Abstract

本发明涉及一种连接器系统,其用于连接流体在其间流动的管道。
背景技术
在医院和医学设备中,用以将输液设备(如注射器和泵)连接到位置处于患者内的导管和IV管及其他类似设备的标准方法涉及鲁尔(Luer)连接器系统的使用。鲁尔连接器包括阳(male)连接器部分和阴(female)连接器部分,阳连接器部分和阴连接器部分可通过简单的干涉配合(已知为滑动),或者可选地,通过简单螺纹(已知为锁),以流体密封的方式互相接合。
静脉内医学连接器或其他医学连接器(如硬膜外连接器)通常是鲁尔锁定连接。鲁尔阳连接器通常置于输液套件上,而阴连接器通常置于连通体腔如血流的导管上。由此两个连接器的连接实现从输液套件到患者的流体通道。气管套管空气连接器通常是鲁尔滑动连接器。重要的是,输送气体到气管套管的导管不会意外地连接到静脉内连接器或硬膜外连接器上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阳连接器,该阳连接器将连接到气管套管空气连接器上,而不会连接到静脉内连接器或硬膜外连接器上。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种用在连接器系统中的阳连接器,所述连接器系统用于连接流体在其间流动的管道,所述连接器系统包括阳连接器和阴连接器,阳连接器和阴连接器能可释放地接合在一起以形成流体密封连接,阳连接器适于只连接到标准滑动鲁尔阴连接器上。
阳连接器可包括用于防止与标准锁定鲁尔阴连接器连接的装置。
用以防止与标准锁定鲁尔阴连接器连接的装置可包括挡块。
阳连接器可包括保持在套管中的第一管道,所述第一管道可插入设置在阴连接器上的第二管道中以在所述两管道之间形成连接,所述挡块连接到所述套管或是所述套管的一部分,且位于所述套管入口或套管内。
挡块可以使得套管的至少部分具有的内部横截面足够小以在阳连接器的第一管道插入标准锁定鲁尔阴连接器的第二管道中时阻止标准锁定鲁尔阴连接器完全插入到套管中。
挡块可包括围绕套管的全部或部分内部圆周的脊。
挡块可以是套管的一部分,并且套管的形状可以使得在阳连接器的第一管道插入在标准锁定鲁尔阴连接器的第二管道中时阻止标准锁定鲁尔阴连接器完全插入在套管中。
挡块可以使得套管具有的内部横截面足够大以在阳连接器的第一管道插入在标准滑动鲁尔阴连接器的第二管道中时允许标准滑动鲁尔阴连接器完全插入在套管中。
阳连接器可以包括将第一管道插入到第二管道中时用以引导每个阴连接器的引导装置。
引导装置朝向套管的入口逐渐变细。
引导装置可以包括挡块。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供一种输液套件,其包括如上面限定的阳连接器。

