、个人的和多乘客的车辆中成功地在商业上作为“混合”动力传动系的一部分来使用。液力驱动设备在客车中的这种缺少实施迄今在现有技术中经常发生,尽管对这种车辆可以通过使用液力混合动力传动系得到惊人的燃料经济性。如同在现有技术中已经知道的那样,在客车中作为混合动力传动系来实施液力驱动设备的主要障碍为,除了传统的传动系部件(例如内燃机、变速器、差速器等)外,难于在传统的客车车架和设计中将添加的液力设备(例如泵、马达、蓄能器、软管)封装在非常有限的通常用于这些部件的空间中。此时,通过在这种车辆中向传统的传动系部件添加液力设备而产生的成本提高和重量增加,多少抵消了液力混合传动系的好处,这是由于减少了本技术的燃油经济性(由于增加了车辆重量),同时又提高了车辆的成本。
发明内容
按照本发明的原理,通过减少一商业上可接受的液力混合驱动客车所需要的所有部件的尺寸、重量和/或数目,从而允许以减少的重量和降低的成本封装在客车中,就可以减轻现有技术中的障碍。
按照本发明的一个实施例,提供一用于向车辆提供驱动力的整合的驱动模块,它有一壳体,其中封入一液压马达,此液压马达构造成将压力液体形式的能量转换为作用在马达的输出轴上的转矩形式的能量。同样封在壳体中的差速器联接至马达的输出轴上,并构造成将转矩分配至左、右驱动轴段上。驱动模块还可以包括一多速变速器,此多速变速器封在壳体中并联接在输出轴与差速器之间。
按照本发明的另一实施例,整合的驱动模块构造成通过将液压马达放在一泵结构中,以便使用驱动轴段上的转矩来加压液体,从而提供再生制动。
按照本发明的另一实施例,提供一个具有多个轴的车辆,每个轴都有许多联接至其上的车轮。车辆还包括联接至多个轴中的一个轴上的整合的驱动模块。此模块包括一构造成在其输出轴上提供驱动力的液压马达,和一联接至输出轴上并构造成将驱动力分配至轴的左、右部分上的差速器。第一液压马达和第一差速器都封在共用的壳体中。
按照本发明的另一实施例,车辆包括一第二整合的驱动模块,此驱动模块在一壳体中有一液压马达和一差速器,此差速器联接至马达上并构造成将驱动力分配至多个轴的第二轴的左、右部分上。第二模块还可在同一壳体中包括一变速器。第二模块可构造成当动力需要低于所选择的阈值时在一空档模式运行,而当动力需要则超过所选择的阈值在一主动模式(active mode)运行,对第二轴提供驱动力。另一种方案为,第二模块可以构造成在主动模式运行,不管动力需要相对于所选择的阈值如何。
按照本发明附加的实施例,提供一种在一1∶1的速比和一高速比(例如3∶1)之间得到平稳的转换的方法,只发生一个传送级变化。该方法包括:探测来自车辆的驱动力需求增加;响应增加的驱动力需求,将来自液压马达的加大的转矩量作用在马达的输出轴上;将转矩从液压马达的输出轴通过一在操作上连接的、按第一速比啮合的多速变速器传动至差速器,以及通过差速器将转矩分配给左、右驱动轴段,该差速器与液压马达和多速变速器一起封在共用的壳体中,而壳体则安装在车辆上。
方法还包括:在一所选择的时段内减小液压马达的冲程,以便在该时段内暂时减少由液压马达供给的转矩量;与上述时间段相同步,将多速变速器的速比从第一速比切换至第二速比;以及响应来自车辆的继续的驱动力需求,恢复液压马达的冲程,以再次加大由液压马达供给的转矩量。

具体实施方式
应当认识到,液力混合车辆采用若干在传统的车辆中不存在的部件。例如,这种车辆采用至少一个而且常常两个或更多的泵/马达。此外,采用高压蓄能器和低压蓄能器,以及切换阀和液压系统管路(plumbing)。在某些情况下,去掉驱动轴和变速器来抵消这些添加的设备。不过,应当认识到,任何的重量减少都会造成改善的燃油经济性。
