背景技术

发明内容
本文中公开的实施方式包括用于将光纤电缆和/或光纤固定到光纤设备的可拆卸应变消除支架及相关总成和方法。可拆卸应变消除支架可用于固定布线到光纤设备的光纤电缆和/或光纤。可拆卸应变消除支架还可用于为布线并固定到光纤设备的光纤电缆和/或光纤提供应变消除。本文中论述的光纤电缆包括不论是安置在常用电缆护套中还是彼此自由地安置在电缆护套外的光纤。

附接系统100的将可拆卸应变消除支架24附接到光纤设备壳体28的安装表面26并从所述安装表面26拆卸的主要特征结构可位于可拆卸应变消除支架24的底部处。就此而言，图4D图示图2A的可拆卸应变消除支架24的底视图。图4D图示附接系统100的主要工作元件。附接系统100可包括至少一个邻接表面130、弯曲法兰132和插销134。邻接表面130可安置在主体50上并经配置以接触安装表面26，如图6A中所示。邻接表面130可由安置在主体50上的一或多个下翻法兰136形成。下翻法兰136中的一或多者可沿底面124的周长138安置并转动远离主体50的顶面126。下翻法兰136允许主体50凸出超过安装表面26的凸起浮雕106，如图6B中所示。凸起浮雕106可延伸超过安装表面26距离D4，如图6A中所示，以使得下翻法兰136可允许主体50凸出超过距离D4以高于凸起浮雕106。邻接表面130结合下翻法兰136确保：主体50的底面124保持高于安装表面26固定距离D2，且因此距与光纤设备壳体28的底部平坦表面144一致的几何平面P1固定距离D3，如图6A和图6B中所示。当光纤设备壳体28设置成先前所述的标准U形尺寸光纤设备机架时，那么光纤设备壳体28的任何部分不在光纤设备壳体28的底部下方延伸或将延伸到保留用于恰好位于下方的光纤设备壳体28的空间是很重要的。
继续参看图4A至图4E，弯曲法兰132可安置在主体50中并帮助防止图2A的可拆卸应变消除支架24相对于安装表面26的扭转运动。弯曲法兰132可包括第一部分140和第二部分142。第一部分140可从底面124延伸。第二部分142可包含第一配合表面146和与第一配合表面146相对的第二配合表面148。第二部分142可相对于第一部分140成角度θ（西塔）安置且沿第二部分轴A2（参见图6A）朝向弯曲法兰132的远端150延伸。角度θ（西塔）可为九十（90）度。弯曲法兰132的第二部分142可从第一部分140朝向弯曲法兰132的远端150逐渐变小，如图4E中所示，其中距离D6小于距离D5。锥形将使得弯曲法兰132能够更好与安装表面26和配合特征结构102连通。
接着，插销134可帮助防止图2A的可拆卸应变消除支架24相对于安装表面26的横向运动。图4D图示作为附接系统100的下一特征结构的插销134。如图4D和图5中所示，插销134可安置穿过主体50中的孔口158。主体50中的孔口158可沿如图5中所示的插销纵轴A3集中且可接收插销134，如图4D中所示。当可拆卸应变消除支架24通过也安置在安装表面26的孔口104中附接到安装表面26时，插销134帮助防止横向运动。当插销安置在安装表面26的孔口104中时，安置表面26的孔口104相对于主体50的孔口158的位置是固定的。当可拆卸应变消除支架24需要从安装表面26移除时，则插销从安装表面26的孔口移除，并且，可拆卸应变消除支架24相对于安装表面26的横向运动是可能的。
插销134可为较大总成的一部分，以使得插销134的操作在不使用工具的情况下成为可能。如图5中所示，插销134可由柱塞总成160组成。在一个实施方式中，柱塞总成160可为从总部设在宾夕法尼亚州康科德维尔的SouthcoIncorporated购得的目录编号为56-99-513的弹簧承载柱塞162。柱塞总成160可包含套管164、弹簧166、柱塞头98和插销134。
可拆卸应变消除支架24的另一特征结构可为主体50。图5以分解图图示图2A的可拆卸应变消除支架24的主体50上的上述特征结构的排列方式。主体50可包括第一部分176和第二部分178。可包括顶面126和切缝48、48(2)、48(3)、48(4)作为第一部分176的一部分。可包括弯曲法兰132、下翻法兰136和主体50中的孔口158作为第二部分178的一部分。第一部分176和第二部分178可使用各种技术，例如，焊接、使用第三紧固件179（参见图5）紧固而附接在一起。第三紧固件179可为例如铆钉或由总部设在宾夕法尼亚州Danboro的PennEngineering制造的紧固件180。制造由第一部分176和第二部分178组成的主体50的益处可能是降低制造费用。分组在不同部分上具有类似弯曲方向的特征结构且接着附接不同部分通常较便宜。原因在于可使用与可在不同弯曲方向上执行金属弯曲操作的更贵制造机器相反的较便宜制造机器。
