Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于执行外科手术(例如是关节内窥镜检查或者整形外科手术)的工具,更具体地,本发明涉及一种管状柔性驱动轴,所述管状柔性驱动轴具有沿着所述轴的多个互锁部段,优选由多个倾斜燕尾槽锁定在一起,使得在承受沿顺时针或逆时针方向旋转所产生的转矩的同时远端部是柔性的,藉此防止燕尾槽分离和失效。
背景技术
关节内窥镜手术所必须的可操作性的限制意味着传统的直驱动轴不能很好地适合这些手术。因此,各种关节内窥镜外科手术使用柔性驱动轴以便钻进骨骼中,铰削骨骼,在骨骼中冲孔,将锚件或螺钉推到骨骼中,将锚件或螺钉攻丝(tap)到骨骼中,将锚件或螺钉旋拧到骨骼中并且将缝线紧固到骨骼、肌腱等。传统的柔性驱动轴具有沿着整个驱动轴或沿着所述驱动轴的远端部的一部分定位的螺旋线圈。所述螺旋线圈允许使用者将所述驱动轴穿过弯曲的导向件。然而,根据螺旋形结构的定向,所述线圈将在沿顺时针方向转动时收紧在一起,并且在沿逆时针方向转动时分离或拉开,或者对于具有反向取向的螺旋形结构而言,反之亦然。因此,目前,外科医生需要两个柔性驱动轴。一个柔性驱动轴将沿顺时针方向传递转矩,一个柔性驱动轴将沿逆时针方向传递转矩。
因此,存在对既沿顺时针方向传递转矩又沿逆时针方向传递转矩而驱动轴没有被拉开的管状柔性驱动轴的需求。

发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种柔性驱动轴,所述柔性驱动轴将沿顺时针方向和逆时针方向传递转矩。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种柔性驱动轴,所述柔性驱动轴足够坚固从而在使用时能够承受施加于其上的转矩。
本发明通过提供一种柔性管状驱动轴满足上述和其他目的,所述柔性管状驱动轴包括多个互锁部段,所述互锁部段具有切入到所述驱动轴中的倾斜的燕尾槽结构。每个互锁部段具有近端部、远端部和燕尾槽结构,所述燕尾槽结构包括大致三角形的销和大致三角形的插口,所述销和插口围绕每个互锁部段的近端部和/或远端部的周缘交替。一个互锁部段的销可移动地接合第二个互锁部段的插口,反之亦然。所述大致三角形的销和大致三角形的插口将所述互锁部段紧固在一起,同时使得所述驱动轴是柔性的。所述互锁部段的额外的益处是每个部段之间的距离可以被切割得更大或更小以便实现更大或更小柔性的驱动轴。而且,无论所述驱动轴是否沿顺时针方向或沿逆时针方向旋转,所述大致三角形的销和大致三角形的插口都保持锁定在一起。所述驱动轴可以用作手动工具,例如螺丝刀,或者附加到旋转工具,例如钻头上。导向件允许使用者在操作中控制所述驱动轴远端部的位置和深度。

现在参照图3,图3显示本发明的平放的互锁部段6燕尾槽结构9的分解俯视图和平放的相反方向的互锁部段6燕尾槽结构9的俯视图。通过将互锁部段6切削成管状轴10得到驱动轴1的柔性部分。围绕管状轴10的整个周缘形成各个切口11以形成包括交替的大致三角形的销7和大致三角形的插口8的燕尾槽结构9。大致三角形的销7和相应的大致三角形的插口8被以相反的角度切削以使得柔性增加并且进一步将部段6锁定在一起并且防止所述互锁部段分离。每个三角形的销7具有向内斜角表面21和向外斜角表面22,它们对应反向的三角形的插口8的向内斜角表面21和向外斜角表面22。向内斜角表面21或者向外斜角表面22可定位在三角形的插口8的内部部分23上、三角形的销7的侧面部分24上或者三角形的销7的外部部分25上。

现在参照图12,图12显示本发明的内导向件26的侧视图。内导向件26优选是具有近端部4和远端部5的管状轴。手柄27优选定位在内导向件26的近端部4上。内导向件26优选用形状记忆合金或其他任意具有弹性效应的形状记忆材料构成,藉此允许使用者在所述材料中锻制出恒定的曲线,以便在将压力施加到所述曲线上时,所述材料能够暂时变直。内导向件26用于在操作过程中控制驱动轴1的定位。内导向件26的曲线形部段可以暂时变直以便穿过螺旋驱动工具13的管状手柄15和穿过管状驱动轴1。内导向件26的曲线形部段将恢复它的曲线形的形状,藉此在管状驱动轴1的柔性部分中形成需要的曲线。

最后参照图14,图14显示本发明的保护鞘。保护鞘28优选用塑料或橡胶材料制成,并且置于管状驱动轴1上以覆盖互锁部段6。保护鞘28防止互锁部段6之间的间隙被填充杂质。

Claims (8)
1.一种管状柔性驱动轴,包括:
管状轴,其具有近端部、远端部、内表面和外表面;
第一互锁部段,其包括第一角度的切口以形成交替的大致三角形的销和大致三角形的插口;以及
第二互锁部段,其包括第二角度的切口以形成交替的大致三角形的销和大致三角形的插口,
第二角度与第一角度相反以使得:
第一互锁部段的销包括具有向外斜角表面的侧面部分以及具有向内斜角表面的外部部分,以及
第二互锁部段的销包括具有向内斜角表面的侧面部分以及具有向外斜角表面的外部部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管状柔性驱动轴,其特征在于,第一互锁部段的向外斜角表面与第二互锁部段的向内斜角表面相邻。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管状柔性驱动轴,其特征在于还包括定位在所述管状轴的近端部上的手柄。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管状柔性驱动轴,其特征在于,
所述手柄是大致管状的,藉此允许使用者将物体穿过所述手柄和穿过所述管状轴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的管状柔性驱动轴,其特征在于还包括大致管形的外导向件,所述外导向件被置于所述驱动轴的外部表面上以便控制所述管状轴的曲线。
6.根据权利要求1所述的管状柔性驱动轴,其特征在于还包括内导向件,所述内导向件被置于所述管状轴中以便控制所述管状轴的曲线。
7.根据权利要求6所述的管状柔性驱动轴,其特征在于,
所述内导向件用形状记忆合金构成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的管状柔性驱动轴,其特征在于还包括保护鞘,所述保护鞘覆盖所述管状轴的外部表面的预定部分。
