Description

I.技术领域
本申请总体上涉及被配置为在参加身体活动和/或健身锻炼时使用的数字生态系统。
II.背景技术
社会大众的健康意识越来越高。现在,有各种各样的锻炼和体育训练供人们选择,以鼓励人们通过锻炼保持健康。这里可以理解,由于固定训练设备往往配备有数据显示器,以显示运动者的信息,但是所述信息不是针对个人定制的,其往往重复且单调。这里还可以理解,人们喜欢听音乐作为体育锻炼的辅助,但是往往是健身房内广播什么音乐就听什么,或者听用户可以佩戴的记录装置上提供的音乐,这样的音乐还是有可能存在单调性,而且在模式上一尘不变,拍子也与所参与的实际锻炼脱节。
因而,尽管现有的理论认识到了可以在参与身体活动时采用消费电子(CE)装置来增强活动,但是大部分音频和/或视频辅助在不能与实际锻炼绑定这个方面,都是静态的。具体而言,这里可以理解,人们通常在不同种类的活动当中对不同的测量结果感兴趣,但是这需要在活动之间切换装置或模式,这往往令人厌烦。例如,在锻炼期间可能对瞬时心率、速度、距离和时间感兴趣,但是对于环境活动测量而言,人们可能只对一般的移动感兴趣。为了得到他们通常希望得到的信息,个人通常必须明确地向系统提供输入,以表明其希望切换模式,但是在不同的专用装置之间进行切换很麻烦,实际上,对于不同的活动而言,可能需要将不同的装置一块使用。
发明内容
本原理认识到可以提供便携式辅助,以提高锻炼效果,提供鼓励,出于社交原因对锻炼效果进行分享,有助于完成个人的锻炼目标,分析和跟踪锻炼结果,以及通过容易直观的方式向锻炼参与者提供虚拟教练。
相应地,将多个信息源链接给个人,以提供读取身体活动的装置的准确、智能的模式变换。在智能模式转换的基础上,系统能够自动调整提供给个人的反馈,例如,可视用户界面或音频语音反馈,使之对于具体的活动而言是最为贴切的。相应地,在所述模式转换的基础上,用户的CE装置能够对各种传感器进行激活或者去活,以优化装置电池寿命。
兴趣点信息是能够用于自动转换CE装置的模式的信息的一种,例如,所述的兴趣点信息可以是地点,例如,健身房、泳池、专门体育场地,例如,网球场、篮球场、足球/曲棍球场地、跑道、户外路线(trail)等。也可以采用个人的日程表信息以及习得行为模式(这样(例如)即使在某人不向其日程表输入跑步,所述智能系统也能够习得该行为模式)。可以使多个链接装置与同一个人相关。因而,例如,如果一个人戴着手表还带着移动电话,那么两种装置能够提供互补的信息。在这一指示用户正在做什么的信息的基础上,系统能够在感测到的活动的基础上切换音频教练,修改用户界面以显示与所指示的活动有关的不同测量结果,以及开启/关闭各种传感器以优化装置电池寿命。
现在可以认识到通过使基于活动的模式之间的切换自动化以及自动调整呈现给个人的信息(既有可视用户界面又有任何可听界面,例如,语音教练),简化了用户体验。此外,为了实现准确的活动监测,可以使多个装置同步,以便相互协作。例如,可以使耳机中的心率监测器与戴在手腕上的计算机化手镯或手表同步,从而将来自所述监测器的心率信息呈现到所述手镯或手表上。通过这种方式,即使一个人具有不同的装置,也能够将活动信息汇总到云服务上的单个帐户内,而且所述的信息汇总将有助于提供比来自单个装置或来源的信息更为清晰的表象。
一种装置被配置为在指示用户活动的信息的基础上自动转换用户界面,该装置包括至少一个具有可供处理器运行的指令的计算机可读存储介质以及至少一个处理器,所述处理器被配置为访问所述计算机可读存储介质,以运行所述指令,以此对所述处理器加以配置。所述处理器被配置为接收来自活动传感器的第一信号,所述第一信号指示装置用户的第一活动。响应于接收到所述第一信号,处理器在装置的音频和/或可视显示器上建立第一用户界面输出。之后,处理器从活动传感器接收到第二信号,所述第二信号指示装置用户的第二活动。响应于接收到所述第二信号,处理器在装置的音频和/或可视显示器上建立第二用户界面输出。