主体50可由弹性且强健材料（例如，0.060英寸厚的钢铁）制成。还可使用其他材料，但优选可与金属成形操作（例如，冲压）相容的那些材料。
接着，先前论述的弯曲法兰132可为主体50的一部分且可具有使附接系统100的更好性能成为可能的特殊特征结构。如图6A和图6B中所示，弯曲法兰132可经配置以与安装表面26和安装表面26的配合特征结构102连通。具体地，第一配合表面146可经配置以由配合特征结构102的配合界面表面152接收，并且，第二配合表面148可经配置以由安装表面26接收，如图6A和图6B中所示。第一配合表面146可包括非平面特征结构154、154(2)，如图6C中所示且更早图5中所示。第一配合表面146可经配置以与配合界面表面152的互补非平面特征结构156、156(2)连通，如图6C中所示。非平面特征结构154、154(2)可平行于第二部分轴A2，如图4C中所示。非平面特征结构154、154(2)的益处在于：非平面特征结构154、154(2)可经配置以通过与互补非平面特征结构156、156(2)形成紧密连通来防止可拆卸应变消除支架24相对于安装表面26的扭转运动。
图6A和图6B还图示先前论述的柱塞总成160的套管164的剖面图。套管164可将柱塞总成160连接到主体50并可限制插销134沿插销纵轴A3和主体50中的孔口158双向地移动。套管164还可用于限制插销134的运动范围，以使得插销134的远端168不延伸超过光纤设备壳体28的底部平坦表面144的几何平面P1，以阻挡附接到垂直导轨的其他光纤设备壳体28的运动，如先前所述。
此外，柱塞总成160的插销134可附接到柱塞头98。插销134可从柱塞头98延伸。弹簧166可分别在第一连接点170和第二连接点172处连接到柱塞头98和套管164两者，如图6A和图6B中所示。当插销134的远端168不与安装表面26接触时，弹簧166将柱塞头98偏压到套管164的套管顶面174。柱塞头98可经配置以在远离安装表面26的方向上接受手动拉力，以使插销134从安装表面26的孔口104脱离。弹簧166可经配置以将插销134插入安装表面26的孔口104中，而至少一个邻接表面130邻接安装表面26。
用于制造柱塞总成160的组件的材料可在市场上买到。套管164、插销134和柱塞头98可由强弹性材料（例如，低碳钢铁）制成。弹簧166可由硬防腐蚀材料（例如含有至少10%的铬的300系列不锈钢）制成。
由于已论述可拆卸应变消除支架24的特征结构，所以可公开用于将光纤电缆44的端部94固定到光纤设备壳体28的示范性方法184。就此而言，在光纤电缆44的端部94可光学地耦接到光纤设备之前，光纤电缆44可能需要固定以为光纤设备提供应变消除。在一个实施方式中，光纤设备可为光纤设备壳体28。图7图示用于将光纤电缆44的端部94固定到光纤设备壳体28的示范性方法184，如图2A至图6D中所示。在第一步骤中，光纤电缆44的端部94可邻近至少一个切缝48安置。切缝48可凸出可拆卸应变消除支架24的主体50（图7中的步骤186）。此步骤还可包括：通过剥去光纤电缆44的端部94的外护套42以将子单元光纤46暴露至过渡点96制备光纤电缆44。
接着，紧固件40可固定在可拆卸应变消除支架24的切缝48周围。紧固件40可至少部分地围绕切缝48并可安置在光纤电缆44的端部94周围（图7中的步骤188）。
接着，可拆卸应变消除支架24的弯曲法兰132可接收在配合特征结构102中（图7中的步骤190）。配合特征结构102可附接到光纤设备壳体28的安装表面26以防止可拆卸应变消除支架24相对于安装表面26的扭转运动。
