Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及手术装置。更具体地,本公开涉及电动机械手术装置,其包括用于快速且有效地与手术配件连接和分离的快速连接/分离布置。
背景技术
一种类型的手术装置为线性夹紧、切割和吻合装置。在手术过程中可采用这种装置来从胃肠道切除癌性或异常组织。常规的线性夹紧、切割和吻合器械包括具有细长轴和远侧部的握把式结构。该远侧部包括一对剪刀式夹持元件,其将结肠的开放末端夹紧闭合。在该装置中,两个剪刀式夹持元件的其中之一,例如砧座部,相对于整体结构移动或枢转,同时另一夹持元件相对于整体结构保持固定。这种剪切装置的致动(砧座部的枢转)通过保留在手柄中的夹持扳机来控制。
除了剪切装置,远侧部还包括吻合机构。剪切机构的固定的夹持元件包括吻合钉钉仓收纳区域以及这样一种机构:其用于抵靠砧座部驱动吻合钉向上通过组织的被夹紧末端、从而封闭开放的末端。剪切元件可以与轴整体地形成或是可拆卸的,这样各种剪切元件和吻合元件就可以是可互换的。
许多手术装置制造商已经开发出具有用于操作和/或操纵手术装置的专用动力驱动系统的产品生产线。在许多情况中,手术装置包括可重复使用的动力手柄组件和一次性的末端执行器等,该末端执行器在使用前与动力手柄组件选择性地连接,然后在使用后,为了处理掉或者在某些情况下为了重复使用而消毒,动力手柄组件与末端执行器分离。
用于与许多现有的动力手术装置和/或手柄组件一起使用的许多现有末端执行器是由线性力来驱动的。例如,为了操作用于执行胃肠内吻合术过程、端对端吻合术过程和横向吻合术过程的末端执行器,每种典型地都需要线性驱动力。这样,这些末端执行器与使用旋转运动来输送动力等的手术装置和/或手柄组件并不兼容。
为了使线性驱动的末端执行器与使用旋转运动来输送动力的动力手术装置和/或手柄组件兼容,存在对适配器和/或适配器组件的需要,以使线性驱动的末端执行器与动力旋转驱动的手术装置和/或手柄组件之间接合并使两者相互连接。
对于这些适配器和/或适配器组件,理想的是,通过快速连接/快速分离机构与基本的(underlying)动力手术装置和/或手柄组件选择性地连接/分离。
因此,存在对包括互补的快速连接/快速分离机构的适配器和/或适配器组件以及基本动力手术装置和/或手柄组件的需要。
发明内容
本公开涉及电动机械手术装置,其包括用于快速且有效地与手术配件连接和分离的快速连接/分离设备。
根据本公开的一个方案,手持式电动机械手术装置设置并配置成与手术配件选择性地连接,其中,所述手术配件包括圆柱形联接组件,所述圆柱形联接组件限定形成在其外表面中的环形槽。所述电动机械手术装置包括:装置壳体,其限定用于选择性地收纳所述手术配件的联接组件的连接部,所述连接部包括:环形壁,其限定尺寸定为收纳所述手术配件的联接组件的圆柱形凹槽;套环,其能够滑动地支撑在所述环形壁周围,其中,所述套环能够在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动;以及至少一个插口部件,其插设在所述环形壁和套环之间,其中,每个插口部件均能够滑动地支撑在所述环形壁中。每个插口部件包括:固定的第一状态,其中,每个插口部件投入所述环形壁的圆柱形凹槽中;以及能够移动的第二状态,其中,每个插口部件自由地不投入所述环形壁的圆柱形凹槽中。其中,当所述套环处于第一位置时,所述套环作用于每个插口部件以使每个插口保持在所述第一状态。其中,当所述套环处于第二位置时,每个插口部件自由地移动至所述第二状态。
所述套环可被弹簧偏压至所述第一位置。
当所述手术配件连接至所述电动器械手术装置时,每个插口部件可与所述手术配件的环形槽配准。
当所述手术配件连接至所述电动机械手术装置时并且当所述套环处于所述第一位置时,每个插口部件可以至少部分地进入所述手术配件的环形槽。
在使用中,当所述手术配件连接至所述电动机械手术装置时,并且当所述套环处于所述第一位置时,可防止所述手术配件与所述电动机械手术装置分离。
所述套环可包括沿所述套环的内表面定位的凸轮环,其中,当凸轮部件处于所述第一位置时,所述凸轮环作用于每个插口部件。
当所述套环处于所述第二位置时,所述手术配件能够连接至所述电动机械手术装置。
当所述套环处于所述第一位置时,所述手术配件不能连接至所述电动机械手术装置。

具体实施方式
参照附图详细描述本公开的手术装置以及用于手术装置和/或手柄组件的适配器组件的实施例,其中,在几幅示图中的每一幅示图中,相同的附图标记表示相同或相对应的元件。如在此使用的,术语“远侧”是指适配器组件或手术装置或其构件的更远离用户的那部分,而术语“近侧”是指适配器组件或手术装置或其构件的更靠近用户的那部分。
