Abstract

本发明的全自动洗衣机控制装置,包括检测洗涤液透过率的透过率检测电路11、检测衣物量的衣物量检测电路12、检测洗涤桶内水位的水位检测电路13、使用者可通过键盘操作设定洗涤运转时间长短的操作显示电路14、响应上述各电路输出信号控制洗涤运转的控制电路15。上述控制电路15根据各检测电路的信号对洗涤运转作模糊控制,从多个模糊推理的后项规则表中选择合乎使用者要求的规则表,设定与使用者要求相符的稍长或稍短的洗涤运转。

Description

洗衣机的控制装置
本发明涉及家庭洗涤衣物的洗衣机,尤其涉及应用微机的洗衣机的控制装置。
近年来,随着传感技术和模糊控制等微机控制技术的进步,已经能够根据洗涤物的污浊程度及衣物量更加精确并且最佳地进行洗涤运转控制。例如,如特开平3-94795号公报报道,曾提出了能够根据洗涤液的污浊程度控制洗涤时间的洗衣机。
但是,在特开平3-94795号公报的那种模糊控制中,表示传感器信号大小的前项从属度函数,或者表示进行模糊推理的洗涤时间等操作的大小的后项从属度函数,是根据设计制造者的意图或实验确定的。因此,当使用者想要再多洗涤或者漂洗时,则通过手操作设定时间,而与传感器的检测信号无关。
本发明解决上述已有问题,通过传感器的信号并根据使用者的要求对洗涤运转进行模糊控制。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的洗衣机的控制装置,由检测洗涤液的污浊程度的透过率检测电路、检测洗涤衣物量的衣物量检测电路、检测洗涤桶水位的水位检测电路、键输入使用者要求的操作显示电路、以及根据上述各检测电路及操作显示电路的信号来控制洗涤运转的控制电路构成的,上述控制电路的结构是,具有根据上述各检测电路的信号进行模糊推理并控制洗涤运转的模糊控制部,并能够根据使用者的要求由上述操作显示电路选择上述模糊控制的多个推理后项。
依靠这种结构,例如通过操作显示电路键盘操作对洗涤时间稍长、略长或稍短的设定,能够根据使用者的要求控制模糊推理后项从属度函数的延长、稍加延长或缩短的设定以及洗完时间。对于用传感器信号控制洗涤时间的推理后项,不仅依靠设计者确定的值,而且使用者也可以在几种值中进行选择,使洗涤或漂洗时间增多或减少。本发明具有这些特长。
如上所述,本发明根据透过率检测电路衣物量检测电路、水位检测电路和操作显示电路的信号,进行模糊控制,改变模糊控制的推理后项,根据使用者的要求,控制洗涤时间、漂洗时间、漂洗水量、脱水时间等的增加或减少。尤其是,通过改变或选择模糊推理的规则表中后项实数型从属度函数,可以控制只在污浊多的情况下延长洗涤时间,诸如此类。当然,也可以全部延长,或者在透过率高且饱和时间短的较少污迹情况下延长洗涤时间。另外,这不局限于改变模糊推理运算后项规则表的情况,对于将模糊推理结果作为表格存储起来,利用查表方式选择多或少的表格的情况也是一样的。再有,如果能够通过键盘操作对洗涤、漂洗、脱水各步骤设定并存储多或少的运转,则还可以实现适合使用者要求的运转过程的设定。此外,因为洗涤时间的设定不由使用者决定,而是根据传感器信号来改变模糊控制的规则表的,所以能够根据污浊或漂洗的程度进行洗涤运转。当污浊或衣物量少的时候,能够减少洗涤水量、洗涤时间、漂洗水量等等,而且还能节水、省电、省时。
图1是本发明一个实施例的洗衣机控制装置方框图。
图2是操作显示部的正视图。
图3显示饱和时问与透过率的从属度函数。
以下对本发明的实施例,参照附图进行说明。
在图1中,1是水桶,在水桶1的内部设置洗涤桶2。通过给水阀3供水给洗涤桶2,再通过设在水桶1的底部的排水阀4排出水桶1中的洗涤液。在水桶1与排水阀4的连接部分即放水旋塞上装有由发光元件与接受元件构成的光传感器,检测洗涤液的透过率。在洗涤桶2的底部设有搅拌翼6,电动机7的旋转力通过减速机构8传送给搅拌翼6。9是检测在洗涤搅拌过程中电动机关闭时的惯性旋转的旋转传感器。10是检测洗涤桶2中水位的水位传感器。
11是透过率检测电路,在清水的时候进行光传感器5的发光输出控制,根据洗涤液从清水起的透过率变化来检测污浊程度。污浊的多少可以根据透过率随时间的变化为一定的饱和时间和此时的透过率变化来判别。12是衣物量检测电路,根据搅拌时电动机惯性旋转数的大小来判别衣物量。13是水位检测电路,根据水位传感器的信号大小来检测洗涤桶中的水位。14是操作显示电路,通过使用者的键盘操作能够控制洗涤运转,尤其是能够设定合乎使用者要求的洗涤运转。15是控制电路,根据各传感器的信号与使用者的操作设定来控制电动机驱动电路16、给水阀驱动电路17、排水阀驱动电路18,从而控制洗涤运转。
图2是本发明的操作显示部的一个实施例。140a-140d是能够把洗涤时间设定成从稍长到稍短的4个级别并可进行改变的显示灯的实施例,141a-141d是能够按照从稍多到稍少的4个级改变漂洗运转时间或漂洗水量的显示灯的实施例。142a-142d是脱水运转的设定例子。例如,若根据操作显示部的设定将洗涤时间设定为稍长,则通过后项变更部15b改变控制电路15的模糊控制部15a的模糊推理后项,使洗涤时间变长,并在存储装置15c中存入加长后的推理后项。
图3是模糊推理前项从属度函数的一个实施例,是通过透过率检测电路检测到的饱和时间Ts与此时的透过率Vs的从属度函数。此外,对应于衣物量的从属度函数也是必要的,但在此省略。
表1示出饱和时间Ts与透过率Vs组成的模糊推理后项规则表的一个实施例。