在所述步骤中，可拆卸应变消除支架24的至少一个邻接表面130可邻接光纤设备壳体28的安装表面26。邻接表面130可由安置在主体50上的一或多个下翻法兰136形成。主体50可包括底面124，所述底面124经配置以面向安装表面26。主体50还可包括与底面124相对的顶面126。顶面126可经配置以背向安装表面26。弯曲法兰132的第一配合表面146可由配合特征结构102的配合界面表面152接收。弯曲法兰132的第二配合表面148可由安装表面26接收。弯曲法兰132可包括第一部分140和第二部分142。第一部分140可从底面124延伸。第二部分142可包括第一配合表面146和与第一配合表面146相对的第二配合表面148。第二部分142可相对于第一部分140成角度θ（西塔）安置且可沿第二步部分轴A2朝向弯曲法兰132的远端150延伸。第一配合表面146的非平面特征结构154可由配合界面表面152的互补非平面特征结构156接收。
接着，插销134可接收在安装表面26的孔口104中，以防止可拆卸应变消除支架24相对于安装表面26的横向运动（图7中的步骤192）。邻接表面130可沿安装表面26滑动，同时在凸起浮雕106的曲线形状108上方滑动插销134的远端168以偏压弹簧166，所述弹簧将插销134的远端168插入安装表面26的孔口104中。可限制插销134的远端168沿凸起浮雕106的表面以曲线轨迹行进。
如本文中所使用，术语“光纤电缆”和/或“光纤”旨在包括所有类型的单模和多模光波导，包括一或多个光纤，所述光纤可镀膜、上色、缓冲、成带和/或具有电缆中的其他组织结构或防护结构，例如，一或多个管、强度部件、外罩等等。本文中公开的光纤可为单模光纤或多模光纤。同样地，其他类型的适合光纤包括弯曲非敏感光纤或用于传输光信号的任何其他有利的介质。弯曲不敏感或耐弯曲光纤的实例为可从Corning Incorporated购得的多模光纤。例如，在美国专利申请案第2008/0166094号和第2009/0169163号中公开所述类型的适当光纤，上述申请案的公开内容全文均以引用的方式并入本文中。

Claims (44)

主体；
至少一个切缝，所述切缝凸出所述主体且经配置以由安置在光纤电缆周围的紧固件至少部分地围绕；和
附接系统，所述附接系统将所述主体可拆卸地附接到光纤设备。
2.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述附接系统包含：
至少一个邻接表面，所述邻接表面安置在所述主体上并经配置以接触所述光纤设备的安装表面，
至少一个弯曲法兰，所述弯曲法兰安置在所述主体中并经配置以与所述安装表面及所述安装表面的配合特征结构连通，和
至少一个插销，所述插销经安置穿过所述主体中的孔口并经配置以进入且离开所述安装表面中的孔口。
3.如权利要求2所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述主体包括
底面，所述底面经配置以面向所述安装表面；和
顶面，所述顶面与所述底面相反且经配置以背向所述安装表面。
4.如权利要求3所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述主体包含第一部分和第二部分，所述顶面及所述至少一个切缝由第一部分组成，并且，所述至少一个弯曲法兰由所述第二部分组成。
5.如权利要求4所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述第一部分焊接到所述第二部分。
6.如权利要求3所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，所述支架进一步包括曲线表面形式的瀑布件，所述瀑布件附接到所述顶面并弯曲远离所述顶面且朝向所述底面，所述瀑布件经配置以管理连接到所述可拆卸应变消除支架的光纤电缆的弯曲半径。
7.如权利要求3所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述至少一个切缝安置在所述主体中的开口上方。
8.如权利要求3所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述至少一个切缝安置在所述主体中的顶面上方。
9.如权利要求3所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述至少一个弯曲法兰包括第一部分和第二部分，所述第一部分从所述底面延伸，并且，所述第二部分包含第一配合表面和与所述第一配合表面相对的第二配合表面。
