背景技术

发明内容

具体实施方式
现将参照附图中所示的示例详细描述本发明的较佳实施例。只要有可能，在所有附图中都用相同的附图标记来表示相同或类似的部件。
本文使用的术语“光缆”和/或“光纤”包括所有类型单模和多模光波导，包括可有涂层、有色、缓冲的、带状和或在光缆中具有诸如一个或多个管、加固件、护套等的其它组织或保护结构的一种或多种光纤。同样，其它类型的适当光纤包括抗弯光纤，或用于传递光信号的任何其它有利介质。抗弯光纤的实例是可从康宁公司（Corning Incorporated）购得的
多模光纤。
标号“U”是指光纤设备架或箱的标准设备搁架尺寸。这也可称为“RU”。例如，设备架可支承42个1U尺寸的搁架，“U”等于标准1.75英寸高且十九（19）英寸宽。在某些申请中，“U”的宽度可以是二十三（23）英寸。通常，壳体占据越多的架空间（越多“U”），壳体内的光纤容量越高。通常从制造观点或安装观点来看具有从1U壳体方便地转换成2U壳体的能力是理想的。
图1-3示出可转动行进引导件10的实施例，可转动行进引导件包括构造成接纳光缆（图1-3中未示出）的引导部12和用于将引导部12可拆卸地附连到安装表面（图1-3中未示出）的附连结构14。行进引导件可具有多个行进段，且在可拆卸地附连到安装表面时可转动通过360度，并通过360度角位移可转动地、可选择地定位在多个点。