所述装置的能够提供所述第一信号的活动传感器也可以提供所述第二信号。或者,可以由第二活动传感器提供第二信号。能够提供所述第一信号的活动传感器可以是位置传感器、运动传感器、生物测定传感器、近场通信(NFC)元件或者含有习得的用户行为模式的电子存储日程表。此外,能够提供所述第一信号的活动传感器可以包含在第一装置当中,而所述音频和/或可视显示器则在与所述第一装置分离并且被配置为与所述第一装置无线通信的第二装置上受到支持。所述处理器可以运行指令,所述指令将所述处理器配置为响应于所述第一信号将活动传感器去活,响应于所述第二信号将活动传感器激活。
所述第一活动可以是锻炼活动,所述第一用户界面输出可以包括涉及所述锻炼活动的第一音频输出。诸如运动探测器的活动传感器感测的第一活动可以是跑步锻炼,所述第一用户界面输出可以包括下述选项的至少其中之一的音频报告:已跑时间、已跑距离、跑步跃起高度、跑步步幅。所述第一活动可以是不同活动,例如,游泳,所述第一用户界面输出可以包括所游趟数的音频报告、与游泳相关的音乐的至少其中之一。所述第二活动可以是定点活动,所述第二用户界面输出可以包括与所述定点活动相关的第二音频输出。在另一方面当中,消费电子(CE)装置包括音频和/或视频显示器以及处理器,所述处理器被配置为对所述显示器加以控制,从而在所述显示器上建立分别与所述第一和第二用户活动相关的至少第一和第二用户界面(UI)输出模式。所述装置还包括所述处理器可访问的具有指令的计算机可读存储介质,所述指令在通过处理器运行时对所述处理器加以配置。所述指令将所述处理器配置为响应于确定CE装置的用户正在进行第一用户活动而自动建立所述第一UI输出模式。还将所述处理器配置为响应于确定CE装置的用户正在进行第二用户活动而自动建立所述第二UI输出模式。

具体实施方式
本公开总体上涉及基于消费电子(CE)装置的用户信息。文中的系统可以包括通过网络连接的服务器部件和客户端部件,从而能够在所述的客户端部件和服务器部件之间交换数据。所述客户部件可以包括一个或多个计算装置,包括便携式电视(例如,智能TV、能够使用Internet的TV)、便携式计算机(例如,膝上型电脑和平板电脑)以及包括智能电话在内的其他移动装置,以及下文将讨论的其他例子。这些客户端装置可以借助于各种操作环境工作。例如,所述客户端计算机中的一些可能采用(例如)来自Microsoft的操作系统、Unix操作系统或者苹果电脑公司或Google生产的操作系统。可以采用这些操作环境运行一个或多个浏览程序,例如,Microsoft、Google或Mozilla推出的浏览器或者能够访问下文讨论的Internet服务器主持的web应用的其他浏览器程序。
服务器可以包括一个或多个运行指令的处理器,所述指令将服务器配置为通过诸如Internet的网络接收和发送数据。或者,客户端和服务器可以通过本地内部网或者虚拟专用网络连接。
可以通过客户端和服务器之间的网络交换信息。出于这一目的以及为了安全起见,服务器和/或客户端可以包括防火墙、负载均衡器(loadbalancer)、临时存储器和代理以及其他用于实现可靠性和安全性的网络基础设施。一个或多个服务器可以形成一种实施提供安全社区的方法的设备,例如,所述的安全社区可以是面向网络成员的在线社交网站。
文中采用的指令是指用于处理系统中的信息的计算机实现的步骤。指令可以通过软件、固件或硬件实施,并且可以包括任何类型的由系统的部件所采取的编程步骤。
处理器可以是任何常规的通用单芯片或多芯片处理器,所述处理器可以借助于诸如地址线、数据线和控制线的各种线以及寄存器和移位寄存器来运行逻辑。
文中通过流程图和用户界面描述的软件模块可以包括各种子例程、过程等。在不对本公开构成限制的情况下,可以将被规定为由特定模块执行的逻辑重新分配给其他软件模块和/或一起合并到单个模块当中和/或使之可在可共享库内获得。
可以将文中描述的本原理实现为硬件、软件、固件或其组合;因而将按照其功能性描述用于例示的部件、块、模块、电路和步骤。
除了上文提到的内容以外,可以借助于通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他被设计为执行文中描述的功能的可编程逻辑器件,例如,专用集成电路(ASIC)、分立门或晶体管逻辑、分立硬件部件或它们的任何组合来实现或执行下文所述的逻辑块、模块和电路。可以通过处理器或状态机或计算装置的组合实现处理器。
