The first and the second gripping elements (5,6) are relatively moveable with respect to one another, wherein the first gripping element (5) has a wedge-shaped groove (7) oriented towards the second gripping element (6) and the second gripping element (6) has an essentially flat counterpressure zone (8), and wherein the first gripping element (5) is tapered on the side of the wedge-shaped groove (7) (taper A).
Description
The present invention relates to a kind of with fixing device from bunch once only remove the device of single hair/fiber.
Target of the present invention is to obtain a kind ofly once only to remove the device of single hair/fiber with fixing device from described bunch, and described device can be with pinpoint accuracy, namely to approach zero percentage error, targetedly once only removes single hair/fiber from described bunch.Fail from described bunch, to collect single hair/fiber if device is accidental, also can corresponding this be taken into account according to a described device of subgoal.
Realize that this target is that the first clamping element has the wedge-shaped impression towards the second clamping element, the second clamping element has the counterpressure zone of substantially flat, wherein the first clamping element is taper (cone A) in the side of wedge-shaped impression, thereby the hair/fiber that will remove separately from described bunch is fixed between wedge-shaped impression and the counterpressure zone.
Below will the present invention be described in more detail by exemplary.

Figure 15 shows the enlarged view according to the ring groove of the dish of Figure 14; And
Figure 16 shows the cut-out view of two and half shells that are similar to Figure 15, and two and half shells are combined into dish (Figure 15) as mirror set.
Fig. 1 to 16 shows and a kind ofly once only to remove the device 1 of single hair/fiber 2 with fixing device 4 from bunches 3 that described device has the first clamping element and relative the second clamping element 5,6.The first clamping element 5 is connected on the first handle bar 21, and the second clamping element 6 is connected on the second handle bar 22.The first and second clamping elements 5, the 6 and/or first handle bar 21 and the second handle bar 22 can move relative to each other and/or remove, for example as using the secondary tweezers.Randomly, the first or second clamping element 5,6 can be arranged in the fixed position, so that by for example automatic fluid pressure type of control/pneumatic type driving device (not shown) mobile clamping element 5,6 and/or a mobile handle bar 21,22 only only correspondingly and accurately. The first clamping element 5 has the wedge-shaped impression 7 towards the second clamping element 6, wherein the second clamping element 6 has the counterpressure zone 8 of substantially flat, so that when the first and second clamping elements 5,6 are pressed together (for example, Figure 10), single hair/the fiber 2 that removes from bunches 3 is remained between wedge-shaped impression 7 and the counterpressure zone 8, and (automatically) described hair/fiber of drawing from bunches 3 then. Then use sleeve pipe (for example with specified length) that hair/fiber 2 is fixed to be used for other processing automatically at two ends, in order to process and/or test and/or check with corresponding device (not shown).
The first clamping element 5 is taper (cone A) in the side of wedge-shaped impression 7, thereby make clamping element 5 accurately be moved upwards up to the primary importance of many hair/fibers 2 by being suspended in bunches 3 of fixed position, then it (usually use wedge-shaped impression 7) and collect single hair 2 or single fiber 2 (Fig. 1 and 2).
In clamping process, a spring-loaded contact point that utilizes spring installation 37 is arranged between the first clamping element 5 and the second clamping element 6.Spring installation 37 is arranged in the first and/or second clamping element 5,6 the first and/or second handle bar 21,22, and forms (Fig. 1) by the boring 38 with side direction slit 39.
Wedge-shaped impression 7 has the border width C of about 40 μ m and about 45 ° α angle (Fig. 3).
The cone A of the first clamping element 5 forms (Fig. 4) by sharp circular cone 31.Groove 7 has at least length D1 of hair/fiber diameter.Average hair diameter is about 60 to 80 μ m.
The cone A of the first clamping element 5 forms (Fig. 5 and 6) by rectangular pyramid tip 32, and wherein the cone surface according to Fig. 5 has oblong and groove length D2, has square and groove length D3 according to the cone surface of Fig. 6.
Fig. 7 shows the second clamping element 6 with counterpressure zone 8, and counterpressure zone is with respect to groove length D1-3 lateral arrangement.
Fig. 8 shows the birds-eye view according to the device 1 of Fig. 2, but has the first and second handle bars 21,22.Two clamping elements 5,6 form by a kind of conductive material (metal), and connect by conductor 35,36 respectively, thus the first and second clamping elements 5,6 connect with electric detection means 13 so that control is from bunch 3 collection single hair/fibers 2.The first and second clamping elements 5,6 form electric bridge 14 when Mechanical Contact B (Figure 13) each other, wherein electric current 15 is illustrated between the first and second clamping elements 5,6 not single hair/the fiber 2 from bunches 3, and can correspondingly automatically further process.
Fig. 9 shows the birds-eye view according to the device 1 of Fig. 8, but device is in the F/s that single hair/single fiber removes process.
Figure 10 shows the enlarged view according to Fig. 9.
Figure 11 shows another enlarged view according to Figure 10, but is in the stage that removes single hair/single fiber 2 from bunches 3.
Figure 12 shows according to Figure 11 but is exaggerated and dwindles from top the view of perspective.
Figure 13 shows the view according to Fig. 9, but is in the non-collection error state of hair/fiber 2, and this state is detected by detecting device 13 (Fig. 8).
According to Figure 14 to 16, the first clamping element 5 is designed to a Rotational Symmetry dish 9, and wherein wedge-shaped impression 7 is designed to a circumferential annular groove 10, and the inclined-plane 33 of (Figure 15 and 16) becomes cone A on each side. The second clamping element 6 is cylindrical disc 11, and wherein the surface 12 of circumferential annular groove 10 and cylindrical disc 11 joins.Rotational Symmetry dish 9 is comprised of two similar rotational symmetric half shells 34, thereby can produce the annular groove 10 with about 40 μ m border width C.
