Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种将部件固定至具有孔道的支架的紧固件。 
背景技术
公知存在用于将部件例如固定至车身部的大量的不同的塑料紧固件。公知示例性的包括弹性支腿的膨胀塑料铆钉将利用塑料芯轴被驱动分离,以将所述铆钉固定在车身部件的孔道中。也已经流行所谓的膨胀螺母或击打螺母,它们被固定在焊接在车身部上的突出的栓上。突出的栓配备有螺纹或环形凹槽。类似地,所谓的扣环是公知的:通常它们包括由弹性塑料制成的圆筒形外壳,圆筒形外壳可以插入到孔道中,并且外部配备有从下方夹持孔道轮缘的一个或多个台肩或偏移体。心轴或插塞被插入到中空扣环杆中,并且防止将其拔出孔道。这种紧固件包括径向凸缘,其抵靠在支撑部件的相对表面上,并且密封该位置。护孔环配备有腔,其朝向另一端部封闭,并且接收所述紧固件插塞。在这种方式中,这种紧固件提供以密封方式将部件固定至支架。此外,这种设计提供声阻尼。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于创造如上所述的紧固件,其中,插塞预先安装在紧固件外壳中,而同时紧固件外壳可以组装在所述支架孔道中且插塞被预先安装。 
对本发明的紧固件而言,至少一个向内指向的凸台构造在杆轴腔的内侧壁上。所述插塞的靠近端部处配备有优选的周向间隙,当插塞被迫进入到腔中时,所述凸台进入所述周向间隙,以设定插塞的预安装位置。插塞进一步配备有凹口或收缩部或在凹口的与插塞头部面对的侧上的台肩,以当插塞全部进入杆轴或腔中时,所述凹口、收缩部或台肩接合所述腔凸台的下侧。 
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,所述凸台为环形肋。这种肋可以显示出适当的横截面,优选的是,应当为梯形横截面。优选的是,插塞中的环形凹槽或间隙应当与环形肋互补。
在本发明的另一个具体实施例中,插塞包括靠近头部处的圆柱形节段,当插塞被迫使完全进入到杆轴中时,圆柱形节段与圆柱形腔节段配合。在预组装状态中,插塞的圆柱形节段位于腔的外侧。优选的是,圆柱形插塞段的直径略大于圆柱形杆轴段的直径。最终,插塞完全插入,紧固件外壳杆轴沿径向略被加宽,并且紧固件的相关外壁以密封方式与孔道/孔道壁接合。此外,如果向插塞或所述紧固件外壳上施加拉拔力,由此可防止紧固件与支架部件孔道脱离接合。 
关于本发明的另一实施例,紧固件外壳和插塞通过以下方式设计:将紧固件外壳与预安装插塞一起插入所述孔道所要求的力小于将插塞完全压入外壳中所需要的全部力。在这种情况下,向插塞施加压力能够容易地组装,无须进一步将紧固件外壳插入到支架孔道中,插塞保持其预安装的构造。由此,插塞可以通过施加较大的压力而进入到紧固件外壳中。 
因此,本发明提供一种将部件固定在配备有孔道的支架中的紧固件,包括弹性塑料的固定外壳,所述固定外壳包括中空壳体,并且当所述固定外壳被安装在所述孔道中时,在所述固定外壳的一端部处的径向凸缘以密封方式与面向所述径向凸缘的所述支架的表面配合,所述固定外壳周向配备有径向凸台或肋,当在其凸台或肋处可临时径向变形的所述固定外壳被插入到所述孔道中时,所述径向凸台或肋接合所述孔道的下轮缘,所述紧固件还包括塑料插塞,所述塑料插塞配备有头部,并且所述插塞能够插入到所述固定外壳的腔中,并且所述塑料插塞径向膨胀所述固定外壳并防止所述固定外壳从所述孔道中移出,其特征在于: 
至少一个径向向内指向的凸台,其位于所述中空壳体的腔的壁上;所述插塞在靠近端部处配备有周向凹槽,当所述插塞被压入所述固定外壳的所述中空壳体中时,所述径向向内指向的凸台进入所述周向凹槽;所述插塞在其周向凹槽面对所述插塞的头部的一侧处配有台肩,当所述插塞已经被完全插入到所述中空壳体中时,所述台肩接合所述径向向内指向的凸台的下侧。 
本发明的紧固件提供将紧固外壳压入且组装入孔道所要求的力可以较低的优点。几乎可以排除插塞折断。此外,当紧固件外壳组装入支架的孔道中时,不再存在在肋凸台或类似物处材料将被从外部打碎的危险。

