1. beginning each section temperature (totally 4 sections) from the injection moulding machine spout is: one section 120 ℃, and two sections 160 ℃, three sections 175 ℃, four sections 180 ℃;
2. injection pressure is: 80~100MPa;
3. injection moulding speed: 50~60 (middling speed is up to 99);
4. shaping cycle is 30 seconds.
Embodiment 6 (hollow piece):

(2) raw-material pre-treatment:
1. dry: in drying plants such as hot-air oven, PBS, PBSA, the drying temperature of PLA are 80 ℃, the time is 4 hours; Starch and mineral filler are 105 ℃, and the time is 4 hours;