图2按照第一实施例示出本发明的原理。如图2所示,一泵/马达124和一差速器126包含在一共用的壳体122中。壳体122包括一差速器盖123、一泵/马达盖125和一支承框架127。泵/马达的输出轴128支承有主动齿轮132。该主动齿轮132直接与差速器126的环形齿轮130啮合,该差速器联接至车桥的左、右段129、131上。
通过将泵/马达124和差速器126整合在一共用的壳体中,可以得到几个优点。首先,整合的泵/马达/差速器模块120的壳体122的重量比传统的泵/马达和差速器的组合的壳体轻。其次,通过包含一共用的支承框架127,泵/马达124与差速器126之间的联接要比一比较传统的联接的情况更可靠,刚性更大。第三,由于输出轴128上的主动齿轮132直接与差速器的环形齿轮130啮合,因此对差速器126不需要有单独的输入轴或行星齿轮轴。第四,驱动和润滑泵/马达的液压油也可以向差速器提供润滑。最后,由于泵/马达124和差速器126之间的联接是非常短而且直接的,故中间的联接机构如驱动轴、万向接头或齿轮也都省去,从而进一步减少重量和体积,并消除可能由这些联接部件产生的阻力。
作为在此说明中使用的术语“客车”可以理解为,它指的是构造成能载一个驾驶员或操作人员和至少一个乘客的车辆。
在设计用于操作客车的变速器和换档方案时,必须注意各种目标和设计要求。例如,设计中的一个主要目标为可接受地满足车辆的高载低速性能要求(例如,在开始加速时)。因此,商业上可接受的客车必须能提供比较大的速比,例如对于比较大的车辆如多用途运动车和卡车,可以接近3∶1或更大。此外,为了在轻载高速的条件下实现客车的燃料经济性的最大化,变速器自然应当提供大致为1∶1的直接驱动速比。对于车辆的性能和燃料经济性目标而言,这两个相应的前进速比一般足以满足现有的特殊目标。
不过,第三个必须的设计目标也开始起作用,这造成在现有技术中对具有超过两个前进档的多速变速器的普遍需求。尤其是,在设计用于在商业上可接受的客车的变速器和换档方案时,第三个目标为,各个齿轮之间的过渡必须是平顺的,没有任何在换档时能被驾驶员或乘客觉察到的生硬冲击。由于这一原因,在传统的客车中,为了避免换档中的生硬,在用于车辆的依次的齿轮之间的速比增加通常小于用于前面的齿轮的速比的两倍(例如1∶1至2∶1或更少),而且常常更少。其结果为,传统的用于客车的多速变速器要求多于两个前进档,以得到良好的可驱动性,这必然导致较高的变速器成本、较大的尺寸和复杂性,并且由于不能在车辆的最佳的高、低齿轮换档比之间快速而且直接地换档,从而降低了车辆的潜在的燃料效率。
图3示出按照本发明的另一实施例的整合的驱动模块140。除了泵/马达124和差速器124以外,如同参考图2所描述的那样,驱动模块140包括一变速器142。
图3的实施例的变速器142为行星齿轮变速器类型的两速自动变速器,具有两个前进档和一个齿轮空档(geared neutral)。由于与典型的内燃机不同,泵/马达124是能够进行前进和倒档操作的,因此变速器142不需要包括一倒档齿轮,这因此减小了变速器的必需尺寸。按照本发明的原理,也可以包含其它类型和设计的变速器。
例如,由于泵/马达124可以减少冲程(destroke),成为零排量的构造,其中不必由泵/马达124向传动系提供转矩,因此,按照本发明的原理,齿轮空档是不重要的。泵/马达在零排量时用低压通向每个口,提供一有效的具有低摩擦阻力的空档。
然而,通过提供在图3的实施例中的齿轮空档,即使在空档时,甚至由泵/马达124添加的极小阻力也被消除。这样,整合的驱动模块140也许应用在其并不是主驱动装置的情况下,因此可能长期不使用。在这种用途中,齿轮空档所添加的费用和重量被由消除阻力所带来的燃料节约以及在空档时的泵/马达的减小的磨损抵消。
