Abstract

Description
本发明涉及快速连接的联接阀组件。更具体地,本发明涉及一种有一可被锁合在一雌联接件内的雄联接件的快速连接的联接阀组件,以提供一通过其中的流体通路,而且雄联接件可从雌联接件卸离以切断流体通路。
在本技术领域内已知有或已揭示了各种类型的连接用的联接阀组件,比如用于生物医学场合的柔软接管、仪器连接件、流体分配组件,等等。
许多现有连接用的联接阀组件的一个问题是很难迅速地将连接用的联接阀锁合和卸开,而不泄漏流体通路中的任何流体。
在医药工业或流体分配工业中,非常希望保持流体容器处于密封状态直到使用之时,而且这也是至关重要的。在许多情况下,希望能分配精确数量的流体,而没有任何泄漏。
美国专利No.4,436,125揭示了一种能快速连接/卸开的联接组件。一个雌联接件包括一提升阀组件,其作用是,当雌联接件不与雄联接件相连接时,可自动切断雌联接件内的流体通路。
美国专利No.4,541,457揭示了一种雌联接件,它包括一两路解联阀组件和一用于与雄联接件协作的锁合机构。
美国专利No.4,934,655揭示了一种截止阀组件,它包括相互协作以开启或关闭流体通路的一柱塞和数个凸起。
本发明涉及一种快速连接的联接阀组件。更具体地,本发明涉及一种具有一可被可释放地锁合在一雌联接件内以接通/切断其内的流体通路的雄联接件的快速连接联接阀组件。
本发明的一个实施例的快速连接联接阀组件包括一具有一前端和一后端的雄联接件,此雄联接件包括一壳体,壳体内装有一可往复运动的菌形阀芯并形成一通过其中的流体通路,阀芯有一从壳体前端垂直突出的尖端,一弹簧件压缩在壳体后端和阀芯之间,雄联接件的后端可连接于一流体导管。
在本发明的此实施例中,快速连接联接阀组件还包括一具有一前端和一后端的雌联接件,此雌联接件包括一有第一部分和第二部分的壳体,壳体构成了穿过其中的一流体通路,第一壳体部分内装有一可往复运动的阀芯,第二壳体部分接纳雄联接件的第一端,所述阀芯有一从第一壳体部分前端垂直突出的尖端,一弹簧件压缩在第一壳体部分的后端和阀芯之间,雌联接件的后端可连接于一流体导管。
在此实施例中,快速连接联接阀组件包括一邻近雌联接件前端的夹持机构,用来可释放地将雄联接件锁合在雌联接件内。
在一实施例中,阀芯包括一位于其尖端后侧的锥形件,阀芯还包括一接纳弹簧件的圆柱形部分。弹簧件置于阀芯内并使流体能流过弹簧件的内部或中央。这样,弹簧件的各丝圈就不会与流体中可能含有的颗粒发生干涉。
在一实施例中,一第一配接器焊接于雄联接件壳体的后端,一第二配接器焊接于雌联接件的第一壳体部分的后端,至少分别有一个余斜槽设置在第一配接器的一端和雄联接件的后端之间以及第二配接器和雌联接件的后端之间。
在一实施例中,夹持机构包括一个一件式夹持件和一弹簧件,弹簧件位于雌联接件的一表面和夹持件舌部的底表面之间,弹簧件由该舌部和雌联接件的至少一个垂直壁来围住。
而且在一实施例中,夹持件是一个一件式塑料件。
在一实施例中,夹持件包括一下缘,下缘在朝向雄联接件的一侧有一斜表面,在背离雄联接件的一侧有一垂直表面。雄联接件包括一圆周凸缘,凸缘在朝向雌联接件的一侧有一倾斜表面,在背离雌联接件的一侧有一垂直表面。因此,当雄联接件插入雌联接件内时,这些倾斜表面相互协作以迫使夹持件向下。一旦雄联接件的凸缘通过夹持件,弹簧件迫使夹持件向上,并且这些垂直表面相互协作而使雄和雌联接件保持在锁合状态。