具体实施方式
图1至图3示出了配备有孔道12的支架10。图1至图3还示出了固定外壳14和插塞16。部件14和16均由合适的塑料模制,固定外壳14由弹性塑料制成。单独制造的插塞14可以由较硬的材料制成。 
固定外壳14包括壳体或中空杆轴18,在非限制性实施例中,壳体或中空杆轴18可以基本上为锥形,并且一端具有圆形的尖端部20。固定外壳14在另一端部处配备有径向凸缘22。凸缘22包括径向环形节段24和锥形节段26。环形节段24通过相对较薄的接合部28连接至壳体18的相关端部。壳体18在靠近凸缘22处包括构成台肩32的多个周向分布的肋或凸台30。锥形面34构造在台肩32的上方,并且圆柱面36a构造在锥形面34的上方且在凸缘22的正下方。 
壳体18包括纵向圆柱形的腔36,其在尖端部20处封闭,而在凸缘22的方向敞开。环形凸台38构造在腔36的壁上,并且具有近似梯形的横截面。 
插塞16包括头部40,在头部40的下侧配备有径向表面42。头部用于安装从附图中省略的任意的部件。在径向表面42的下侧,插塞16包括圆柱形节段44。在圆柱形节段44的下方,插塞16包括纵向收缩部46。收缩部46,插塞16呈现出配备有环形槽50的具有较大直径的节段48。环形槽50的横截面与环形凸台或肋38的环形横截面近似互补。环形槽50下方的插塞端部为球形。 
还考虑到,在环形凸台38的上方,腔36也为圆筒形,这个腔段的直径略微小于插塞16的圆柱形节段44的直径。 
图1示出了固定外壳14和插塞16的预安装状态。插塞已经被插入到腔36中,并且环形凸台38进入周向凹槽50中,因此,插塞被保持在腔36中。圆柱形节段44位于固定外壳14的腔36的外侧。 
固定外壳14与插塞16一起被迫进入孔道12中。在此过程中,壳体或中空杆轴18在肋30或类似物的区域中略微沿径向变形,从而允许壳体滑动穿过孔道12,由此锥形表面34接合所述孔道的下轮缘。锥形节段26以预加应力的方式靠在金属板10的面向锥形节段26的侧面上。如果在图1和图2中示出的紧固件被迫通过所述孔道,则这个过程可以通过插塞16或其头部40完成。插入固定外壳14所需的力小于将插塞16拔出图1和图2中示出的位置时要求的力。 
在固定外壳14被插入之后,如图2中所示,插塞16将被压入到外壳14中。随后,圆柱形节段44然后与腔36的圆筒形节段互相配合,并且在该区域略微地膨胀壳体18,因此,此后壳体18牢固地保持在金属板10的孔道12中,且不再能够被拔出。径向表面42抵靠在凸缘段24的顶侧,并且还向金属板压凸缘22,结果,实施了有效的密封。与插塞16的收缩部46对向的台肩52从环形凸台38的下侧结合,因此,插塞16依次可靠地保持在固定外壳14中。圆形的、或在一个实施例中为球形的插塞端部48的尺寸为几乎完全充满腔36的相关端部,如图3中所示,周向凹槽50的两侧上的两个插塞区域径向抵靠腔36的壁。 
金属板10示例为车身部件,且省略的部件假定固定至所述金属板。此外,所述部件还可以构造在凸缘22和所述金属板之间、插塞16的头部和凸缘22之间、或者仅仅在插塞16的头部处。在各种情形下以及在如图所示的情形下,插塞16牢固地接收在外壳14中。 

Claims (6)

1.一种将部件固定在配备有孔道的支架中的紧固件,包括弹性塑料的固定外壳,所述固定外壳包括中空壳体,并且当所述固定外壳被安装在所述孔道中时,在所述固定外壳的一端部处的径向凸缘以密封方式与面向所述径向凸缘的所述支架的表面配合,所述固定外壳周向配备有径向凸台或肋,当在其凸台或肋处可临时径向变形的所述固定外壳被插入到所述孔道中时,所述径向凸台或肋接合所述孔道的下轮缘,所述紧固件还包括塑料插塞,所述塑料插塞配备有头部,并且所述插塞能够插入到所述固定外壳的腔中,并且所述塑料插塞径向膨胀所述固定外壳并防止所述固定外壳从所述孔道中移出,其中,所述固定外壳的腔为所述中空壳体的腔,其特征在于:
至少一个径向向内指向的凸台(38),其位于所述中空壳体的腔(36)的壁上;所述插塞(16)在靠近端部处配备有周向的凹槽(50),当所述插塞(16)被压入所述固定外壳(14)的所述中空壳体(18)中时,所述径向向内指向的凸台(38)进入所述周向的凹槽(50);所述插塞(16)在其周向的凹槽(50)面对所述插塞(16)的头部(40)的一侧处配有台肩(52),当所述插塞(16)已经被完全插入到所述中空壳体(18)中时,所述台肩(52)接合所述径向向内指向的凸台(38)的下侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其中,所述径向向内指向的凸台(38)由环形肋构成。
3.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其中,在所述插塞(16)处的所述周向的凹槽为环形凹槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其中,所述插塞(16)在靠近其头部(40)处包括圆柱形节段(44),当所述插塞(16)被完全压进所述中空壳体(18)中时,所述圆柱形节段与所述中空壳体(18)的腔(36)的圆筒形节段配合,但在预安装紧固件的状态中,所述圆柱形节段位于所述中空壳体的腔(36)的外侧,所述插塞的圆柱形节段(44)的外径略大于所述腔(36)的圆筒形节段的内径。
5.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其中,所述固定外壳(14)和所述插塞(16)通过以下方式设计:将所述固定外壳(14)与所述插塞(16)预安装插在一起所需要的力小于将所述插塞(16)完全压进所述固定外壳(14)中所需要的力。
6.如权利要求4所述的紧固件,其中,在所述周向的凹槽(50)和所述圆 柱形节段(44)之间的所述插塞(16)的节段呈现比所述圆柱形节段(44)小的直径。