根据本公开的一个实施例的手术装置通常表示为100,并且是以配置成用于选择性附接多个不同的末端执行器的动力手持电动机械设备的形式,每种所述末端执行器均配置成用于通过动力手持电动机械手术设备来致动和操纵。
如图1中图示,手术装置100配置成用于与适配器组件200形式的手术配件选择性连接,并且,依次地,适配器组件200配置成用于与末端执行器或单次使用的装载单元300选择性连接。
如图1和图2中图示,手术装置100包括手柄壳体102,手柄壳体102具有下部壳体部104、从下部壳体部104延伸出和/或支撑在下部壳体部104上的中间壳体部106以及从中间壳体部106延伸出和/或支撑在中间壳体部106上的上部壳体部108。中间壳体部106和上部壳体部108被分成:与下部104整体地形成并从下部104延伸出的远侧半段以及能够通过多个紧固件与远侧半段连接的近侧半段。当接合时,远侧半段和近侧半段限定手柄壳体102,手柄壳体102在其中具有空腔,电路板(未示出)和驱动机构(未示出)位于该空腔中。
参照图1至图3,上部壳体部108的远侧半段限定突出部或连接部108a。前椎体114支撑在上部壳体部108的突出部108a上。前椎体114由透明材料制造。照明部件(未示出)设置在前椎体114内,这样照明部件能够通过前椎体114可见。所述照明部件可以是发光二极管印刷电路板(LED PCB)的形式。所述照明部件可以配置成以与唯一的分立事件相关的特定彩色图案来照射多种色彩。
手柄壳体102的上部壳体部108设置有壳体,驱动机构位于壳体中。所述驱动机构配置成驱动轴和/或齿轮构件以执行手术装置100的各种操作。特别地,所述驱动机构配置成驱动轴和/或齿轮构件以使末端执行器300的工具组件304(参见图1和图14)选择性地相对于末端执行器300的近侧主体部302移动,以使得末端执行器300围绕纵向轴线“X”(参见图2)相对于手柄壳体102旋转,使得砧座组件306相对于末端执行器300的钉仓组件308移动,并且/或者发射在末端执行器300的钉仓组件308内的吻合和切割钉仓。
如图1至图3中图示,并如上所述,上部壳体部108的远侧半段限定配置成接受适配器组件200的对应驱动联接组件210的连接部108a。
如图2、图3和图7至图13图示,手术装置100的连接部108a限定圆柱形凹槽108b,当适配器组件200与手术装置100配接时,凹槽108b收纳适配器组件200的驱动联接组件210。连接部108a支撑其周围的套环108c,其中套环108c能够在第一或推进位置与第二或缩回位置之间滑动。当套环108c在推进位置上,如在图9至图12所见,适配器组件200的驱动联接组件210可以不与手术装置100连接,或者适配器组件200的驱动联接组件210被固接至手术装置100并且不能与手术装置100分离。当套环108c在缩回位置上时,如在图13中所见,适配器组件200的驱动联接组件210可被插入手术装置100的连接部108a的圆柱形凹槽108b中或者从其中退出。

如图8至图12中所见,套环108c被如盘簧等的偏压元件108d偏压至推进位置。如图8至图12中所见,偏压元件108d插设在连接部108a和套环108c之间。
现转到图3和图7至图13,连接部108a支撑至少一个(优选的是三个径向平均间隔的)插口部件108e,插口部件108e插设在连接部108a和套环108c之间。特别地,每个插口部件108e均支撑在连接部108a的环形壁中。每个插口部件108e具有当套环108c在推进位置上时的第一状态,其中每个插口部件108e投入连接部108a的圆柱形凹槽108b中,其中每个插口部件108e阻断或阻止适配器组件200的驱动联接组件210与手术装置100的连接,或者每个插口部件108e联结适配器组件200的驱动联接组件210并将适配器组件200固接至手术装置100。
每个插口部件108e具有当套环108c在缩回位置上时的第二状态,其中,每个插口部件108e自由地径向向外移动并且允许适配器组件200的驱动联接组件210插入手术装置100的连接部108a的圆柱形凹槽108b和/或从其移除。