此外,驱动模块140不需要在泵/马达124和变速器之间有离合器,以允许从第一档至第二档之间的动态换档。在齿轮换档过程中,泵/马达124减少冲程至零排量,以减小在换档操作中由泵/马达124供给的转矩量。在换档之后,泵/马达124恢复冲程至在第二档中期望的转矩所必需的排量。由于泵/马达124的转动惯量在大小上与用于相似尺寸/转矩的传动系的传统离合器组件的转动惯量相似,故可以在变速器齿轮上采用在本领域中公知的同步器,以允许平顺而快速的换档。
泵/马达124、差速器126和变速器142整合在单个的壳体154中,该壳体包括几个组成部分,其中包括差速器和泵/马达盖155、157、变速器盖159和主支承框架161。可以使用泵/马达运行所需要的同样的液压油来操作变速器以及润滑差速器。
如同图2的实施例那样,与传统的组件相比,在图3中引用的实施例提供了减小尺寸、减轻重量和减少阻力的优点,在传统的组件中,单独的部件都是独立地装在车架上,并且经由外部机构组合在一起的。
如图4所示,按照本发明的一个实施例,提供一车辆160。该车辆160包括一经由一曲轴163联接至泵/马达164上的内燃机162。内燃机162构造成驱动泵/马达164,将液体从低压蓄能器176泵送至高压蓄能器174中。一与图2的驱动模块120类似的并包含一泵/马达和一差速器的第一整合的驱动模块182联接至一第一驱动桥166上,此第一驱动桥包括第一和第二轴167、169,而它们又联接至各自的主驱动轮170上。与图3类似并包括一泵/马达、差速器和变速器的整合的第二驱动模块184联接至第二驱动桥168上,此第二驱动桥包括第三和第四轴171、173,而它们又联接至各自的第二驱动车轮172上。
一电子控制单元180(ECU)构造成监控各种运行和参数,例如车速、内燃机速度和每个高压和低压蓄能器174、176中的液面,以及泵/马达164和第一及第二整合的驱动模块182、184的运行参数。ECU180进一步构造成控制液体阀,液体阀又控制泵/马达164和第一及第二整合的驱动模块182、184的泵/马达的运行。电子控制单元180也可以构造成监控车辆运行参数如加速器位置、制动器位置和换档杆位置,该换档杆被驾驶员用来例如选择车辆的前进和倒档运行。此外,ECU180还可以构造成控制内燃机162的节气门位置。
各个部件之间的液体连接一般作为液体传送管路177示出,而ECU180与各个部件之间的连接则作为控制线路175示出。此外,未示出阀回路。应当认识到,可以有多个液体管路、数据和控制电缆、传感器、阀体和其它用于系统的正常运行的装置。这些装置在本领域中都是熟知的,因此不详细说明。
所描述的由ECU180实现的功能不一定要像所示的那样集中化,而是可以在车辆160的若干个部件或是多个ECU之间分担或分配。此外,所描述的由ECU180实现的某些监控和控制功能在所有实施例中可能不是电子性质的。例如,可以采用机械的、气动的、液压的和化学的控制和反馈系统。所有这些方案都认为是归属于本发明的范围内的。
按照图4中所示的实施例,在运行中,第一整合的模块182的尺寸和构造做成在车辆正常的运行条件下提供足够的动力来运行车辆160。例如,当以稳速在平地或下坡运行时,第二驱动模块184处于空档构造,对车辆160不提供附加的驱动力。当车辆160的操作人员需要加速或要求比第一模块182能够产生的动力输出大的动力输出时,ECU180指引第二整合的驱动模块184接合,并提供所需要的附加动力。根据车辆的速度和动力需要,ECU可以选择第二整合的驱动模块184的变速器的第一或第二档。
