Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种用于配电网的导体电缆的楔型连接器,该连接器适于装配不同尺寸的导体电缆,这些电缆设置并固定于带齿的第一个大体C形的外部件与第二个楔型内部件之间。
公知连接器的一个例子示于巴西专利申请PI9102719中,其中设有用于穿透电缆的齿,从而增大了连接的导体电缆的抗拉强度。
另一公知的连接器公开于巴西专利申请PI8202511中,该连接器设有挡板和锁销,以便防止连接器构件的偏移。
公知的楔型连接器存在的问题之一是,安装者预先难以判断用于电连接各种不同直径的导体的连接器的尺寸。
考虑到这样的事实,即,对于各种楔型连接器以及连接器组件的多种可能的特定组合,这是一个非常普通的问题,这是由主线和分路导体电缆的直径制约的。本发明通过引入连接器识别概念而提供了楔型连接器的更佳应用,这种用途可用于新的或已有连接器的C形外部件和第二个楔型内部件中。
公知连接器的问题通过提供这样一种电缆连接器来克服,后者具有第一C形部件和第二楔形部分,每一部件均能夹持电缆,第一和第二部件均是通过折叠弹性金属片制成。第一C形部件的自由端具有卷缘,且其底部具有一个孔,此孔适于配装设在第二楔型部件后部的一个突起部分,该连接器的特征在于,在至少一个部件上能看到至少两个标志。
本发明的另一目的是要在C形部件中设置多个齿,这些齿在允许位置中沿C形部件的长度隔开设置,从而容许增大连接电缆的抗拉强度。

参照图1-2,可以看出,此连接器组件1由第一C形外部件2和第二楔型内部件3组成。
第一外部件2和第二内部件3均是通过折叠金属片制成的。第一部件2大体呈C形,其自由端弯曲成适于安装电缆30,其内底部5上设有一倾斜面6,此倾斜面毗邻一个孔7。
第二部件3是楔形的,由于金属片的内折,形成具有外侧横向通道10的筒状部分9,它将与C形部件2的卷缘4的内部一起固装电缆30。
在楔型部件3的折制过程中,在后部形成一中央通道11,此中夹通道11具有一突起部分12,此突起部分适于插入C形部件2的孔7,以便在连接器组装时夹紧电缆30。
采用楔型连接器,可能有许多种导体电缆组合,这仅受限于导体组合的最小和最大的和值,并根据对应于每种导体的特定电缆直径变化。
本发明提供了对公知连接器的变化组合布置,它容许技术员判断出对于尚未知道的导体电缆配置应采用的正确连接器种类,且不必损坏连接器(因为不需要预先组装)。
在预先不组装连接器的情况下,采用标志,最好是在C形部件2中,楔型部件3中或两者中两个预定标志,判断连接器的种类是可能的。
这些标志可在制造过程中或此后形成于第一和第二部件中,并且它们可以是诸如通过涂漆、中心冲制或任何其它手段制成的表面标志。
如图1和2中所示,标志A的位置表示与电缆直径组合的最大和值相符的连接器的可接受极限,标志B的位置表示电缆组合的最小和值的可接受极限。
在使用连接器之前,采用标志A和B,技术员有可能判定应选择哪种连接器,且没有使用不适当的连接器的危险。
作为一个实际例子,从图1中可以看到,楔型部件的前部位于标志A和B之间,这个事实表明,对于这种连接器而言,导体电缆直径的和值在特定的最大和最小极限之内。在第一C形部件2的两自由边缘4上可看到标志A和B。
如上所述,为了帮助安装者从另一侧观视此连接器组件,标志A和B也可形成于第二楔型部件3中(见图2)。
如图2所示,在第二实施例中,C形部件2的后部位于标志A和B之间,这表明导体电缆直径之和值在所选连接器的特定最小和最大极限内。
本发明的再一实施例示于图3-6中,连接器1′由两个部件构成,它们装在一起,从而在其间固定导体电缆30′。部件之一是大体C形的部件2′,它由薄片通常是金属片冲制而成,并弯成C形。在底部3′中设有一倾斜面4′,此倾斜面与一开口5′相毗邻。
容器2′具有至少两个径向布置的凹槽7′,它们形成内槽8′和外凸棱9′。
容器2′的内部设有多个夹持齿10′,它们沿容器2′的长度纵向分隔设置。
夹持齿10′最好设在容器2′的内侧壁11′,即其凹面部分上,并呈切口(notches)状,这种形状适于增大连接器中电缆的抗拉强度。在本发明的该实施例中,切口为菱形。应注意的是,菱形是示例性的,并不是限制性的。
齿10′可按插置于两凹槽7′之间的方式排列,以便为容器2′提供更大的抗拉强度,从而更好地沿电缆分布连接处的拉力并容许增大连接器组件中电缆的抗拉强度。
连接器组件1′的另一部件为楔形部件12′,它由薄片材料最好是金属薄片构成,此薄片向内折叠形成分别具有通道15′和16′的筒状部分13′和14′,这两个筒状部分13′和14′将使电缆30′紧紧抵靠容器2′的壁11′。
通常,将电缆30′置于连接器1′的容器2中,并将楔形部件12′插入容器中,从而固装电缆30′。楔形部件12′设有一锁合凸块17′,此凸块在倾斜面4′上滑动并进入开口5′中,从而防止楔形部件12′脱离与容器2′的锁连。

Claims (5)

1、一种电连接器(1,1′),具有一个通常C形的部件(2,2′),此部件用于将导线(30,30′)与一个楔形部件(3,12′)电连接,此电连接器的特征在于:
C形部件(2,2′)包括径向布置的凹槽(7′)和夹持齿(10′),它们适于为楔形部件(3,12′)提供抗拉强度,以固装导线(30,30′)。
2、根据权利要求1的电连接器(1,1′),其特征在于,径向布置的凹槽(7′)总体上完全绕C形部件(2,2′)延伸。
3、根据权利要求1或2的电连接器(1,1′),其特征在于,C形部件(2,2′)是由冲制的金属片构成。
4、根据上述任一权利要求的电连接器(1,1′),其特征在于,夹持齿(10′)设置在径向布置的凹槽(7′)之间,以便与导线(30,30′)啮合。
5、根据上述任一权利要求的电连接器(1,1′),其特征在于,在C形部件(2,2′)或楔形部件(3,12′)上设有至少两个标志。
