9. display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein this first shell comprises the first side that defines the front surface of opening and extend back from the outward flange of this front surface, this second shell comprises that the outward flange of He Conggai rear surface, rear surface extends to be forward positioned at the second side within this first side, and this fastening guiding piece comprises first ribs adjacent with the side of this panel assembly and supports the second ribs of this second side.