例如,当从完全停车起动时,两个驱动模块182、184都可以接合,以提供所需要的加速,而第二驱动模块184则位于第一档上。当车辆160加速并超过第二驱动模块180在第二档上更有效地运行的阈值时,ECU180就指引第二驱动模块184换档至第二档,以便继续平稳加速。当车辆160到达一巡驶速度,而且动力需求下降至第一模块180的能力范围之内时,或经过一所选择的阈值时,第二模块184就回至空档构造。如同在前面说明的那样,齿轮空档允许第二驱动模块184的泵/马达完全处于完全脱机,以致完全减少冲程的马达的最小阻力也被消除。
ECU180还控制第一和第二驱动模块182、184的泵/马达的冲程角,选择对当前动力需求合适的冲程角,并控制各自的泵/马达的输出能力。
在制动操作中,如同在背景技术中参考泵/马达所描述的那样,ECU180指引第一整合的驱动模块182去逆转液体流,以作为再生式制动器来工作,从低压蓄能器176抽取液体,并以高压将液体送入高压蓄能器174中。在再生制动时,第二整合的驱动模块可放在空档构造上。
由于与最大转矩相比,泵/马达可以有比内燃机大得多的低端转矩,故可以在完全不同的速比之间平稳地换档。例如,一采用像参考图4所描述的系统的车辆只须一次变速器传动级变化就可以在一1∶1的速比和一大速比(例如3∶1)之间换档,从而消除了在现有技术中在客车中对于中间的速比的需要,这种中间速比用以按商业上可接受的方式平稳地进行上述转换。这样,与具有类似的载荷和性能能力的传统车辆相比,可以减少变速器的成本和复杂性。
为了能进行平稳的齿轮转换,ECU减少第二模块184的泵/马达的冲程至零排量,将变速器从第一换档切换至第二档,然后恢复泵/马达的冲程至一角度,该角度选择成基本与减少冲程之前不久的加速水平匹配。从此位置开始,冲程角就可平稳地加大,以根据由驾驶员选择的加速器位置提高加速度。
虽然参考两速的变速器描述并示出了本发明的原理,但是,本发明的范围并不限于两速的变速器,而是还包括具有三速或更多速的变速器。例如,本发明的原理可以有利地一采用三个前进档的变速器中使用,要不然在传统的车辆中该应用就可能需要五个前进档。
已经知道,虽然内燃机能满足广泛的速度和载荷范围,但是它通常有一个以最大的效率运行的速度以及载荷水平范围。这就是说,有着每单位燃料消耗产生最大动力时的速度和载荷水平。车辆160可以构造成这样运行,以使由ECU180控制的内燃机在一有效的速度和载荷的范围内驱动泵/马达164,而不管车辆160的操作人员所需要的动力如何。内燃机162的尺寸和能力选择成在内燃机的最有效的运行范围内,满足或超过车辆160的平均动力要求。
因此,在多数情况下,内燃机162在最有效的速度范围内运行,驱动泵/马达164,将液体从低压蓄能器176泵送至高压蓄能器174中,液体以后就按需要用于驱动车辆160。ECU180可以构造成在高压蓄能器174完全充满的情况下,例如当车辆160以小于其平均动力消耗长期运行时,切断内燃机162。另一种方案为,在车辆160超过其平均动力要求的情况下,ECU可以构造成,当高压蓄能器174的液面下降低于所选择的阈值时,加大内燃机162的节气门,到达一位于其最有效的运行速度范围以外,但是在其动力能力以内的速度。
由于内燃机162不要求能够提供短期加速或正常行驶条件所要求的动力所必须的动力输出水平,故内燃机160可能有比尺寸和动力输出相似的车辆所需要的能力小得多的能力,在给定的传统的动力系统的情况下。内燃机162只需要在其最有效的运行速度范围内满足车辆160的一般要求,同时在必要时能够多少超过此平均要求运行。这样,与传统的车辆相比,内燃机162的尺寸可以减小,从而减少车辆的整体重量,进一步提高燃料经济性。