还在一实施例中,雄联接件的阀芯的尖端与雌联接件的阀芯的尖端对齐。而且,当阀组件由夹持机构锁合时,两阀芯的尖端可相互配合以便使雄联接件和雌联接件内的流体通路开启。而当雄联接件脱离雌联接件时,两阀芯的尖端相互脱离以关闭雄联接件和雌联接件内的流体通路。
在一实施例中,一第一O形密封圈置于雄联接件的前端处的外表面上并形成雄和雌两联接件之间的流体紧密密封。
在一实施例中,一第二O形密封圈分别置于雄/雌联接件的阀芯前端处的外表面上并形成雄和雌两联接件之间的液体紧密密封。

参看图1,它显示了基本根据本发明之原理的快速连接联接阀组件40的一个实施例。阀组件40包括一雌联接件42和一雄联接件44。雌联接件42焊接于流体导管配接器46,而配接器46与一流体导管(未示)相接,比如与一容器或一管子相接,等等。雄联接件44焊接于一流体导管配接器48,而配接器48连接于一如上所述的那种流体导管(未示)。流体导管配接器46、48可以具有任何种类的构造,比如一齿形表面配接器、一螺纹表面配接器,等等。也应当理解到,流体导管可以有任何的结构形状。
现请参看图2,它显示了阀组件40的剖视图。雄联接件44部分地插入雌联接件42并锁定在位。
雌联接件42有一前端50和一后端52。成形于雌联接件42上的壳体54包括一第一壳体部分56和一第二壳体部分58。雄联接件44的前端60被接纳在第二壳体部分58内。
进一步参看图2,一阀芯62可往复运动地置于雌联接件42的第一壳体部分56内,它与可往复运动地置于雄联接件44的壳体内的阀芯64对准。阀芯62的尖端68和阀芯64的尖端70相互顶靠配合,从而相互施加向后的力,以开启雄雌联接件44、42之间的流体通路76。一弹簧件72压缩在阀芯62和雌联接件42的后端52之间。一弹簧件74压缩在阀芯64和雄联接件44的后端75之间。因此,在雄联接件44从雌联接件46卸开的情况下端头68和70相互脱离时,弹簧件72、74将对阀芯62、64施加向前的偏压力。由于被向前偏压,阀芯62、64将分别关闭并密封雌和雄联接件42、44中的流体通路。
现请参看图2-4,雌联接件42的第二壳体部分58有一装在位于其顶部和顶部的狭槽77内的夹持件78。一弹簧件80座落在邻近雌联接件42的前端50的一开孔82内并在夹持件78的舌部81之下。弹簧件80内夹持件28的顶部水平舌部81和两个垂直侧壁84、86围住。因此,在阀组件40上看不见弹簧件80。夹持件78还包括一个有一开口的垂直部分87,垂直部分87是有摩擦地装在狭槽77内。垂直部分87的下缘69垂直地突伸入流体通路。下缘69在面向雄联接件44的一侧有一倾斜表面67,在背离雄联接件44的一侧有一垂直表面65。如图13A-C所示,雄联接件44有一圆周凸缘91,凸缘91在朝向雄联接件42的一侧有一倾斜表面83,在背离雄联接件42的一侧有一垂直表面85。因此,当雄联接件44插入雌联接件42内时,夹持件78的下缘69的各雄联接件凸缘的各倾斜表面相互协作迫使夹持件向下。一旦凸缘91通过下缘69,夹持件78就被弹簧件80偏压向上。于是,各垂直表面相互协作,将雌的和雄的联接件保持在锁合位置。为了卸开雌的和雄的联接件42、44,只要简单地将夹持件78的舌部81向下压即可,因为这将迫使夹持件的下缘69达到位于凸缘91以下,从而释放雄联接件44,这样它就可从雌联接件42卸离。为了把雌的和雄的联接件42、44连接起来,只要简单地将雄联接件44插入雌联接件42即可。当夹持件78向上滑动并与雄联接件44的凸缘91配合时,将产生一听得见的信号,于是将其锁定在位。
