Description

隔热杯
本发明涉及一种基于权利要求1前序部分所述的杯子。
所述杯子是众所周知的，如DE10054727A1中表述的。这些杯子主要用于装盛冷饮或热饮。杯子外套的褶皱材料使杯子隔热。采用了该隔热装置，杯中的液体可以长时间保温，并且由于杯子的外部既不太热也不太冷，消费者可以更加容易持杯。
DE10054727A1中的杯子制造时将褶皱材料的两个相对空边粘结在一起。在将坯料的第一边粘结到杯子内壁上之后，坯料围绕内壁，直到第二边重叠在第一边上并与第一边粘结。优选是，制造这种普通杯子时外套的平基层朝外，而便于在外套上印刷。

基于本发明，第二粘结区域(即，在用于加工外套的坯料的重叠末端上的粘结区域)与坯料的第二或最好是重叠边缘间隔一定的距离。这与DE10054727A1中的杯子存在明显区别，其第二粘结区域严格限定在坯料的重叠边缘上，以便该重叠边缘可以直接粘结到坯料的下层边缘从而卷合外套。本发明，在另一方面，教导了第二粘结区域应与重叠边缘间隔一定的距离，从而使坯料的重叠边缘直接粘结到杯子的内壁上。换句话说是，不采用胶粘接头的方式卷合外套，而是将坯料的两末端分别与内壁粘结。这种结构具有许多优点。通过分别将坯料的每个端部固定到内壁上，杯子的稳固性得到了加强。当一个粘结接头失效时，该外套仍能牢靠地固定在杯子的内壁上。此外，重叠的宽度可以显著地减少，因为不再需要设置重叠区域以满足坯料两个末端之间的相互粘结。通过减少重叠，例如宽度减少到小于1mm或者仅仅几毫米，可以节省外套所用材料，进而也降低制造成本。另外，杯子的美观感得到提高，因为重叠部不含有粘合剂，可以避免杯子外部重叠部中的粘合剂不必要地渗漏。此外，通过减小重叠部的宽度以及不在重叠部内设置附加粘结层，杯子在重叠部的厚度得以减小，进而，防止叠放杯子时出现挤压。因此，需要考虑杯子的可拆卸嵌套。这样可以更加便于搬运杯子和降低贮存成本。
在一优选实施例中，第二粘结区域与重叠边缘之间的距离至少与重叠区域的宽度相同。这样可以确保重叠部不含粘合剂，进而限定了重叠部的壁厚以及进一步防止粘合剂的渗漏。
依照切割出的褶皱材料坯料，重叠部的宽度恒定，但是该宽度不一定一直恒定不变。特定地，重叠区域的宽度可以在0到4mm之间，最好在0.5到2.5mm之间。当然，依照杯子的尺寸，该重叠部也可以更宽。
第二粘结区域与重叠边缘之间的距离为0.5mm到8mm，优选为0.5到5mm。特定地，该距离应当足够大以保证杯子外部的整个重叠区域没有粘合剂渗漏。
在本发明的一优选实施例中，重叠区域在坯料的两重叠末端之间完全不含有粘合剂。在该实施例中，粘合剂渗漏的风险进一步降低。
这里也可以预期第一粘结区域与坯料的相应边缘间隔其他的距离。当第一粘结区域与重叠边缘之间保持适当的距离时，比如至少与重叠区域的宽度相同，杯子内壁和外套之间现有的粘合剂可以避免出现在重叠部的下面。这样可以进一步降低重叠部的现有壁厚，进而便于叠放。
基于本发明的实施例，外套材料的褶皱层具有波峰(wavepeaks)使其与基层分离，这些波峰呈直线状或波形图案或锯齿状延伸。基层和波峰之间的空间主要影响杯子的隔热效果。如果可能，为了更进一步增强隔热效果，该空间也可以填充一定的材料，比如泡沫。
褶皱材料上相邻排列的波峰之间的距离恒定，杯子的生产成本可以进一步地降低，因为用于外套的坯料可以从褶皱材料上的任一位置切割获得，而不需要考虑切割的精确定位。
外套重叠区域的宽度最好小于褶皱材料上相邻波峰之间的平均距离的三倍，甚至更优的是小于相邻波峰之间的平均距离的两倍。该足够短的重叠部可以节省材料，从而降低生产成本，并且避免外面的重叠边缘脱离杯子。
第一粘结区域和/或第二粘结区域最好包括至少一粘合带，为了坯料相应的末端和杯子内壁之间牢固地粘结在一起。
该粘合带可以(比如)平行于坯料相应的边缘排布。这确保了边缘的任何一部分都无法与内壁脱离。
除了粘合带之外，或者不采用粘合带，第一粘结区域和/或第二粘结区域可以由至少一粘合点或圆点构成。在不显著影响杯子稳固性的情况下，可以减少粘合剂的使用，从而进一步降低生产成本和防止覆盖部的粘合剂渗漏。
在一优选实施例中，一些所述粘合点按平行于坯料相应边缘的直线排列，它们同粘合带一样起到加强杯子稳固性的效果，却减少了粘合剂的量。
除了第一和第二粘结区域之外，至少一附加粘结区域可以位于外套上的第一和第二区域之间。通过在第三或更多的位置上将外套与内壁粘结在一起，杯子和外套组件的稳固性进一步得到加强。
外套的材料优先选择塑料或纸板材料。当然，也可以选用其他合适的材料。
更进一步的改进是可以通过在杯子的内壁上安装可拆卸嵌套装置(de-nesting means)。当同样的杯子相互叠放的时候，所述可拆卸嵌套装置可以防止杯子之间的挤压。这样可以更容易地分离叠放在一起的杯子。
例如，该可拆卸嵌套装置可以呈至少一凸起状从内壁向杯子的内部突出。当叠放杯子时，上方杯子的底部可以搁在下方杯子的可拆卸嵌套的凸起上，以防止杯子在叠放时被挤压得太紧。
这种可拆卸嵌套凸起可以包括圆周凸起和/或至少一个局部凸起，例如一个台阶或一个凹座。安装的凸起只处在杯子的内壁上，因而杯子的外观不受影响。