ECU18构造成基于所选择的参数来控制第一和第二驱动模块182、184的泵/马达的冲程角、对第二驱动模块184的变速器的主动齿轮的选择以及内燃机162的动力输出。例如,选择可以基于运行的最大效率,以便优化燃料经济性和减少排出物。另外,选择可以基于可能的最佳动力输出,以便在高性能车辆中使用。在另一情况下,选择可基于使系统的部件或一个特殊部件的磨损为最小这一要求。在控制系统的各种参数和选择特殊情况的阈值时,由ECU180作出的决定可以用许多不同的工具作出。例如,根据传感器输入的实时计算、查找表、预先设定的极限以及上面各项的组合,所有它们都可以使用。
按照本发明的一个实施例,设置一手动超驰(manual override),从而驾驶员可以全时接合第二驱动模块,以便进行四轮驱动。与传统的四轮驱动车辆不同,图4的车辆160不需要在前后轴之间有一差速器,与传统的车辆相比,这就进一步减少了车辆160的质量和复杂性。这样,除去在客车和轻卡中使用以外,参考图4所描述的系统对于在轻型多用途运动车和越野车中使用也是理想的。
图5示出一按照本发明的另一实施例的整合的驱动模块190。该整合的驱动模块190包括对置的第一和第二泵/马达192、194、两速的变速器196和差速器198(差速器的细节未示出)。整合的驱动模块190包括一壳体200,此壳体构造成按与前面的实施例所描述的相似的方式包封驱动模块的各个部件。
对置的泵/马达192、194的构造成同步运行,也就是说,它们联接在一起,从而每个泵/马达192、194的冲程角基本等于另一个的冲程角。这样,在每个泵/马达内产生的轴向力大部分被由对置的泵/马达产生的轴向力抵消。图5所示的类型的对置的泵/马达的结构和运行的详细说明可在美国专利申请NO.10/620726中找到,它全部包含在在本申请中作为参考。
像图5的实施例中所示的那种对置的泵/马达一个优点为,对于给定的总最大排量,如在图5的驱动模块190中所示的两个对置的同步化的泵/马达比起具有同等的最大排量的单个的泵/马达来说具有较小的总质量和尺寸。因此,要求有比上述实施例的驱动模块所提供的最大动力输出的大的应用可以采用图5的驱动模块190,此驱动模块在相等的或略大的质量情况下可以有大得多的最大输出。
图5的整合的驱动模块190的一个应用是在像参考图4所描述的那种车辆中,以代替第二驱动模块184,其中车辆为一要求有较大的最大输出的中载车辆,例如较大的多用途运动车或卡车。
图6示出按照本发明的另一实施例的整合的驱动模块210和车辆的后桥总成212。整合的模块210包括第一、第二和第三泵/马达214、216、218和差速器220。差速器220联接至第一和第二轴222、224上,所述第一和第二轴又联接至驱动车轮226上。
在功能上,如同参考图4描述的那样,整合的驱动模块210按与第一及第二整合的驱动模块182、184的组合类似的方式运行。例如,当与整合的驱动模块210和后桥总成212相结合的车辆以固定的速度巡驶时,只有泵/马达218可能接合并向车辆提供驱动力,而第一和第二泵/马达214、216保持在空档构造上。另一种方案为,如果需要有附加的动力,例如为了加速或为了爬坡,则第一和第二泵/马达214、216接合,以按要求提供附加的驱动力。可以看到,在图6所示的构型中,第一和第二泵/马达214、216处于对置的位置,与参考图5的整合的驱动模块190所描述的相似,因而具有类似的优点。
整合的驱动模块210可有利地用于向较大型的车辆例如较大的卡车或在市区用于收集或分配货物的阶梯式厢式货车、用于收集废物的卡车、货车式牵引车以及其它在城市环境使用的大型车辆提供驱动力。
应当认识到,虽然已经参考了叉形弯曲轴线式泵/马达描述本发明的各个不同的实施例,但是有许多类型的泵/马达都可以与本发明的实施例结合使用。例如,其它类型的泵/马达包括滑阀板弯曲轴线式泵/马达、旋转斜盘式泵/马达、摇摆板活塞式泵/马达和径向活塞泵/马达。这些和其它液压马达装置都认为属于本发明的范围。