而且,夹持件78最好用塑料制成为一件式的。雌的和雄的联接件42、44的壳体部分也最好用塑料制成。在一较佳实施例中,夹持件78的颜色与壳体部分的不同,以便于很容易将舌部81与阀组件的其他部分区别开来。
现请参看图5,它是雌联接件的前端视图。一圆柱形斜壁88位于雌联接件42的内表面89上。雄联接件44的圆柱形斜壁83(示于图16)在雌联接件42与雄联接件44配合时抵靠到圆柱形斜壁88上,从而既开启了流体通路又不会有流体从圆柱形斜壁88和圆柱形斜壁83之间泄漏。
图6为雌联接件42的后端视图。一锥形件94设置于阀芯62之尖端68的后侧,也示于图2中。锥形件94对通过阀芯62的流体流动的干涉为最小。弹簧件72装在圆柱形表面95上并且其一部分位于阀芯62的圆柱形壁93内。而且,阀芯62在其四个肋件96之间形成四个开口97。因此,流体能流过阀芯62。
现请参看图7A、B,它们是雌联接件42的剖视图。图7A显示了固定于雌联接件42之后端52的齿状流体导管配接器46。图7B显示了固定于雌联接件42之后端52的螺纹流体导管配接器46。一O形密封圈100设置于雌联接件42的阀芯62的外表面,O形圈100形成雌联接件42的表面99和第一壳体部分56之间的流体密封。
现参看图8,它是设置在雌联接件42后端52处的外表面104上的一个余料槽102的放大视图。当流体导管配接器46热焊到雌联接件42之后端52上时,余料槽102用来收集多余的材料,以使流体导管配接器46与雌联接件42有良好的接合。
参看图9,它是流体导管配接器46与雌联接件42的接合部分的放大视图。余料槽102形成于流体导管配接器46和雌联接件42之间,这样,在热焊接合时,膨胀的材料将填入余料槽102内而在其间形成良好密封。
现请参看图10、11和12,它们是夹持件78的后端视图、底视图及剖视图。斜壁67和垂直壁65位于垂直部分87的下缘69处。而且,两个肋108从夹持件78的垂直部分87的两侧面突出。肋108与狭槽77的侧壁部分相配合,这样,夹持件78就不会落出,并将一直与雌联接件42保持在一起。
现请参看图13A-C,它们为雄联接件44的剖视图。在图13A中,与雌联接件42的阀芯62形状相同的阀芯64装在雄联接件的壳体66内。弹簧件74被压缩地设置在阀芯64的锥形件94和雄联接件44的壳体66之后端之间。O形密封圈100也置于壳体66之间端60处的阀芯64的外表面上,以便在雄联接件42的内表面101与壳体66之间形成紧密的流体密封。因此,当在雄联接件44与雌联接件42配合的情况下阀芯64的尖端70被推离前端60而推向后端75时,流体通路76就开启了。当雌和雄联接件42、44脱开时,压缩着的弹簧件74迫使阀芯64向前而与表面101配合,以阻止流体流出壳体66。另一个O形密封圈110置于壳体66的外表面上。O形圈110形成雄联接件44与雌联接件42之间的紧密流体密封。图13A-C所示为流体导管配接器48的三个不同实施例48a、b、c。图13A中,齿状流体导管配接器48a与雄联接件44的后端75焊成一体。图13B、13C中,螺纹流体导管配接器48b和直角齿状流体导管配接器48c分别与雄联接件44的后端75焊成一体。