下文所述的功能和方法在通过软件实现时可以通过适当的语言编写,例如,所述语言可以是但不限于C#或C++,并且可以存储到计算机可读存储介质上或者通过计算机可读存储介质传输,例如,所述计算机可读存储介质可以是随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、高密度磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)或者其他的诸如数字通用盘(DVD)的光盘存储器、磁盘存储器或包括可拆卸拇指驱动器在内的其他磁存储装置。连接可以建立计算机可读媒介。这样的连接可以包括(例如)硬布线线缆,包括,光纤、同轴线、数字用户线(DSL)和双绞线。这样的连接可以包括无线通信连接,包括红外和无线电。

“具有A、B和C的至少其中之一的系统”(类似地“具有A、B或C的至少其中之一的系统”以及“具有A、B、C的至少其中之一的系统”)包括单独具有A、单独具有B、单独具有C、同时具有A和B、同时具有A和C、同时具有B和C和/或同时具有A、B、C的系统,等等。

存在两种一般类型的计算机生态系统:垂直计算机生态系统和水平计算机生态系统。在垂直方案中,生态系统的机会所有方面都与同一公司相关(例如,由相同的制造商制造),并且被特殊设计为相互无缝交互。另一方面,水平生态系统则将由不同实体创建的方面(例如硬件和软件)整合到了一个统一的生态系统当中。水平方案允许来自消费者和制造商的输入具有更高的多样性,从而提高了新颖的革新能力以及对不断变化的需求的适应能力。但是应当理解,即便如此,一些数字生态系统,包括文中引述的那些生态系统可以既包含上文所述的水平生态系统的特征又包含上文所述的垂直生态系统的特征。
相应地,还应当理解,可以在参与身体活动的时候采用这些生态系统(例如)提供鼓舞、目标完成和/或实现、自动化教练/训练、健康和锻炼分析、对数据的方便访问、群共享(例如,对健康数据的)以及提高的健康监测准确度,所有的这些都可以按照时尚、有趣的方式完成。此外,应当将文中公开的装置理解为能够基于来自各种传感器的数据来做出诊断判定(诸如以下参考图1所描述的那些),以便在进行锻炼的同时采用其进行锻炼监测(例如,实时的)和/或与朋友之间进行数据共享(例如,采用社交联网业务),即使是在并非所有人都在其相应的CE装置上具有相同类型的传感器和传感器组合的时候。
因而,应当理解,文中描述的CE装置可以允许与装置进行容易的且简化的用户交互,使其在(例如)锻炼之前、锻炼过程中以及锻炼之后不会造成过度的麻烦或妨碍。
现在将具体参考图1,其示出了示范性系统10,所述系统可以包括上文提及的并且将在下文中根据本原理进一步描述的用于增强健身体验的示范性装置中的一个或多个。系统10-中包含的示范性装置中的第一个是示范性消费电子(CE)装置12,其可以是防水的(例如,可以在游泳时使用)。CE装置12可以是(例如)计算机化的能够使用Internet的(智能)电话、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、诸如计算机化的能够使用Internet的手表的可佩戴计算机化装置、计算机化的能够使用Internet的手镯、其他计算机化的能够使用Internet的健身装置、计算机化的能够使用Internet的音乐播放器、计算机化的能够使用Internet的耳机、诸如可植入皮肤装置等的计算机化的能够使用Internet的可植入装置等乃至(例如)计算机化的能够使用Internet的电视(TV)。不管怎样,应当理解,CE装置12被配置为采取本原理(例如,与其他CE装置通信以采取本原理,执行文中描述的逻辑,以及执行文中描述的任何其他功能和/或操作)。
相应地,为了采取这样的原理,CE装置12可以包括图1所示的部件的一些或全部。例如,CE装置12可以包括一个或多个能够实施触摸的显示器14、一个或多个根据本原理的用于输出音频的扬声器16以及至少一个额外输入装置18,例如,所述额外输入装置可以是音频接收器/传声器,其用于(例如)向CE装置12输入可听命令,由此对CE装置12加以控制。示范性CE装置12还可以包括一个或多个网络接口20,其用于在一个或多个处理器24的控制下通过至少一个诸如Internet、WAN、LAN等的网络22进行通信。应当理解,处理器24对CE装置12加以控制以采取本原理,包括控制文中描述的CE装置12的其他元件,例如,对显示器14加以控制从而在其上显示图像以及从显示器接收输入。此外,注意网络接口20可以是(例如)有线或无线调制调解器或路由器或者其他适当的接口,例如,无线电话收发器、Wi-Fi收发器等。