图13是安装表面138的下侧150的视图，示出安装在安装表面138上的可转动行进引导件200。为了清楚起见，可转动行进引导件110和方向箭头146被包括在图13中，但以虚线示出，因为它们无法从安装表面138的下侧150看到。可转动行进引导件110已沿方向箭头146的方向从槽142中的插入位置转动至一个掣子144的位置。凸片132插入或定位在掣子144中，以将可转动行进引导件110可释放地锁定在该位置，如以上参照图12所述。掣子144在键合接纳件140中的位置可类似于“爪印”的形状。槽142成形为使可转动行进引导件110可沿仅一个定向插入键合接纳件140中。当可转动行进引导件110根据需要转动以提供多个锁定位置时，掣子114位于可转动行进引导件110的突起部136的路径的中心线上。这样，突起部可动地定位在各掣子144中的不同掣子中。附连结构114的足迹或形状和/或掣子144的布置或型式可变化。附连结构114可以是任何形状。此外，任何数量的掣子144可被包括以提供可转动行进引导件110在360度角位移内的任何定位。此外，结构可倒置掣子144可位于附连结构114上且齿状突起部136可位于安装表面138上。
可转动行进引导件可由金属或非金属材料构成。此外，可转动行进引导件可以是任何形状、分部段的或不分部段的，并具有相对于传统行进引导件的若干优点。这个优点包括但不局限于便利和功能方式，其中，可转动行进引导件可拆卸地附连至安装表面。既无需紧固件也无需粘合剂将可转动行进引导件固定至安装表面。还有，假如需要的话，无需工具就能容易地拆卸可转动行进引导件。可转动行进引导件可沿仅一个方向插入安装表面中，从而消除了错误插入的可能性。可转动行进引导件可释放地锁定在位于不同角度，其适合光纤的多个匝数、位置和体积，同时仍然保持合适的弯曲半径。此外，可转动行进引导件的各部段允许缓冲管与裸露光纤或不同于未护套的带护套光缆隔开或分开。
得益于以上说明和关联的附图中所教授的内容，本领域的技术人员将会想到在许多修改和其它实施例。因此，应该理解到，本说明不局限于所揭示的具体实施例，各种修改和其它的实施例都将包含到附后权利要求书的范围之内。因此，意指本说明书涵盖落入所附权利要求书及其同等物范围内的各种更改和改变。尽管这里采用专门的术语，但它们的使用只是一般和描述的含义而并无限制的目的。
Claims (30)
1.一种可转动行进引导件，包括：
引导部，所述引导部构造成接纳光缆；以及
附连结构，所述附连结构用于将所述引导部可拆卸地附连至安装表面，其中，所述行进引导件是可转动的且在可拆卸地附连至所述安装表面时可转动地、可选择地定位。
2.如权利要求1所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述行进引导件可转动地、可选择地定位在360度角位移内的多个位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述附连结构包括至少一个凸片，所述至少一个凸片构造成被所述安装表面接纳。
4.如权利要求3所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述至少一个凸片形成所述引导部和所述凸片之间的槽口，所述槽口构造成接纳所述安装表面的一部分。
5.如权利要求4所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述凸片是弹性的，从而所述安装表面的被接纳在所述槽口中的部分摩擦配合于所述引导部和所述凸片之间，所述凸片将所述安装表面的所述部分偏压抵靠在所述引导部上，所述偏压允许所述可转动行进引导件定位在选定的多个位置且同时保持摩擦配合。
6.如权利要求5所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，键合接纳件形成在所述安装表面中，所述键合接纳件具有局部地围绕所述键合接纳件的内边缘延伸的唇部，所述安装表面的所述部分是所述唇部，所述唇部被接纳在所述槽口中且摩擦配合于所述凸片和所述引导部之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述附连结构包括第一凸片和第二凸片，所述第一凸片和所述第二凸片构造成被所述安装表面接纳。
8.如权利要求7所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述第一凸片形成所述第一凸片和所述引导部之间的第一槽口，所述第二凸片形成所述第二凸片和所述引导部之间的第二槽口。
9.如权利要求8所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述安装表面包括用于接纳所述附连结构的键合接纳件，从而使所述附连结构沿一个定向被所述安装表面接纳。
10.如权利要求9所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述第一凸片构造成被所述安装表面中的第一凸片槽接纳，所述第二凸片构造成被所述安装表面中的第二凸片槽接纳。
11.如权利要求8所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述第一凸片是弹性的，从而所述安装表面的一部分被接纳在形成于所述第一凸片和所述引导部之间的槽口中，所述安装表面的所述部分摩擦配合于所述引导部和所述第一凸片之间，所述第一凸片将所述安装表面的所述部分偏压抵靠在所述引导部上，所述偏压允许所述可转动行进引导件定位在选定的多个位置且同时保持摩擦配合。
12.如权利要求1所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述引导部具有多个行进部段。
13.如权利要求1所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述引导部具有顶部、底部、第一壁和第二壁，所述第一壁和所述第二壁附连至所述底部且延伸自所述底部。
14.如权利要求13所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述第一壁和所述第二壁中的至少一个壁是可变形的，施加至所述底部的力使所述第一壁和所述第二壁中的至少一个壁变形。
15.如权利要求14所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述力是由于当所述可转动行进引导件可拆卸地附连至所述安装表面时、将偏压施加至所述引导部的所述附连结构而造成的。
16.如权利要求14所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，当所述第一壁和所述第二壁中的至少一个壁变形时，所述第一壁和所述第二壁中的至少一个壁关闭在所述顶部与所述第一壁和所述第二壁中的至少一个壁之间的间隙。
17.如权利要求13所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述引导部具有在所述第一壁和所述第二壁之间的第三壁，所述第三壁的一端附连至所述底部且延伸自所述底部，所述第三壁的另一端附连至所述顶部的中部且延伸自所述中部。
18.如权利要求17所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述第一壁附连至所述顶部的第一部分，所述第二壁附连至所述顶部的第二部分。
19.如权利要求18所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，第一间隙形成在所述顶部的第一部分和所述中部之间，第二间隙形成在所述顶部的第二部分和所述中部之间。
20.如权利要求19所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，由于当所述可转动行进引导件可拆卸地附连至所述安装表面时、所述附连结构将偏压施加至所述引导部所产生的力使所述第一壁变形以关闭所述第一间隙，并使所述第二壁变形以关闭所述第二间隙。
21.如权利要求1所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述附连结构包括具有突起部的凸片，所述安装表面包括多个掣子，当所述可转动行进引导件转动时，所述突起部定位在所述多个掣子中的一个掣子中，从而将所述可转动行进引导件可释放地锁定在与所述掣子相对应的一位置。
22.一种可转动行进引导组件，包括：
引导部，其中，所述引导部构造成接纳光缆；以及
附连结构，所述附连结构用于将所述引导部可拆卸地附连到安装表面并包括至少一个凸片，所述至少一个凸片连接到所述引导部并与所述引导部形成槽口，以及
所述安装表面中的键合接纳件，其中，所述键合接纳件具有局部地围绕其内边缘延伸的唇部，所述唇部被接纳在所述槽口中且摩擦配合于所述凸片和所述引导部之间，当所述引导部可拆卸地附连至所述安装表面时所述行进引导件可转动地、可选择地定位。
23.如权利要求22所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述键合接纳件构造成沿仅一个定向接纳至少一个凸片。
24.如权利要求22所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述至少一个凸片包括第一凸片和第二凸片，所述第一凸片与所述引导部形成第一槽口，所述第二凸片与所述引导部形成第二槽口。
25.如权利要求24所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述第一凸片和所述第二凸片具有不同尺寸。
26.如权利要求25所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述键合接纳件具有第一槽和第二槽，所述第一槽尺寸设计成接纳所述第一凸片，所述第二槽尺寸设计成接纳所述第二凸片，所述键合接纳件构造成沿仅一个定向接纳所述第一凸片和所述第二凸片。
27.如权利要求22所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述安装表面是光纤设备的一部分。
28.如权利要求27所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述光纤设备的所述部分是安装至光纤设备架中底盘的搁架。
29.如权利要求22所述的可转动行进引导件，其特征在于，所述引导部具有多个部段，所述引导部构造成通过所述多个部段中的不同部段接纳具有不同尺寸的光缆。
30.一种用于光缆的可转动行进引导组件，包括：
引导部，其中，所述引导部具有底部、顶部、第一壁、第二壁和第三壁并形成多个部段，所述引导部构造成通过所述多个部段中的不同部段接纳具有不同尺寸的光缆，所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁是可变形的；
附连结构，所述附连结构用于将所述引导部可拆卸地附连至光纤设备的搁架，所述附连结构包括第一凸片和第二凸片，所述第一凸片连接至所述引导部且与所述引导部形成第一槽口，所述第二凸片连接至所述引导部且与所述引导部形成第二槽口，以及
所述搁架中的键合接纳件，其中，所述键合接纳件具有局部地围绕其内边缘延伸的唇部，所述唇部被接纳在所述第一槽口和所述第二槽口中的至少一个槽口中且摩擦配合于所述第一凸片和所述第二凸片中的至少一个凸片与所述引导部之间，
其中，当所述引导部可拆卸地附连至所述搁架时，所述行进引导件可转动地、可选择地定位在360度角位移内的多个位置。
