技术领域

背景技术

发明内容
依据本发明的示例性实施方式，一种位于外科缝合装置的砧座部上的缝合钉凹座装置包括与待缝合的多个缝合钉的每一个相对应的成对的缝合钉凹座。成对的缝合钉凹座可沿中心线设置。远端缝合钉凹座可设置成用于接收和闭合缝合钉的最远端腿部，并且近端缝合钉凹座可设置成用于接收和闭合缝合钉的最近端腿部。远端缝合钉凹座可与近端缝合钉凹座成镜像对称。

具体实施方式
图5是依据本发明示例性实施方式的、位于外科缝合器的砧座上的缝合钉凹座装置的俯视图。具体地，图5图示出具有由刀槽所分隔的第一侧100a和第二侧100b的砧座表面100。在砧座表面100的第一侧100a和第二侧100b上均限定了两行缝合钉凹座110。参见砧座表面100的第一侧100a，第一行的缝合钉凹座110具有中心线101a，并且第二行的缝合钉凹座110具有中心线101b。为了清楚起见，仅示出了几个缝合钉凹座110。但是，砧座表面100在各行内可具有任何数量的缝合钉凹座110。此外，尽管本文中所述的示例性实施方式包括邻近刀槽设置的成行的缝合钉凹座，但本发明的示例性实施方式可用于任何类型的外科缝合器——诸如具有或不具有刀槽或具有任何其它结构特征的外科缝合器。
砧座表面100设置有与待闭合的各缝合钉对应的、成对的缝合钉凹座110。例如，参见沿中心线101a设置的那对缝合钉凹座110，设置有用于接收和闭合缝合钉的最远端腿部的远端的缝合钉凹座、以及用于接收和闭合缝合钉的最近端腿部的近端的缝合钉凹座。远端的缝合钉座110可与近端的缝合钉座110成镜像对称。
缝合钉凹座110可具有各种形状。如图5所示，当从上方观察时，各缝合钉凹座110可为大致三角形形状。可选地，当从上方观察时，各缝合钉凹座110可具有与“自行车座”相似的形状，例如大致为三角形并沿其侧面具有一系列凸形和凹形的弯曲。也可采用其它形状。
各相应的缝合钉腿部被接收于缝合钉凹座110的纵向端部处，所述纵向端部提供相对较宽的、用于接收缝合钉腿部的目标区域。因为缝合钉凹座110在接收缝合钉腿部的纵向端部处相对较宽，所以它们可消除或至少降低缝合钉腿部与缝合钉凹座错开的可能性，缝合钉腿部与缝合钉凹座错开的情形可能因例如外科缝合器的具有砧座的第一夹部和外科缝合器的具有配置用来发射缝合钉的匣的第二夹部之间的未对准而产生。

在外科缝合装置的砧座内形成一系列的缝合钉凹座对。缝合钉凹座对的数量以及它们的位置视所需的缝合钉图案而定。通常，将会有若干行彼此并排设置——例如平行设置——的缝合钉凹座。例如，缝合钉凹座的侧面——例如位于纵向内端部和纵向外端部之间的这些部分——可相对于所在行的中心线成一定角度。在此种装置中，当位于第一行缝合钉凹座内的缝合钉凹座与位于第二行缝合钉凹座内的缝合钉凹座相叠置时，缝合钉凹座的相邻侧面可彼此大致平行。
组织部分夹于砧座和装载有缝合钉的匣之间。缝合钉匣内的各缝合钉与对应的缝合钉凹座对大致对准。当发射时，缝合钉被推出缝合钉匣，使得缝合钉的腿部穿透该组织部分并进入相应的缝合钉凹座内。缝合钉发射机构继续操作，使缝合钉腿部被接收进缝合钉凹座110的宽端部，并沿凹座的弯曲凹部滑动以依据缝合钉凹座的曲率弯折或成型。最终，各缝合钉的腿部完全弯折或成型，使得该组织部分保持于缝合钉的脊部和被弯折的缝合钉腿部之间。
该外科缝合钉凹座装置可提供优于传统的外科缝合装置的缝合钉凹座装置的优点。例如，本发明的缝合钉凹座装置可提供用于进入的缝合钉腿部的捕捉区，该捕捉区能更好地容许对准较差的缝合钉，例如它能够接收和有效地弯折相对于缝合钉凹座的中心线略微错开的缝合钉腿部。这些优点至少部分是缘于位于缝合钉凹座的纵向外端部处的宽捕捉区、以及缝合钉凹座的大致三角形形状。因此，本发明的缝合钉凹座的一个特征是在缝合钉凹座的一端处设置较宽的捕捉区，该捕捉区允许有效地操作外科缝合器——即使对于由于砧座和缝合钉匣之间的合理量的错开而偏离中心进入的缝合钉腿部也是如此。本发明的另一特征是易于阻碍缝合钉腿部的端部的锐变角部被消除或至少最少化。本发明的另一特征是无论缝合钉腿部的端部在何处进入凹座的宽端部，总有足够陡峭的斜面或滑动角以使缝合钉腿部被导引着沿凹座的成型曲率行进。缝合钉凹座的陡峭侧壁的作用为：无论缝合钉腿部是否偏离中心进入，当缝合钉腿部弯折或成型时均朝向缝合钉的中心向后导引缝合钉腿部。这些成行的凹座可以彼此紧邻的方式并排整齐地相叠置——例如当相位移动大约凹座对的间距的二分之一时。相邻行的缝合钉凹座的这种相叠置使得各缝合钉凹座具有较大的缝合钉捕捉区，并允许相邻行的缝合钉凹座彼此间隔地更近。

21.如权利要求20所述的外科缝合装置，其中，第一行的远端缝合钉凹座和近端缝合钉凹座分别与第二行的近端缝合钉凹座和远端缝合钉凹座相叠置。
22.如权利要求21所述的外科缝合装置，其中，第一行的缝合钉凹座相对于第二行的缝合钉凹座沿纵向偏置。
23.如权利要求22所述的外科缝合装置，其中，第一行的缝合钉凹座相对于第二行的缝合钉凹座沿纵向偏置了缝合钉凹座对的中心距的二分之一。
24.如权利要求14所述的外科缝合装置，其中，对于所述缝合钉凹座中的每一个缝合钉凹座来说，缝合钉凹座的纵向外端部都比其纵向内端部宽。
25.如权利要求24所述的外科缝合装置，其中，每个缝合钉凹座的纵向外端部配置成首先接收相应的缝合钉腿部。