除了上文所述之外,CE装置12还可以包括一个或多个输入端口26,例如,USB端口,从而物理连接至(例如,采用有线连接)另一CE装置,和/或耳机端口,从而将头戴耳机连接至CE装置12,以便将来自CE装置12的音频通过头戴耳机呈现给用户。CE装置12还可以包括一个或多个有形计算机可读存储介质28,例如,基于盘的存储器或固态存储器,应当理解,计算机可读存储介质28可以不是载波。而且,在一些实施例中,CE装置12可以包括一个或多个位置或地点接收器,例如,所述接收器可以是但不限于GPS接收器和/或高度计30,所述接收器被配置为(例如)从至少一颗卫星接收地理位置信息,并将所述信息提供给处理器24和/或确定CE装置12连同处理器24所处的海拔。但是,应当理解根据本原理可以采用除了GPS接收器和/或高度计以外的其他适当位置接收器,从而(例如)确定CE装置12在(例如)所有的三个维度内的位置。
继续对CE装置12的描述,在一些实施例中,CE装置12可以包括一个或多个相机32,所述相机可以是(例如)热成像相机、诸如网络相机的数字相机和/或集成到CE装置12内并且可由处理器24控制的相机,从而根据本原理收集图片/图像和/或视频(例如,用以和社交网络的网友共享诸如徒步旅行的身体活动的各个方面)。在CE装置12上还包括蓝牙收发器34以及其他近场通信(NFC)元件36,从而分别采用蓝牙和/或NFC技术与其他装置通信。示范性NFC元件可以是射频识别(RFID)元件。
此外,CE装置12可以包括一个或多个向处理器24提供输入的运动传感器37(例如,加速度计、陀螺仪、测周计、磁传感器、诸如无源IR传感器的红外(IR)运动传感器、光传感器、速度和/或节奏传感器、手势传感器(例如,用于感测手势命令)等)。CE装置12还可以包括向处理器24提供输入的其他传感器,例如,一个或多个气候传感器38(例如,气压计、湿度传感器、风力传感器、光传感器、温度传感器等)和/或一个或多个生物测定传感器40(例如,心率传感器和/或心脏监测器、卡路里计数器、血压传感器、排汗传感器、气味和/或嗅觉探测器、指纹传感器、面部识别传感器、虹膜和/或视网膜探测器、DNA传感器、氧传感器(例如,血氧传感器和/或VO2最大值传感器)、葡萄糖和/或血糖传感器、睡眠传感器(例如,睡眠跟踪器)、计步器和/或速度传感器、体温传感器、营养素和代谢率传感器、语音传感器、肺输入/输出传感器以及其他心血管传感器等)。除了上文所述的内容之外,应当指出在一些实施例中,CE装置12还可以包括动能收集器42,从而对(例如)为CE装置12供电的电池(未示出)充电。
仍然参考图1,除了CE装置12之外,系统10可以包括一个或多个其他CE装置类型,例如但不限于,计算机化的能够使用Internet的手镯44、计算机化的能够使用Internet的头戴耳机和/或耳塞(earbud)46、计算机化的能够使用Internet的衣物48、计算机化的能够使用Internet的健身机(例如,跑步机、健身单车、椭圆机等)等。还示出了计算机化的能够使用Internet的健身房入口信息站52,其允许经授权才能进入容纳所述健身机50的健身房。应当理解,系统10中包含的其他CE装置,包括本段中描述的那些装置可以分别包括上文参考CE装置12描述的各种部件的一些或全部,所述部件可以是但不限于(例如)上文所述的生物测定传感器和运动传感器以及上文所述的位置接收器、相机、输入装置和扬声器。
因而,例如,头戴耳机/耳塞46可以包括被配置为在人戴着耳机时感测人的心率的心率传感器,衣物48可以包括传感器,例如,排汗传感器、气候传感器和用于测量人的体育锻炼强度的心脏传感器,健身机50可以包括安装在其部分上的收集用户的面部图像的相机,因而机器50可以由此判断特定的面部表情是否指示用户在费力保持由健身机50设定的步幅,和/或包括NFC元件,从而使(例如)机器50与CE装置12配对,并因此访问预设的体育锻炼例程的数据库,信息站52可以包括基于接收自互补NFC元件(例如,装置12上的NFC元件36)的输入,而允许被鉴定为授权进入的人进入的NFC元件。而且要注意,包括将简短描述的服务器在内的所有参考图1描述的装置均可以采用包含于其上的相应网络接口通过网络22通信,并且每者还可以包括用于存储根据本原理的逻辑和/或软件代码的计算机可读存储介质,所述存储介质可以不是载波。