图1示出了基于本发明的杯子1的一优选实施例。该杯子包括内壁2，所述内壁具有圆锥台(frustro-conical)的形状，其下端由杯底3封闭。杯子对应的上端具有一宽边4，例如可以由内壁2的上端卷边生成。
杯子1的外部由外套5构成，覆盖内壁2的整个高度，如从杯底3到上边缘4。加工成外套5的坯料为褶皱材料，其属于特殊的纸板材料，由褶皱层6和基层7组成，参见图3。如图1和图3所示，外套5按照基层7朝着杯子1内壁2的方向配置，褶皱层6朝着杯子1外侧的方向配置。该褶皱层6包含波峰8，使褶皱层6与基层7之间留有空隙。每条波峰8呈波形图案稍微倾斜一定的角度而从杯底3延伸到边缘4。每对相邻波峰8相互之间间隔一定的距离。在波峰8之间，有一凹槽9，褶皱层6和基层7在该凹槽处相互粘结。
杯子1的外套5由最初为平面的褶皱材料坯料10加工而成，如图2所示。该坯料10卷合，形成圆锥台(frustro-conical)形的外套5，其锥度与内壁2的锥度一致。坯料10可以依照其形状从大块褶皱材料板上切割获得。
如图2所示，采用褶皱材料的坯料10是稍稍弯曲的条状材料，其包括在条状材料第一末端12上的第一边缘11和与其相对的，条状材料第二末端14上的第二边缘13。平行于第一边缘11，但是与第一边缘11相隔一段距离D1的第一粘结区域15位于坯料10的内侧面(比如在基层7)上。该第一粘结区域15为图2中所示阴影区域。在第一粘结区域15上，具有以斑点或圆点16形式出现的粘合剂，它们在第一粘结区域15上间隔一定的距离排布。特别地，这些粘合剂圆点16呈直线排列并平行于坯料10的第一边缘11。
坯料10的相对的，第二边缘13呈对应的位置关系，但是位于坯料10上的第二粘结区域17与第二边缘13相隔距离D2。类似于第一区域15，第二粘结区域17也具有许多的离散的粘合剂圆点16，呈直线排列并平行与坯料10的第二边缘13。当不使用离散的粘合剂圆点16时，或者除这些圆点16之外，粘合剂也可以在各个粘合区域15，17上呈条状出现，或者其他适当的配置形式。另外，粘合剂也可以选择性地布置在位于第一区域15和第二区域17之间的附加粘合区域18上。进一步说明的是，在第一和第二区域15，17上的粘合剂是热溶胶，适合快速加工，同时附加区域18上的粘合剂是冷胶，可以获得很强的粘性。如果加工速度不是重点的问题，冷胶也可以作为在第一和/或第二区域上使用的粘合剂。
为了生产杯子1，用于外套的坯料10最初与“裸”杯1的其余部件相分离。特别指出的是，坯料10可以从大块褶皱材料板上切割获得。通过坯料10上的第一区域15，第二区域17和-选择性的-附加区域18上提供的粘合剂，坯料10围裹“裸”杯1。为了达到这个目的，坯料10的第一末端12按压在杯子1上并通过第一粘结区域15上的粘合剂16与内壁2的外表面粘结在一起。之后，坯料10环绕或包围内壁2并通过区域18上的粘合剂与内壁2粘结在一起，最后，通过第二粘合区域17上的粘合剂16粘合。向在坯料10上所有区域同时涂敷粘合剂作为一种方法，作为另一种可选方法也可以在坯料10包裹内壁2的成型过程中有序地涂敷粘合剂。在另一种可选方法中，坯料首先在它的中心与裸杯接触，之后坯料的两末端12，14对称地环绕杯子并且每个末端与内壁2分别粘结。可以使用夹子将两末端12，14夹在一起并贴在杯子1上。
