Description
本发明一般地涉及数字、人-机对话通信系统,这种系统能应用户的要求传输附有音频信息的静态视频图象,更具体地说,是涉及一图象显示器,以接收通过由一标准有线电视分配干线来的一串数据包,将这些数字包变换成为被选上的附有音频的视频显示,并将其在标准有线电视分配馈线电路中的一予先指定的输出通道上传输图象给需求的用户。

购货信息可以传送给顾客也可以存储在出纳员服务电路26中并在晚些的时间“分批”送给顾客。例如,在一个给定时期内所有成交货品都由出纳员服务电路26存储于一存储数据文件存储器,但在这一时期终结时他们分批地被送到不同的顾客作进一步的处理,出纳员服务电路26还能够描述成交的货物将以什么方式寄给用户。也就是说,它将向顾客建议货物是不是航运,用什么方式,或者是顾客在其商店领取货物。

指定的高速输入通道的频率由接收机控制器72传输到一频率捷变宽带接收机74。接收机74调节到接收机控制器72指定的通道。此指定的通道信号由接收机74送到解调器76。解调器76将模拟信号变换成数字二进制信息流,进行前向改正,然后从那里送数字包到接收机控制器72。在接收机控制器72那里,选择要给显示器54的数字包,并将它传输到用户服务电路控制器64。
用户服务电路控制器64送信息的数字包到处于显示器54中的用户服务电路62中的一个。依照包括在数字包中的寻址信息,每一个安置在显示器54中的用户服务电路62负责为分配到此一个具体显示器的用户处理信息的数字包。
参阅图4,由用户服务电路控制器传输出来的信息包由用户服务电路62中一小型中央处理单元78接收并存储在一随机存储器组合80中。中央处理单元78辨认哪一个信息包是广播稿包,然后用广播稿包来确确定在用户实时观看中如何使视频/音频包与图形信息组合起来。广播稿包还规定背景以及附带复盖音频的真实性和时限,还有带有可视文本的视频图象的屏幕位置和时限。另外,广播稿包可以规定一自动化的音频和视频顺序系列来实现用户的具体的要求。在产品描述顺序的准备过程中的误差检测过程中,用户误差控制器64将由局部地区随机存储器以一替代信息替代,传送信息或说明给用户。
自中央处理单元78,广播稿包被传输到视频扩展器82或一音频扩展器84,依这些包包括的是视频或音频信息而定。视频扩展器82包括图象覆盖能力和由视频压缩算法定义的反向处理的功能。音频扩展器84将音频包压缩并将其变换为实时的。视频包和音频包也由视频信号处理机86和音频处理机88进行处理。在视频和音频信息排队和扩展后,它们即用输出调制器90来调制一用户可以选择的有线电视通道,一个频率捷变发送器传输由局部操作中心指挥的由中央处理单元78指定频率的按NTSC格式组合的描述给需求用户。因此,需求的视频/音频描述是通过显示器54传输到予先指定的输出通道上才到需求的用户。
虽然本发明的说明性的施实例结合附图已作了详尽的描述,应当理解本发明并不局限于这些明确的实施例,而且,在不偏离本发明的范围或者精神下,精于此专业的人员可以从中进行各种变化或改进。
Claims (17)
1、在一个人--机对话通信系统中,其中的用户从一众多的视频/音频描述中进行选择,该视频/音频描述以信息数字包的形式传输到众多的显示器,每一个数字包对所说的请求用户唯一地编址,每一个所说的显示器包括有:
转换装置,转至一通道用以:监视一个包含有所述数字包的数字信息流,该数字包表示选择的视频/音频描述;进行检测;进行进一步处理,数字包对于予定的那些所述的请求用户唯一地编址;
控制装置,接收该唯一编址的数字包并传输每一个所述数字包到按其唯一编址的予选指定的用户服务电路;以及
至少一个接收唯一编址的数字包,变换该数字包为模拟形式的视频/音频描述并传送该视频/音频描述到该请求用户的所说的用户服务电路。
2、根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中包括不多于8个用户服务电路。
3、根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中所述的变换装置是调到一宽带通道的。
4、根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中该用户服务电路以NTSC形式传输视频/音视描述在一予先指定的输出通道上。
5、根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中该用户服务电路进一步包括一计算机处理单元,用以接收和处理唯一编址的数字包,并用以存储那数字包在一随机存储器中。
6、根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中所说的数字包包括视频包、音频包和决定视频和音频包组合成为一视频/音频描述方式的广播稿包。
7、根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中所说的变换装置根据由一予先固定频率,窄带控制通道接收到的调节信息被调到所说的监视通道。
8、根据权利要求7所述的显示器,其中该窄带控制通道带宽是10千赫或小于10千赫。
9、根据权利要求7所述的显示器,其中所说的变换装置进一步含有一固定控制通道接收机用以接收所说的窄带控制通道。
10、根据权利要求9所述的显示器,其中所说固定控制通道接收机以约每秒9600比特的速率传输数字编码信息给一解调器,该解调器的输出被传输到一接收机控制器,此接收机控制器指定监视通道给一个频率捷变宽带接收机。
11、根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中所说的监视通道是位于有线电视的频率谱内。
12、一个用以接收人-机对话通信系统的用户选择的视频/音频描述的显示器,该视频/音频描述是以信息数字包形式传输的,每一个所述的数字包对于请求用户唯一地编址,所述显示器包括:
转换装置,转至一通道以监视一个包含有所述数字包的数字信息流,该数字包表示被选择的视频/音频描述,进行检测,进一步处理,数字包对于予定的那些所述的请求用户唯一地编址;
控制装置,接收该唯一编址的数字包并传输每一个所述数字包到按其唯一编址的予先指定的用户服务电路;以及
至少一个接收唯一编址的数字包,变换该数字包为模拟形式的视频/音频描述并传输该视频/音频描述到所说的请求用户。
13、在一有线电视网络中,用来分配所述的用户所选择的视频/音频描述给用户的显示装置包括:
一个接收经过分配媒介的数字包信息流的接收装置,该数字信息包表示由该用户们选择过的视频/音频描述;
一个变换所述的数字包为模拟形式的视频/音频描述的装置;以及
一个在予先指定的输出通道上传输所述的模拟形式的视频/音频描述到所述的请求用户们的装置。
14、根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述的分配介质是有线电视分配干线。
15、根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述的视频/音频描述包括静态帧图象。
16、根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中所述的视频/音频描述还包括一个或多个音频信息。
17、根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述视频/音频描述包括动态图象。