现在涉及上文提到的至少一个服务器54,其包括至少一个处理器56、至少一个可以不是载波的有形计算机可读存储介质58(例如,基于盘的存储器或固态存储器)以及至少一个网络接口60,所述网络接口在处理器56的控制下允许通过网络22与图1的其他CE装置通信,并且确实可以根据本原理来促进其间的通信。注意,网络接口60可以是(例如)有线或无线调制调解器或路由器、WiFi收发器,或者其他适当的接口,例如,无线电话收发器。
相应地,在一些实施例中,服务器54可以是Internet服务器,其可以根据本原理促进CE装置之间进行健身配合和/或数据交换,并且可以包含并执行“云”功能,从而使得系统10的CE装置可以在示范性实施例中通过服务器54访问“云”环境,例如,对在锻炼时所要收听的音乐进行流传输和/或对两个或者更多个装置进行配对(例如,将音乐从一个装置“投”到另一装置)。
现在参考图2,其示出了根据本原理的由诸如CE装置12的CE装置运行的逻辑的示范性流程图。处理器24在块70处接收来自活动传感器(例如,心率传感器或其他生物测定传感器40)的信号,并在块72处响应于所述信号建立第一UI输出。可以将所述UI输出建立为呈现在显示器14上,或者发送至系统10的另一部件,以供呈现在另一显示器上。处理器24在块74处接收来自活动传感器的第二活动信号,所述活动传感器与生成所述第一信号(块70)的活动传感器可以是也可以不是同一传感器。在块76处响应于所述第二信号建立第二UI。处理器24可以在块77处基于活动信号对任何传感器进行激活或去活。
来看图3到图7,它们示出了根据本原理的具体逻辑的五个例子。从图3开始,在块78中,处理器24从活动传感器接收位置信号。例如,GPS收发器能够确立CE装置的用户在活动过程中的位置。处理器24可以采用(例如)从Internet下载的或者存储在CE装置上的地图数据在块80处生成所述位置信息。处理器24在块82处建立对应于由所述GPS位置传感器确立的具体位置和所述地图数据的UI。在所述的采用GPS的例子中,可以使所获得的信息与具体的跑道、健身房等相关,所建立的UI可以对应于所述具体位置,并且可以包括若干元素,例如所述位置的卫星图像、用以获得所覆盖的距离、所经过的时间等的选项。
图4中的逻辑包括处理器24在块84处接收来自运动传感器37的信号。运动传感器37在这一例子中代表活动传感器,其可以是速度或加速度传感器或者位置传感器,处理器可以由其导出位置(速度)的时间变化率。处理器在判定菱形86处判断所接收到的信号是否跨越了阈值,如果跨越了阈值,那么处理器可以在块90处针对新的运动阈值改变UI模式。如果没有跨越阈值,那么处理器可以不改变UI模式,并在块88处继续以当前阈值UI接收信号。
在采用速度的例子中,大于阈值(例如,4mph)的速度指示正在跑步,并照此与UI输出模式相关联,低于4mph的速度指示是定点运动,并照此与UI输出模式相关联,其中,4mph只是一个示范性阈值。可以将类似的逻辑应用于加速度传感器,其中,加速度阈值可以是0.5mph,大于0.5mph的加速度指示正在加速跑,并照此与UI输出模式相关联,低于0.5mph的加速度指示在匀速跑或者减速跑,并照此与UI输出模式相关联,其中,0.5mph只是一个示范性阈值。
再来参考图5,另一具体例子的逻辑开始于由处理器24在块92处从生物测定传感器40接收生物测定信号。处理器24在块94处将生物测定信息与具体活动(例如,走、跑、休息等)相关,之后在块96处针对相关活动建立UI输出。

类似的逻辑可以适用于代替生物测定传感器的排汗传感器。排汗水平的分级可以向处理器24指示不同的活动水平,其可以结合诸如湿度和温度的因素。可以基于处理器24对活动水平的判断来建立不同的UI输出模式,所述判断是基于排汗量的。