最后，当坯料10完全环绕内壁2时，为了形成覆盖内壁2的外套5，坯料10的第二末端14与第一末端12重叠。特别的是，重叠部19的宽度为W，如图2和3所示。虽然该宽度W最好不能大于两相邻波峰8之间的距离d，但是它也可以稍宽，比照距离d的值。
虽然第一边缘11与第一粘结区域的距离D1可以为零，但是它最好不为零，特别是当不存在重叠部或W＝0的时候，其更优选的是至少与重叠部的宽度W相同。当第一粘结区域十分接近坯料10的第一边缘11时为了避免坯料10与内壁2分离，D1保持至少与W相同并允许重叠区域中在坯料10的第一末端12和内壁2之间不含有粘合剂。因此，可以减小重叠部的壁厚，而仍然提供机构的足够稳固性。
同样如图2和3所示，第二边缘12和第二粘结区域17之间的距离D2至少与重叠部宽度W相同，如果W非零，最好稍大于宽度W。这种布置的效果如图3所示：坯料10的第二末端14与内壁2在第二粘结区域17粘结之后，外套5的第二末端14朝外开口，为了能够与坯料10的第一末端12重叠。重叠区域19为图2所示的阴影区域。宽度W为0到4mm之间，优选在0.5到2.5mm之间。这种小宽度W具有上面提到的节省材料和增强杯子1美观的优点，可以依据本发明中设置第二粘结区域17与坯料10的重叠边缘13之间的非零距离D2来实现。正如现有技术中所采用的，坯料10的两末端12，14相互粘结之后一同粘结到内壁2，本发明替换上述方法，教导采用坯料10的每一末端12，14分别与内壁2粘结。这种机构具有极好的稳固性，同时重叠区域19在外套10的第一末端12和第二末端14之间不含有粘合剂。因而，重叠区域19的宽度W可以减小为较小的值。不过，由于坯料10的两末端12，14分别固定到内壁2上，相互分离的末端12，14比照现有技术实现起来更加可靠。
对于附加技术特征，图1中所示，本发明的杯子1可以装配可拆卸嵌套装置20。图1所示实施例中可拆卸嵌套装置20呈台阶状或呈凸起状从内壁2向杯子1的内部凸出。根据杯子1的锥度，凸起20设置在距底部3一定高度上-当叠放杯子1时-上方杯子1的底部3可以搁在下方杯子1的可拆卸嵌套凸起20上，紧紧地叠放进下方杯子1中。可拆卸嵌套装置20可以为圆周凸起延伸到杯子1的整个圆周，或者若干个在杯子1底部3上方相同高度处的分离的局部凸起。

图5所示为本发明的第三实施例。图5中所示的杯子1的外套5具有缩小的高度，如它的高度小于杯底3和边缘4之间的距离。

基于附图中所示的实施例和先前描述，本发明的杯子1还可以存在各种变形。例如，褶皱材料的波峰8可以呈直线延伸。基层和褶皱层6之间的间隙不一定必须是空的，可以填充合适的材料用于增强隔热效果，如泡沫。更进一步地，杯子1的内壁2不一定必须由单一层构成，可以为双层壁结构。杯子1的更廉价版本可以去除可拆卸嵌套装置20，并且去掉附加粘合区域18。更进一步的变形也是可能实现的。