如图3至图6中所见,连接部108a容纳三个可旋转驱动连接件118、120、122。特别是如图3中所见,当适配器组件200配接至手术装置100时,手术装置100的可旋转驱动连接件118、可旋转驱动连接件120和可旋转驱动连接件122中的每一个均与适配器200的对应的可旋转连接件套筒218、可旋转连接件套筒220和可旋转连接件套筒222联接(参见图3)。就此而言,对应的第一驱动连接件118与第一连接件套筒218之间的接合、对应的第二驱动连接件120与第二连接件套筒220之间的接合以及对应的第三驱动连接件122与第三连接件套筒222之间的接合被锁定,这样手术装置100的驱动连接件118、驱动连接件120、驱动连接件122中的每一个的旋转均引起适配器组件200的对应连接件套筒218、连接件套筒220和连接件套筒222的对应旋转。
手术装置100的驱动连接件118、驱动连接件120、驱动连接件122与适配器组件200的连接件套筒218、连接件套筒220、连接件套筒222的配接允许旋转力经由三个相应的连接件接合中的每一个被独立地传输。手术装置100的驱动连接件118、驱动连接件120、驱动连接件122配置成通过驱动机构独立地旋转。就此而言,驱动机构的功能选择模块通过驱动机构的输入驱动构件来选择驱动手术装置100的驱动连接件118、驱动连接件120、驱动连接件122中的哪一个或者哪几个。
由于手术装置100的驱动连接件118、驱动连接件120、驱动连接件122中的每一个均具有与适配器组件200的相应连接件套筒218、连接件套筒220、连接件套筒222的锁定和/或基本上不可旋转的接合,当适配器组件200联接至手术装置100时,旋转力被选择性地从手术装置100的驱动机构传递至适配器组件200。
手术装置100的驱动连接件118、驱动连接件120和/或驱动连接件122的选择性旋转允许手术装置100选择性地致动末端执行器300的不同功能。如在下文中将会更详细地描述的,手术装置100的第一驱动连接件118的选择性和独立的旋转对应于末端执行器300的工具组件304的选择性的且独立的打开和闭合,以及末端执行器300的工具组件304的吻合/切割构件的驱动。同样地,手术装置100的第二驱动连接件120的选择性的且独立的旋转对应于末端执行器300的工具组件304横切于(transverse to)纵向轴线“X”(参见图2)的选择性的且独立的关节式运动。此外,手术装置100的第三驱动连接件122的选择性的且独立的旋转对应于末端执行器300相对于手术装置100的手柄壳体102围绕纵向轴线“X”(参见图2)的选择性的且独立的旋转。

第一控制按钮124的致动引起末端执行器300的工具组件304的闭合和/或末端执行器300的工具组件304内的吻合/切割钉仓发射。
摇杆装置128在第一方向上的致动引起工具组件304相对于主体部302在第一方向上关节式运动,而摇杆装置128在相反方向(例如,第二方向)上的致动引起工具组件304相对于体部302在相反方向(例如,第二方向)上关节式运动。
控制按钮126的致动引起末端执行器300的工具组件304打开。
摇杆装置130的致动引起末端执行器300相对于手术装置100的手柄壳体102旋转。具体地,摇杆装置130在第一方向上的移动引起末端执行器300相对于手柄壳体102在第一方向上旋转,而摇杆装置130在相反方向(例如,第二方向)上的移动引起末端执行器300相对于手柄壳体102在相反方向(例如,第二方向)上旋转。
如图1至图3中图示,手术装置100配置成用于与适配器组件200选择性连接,并且,依次地,适配器组件200配置成用于与末端执行器300选择性连接。
如图14所示,适配器组件200配置成将手术装置100的任一个驱动连接件120或者驱动连接件122的旋转转换成轴向平移,该轴向平移利于操作末端执行器300的驱动组件360和关节式运动连杆366。
适配器组件200可包括用于使得手术装置100的第三可旋转驱动连接件122和末端执行器300的第一可轴向平移驱动部件相互连接的第一驱动传输/转换组件,其中,所述第一驱动传输/转换组件将手术装置100的第三可旋转驱动连接件122的旋转转换并传输成末端执行器300的第一可轴向平移驱动组件360(参见图14)的轴向平移用于发射。
适配器组件200可包括用于使得手术装置100的第二可旋转驱动连接件120和末端执行器300的第二可轴向平移驱动部件相互连接的第二驱动传输/转换组件,其中,所述第二驱动传输/转换组件将手术装置100的第二可旋转驱动连接件120的旋转转换并传输成末端执行器300的关节式运动连杆366(参见图14)的轴向平移用于关节式运动。
现转向图4至图7,适配器组件200包括球形把手壳体202和从球形把手壳体202的远侧端延伸出的外管206。球形把手壳体202和外管206配置成且尺寸定为容纳适配器组件200的构件。外管206尺寸定为允许内窥镜插入,特别是,外管能够通过普通的套管针孔口、套管等。球形把手壳体202尺寸定为不进入套管针孔口、套管等。