参看图25,它为阀组件130的另一个实施例的立体图。阀组件130的雌联接件131与阀组件40的雌联接件的不同之处在于它有一不同的连接器133。这个实施例特别适合于安装在板或壁上。在此实施例中,一套筒件132以螺纹安装在螺旋槽134上。在这一较佳实施例中,采用了Dardelet螺纹,这样,套筒件132就能自锁。垫圈136有一凹口138,它置于套筒件132和止动凸缘139之间,止动凸缘139有一可插入凹口138内的凸起140。进一步地,图26为图25中的雌联接件131的剖视图。

Claims (11)
1、一种快速连接的联接阀组件,其特征在于,包括:
一具有一前端和一后端的雄联接件,此雄联接件包括一壳体,壳体内装有一可往复运动的阀芯,并限定了一通过其中的流体通路,此阀芯有一从壳体前端垂直突出的尖端,一弹簧件压缩在壳体后端与阀芯之间,雄联接件的后端可连接于一流体导管;
一具有一前端和一后端的雌联接件,此雌联接件包括一壳体,壳体限定了一通过其中的流体通路,并且具有第一壳体部分和第二壳体部分,第一壳体部分内装有一可往复运动的阀芯,第二壳体部分接纳雄联接件的第一端,所述阀芯有一从第一壳体部分的前端垂直突出的尖端,一弹簧件压缩在第一壳体部分的后端与阀芯之间,雌联接件的后端可连接于一流体导管;以及
夹持机构,它邻近雌联接件的前端,用于可释放地将雄联接件锁定在雌联接件内。
2、如权利要求1所述的快速连接联接阀组件,其特征在于,阀芯包括一位于尖端后侧的一锥形件,阀芯还包括一接纳弹簧件的圆柱形部分,弹簧件置于阀芯内并使流体能流过弹簧件的内部或中央,这样,弹簧件的各丝圈就不会与流体中可能含有的颗粒发生干涉。
3、如权利要求1所述的快速连接联接阀组件,其特征在于,一第一配接器焊接于雄联接件的后端,一第二配接器焊接于雌联接件之第一壳体部分的后端,至少分别有一个余料槽设置在第一配接器的一端与雄联接件的后端之间以及第二配接器与雌联接件之后端之间。
4、如权利要求1所述的快速连接联接阀组件,其特征在于,夹持机构包括一个一件式夹持件和一弹簧件,弹簧件位于雌联接件的表面与夹持件之舌部的底表面之间,弹簧件由所述舌部和雌联接件的至少一个垂直壁围住。
5、如权利要求4所述的快速连接联接阀组件,其特征在于,夹持件是一个一件式塑料制品。
6、如权利要求5所述的快速连接联接阀组件,其特征在于,夹持件包括一下缘,此下缘在朝向雄联接件的一侧有一倾斜表面,在背离雄联接件的一侧有一垂直表面;一圆周凸缘在朝向雌联接件的一侧有一斜表面,在背离雌联接件的一侧有一垂直表面。
7、如权利要求1所述的快速连接联接阀组件,其特征在于,雄联接件的阀芯的尖端与雌联接件的阀芯的尖端对准。
8、如权利要求7所述的快速连接联接阀组件,其特征在于,当阀组件由夹持机构锁合在一起时,两阀芯的尖端相互配合,使雄联接件和雌联接件的流体通路开启。
9、如权利要求7所述的快速连接联接阀组件,其特征在于,当雄联接件脱离雌联接件时,两阀芯的尖端相互分离,使雄联接件和雌联接件的流体通路关闭。
10、如权利要求1所述的快速连接联接阀组件,其特征在于,一第一O形密封圈置于雄联接件前端处的外表面上并构成的雄联接件和雌联接件之间的紧密的流体密封。
11、如权利要求1所述的快速连接联接阀组件,其特征在于,一第二O形密封圈置于雄/雌联接件的阀芯的前端处的外表面上并构成雄联接件和壳件之间以及雌联接件和第一壳体部分之间的紧密的流体密封。