10.如权利要求9所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述第二部分相对于所述第一部分成角度安置并沿第二部分轴延伸以在所述至少一个弯曲法兰的远端处端接。
11.如权利要求9所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述第一配合表面经配置以由所述配合特征结构的配合界面表面接收，并且，所述第二配合表面经配置以由所述安装表面接收。
12.如权利要求11所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述第一配合表面包括非平面特征结构，所述第一配合表面经配置以与所述配合界面表面的互补非平面特征结构连通。
13.如权利要求12所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述非平面特征结构皆平行于所述第二部分轴且经配置以防止所述可拆卸应变消除支架相对于所述安装表面的扭转运动。
14.如权利要求12所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述第二部分从所述第一部分朝向所述至少一个弯曲法兰的所述远端逐渐变小。
15.如权利要求2所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述至少一个邻接表面由安置在所述主体上的一或多个下翻法兰形成。
16.如权利要求15所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述一或多个下翻法兰沿所述底面的周长安置并转动远离所述顶面。
17.如权利要求2所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述至少一个插销沿插销纵轴延伸，所述至少一个插销经配置以防止所述可拆卸应变消除支架相对于所述安装表面的横向运动。
18.如权利要求17所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述主体中的所述孔口沿所述插销纵轴集中并接收所述至少一个插销，并且，限制所述至少一个插销沿所述插销纵轴和所述主体中的所述孔口双向地移动。
19.如权利要求18所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述至少一个插销由柱塞总成组成。
20.如权利要求19所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述柱塞总成包含弹簧，并且，所述弹簧经配置以将所述至少一个插销插入所述安装表面的所述孔口中，同时所述至少一个邻接表面邻接所述安装表面。
21.如权利要求20所述的可拆卸应变消除支架，其中所述柱塞总成进一步包含柱塞头，所述柱塞头附接到所述至少一个插销，所述至少一个插销从所述柱塞头延伸，并且，所述柱塞头经配置以接收手动拉力以使所述至少一个插销从所述安装表面的所述孔口脱离。
22.一种光纤设备，所述光纤设备包含：
壳体，所述壳体包含：
安装表面，
至少一个光纤连接，所述光纤连接光学地连接从光纤电缆的端部暴露的至少一个光纤，
孔口，所述孔口经安置穿过所述安装表面，和
配合特征结构，所述配合特征结构附接到所述安装表面；和
可拆卸应变消除支架，所述支架经配置以可拆卸地附接到所述安装表面且经配置以附接到所述光纤电缆的所述端部。
23.如权利要求22所述的光纤设备，其中所述可拆卸应变消除支架包含：
主体；和
至少一个切缝，所述切缝凸出所述主体并接收安置在所述光纤电缆的所述端部周围的紧固件，所述至少一个切缝由所述紧固件至少部分地围绕。
24.如权利要求23所述的光纤设备，其中所述可拆卸应变消除支架进一步包含：
邻接表面，所述邻接表面安置在所述主体上并接触所述安装表面；
弯曲法兰，所述弯曲法兰安置在所述主体中并接收在所述配合特征结构中；和
插销，所述插销接收在所述主体中的孔口中。
25.如权利要求24所述的光纤设备，其中所述主体包括：
底面，所述底面面向所述安装表面；和
顶面，所述顶面与所述底面相对且背向所述安装表面。
26.如权利要求24所述的光纤设备，
其中所述弯曲法兰包括第一部分和第二部分，所述第一部分从所述底面延伸，所述第二部分包含第一配合表面和与所述第一配合表面相对的第二配合表面，所述第二部分相对于所述第一部分成角度安置并沿第二部分轴朝向所述弯曲法兰的远端延伸。