球形把手壳体202配置成并适于连接到手术装置100的远侧半段的上部壳体部108的连接部108a。
如图1和图3至图6中所见,适配器组件200包括在其近侧末端处的手术装置驱动联接组件210以及在其远侧端处的末端执行器联接组件230。驱动联接组件210具有圆柱形的轮廓并包括形成在其外表面中的环形槽210a。环形槽210a配置成并且尺寸定为当适配器组件200与手术装置100连接时,选择性地收纳其中的每个插口部件108e。
驱动联接组件210可旋转地支撑着其内的第一可旋转近侧驱动轴212、第二可旋转近侧驱动轴214和第三可旋转近侧驱动轴216。驱动联接组件210分别可旋转地支撑第一连接件套筒218、第二连接件套筒220和第三连接件套筒222。如上所述,连接件套筒218、连接件套筒220和连接件套筒222中的每一个配置成与手术装置100的相应的第一驱动连接件118、第二驱动连接件120和第三驱动连接件122配接。连接件套筒218、连接件套筒220和连接件套筒222中的每一个进一步配置成与相应的第一近侧驱动轴212、第二近侧驱动轴214和第三近侧驱动轴216的近侧末端配接。
参照图1至图13,在此讨论将适配器组件200连接至手术装置100的方法。如图13中所见,为了将适配器组件200连接至手术装置100,将手术装置100的连接部108a的套环108c移动至缩回位置。当套环108c在缩回位置上,并且当每个插口部件108e在第二状态时,驱动联接组件210可被自由地插入手术装置100的连接部108a的圆柱形凹槽108b中。当驱动联接组件210被完全且适当地插入手术装置100的连接部108a的圆柱形凹槽108b中时,驱动联接组件210的环形槽210a与手术装置100的连接部108a的每个插口部件108e对准或配准。
当驱动联接组件210被完全且适当地插入手术装置100的连接部108a的圆柱形凹槽108b中并且驱动联接组件210的环形槽210a与手术装置100的连接部108a的每个插口部件108e对准或配准时,将手术装置100的连接部108a的套环108c移动至推进位置。由于手术装置100的连接部108a的套环108c被移动至推进位置(如图7至图13中所见),套环108c的凸轮环108f作用于每个插口部件108e从而将每个插口部件108e移动至第一状态,以使得每个插口部件108e都被设置并保持在驱动联接组件210的环形槽210a中以将适配器组件200固接至手术装置100。
如图13中所见,为了使适配器组件200与手术装置100分离,将手术装置100的连接部108a的套环108c从推进位置移动至缩回位置。当套环108c从推进位置移动至缩回位置时,每个插口部件108e从第一状态转变到第二状态,从而允许驱动联接组件210与手术装置100的连接部108a的圆柱形凹槽108b分离。
由于将手术装置100的连接部108a的套环108c移动至缩回位置,套环108c的凸轮环108f从每个插口部件108e分开以使每个插口部件108e从第一状态转变至第二状态,由此,由于轴组件200从手术装置100分离,每个插口部件108e均从驱动联接组件210的环形槽210a退出以允许适配器组件200与手术装置100分离。
为了使手术装置100和适配器组件200在连接过程中相互恰当地锁止和成角度地对准,如图3至图13中所见,手术装置100和适配器组件200可包括与其相关联的旋转对准结构件。特别地,手术装置100可包括投入连接部108a的圆柱形凹槽108b中的对准突起108g,并且适配器组件200可包括形成在驱动联接组件210的外表面中的纵向延伸的沟槽210b,其中沟槽210b穿过驱动联接组件210的最近侧表面延伸。以这种方式,为了使手术装置100和适配器组件200适当地相互连接,手术装置100的对准突起108g必须与适配器组件200的沟槽210b成角度地且轴向地对准。
在一个实施例中,能想到的是,手术装置100的套环108c可包括形成在其外表面中的摩擦或夹持增强结构件,例如,刻痕、肋或槽,以使因末端用户造成的套环108c的滑落最少和/或改善套环108c的夹持性。
能想到的是,根据本公开,在能重复使用的、快速连接机构中,或者在将经受重复插入和移除的机构中,选择各插口部件108e的材料和驱动联接组件210(限定环形槽210a)的材料以使这些部件中一个成为保护性磨损部件(即,将经历最多的磨损的部件)。这通过控制构造的材料的硬度以及通过选择构造的特定材料(是金属还是塑料)来实现。
