Abstract

本发明涉及到冷柜,特别地涉及到具有保存谷物 和泡菜功能的,能将冷藏室内的冷气传给谷物保存室 和泡菜保存室内的冷柜。这种冷柜具有冷藏室,谷物 保存室,使冷藏室壁面产生冷气的冷气产生装置和为 将由上述冷气产生装置产生的冷气传给谷物保存室 内的冷气传递装置。

Description

本发明涉及到一种冷柜,特别是具有谷物保存功能及泡菜保存功能,能够将冷藏室内的冷气传给各物保存室和泡菜保存室的冷柜。
如图1所示,现有的米柜由贮藏米的米柜1,确认米柜1内剩余米量的监视窗和将上述米柜1内的米引出引出桶4的引出杆3构成。
而且,在米柜1的一侧上设置了为贮藏多种食品的多层式贮藏室5,在上述贮藏室5的前面设置了一个开关门6。
这样构成的米柜,由于米柜及贮藏室内的温度分布不匀均,贮存的米和食品会变质。
另外,为保存泡菜盒要用于其它用途因而,存在难以长期保存米和泡菜等物品,以及由于必须设置用于其它用途的各种物品带来的占有空间大的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种能具有所占的设置空间较小的泡菜保存室,谷物保存室及冷藏室的冷柜。
本发明的另外目的是提供能长期保存泡菜的冷柜。
本发明还有一个目的是提供能长期保存象米这类的谷物的冷柜。
为完成上述目的,本发明的冷柜设有为冷柜的冷藏壁面产生冷气的蒸发器;与蒸发器相联结的,将冷气传递给谷物保存室的,将冷藏室和谷物保存室隔开的导热的第1隔壁;还设置有为使冷藏室壁面产生冷气的蒸发器、在为将由上述蒸发器产生的冷气输送给泡菜保存室内并将该泡菜保存室维持在低温下的并间隔冷藏室和泡菜保存室的第2隔壁上开的通孔和通过通孔将冷气吸入泡菜保存室的吸入风扇。

图2-图9是表示本发明的冷柜。本发明的冷柜由保存各种饮食品的冷藏室100;保存米和杂粮等的谷物保管室200和保存泡菜的泡菜保存室300构成。上述冷藏室100和谷物保存室200由导热性能较好的材料制成的第1隔壁400隔开,上述冷藏室100和泡菜保存室300由第2隔壁500隔开。
如图4所示,上述谷物保存室200具有保存由流入口204′流入的米的米保存室204及保存杂粮的杂粮的保存室205;为收取排出的米和杂粮的取出桶209。上述杂粮保存室205具有为从米保存室204的上部使杂粮流入的流入口205′。
如图5所示,为把保存室和杂粮保存室内的米和杂粮排入取出桶209内,上述谷物保存室200具有为了有选择性地使米和杂粮通过米保存室204的米排出口207及杂粮保存室205的杂粮排出口208落下的水平移动板212,其上形成有相应落下孔(211)(211′);使水平移动板212从移动状态复原到原状态的弹性部件213;用旋转的方式将有选择地通过上述水平移动板212上的落下孔(211)(211′)落下的米和杂粮物送出的输送螺旋214;为使上述输送螺旋214旋转的旋转杆215;为了将上述输送螺旋214从输送米和谷物的旋转状态恢复到原来状态的并固定在输送螺旋214一端的由弹力使输送螺旋214转动的弹性部件216和为使送出的米和谷物落入到取出桶209内的流出孔210。
如图8所示,为将上述谷物保存室从冷柜中拉出,在冷柜的侧面设置了形成在谷物保存室上导轨241;支承引导上述导轨241下部的引导滚243;支承引导上述导轨241上部的引导滚245和用枢轴支承上述引导滚245的支承杆247。
图中没有标号的是手柄部113。
为了保持上述谷物保存室内温度在一定的程度。如图9所示,设置了两个蒸发部,即第一蒸发部920和第二蒸发中930。其中的第一蒸发部920包括使由蒸发器700产生的除霜水流动的排水管910;收集沿上述排水管910流动的除霜水的第1蒸发皿921;让由上述第1蒸发皿921蒸发的湿汽通过的透湿膜923,使通过上述透湿膜923的湿汽通过开设有孔926的盖929;第二蒸发部包括将上述第一蒸发部920的第1蒸发皿921内的过量除霜水排出的排出管933和收集顺上述排出管933排出的除霜水并将其蒸发的第2蒸发皿931。
如图6和图7所示,在冷柜的冷藏室100的内部上表面101上通过一两面胶带110将为产生冷气的蒸发器700附在其上。
隔开冷藏室100和谷物保存室200的第1隔壁400,与冷藏室100的蒸发器700联通,使蒸发器700产生的冷气沿第1隔壁传递给谷物保管室200。
如图3所示,在上述泡菜保存室300上,设置了将泡菜催熟的发热部件320。
为了将由冷藏室100的蒸发器产生的冷气输送到泡菜保存室300中,隔开冷藏室100和泡菜保存室300的第2隔壁500上形成有通孔513,在上述通孔513上设置了将冷藏室100内的冷气吸入泡菜保存室300的吸入风扇800。
图中末说明的符号600是压缩机,310是泡菜桶。
这样构成的本发明的冷柜,在压缩机600转动后,通过两面胶带110附着在冷柜内上表面上的蒸发器700产生的冷气可长期地保存贮藏在冷藏室100内的食品。
由附着在冷柜内部上表面101上的蒸发器700产生的冷气由间隔冷藏室100和谷物保存室200的第1隔壁400传到谷物保存室200内。
即,由于蒸发器700联结到了第1隔壁400上,蒸发器700产生的冷气沿隔壁400传递而传到谷物保存室200内。
因而,由于传入了冷气,就可防止杂粮保存室205内保存的杂粮和米保存室204内保存的米变质。
为了将谷物保存在冷柜内,拉着在门204上形成的把手200a,就可将谷物保存室200拉出。
此时,谷物保存室200通过从下部支承在谷物保存室上形成的导轨241的导滚243和枢轴设置在装在冷柜上的支承杆247上的,支承导轨241上部的导滚245的引导而被拉出。
为将从冷柜内拉出的谷物保存室200中取出谷物,由容量选择器230选择容量,谷物就落下到取出桶209中。
而且,一旦将门240压回,谷物保存室200就被推入到冷柜内,设置在门240上的密封条240’就紧贴在冷柜的前面。
米通过米保管室204流入口204’流入并被保存在米保存室204内。
杂粮通过流入口205′流入并保存在泡菜保存室205内。
如图5所示,一旦由旋转杆215使输送螺旋214转动,米就通过米保存室204的排出口207和水平移动板212上形成的下落孔211落下由输送螺旋214输送,被输送的米通过流出孔210落入到取出桶209内。
一旦移动水平移动板212,使水平移动板212上的下落孔211’与杂粮保存室205的排出口208一致,上述杂粮保存室205内的杂粮就会落下并由输送螺旋214输送。
被输送的杂粮通过流出孔210落入到取出桶209内。
通过向发热部件320供给电能而产生热将泡菜保存室300的泡菜桶310内的泡菜催熟。经过一定时间后,泡菜完全淹熟后,对泡菜保存室进行冷却。
此时,一旦驱动在隔开冷藏室100和泡菜保存室300的第2隔壁500的通孔513处设置的吸入风扇800,冷藏室100内的冷气由上述风扇800所产生的压差而被吸入泡菜保存室300内。
从而,由于吸入风扇800输送冷气冷却泡菜保持室300,能够防止已经淹熟的泡菜过度淹熟。
蒸发器700一旦工作,蒸发器表面上就产生霜,由上述霜生成的除霜水就沿排水管910流入第1蒸发皿921并被蒸发。
由上述第1蒸发皿921蒸发的湿气通过透湿膜923流过盖925上的孔926后流入到谷物保存室200内,从而调节了温度。
一旦第1蒸发皿921内的除霜水过多,就通过排出管933收集在第2蒸发皿931内,由冷凝器935的热量再次蒸发除霜水。
如上所述,根据本发明,通过将由设置在冷藏室内的蒸发器产生的冷气供给冷藏室和谷物保存室及泡菜保存室,就可以长期地在各室内保存饮食物,谷物和泡菜。在一台冷柜内设置冷藏室,保物保存室和泡菜保存室,使得设置空间缩小,使用时极为方便。

