相关技术的描述

正如迄今所成功地证明的,若使用经导管的方法,则经皮肤的主动脉瓣膜更换手术就将假体瓣膜递送到患病的瓣膜部位以使其展开,其方法是使用气囊来膨胀瓣膜支承抵靠在天生的内腔上,或在原位露出一自膨胀的支承并使其膨胀到位。使用自膨胀的支承,则在递送过程中自膨胀框架一直保持被包覆,直到到达目标部位为止。有利地,该框架可固定到导管上,以在抽拉护套时避免框架过早地展开。在CoreValve瓣膜假体中,使用带有两个侧向按钮的毂,围绕各个按钮可在递送过程中驻留一个框架曲折。护套的内部径向力使框架保持压靠在导管上,包括围绕侧向按钮就位的框架曲折。导管通常包括至少两个管,即,承载假体的内管和承载护套的外管,使得护套可相对于假体移动。

参照图1A-C,一个改进的用于医疗器械12的递送系统10的示范实施例包括导管14,该导管14具有远端16和近端18。在所示图中,举例来说,所述医疗器械12是自膨胀的框架。

在某些实施例中,护套接触医疗器械的表面可以是粘性的,这能使粘滞的表面摩擦地接合医疗器械,并减小医疗器械和护套之间的滑动。例如,可通过将诸如聚亚安酯之类的聚合物材料或其它热塑性弹性体涂敷到表面上,或通过用粘滞材料制造该表面,就可使表面变得粘滞。