现在参考图6,处理器24能够在块98处建立近场通信(NFC)元件与设施传感器之间的配对。所述NFC元件在这一例子中代表活动传感器,其与设施传感器的配对可以使处理器24能够在块100处将所述配对关联至具体位置,例如,健身房、泳池等。之后,处理器24可以在块102处针对所述相关位置建立UI输出。
例如,CE装置12可以包括NFC元件,该元件能够识别采用另一设立在泳池处的传感器建立的信号并与该泳池设施传感器配对。处理器24能够将所述配对关联至泳池位置,并建立与游泳匹配的UI,继而提供诸如所游趟数、所游距离等的信息。
图7示出了基于来自活动传感器的信号建立UI输出的逻辑,所述信号在时间上是重复地建立的。处理器24可以在块104处存储来自活动传感器(例如,上面的图6所示的与泳池配对的NFC元件)的信号连同有关建立信号的日期、星期几(dayoftheweek)和/或时间的信息。在块106处一旦在同一日期、星期几和/或时间存储相同信号的情况超过了数量N,例如5次,那么处理器24可以在块108处使后续信号与具体的活动相关联并针对每一接下来的与所存储的日期、天和/或时间相匹配的日期、天和/或时间建立UI输出。继续讨论NFC元件与泳池传感器配对的例子,在每周一7:00am建立配对信号达五个星期一可以形成“记忆”,处理器24可以采用所述记忆使在任何一个星期一的7:00am左右接收到的信号与相同的游泳活动相关,并建立一致的包含其的UI输出。
图8到图10示出了基于各种活动的示范性UI输出模式。从图8开始,CE装置12可以是具有腕带112和显示器14的表110。扬声器16可以在处理器24的指导下响应于来自活动传感器的指示正在游泳的信号提供可听的趟计数或者供娱乐的音乐/新闻报道。
图9中的表110包括活动传感器,其能够向处理器24发出指示活动(这里为游泳)的信号。活动传感器可以是位置传感器,例如,GPS定位器,其可以向处理器24指示位置信息,从而与跑道,继而与跑步相关联。或者,所述活动传感器可以是运动传感器,其可以向处理器24指示与跑步相关的信息。在任何情况下,如果指示正在进行跑步活动,那么表110内的处理器24就可以向头戴耳机114无线发送音频信号,所述头戴耳机可以包括扬声器16,所述扬声器16可以向用户的耳朵播放所跑距离、跑步步幅、方向、跃起高度等音频报告。注意,活动传感器处于表110上,其与头戴耳机114无线通信,头戴耳机将输出被键固至(bekeyedto)特定活动的音频模式。应当理解,表显示器14还可以输出键固至同一活动的视频模式,在这种情况下,CE装置(表110和头戴耳机114)均与所述活动同步。
来看图10,表110可以在显示器14上输出与正在进行的活动相关的视频模式。例如,如果活动传感器指示跑步活动,那么处理器24可以建立视频UI输出模式以在显示器14上显示每小时燃烧的卡路里数。还可以以这里如图10所示的视频UI输出模式来在表110的显示器14上呈现图9中的通过头戴耳机114提供的示范性音频信息。
尽管图8到图10的UI输出模式示出了音频输出模式,但是其也可以是视频或者音频和视频的组合。
尽管在文中示出了具体的基于活动的智能装置的模式变换并进行了详细描述,但是应当理解,本发明所涵盖的主题仅由权利要求限定。

Claims (20)

1.一种被配置为基于指示用户活动的信息来自动地变换用户界面模式的装置,其包括:
至少一个具有能够由处理器运行的指令的计算机可读存储介质;
至少一个处理器,被配置为访问所述计算机可读存储介质,以运行所述指令,从而将所述处理器配置为:
接收来自活动传感器的第一信号,所述第一信号指示所述装置的用户的第一活动;
响应于接收到所述第一信号,在装置的音频和/或可视显示器上建立第一用户界面输出;
接收来自活动传感器的第二信号,所述第二信号指示所述装置的用户的第二活动;