具体实施方式
图1所示的标准鲁尔锁定阳连接器具有保持在套管(2)内的第一管道(1)。图1所示的标准鲁尔锁定阴连接器具有第二管道(3)。第二管道(3)的外侧具有多个突起(4)。套管(2)的内侧具有螺纹(5)。在使用中,第一管道(1)插入在第二管道(3)中以在两连接器之间形成流体密封连接,并且标准鲁尔阴连接器的突起(4)与标准鲁尔阳连接器(2)的螺纹(5)接合,如图3所示。
图2中所示的标准鲁尔锁定阳连接器也具有保持在套管(2)中的第一管道(1)。图2中所示的标准鲁尔滑动阴连接器具有第二管道(6),但是不具有突起。在使用中,第一管道(1)插入在第二管道(6)中以在两连接器之间形成如图4所示的流体密封连接。
当前标准鲁尔连接器的尺寸a-f在1997年1月的欧洲标准EN1707中进行了说明。
图5至7示出了本发明的两个实施例。
每个实施例包括在套管(2)的入口处具有附加圆盘(7)的鲁尔阳连接器。圆盘(7)的直径使得尺寸g小于标准鲁尔锁定阴连接器的尺寸b。这意味着,标准鲁尔锁定阴连接器的突起(4)不能进入本发明连接器的套管(2),结果标准鲁尔锁定阴连接器不能与本发明的连接器连接。但是,尺寸g没小到阻止与现有技术的鲁尔滑动连接器的连接。
为了防止连接,尺寸g必须仅比所述连接器圆周的尺寸b小足够程度以防止标准鲁尔锁定阴连接器的突起(4)进入本发明连接器的套管(2)中。因此,存在许多其他可能的配置。例如,圆盘可仅围绕套管圆周的部分延伸,或者套管的横截面可以是非圆柱形的。
可以对连接器上色以帮助使用者识别出其不是用于静脉内连接。
连接器可具有附带的夹扣,夹扣设计成接合在滑动阴连接器外表面上的凹槽、脊、凹口或突起以将连接器固定在合适位置。
连接器可连接到注射器上。在现有技术中,注射器可具有滑动尖端阳连接器或鲁尔锁定端部阳连接器。当前实施例具有能防止连接到鲁尔锁定阴连接器的套管。
阳连接器在连接器的入口可具有脊的修改或锯齿的修改。脊或锯齿有助于将阴连接器引导到位。其可具有垂直的直线(图8和9)或弯曲边缘(图10)或具有其他表面构造的边缘。
轮缘改动的另一个实施例包括如箭头所示的径向(图11)或圆周(图12)斜面。该斜面有助于改善实施例中的对准,其中挡块不围绕套管(2)的整个圆周延伸。圆周斜面产生波形,该波形在间隙(11)处具有最低点且在中点(10)处具有最高点。
轮缘改动的另一个实施例包括能改善对准的径向和圆周斜面两者的结合。
轮缘改动的另一个实施例包括在内部表面上的径向和/或圆周斜面(图12)。其可有助于所附连接器的分离。
这些实施例中的任何一个,它们的组合或全部可一起用于改善连接器的对准。

Claims (14)

1.一种用在连接器系统中的阳连接器,所述连接器系统用于连接流体在其间流动的管道,所述连接器系统包括阳连接器和阴连接器,所述阳连接器和阴连接器能够可释放地接合以形成流体密封连接,所述阳连接器包括:保持在套管中的第一管道,所述套管具有第一内径;和挡块,所述挡块定位在所述套管的入口,以至少部分减小所述套管的第一内径,所述挡块具有第二内径,所述挡块的第二内径小于所述套管的第一内径,使得所述阳连接器仅能连接到标准滑动鲁尔阴连接器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阳连接器,其中螺纹设置在所述套管的内侧表面上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阳连接器,其中所述挡块连接到套管。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的阳连接器,其中所述挡块与所述套管成一体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阳连接器,其中所述挡块包括围绕所述套管的全部或部分内部圆周的脊。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阳连接器,其中所述脊包括径向斜面。
7.根据权利要求5所述的阳连接器,其中所述脊包括圆周斜面。
8.根据权利要求5所述的阳连接器,其中所述脊包括径向斜面和圆周斜面。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的阳连接器,其中所述挡块是所述套管的一部分,并且所述套管的形状使得在所述阳连接器的第一管道插入到标准锁定鲁尔阴连接器的第二管道中时阻止标准锁定鲁尔阴连接器完全插入到所述套管中。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的阳连接器,还包括在将阴连接器插入到所述套管中时引导阴连接器的引导装置。
11.根据权利要求10所述的阳连接器,其中所述引导装置朝向所述套管的所述入口逐渐变细。
12.根据权利要求11所述的阳连接器,其中所述引导装置包括所述挡块。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的阳连接器,其中所述挡块包括圆盘并且所述圆盘仅围绕所述套管的圆周的部分延伸。
14.一种输液套件,包括根据权利要求1至13任一项所述的阳连接器。