所有上面的美国专利、美国专利申请公报、美国专利申请、外国专利、外国专利申请和在此说明中引用的和/或在申请一览表中列出的非专利公报都全部包含在本申请中作为参考。
根据前面所述,应当认识到,虽然在此处为了说明而描述了本发明的特殊实施例,但是可以作出各种改进而不偏离本发明的主旨和范围。因此,本发明只受所附的权利要求书的限制。

Claims (31)

1.一种用于向构成为客车的车辆提供驱动力的整合的驱动模块,它包括:
一壳体;
一液压马达,该液压马达被封在所述壳体中并构造成将压力液体形式的能量转换为作用在液压马达的输出轴上的转矩形式的能量;
一差速器,该差速器被封在所述壳体中,联接至所述输出轴上,并构造成将转矩分配至客车的左驱动轴段和右驱动轴段上;以及
一多速变速器,其被封在所述壳体中并联接在所述输出轴和所述差速器之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的驱动模块,其特征为,所述变速器是两速变速器。
3.如权利要求1所述的驱动模块,其特征为,液压马达与变速器分享一共用的液体储器。
4.如权利要求1所述的驱动模块,它进一步包括至少一个附加的封在壳体中的液压马达,驱动模块中的一个或更多的液压马达构造成在正常的运行条件下按空档模式运行,并且在高负载条件下,将压力液体形式的能量转换成作用在其联接至差速器上的输出轴上的转矩形式的能量。
5.如权利要求1所述的驱动模块,它进一步包括一封在壳体中的附加的液压马达,此附加的液压马达构造成与所述液压马达同步运行,从而所述液压马达与所述附加的液压马达保持一共同的冲程角,所述附加的液压马达有一联接至所述液压马达输出轴上的输出轴。
6.如权利要求1所述的驱动模块,其特征为,差速器构造成将转矩从左、右驱动桥传至液压马达的输出轴上,并且马达构造做成按泵的模式起作用,以便利用马达的输出轴上的转矩对液体加压。
7.如权利要求6所述的驱动模块,其特征为,所述液压马达为一能再生制动的泵/马达。
8.如权利要求1所述的驱动模块,其特征为,所述液压马达为一弯曲轴线式马达。
9.如权利要求1所述的驱动模块,其特征为,所述液压马达为一旋转斜盘式马达。
10.如权利要求1所述的驱动模块,其特征为,所述液压马达构造成有选择地将转矩沿顺时针和逆时针方向作用在输出轴上。
11.一种构成为客车的车辆,它包括:
多个联接至车辆上的轴,每个轴有多个联接至其上的车轮;
一联接至所述多个轴中的第一轴上的第一整合的驱动模块,该驱动模块包括一第一液压马达和一第一差速器,所述第一液压马达构造成在其输出轴上提供驱动力,所述差速器联接至输出轴上并构造成将驱动力分配至所述多个轴中的所述第一轴的左部分和右部分上,所述第一液压马达和所述第一差速器都封在一共用的壳体中;以及
一多速变速器,此多速变速器联接在所述第一液压马达和第一差速器之间。
12.如权利要求11所述的车辆,其特征为,所述多速变速器为一两速的变速器。
13.如权利要求11所述的车辆,此车辆进一步包括一联接至所述多个轴中的第二轴的第二整合的驱动模块,此第二模块包括一第二液压马达和一第二差速器,所述第二液压马达构造成在其输出轴上提供驱动力,所述第二差速器联接至第二液压马达的输出轴上并构造成差动地将驱动力传至所述多个轴中的第二轴的左部分和右部分上,所述第二液压马达和第二差速器都封在一共用的壳体中。
14.如权利要求13所述的车辆,其特征为,所述第二整合的驱动模块构造成在驱动力的要求小于所选择的阈值时,按第一空档运行模式运行,并在驱动力的需求大于所选择的阈值时,按第二主动运行模式运行,以便向所述多个轴中的第二轴提供驱动力。