响应于接收到所述第二信号,在装置的音频和/或可视显示器上建立第二用户界面输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,提供第一信号的活动传感器与提供第二信号的活动传感器是同一活动传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,提供第一信号的活动传感器与提供第二信号的活动传感器不是同一活动传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述处理器在运行所述指令时被配置为响应于所述第一信号将活动传感器去活,并且响应于所述第二信号将活动传感器激活。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,提供所述第一信号的活动传感器是位置传感器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,提供所述第一信号的活动传感器是运动传感器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,提供所述第一信号的活动传感器是生物测定传感器。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,提供所述第一信号的活动传感器是近场通信(NFC)元件。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,提供所述第一信号的活动传感器包含在第一装置内,而所述音频和/或可视显示器则在与所述第一装置分离并被配置与所述第一装置进行无线通信的第二装置上受到支持。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,提供所述第一信号的活动传感器是包含习得的用户行为模式的电子存储日程表。
11.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述第一活动是锻炼活动,并且所述第一用户界面输出包括涉及所述锻炼活动的第一音频输出。
12.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述第二活动是定点活动,并且所述第二用户界面输出包括涉及所述定点活动的第二音频输出。
13.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述第一活动是跑步,所述第一用户界面输出包括下述项目的至少其中之一的音频报告:跑步经过的时间、跑步覆盖的距离、跑步跃起高度和跑步步幅。
14.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,第一活动是游泳,并且第一用户界面输出包括所游趟数、与游泳相关的音乐的音频报告的至少其中之一。
15.一种消费电子(CE)装置,包括:
音频和/或视频显示器;
处理器,被配置为对所述显示器加以控制,从而在所述显示器上建立至少分别与所述第一用户活动和所述第二用户活动相关的第一用户界面(UI)输出模式和第二用户界面(UI)输出模式;以及
能够被所述处理器访问的且具有指令的计算机可读存储介质,所述指令在受到处理器运行时将所述处理器配置为:
响应于确定CE装置的用户正在进行第一用户活动而自动建立第一UI输出模式,并且响应于确定CE装置的用户正在进行第二用户活动而自动建立第二UI输出模式。
16.根据权利要求15所述的CE装置,包括被配置为向处理器提供第一信号的位置传感器,所述处理器在运行所述指令时被配置为使所述第一信号与所述第一用户活动相关。
17.根据权利要求15所述的CE装置,包括被配置为向处理器提供第一信号的运动传感器,所述处理器在运行所述指令时被配置为使所述第一信号与所述第一用户活动相关。
18.根据权利要求15所述的CE装置,包括被配置为向处理器提供第一信号的生物测定传感器,所述处理器在运行所述指令时被配置为使所述第一信号与所述第一用户活动相关。
19.根据权利要求15所述的CE装置,包括被配置为向处理器提供第一信号的近场通信(NFC)元件,所述处理器在运行所述指令时被配置为使所述第一信号与所述第一用户活动相关。
20.一种方法,包括:
接收来自活动传感器的第一信号,所述第一信号指示所述装置的用户的第一活动;
响应于接收到所述第一信号,在装置的音频和/或可视显示器上建立第一用户界面输出;
接收来自活动传感器的第二信号,所述第二信号指示所述装置的用户的第二活动;
响应于接收到所述第二信号,在装置的音频和/或可视显示器上建立第二用户界面输出。