适配器组件200包括如上所述的,设置在手柄壳体202和外管206内的第一驱动传输/转换组件、第二驱动传输/转换组件和第三驱动传输/转换组件。每个驱动传送/转换组件配置成并适于将手术装置100的第一驱动连接件118、第二驱动连接件120和第三驱动连接件122的旋转传输或者转换成适配器组件200的驱动杆的轴向平移,以实现末端执行器300的闭合、打开、关节式运动和发射;或者实现适配器组件200的旋转。
在操作中,当用户启动手术装置100的按钮时,软件校验预定的条件。如果条件满足,软件控制电动机并将机械驱动力输送至附接的手术吻合器,手术吻合器随后便能够根据所按的按钮的功能打开、闭合、旋转、关节式运动或发射。软件还通过以限定的方式打开或关闭彩色灯以指示手术装置100、适配器组件200和/或末端执行器300的状态来向用户提供反馈。
在图15中展示了所述系统的高层电气结构图,并且该图显示与各种硬件和软件界面的连接。在图15的左侧显示来自按压按钮124、按钮126以及来自驱动轴的电动机编码器的输入信号。微控制器包含操作手术装置100、适配器组件200和/或末端执行器300的装置软件。微控制器接收来自MicroLAN、超级ID芯片、电池ID芯片和适配器ID芯片的输入信号,并将输出信号发送给MicroLAN、超级ID芯片、电池ID芯片和适配器ID芯片。
MicroLAN、超级ID芯片、电池ID芯片和适配器ID芯片如下所述地控制手术装置100、适配器组件200和/或末端执行器300:
MicroLAN—串行单总线通讯以读/写系统构件ID信息。
超级ID芯片—识别手术装置100并记录使用信息。
电池ID芯片—识别电池156并记录使用信息。
适配器ID芯片—识别适配器组件200的类型、记录末端执行器300的存在并记录使用信息。
在图15中图示的示意图的右侧指示了到LED的输出;选择电动机(以选择夹紧/切割,旋转或关节式运动);以及选择驱动电动机来执行所选的功能。
如图1和图14图示,末端执行器表示为300。末端执行器300配置成且尺寸定为用于通过套管、套管针等插入内窥镜。特别地,在如图1和图14图示的实施例中,当末端执行器300在闭合状态下,末端执行器300可穿过套管或套管针。
末端执行器300包括近侧主体部302和工具组件304。近侧主体部302可释放地附接至适配器组件200的远侧联接件230,并且工具组件304可枢转地附接至近侧主体部302的远侧端。工具组件304包括砧座组件306和钉仓组件308。钉仓组件308相对于砧座组件306枢转并且能够在打开或非夹紧位置与闭合或夹紧位置之间移动以通过套管针的套管插入。
近侧主体部302包括至少一个驱动组件360和关节式运动连杆366。
参照图14,驱动组件360包括具有固接至动力夹紧部件365的远侧端的柔性驱动梁364以及近侧联结段368。联结段368包括限定肩状部370的阶梯状部。联结段368的近侧末端包括径向相对的向内延伸的指状件372。指状件372联结中空的驱动部件374以将驱动部件374固定地固接至梁364的近侧末端。驱动部件374限定近侧开孔376,当末端执行器300附接至适配器组件200的远侧联接件230时,近侧开孔376收纳适配器组件200的第一驱动转换器组件240的驱动管246的连接部件247。
当驱动组件360在工具组件304内向远侧推进时,夹紧部件365的上梁在限定在砧座板312和砧座盖310之间的通道内移动并且下梁在托架316外表面上方移动以闭合工具组件304并从中发射吻合钉。
末端执行器300的近侧主体部302包括具有从末端执行器300的近侧末端延伸出的钩状近侧末端366a的关节式运动连杆366。当将末端执行器300固接至适配器组件200的远侧壳体232时,关节式运动连杆366的钩状近侧末端366a联结适配器组件200的驱动杆258的联接钩258c。当适配器组件200的驱动杆258如上所述推进或缩回时,末端执行器300的关节式运动连杆366在末端执行器300内推进或缩回以使工具组件304相对于近侧主体部302的远侧端枢转。
如图14中图示,工具组件304的钉仓组件308包括可支撑在托架316中的吻合钉钉仓305。吻合钉钉仓305限定中央纵向沟槽305a以及定位在纵向沟槽305a的每侧上的三线性排的吻合钉留置沟槽305b。吻合钉留置沟槽305b中的每一个收纳单个的吻合钉307和部分的吻合钉推进件309。在手术装置100的操作过程中,驱动组件360紧靠致动滑架并推进致动滑架通过钉仓305。由于致动滑架移动通过钉仓305,致动滑架的凸轮楔形件顺序地联结吻合钉推进件309以使吻合钉推进件309在吻合钉留置沟槽305b内垂直地移动并且顺序地从其中射出单个吻合钉307以用于抵靠砧座板312成形。
