Claims (49)

1.通过血管内到血管外方法用于脉冲电场神经调控的装置,所述装置包括:
脉冲电场发生器;和
电联接到脉冲电场发生器的至少一个电极,通过血管内到血管外方法,所述电极被配置用于血管内传送和血管外放置,其中:所述电极被配置用于脉冲电场的血管外传送以引起神经调控。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中:所述电极包括具有第一和第二电极的至少一个双极电极,所述双极电极对被联接到脉冲电场发生器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中:所述装置被配置用于经过双极电极对的脉冲电场的血管外传送。
4.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中:通过血管内到血管外方法,所述第一电极被构造用于血管外放置;并且第二电极被配置用于血管内放置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中:第一电极包括有源电极,并且第二电极包括回路电极。
6.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中:所述第一电极和第二电极均被构造用于通过血管内到血管外方法的血管外放置。
7.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中:所述第一电极和第二电极在布置结构中彼此纵向间隔开。

20.一种通过血管内到血管外方法用于脉冲电场神经调控的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
使至少一个电极在血管内地前进到患者的血管内的治疗位置;
通过血管内到血管外方法,使电极的一部分经过血管壁的至少一部分,以将电极定位在血管外位置;和
通过电极,在血管外地传送脉冲电场以引起神经调控。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中:使至少一个电极在血管内地前进到患者的血管内的治疗位置的步骤还包括步骤:使所述电极在血管内地运动到患者的肾动脉内的治疗位置。
22.根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中:使至少一个电极在血管内地前进到患者的血管内的治疗位置的步骤还包括步骤:在血管内地移动具有电极的血管内导管到达患者的血管内的治疗位置。
23.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中:通过血管内到血管外方法,使电极的一部分经过血管壁的至少一部分,以将电极定位在血管外位置的步骤还包括步骤:扩张导管的可扩张元件。
24.根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中使至少一个电极在血管内地前进到患者的血管内的治疗位置的步骤还包括使电极运动经过定位在治疗位置处的血管内导管。

26.根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中调控有助于肾功能的神经纤维的步骤还包括在神经纤维中引起从包括不可逆电穿孔、电融合、坏疽、细胞凋亡、基因表达的改变、细胞因子上调节变化及其组合构成的组中选择的效果。
27.根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中:通过内到外血管方法,使电极的一部分经过血管壁的至少一部分,以将电极定位在血管外位置的步骤还包括步骤:穿透血管壁,并使电极前进穿过壁穿孔。
28.根据权利要求27所述的方法,其中:穿透血管壁的步骤还包括步骤:使电极强制穿过血管壁。
29.根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中使至少一个电极前进到治疗位置的步骤还包括步骤:使至少一个双极电极对前进到治疗位置。
30.根据权利要求29所述的方法,其中通过血管内到血管外方法,使电极的一部分经过血管壁的至少一部分,以将电极定位在血管外位置的步骤还包括步骤:在血管外运动移动双极电极对,并且其中:血管外传送脉冲电场的步骤还包括步骤:在血管外传送跨过双极电极对的脉冲电场。
31.根据权利要求29所述的方法,其中通过血管内到血管外方法,使电极的一部分经过血管壁的至少一部分,以将电极定位在血管外位置的步骤还包括步骤:将双极电极对的第一电极定位在血管外位置;并将双极电极对的第二电极定位在血管内位置。

34.一种通过血管内到血管外方法用于脉冲电场神经调控的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
使导管在血管内地前进到患者的血管内的治疗位置;
使用血管内到血管外方法,经导管,将至少一个电极定位在血管外位置;和
通过电极,在血管外传送脉冲电场以引起神经调控。