15.如权利要求14所述的车辆,其特征为,此车辆进一步包括一电子控制单元,此电子控制单元构造成监控对驱动力的需求,并根据需求与所选择的阈值的比较,控制所述第二整合的驱动模块的运行模式的选择。
16.如权利要求15所述的车辆,其特征为,所述电子控制单元进一步构造成被车辆的操作人员超驰,以将所述第二整合的驱动模块置入第二运行模式中,而不考虑对驱动力的需求。
17.如权利要求13所述的车辆,其特征为,所述第二整合的驱动模块包括一多速变速器。
18.如权利要求17所述的车辆,其特征为,所述多速变速器包括一齿轮空档。
19.如权利要求11所述的车辆,其特征为,所述第一整合的驱动模块进一步构造成,通过利用来自所述多个轴中的第一轴的转矩将液体泵送至高压蓄能器中而制动车辆。
20.如权利要求11所述的车辆,它进一步包括:
一联接至车辆上的内燃机,以及
一液压泵,该液压泵联接至内燃机的曲轴上,并构造成,利用来自曲轴的转矩将液体从低压蓄能器泵送至高压蓄能器中。
21.一运行构成为客车的车辆的方法,它包括:
改变封在壳体中的第一泵/马达的排量;
响应排量的变化,改变作用在第一泵/马达的输出轴上的转矩;
响应转矩的变化,改变联接至输出轴上并封在壳体中的第一差速器的环形齿轮的旋转;
将封在壳体中并在输出轴与环形齿轮之间联接的变速器从第一档切换至第二档;以及
将旋转力分配至联接至第一差速器上的第一轴的轴段上。
22.如权利要求21所述的方法,它进一步包括,将动力需求与所选择的阈值进行比较,当动力需求超过所选择的阈值时,执行从第一档的切换步骤。
23.如权利要求21所述的方法,它进一步包括:
改变封在第二壳体中的第二泵/马达的排量;
响应排量的变化,改变作用在第二泵/马达的输出轴上的转矩;
响应转矩的变化,改变联接至第二泵/马达的输出轴上并封在第二壳体中的第二差速器的环形齿轮的旋转;以及
将旋转力分配至联接至第二差速器上的第二轴的轴段上。
24.如权利要求23所述的方法,它进一步包括,将动力需求与所选择的阈值进行比较,当动力需求超过所选择的阈值时,执行改变第二泵/马达的排量的步骤。
25.运行构成为客车的液力混合车辆的方法,它包括:
探测车辆对驱动力需求的增加;
响应增加的驱动力需求,将来自液压马达的增加的转矩量作用在马达的输出轴上;
将来自液压马达的输出轴的转矩通过一处于操作连接的、按第一速比接合的多速变速器传送至一差速器上;
通过差速器将转矩分配至车辆的左驱动轴段和右驱动轴段上,所述差速器与液压马达和多速变速器一起被封在一共用的壳体中,所述壳体装在车辆上;
在一所选择的时间段内减少液压马达的冲程,以便在该时间段内暂时减小由液压马达供给的转矩量;
与上述时间段相同步,将多速变速器的速比从第一速比切换至第二速比;以及
响应来自车辆的继续的驱动力需求,恢复液压马达的冲程,以再次加大由液压马达供给的转矩量。
26.如权利要求25所述的方法,其特征为,多速变速器为一两速的变速器。
27.如权利要求26所述的方法,其特征为,第一速比大于2∶1,而第二速比则大致为1∶1。
28.如权利要求26所述的方法,其特征为,第一速比大致为3∶1,而第二速比则大致为1∶1。
29.如权利要求28所述的方法,其特征为,从大致3∶1至大致1∶1的速比改变与液压马达的恢复冲程联合发生,这造成与减少冲程步骤之前的基本同样的转矩量传至差速器上。
30.如权利要求29所述的方法,其特征为,速比的改变平稳进行,只发生一个传送级变化。
31.如权利要求25所述的方法,它进一步包括,当来自车辆的驱动力需求减少至小于预先选择的阈值水平时,就使液压马达与差速器脱离联接。