对于末端执行器300的构造和操作的详细讨论,可以参考于2009年8月31日提交的、标题为“用于手术吻合装置的工具组件”的公开号为2009/0314821的美国专利申请,在此通过引用并入该公开的全部内容。

可以理解的是,可以对本公开的适配器组件的实施例进行各种改进。因此,不应将上述说明解释为限制性的,其仅为实施例的示例。本领域技术人员在本公开的范围和实质内会想到其他的改进。
Claims (14)
1.一种手持式电动机械手术装置,其配置成与手术配件选择性地连接,其中,所述手术配件包括圆柱形联接组件,所述圆柱形联接组件限定形成在其外表面中的环形槽,所述电动机械手术装置包括:
装置壳体,其限定用于选择性地收纳所述手术配件的联接组件的连接部,所述连接部包括:
环形壁,其限定尺寸定为收纳所述手术配件的联接组件的圆柱形凹槽;
套环,其能够滑动地支撑在所述环形壁周围,其中,所述套环能够在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动;以及
至少一个插口部件,其插设在所述环形壁和套环之间,其中,每个插口部件均能够滑动地支撑在所述环形壁中,并且其中,每个插口部件包括:
固定的第一状态,其中,每个插口部件投入所述环形壁的圆柱形凹槽中;以及
能够移动的第二状态,其中,每个插口部件自由地不投入所述环形壁的圆柱形凹槽中;
其中,当所述套环处于第一位置时,所述套环作用于每个插口部件以使每个插口部件保持在所述第一状态;并且
其中,当所述套环处于第二位置时,每个插口部件自由地移动至所述第二状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,所述套环被弹簧偏压至所述第一位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,当所述手术配件连接至所述电动机械手术装置时,每个插口部件与所述手术配件的环形槽重合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,当所述手术配件连接至所述电动机械手术装置时并且当所述套环处于所述第一位置时,每个插口部件至少部分地进入所述手术配件的环形槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,当所述手术配件连接至所述电动机械手术装置时,并且当所述套环处于所述第一位置时,能防止所述手术配件与所述电动机械手术装置分离。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,所述套环包括沿所述套环的内表面定位的凸轮环,其中,当套环处于所述第一位置时,所述凸轮环作用于每个插口部件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,当所述套环处于所述第二位置上时,所述手术配件能够连接至所述电动机械手术装置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,当所述套环处于所述第一位置上时,所述手术配件不能连接至所述电动机械手术装置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,当所述手术配件连接至所述电动机械手术装置时并且当所述套环处于所述第一位置时,所述手术配件被阻止与所述电动机械手术装置分离。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,所述套环的第一位置为向远侧推进的位置。
11.根据权利要求1所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,所述套环的第二位置为向近侧缩回的位置。
12.根据权利要求1所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,所述至少一个插口部件包括围绕所述连接部的环形壁径向均匀间隔的三个插口部件。
13.根据权利要求1所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,所述连接部进一步包括径向投入所述圆柱形凹槽中的对准突起,其中,所述对准突起尺寸定为进入设置在所述手术配件的圆柱形联接组件的外表面上的对准沟槽。
14.根据权利要求6所述的电动机械手术装置,其中,所述凸轮环固接至所述套环的内表面。