表1所示的后项从属度函数是实数型的,例如,在标准规则表情况下,当饱和时间Ts短而透过率Vs高的时候,则意味着因为污浊少,将洗涤时间定为3分钟。在稍长的规则表中,相同条件下为7分钟。此外,饱和时间Ts与透过率Vs为正常时,在标准规则表中为10分钟,而在稍长的规则表中为16分钟。这样,如果改变模糊推理后项的规则表的实数型从属度函数,就可能增大洗涤时间,并且能够只改变规则表中的一个条件。例如,不是将洗涤时间全部延长,而是仅仅在脏污程度重的领域中能延长洗涤时间。
表1所示的模糊推理方法一般称为菅野的推理方法,在此省略其详细的推理运算方法的说明。但是其特长是,因为后项从属度函数为实数型,所以能够减少存储容量,减少微机的程序容量及运行时间。
表2示出依据衣物量与透过率的漂洗模糊控制的规则表的一个实施例。

Claims (6)

1.一种洗衣机控制装置,包括:
包含检测桶内液体污浊程度的污浊检测装置、检测桶内洗涤衣物量的衣物量检测装置以及检测桶内水位的水位检测装置在内的状态检测装置;
接收该状态检测装置的输出信号,控制洗涤、漂洗、脱水运转的控制装置;
可由使用者操作的变更装置,
其特征在于,
所述控制洗涤、漂洗、脱水运转的控制装置具有用于与所述状态检测装置的输出信号对应地确定所述洗涤、漂洗、脱水运转时间的控制规则数据,所述变更装置改变该控制装置的控制规则数据;
在使用者通过操作所述变更装置改变所述控制规则数据后,洗衣机的所述洗涤、漂洗、脱水运转时间除按使用者的要求被增加或减少外,仍与所述状态检测装置的输出信号有关。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗衣机控制装置,其特征在于,污浊检测装置包括检测桶内液体的光透过率的光透过率检测电路,控制装置根据光透过率检测电路的信号来控制洗涤、漂洗、脱水运转。
3.如权利要求2所述的洗衣机控制装置,其特征在于,控制装置根据从洗涤开始起到光透过率检测电路的信号饱和为止的饱和时间与饱和时的光透过率来决定洗涤时间、漂洗时间或漂洗次数、脱水时间。
4.如权利要求3所述的洗衣机控制装置,其特征在于,控制装置根据从光透过率检测电路得到的饱和时间及饱和时的光透过率、和从衣物量检测装置得到的衣物量来确定漂洗水流的强度。
5.如权利要求1所述的洗衣机控制装置,其特征在于,控制装置作为模糊控制装置,该模糊控制装置具有确定控制规则的规则表,变更装置改变规则表的数据。
6.如权利要求5所述的洗衣机控制装置,其特征在于,控制装置存储多个规则表,通过变更装置从多个规则表中选取一个规则表。