27.如权利要求26所述的光纤设备，其中所述第一配合表面由所述配合特征结构的配合界面表面接收，并且，所述第二配合表面由所述安装表面接收。
28.如权利要求27所述的光纤设备，其中所述第一配合表面包括非平面特征结构，所述第一配合表面与所述配合界面表面的互补非平面特征结构连通。
29.如权利要求28所述的光纤设备，其中所述非平面特征结构平行于所述第二部分轴并防止所述可拆卸应变消除支架相对于所述安装表面的扭转运动。
30.如权利要求26所述的光纤设备，其中所述第二部分从所述第一部分朝向所述弯曲法兰的所述远端逐渐变小。
31.如权利要求24所述的光纤设备，其中所述至少一个邻接表面由安置在所述主体上的一或多个下翻法兰形成。
32.如权利要求24所述的光纤设备，其中所述插销沿插销纵轴延伸，所述插销经配置以防止所述可拆卸应变消除支架相对于所述安装表面的横向运动。
33.如权利要求32所述的光纤设备，其中所述主体中的所述孔口沿所述插销纵轴集中并接收所述插销，并且，限制所述插销沿所述插销纵轴和所述主体中的所述孔口双向地移动。
34.如权利要求33所述的光纤设备，其中所述插销由柱塞总成组成。
35.如权利要求34所述的光纤设备，其中所述柱塞总成包含弹簧，并且，所述弹簧经配置以将所述插销插入所述安装表面的所述孔口，同时所述至少一个邻接表面邻接所述安装表面。
36.如权利要求35所述的光纤设备，其中所述柱塞总成进一步包含柱塞头，所述柱塞头附接到所述插销，所述插销从所述柱塞头延伸，并且，所述柱塞头经配置以接收手动拉力以使所述插销从所述安装表面的所述孔口脱离。
37.如权利要求24所述的光纤设备，其中所述安装表面包含凸起浮雕，所述凸起浮雕朝向所述可拆卸安装支架延伸，并且，所述安装表面的所述孔口经安置穿过所述凸起浮雕。
38.一种用于将光纤电缆的端部固定到光纤设备的方法，所述方法包含以下步骤：
将光纤电缆的端部邻近至少一个切缝安置，所述切缝凸出可拆卸应变消除支架的主体；
将紧固件固定在所述可拆卸应变消除支架的所述至少一个切缝周围，所述紧固件至少部分地围绕所述切缝且安置在所述光纤电缆的所述端部周围；和
将所述可拆卸应变消除支架附接到光纤设备的安装表面。
39.如权利要求38所述的方法，其中所述将所述可拆卸应变消除支架附接到所述光纤设备的所述安装表面的步骤包含以下步骤：
将所述可拆卸应变消除支架的弯曲法兰接收在配合特征结构中，所述配合特征结构附接到光纤设备壳体的安装表面，以防止所述可拆卸应变消除支架相对于所述安装表面的扭转运动；和
将插销接收在所述安装表面的孔口中以防止所述可拆卸应变消除支架相对于所述安装表面的横向运动。
40.如权利要求39所述的方法，其中所述接收所述弯曲法兰的步骤进一步包含以下步骤：邻接所述可拆卸应变消除支架的至少一个邻接表面与所述光纤设备壳体的所述安装表面，所述至少一个邻接表面由安置在所述主体上的一或多个下翻法兰形成，
其中所述主体包括底面，所述底面经配置以面向所述安装表面；和
顶面，所述顶面与所述底面相对且经配置以背向所述安装表面。
41.如权利要求40所述的方法，其中所述将所述插销接收在所述孔口中的步骤进一步包含以下步骤：沿所述安装表面滑动所述邻接表面，同时在凸起浮雕的表面上方滑动所述插销的远端以偏压弹簧，所述弹簧将所述插销的所述远端插入所述安装表面的所述孔口中。
42.如权利要求41所述的方法，其中所述将所述插销接收在所述孔口中的步骤包括以下步骤：限制所述插销的所述远端沿所述凸起浮雕的所述表面以曲线轨迹行进。
43.如权利要求42所述的方法，其中所述将所述可拆卸应变消除支架的所述弯曲法兰接收在所述配合特征结构中的步骤进一步包括以下步骤：
通过所述配合特征结构的配合界面表面接收所述弯曲法兰的第一配合表面；和
通过所述安装表面接收所述弯曲法兰的第二配合表面，
其中所述弯曲法兰包括第一部分和第二部分，所述第一部分从所述底面延伸，所述第二部分包含所述第一配合表面和与所述第一配合表面相对的所述第二配合表面，所述第二部分相对于所述第一部分成角度安置且沿第二部分轴朝向所述弯曲法兰的远端延伸。
44.如权利要求43所述的方法，其中所述通过所述配合特征结构的所述配合界面表面接收所述弯曲法兰的所述第一配合表面的步骤进一步包括以下步骤：
通过所述配合界面表面的互补非平面特征结构接收所述第一配合表面的非平面特征结构。