Claims (14)

1、一种冷柜,其特征在于包括一个谷物保存室;由冷藏室壁面产生冷气的冷气产生装置,和为将上述冷气产生装置产生的冷气传给谷物保存室的冷气传递装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述冷柜;其特征在于冷气产生装置是设置在冷藏柜上表面的蒸发器。
3、根据权利要求2所述的冷柜;其特征在于上述蒸发器通过两面胶带附着在冷藏的内部上表面上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的冷柜,其特征在于上述冷气传递装置由隔开冷藏室和谷物保存室的,连结上述蒸发器的导热的第1隔壁构成,由上述蒸发器产生的冷气沿隔壁传递给谷物保存室。
5、一种冷柜,其特征在于包括冷藏室、泡菜保存室、使冷藏室壁面产生冷气的冷气产生装置的及了将泡菜保存室维持在低温下而将由上述冷气产生装置产生的冷气传递给泡菜保存室的冷气强制传递装置。
6、根据权利要求5所述的冷柜,其特征在于冷气强制传递装置具有隔开冷藏室和泡菜保存室的第2隔壁,在上述第2隔壁上形成的通孔以及为将冷藏室室内的冷气通过上述通孔吸入泡菜保存室内的吸入风扇。
7、根据权利要求1的冷柜,其特征在于上述谷物保存室具有为保存米的米保存室和为保存杂粮的杂粮保存室;为将米保存室和杂粮保存室内保存的米和杂粮排出的排出装置;以及为收取排出的米和杂粮的取出桶。
8、根据权利要求7的冷柜,其特征在于上述排出装置具有分别形成在米和杂粮保存室上的排出口;为使通过上述排出口被排出的米和杂粮有选择地落下的水平移动板;输送落下的米和杂粮的输送装置;以及为使输出的米和杂粮落下的排出口。
9、根据权利要求1的冷柜,其特征在于上述谷物保存室具有为从冷柜内拉出的拉出装置。
10、根据权利要求9的冷柜;其特征在于上述拉出装置具有形成在谷物保存室上的导轨,枢轴地安装着用于支承引导上述导轨的上下部的引导滚的支承杆。
11、根据权利要求1的冷柜,其特征在于为将上述谷物保存室内维持在一定的温度范围的温度调节器。
12、根据权利要求11的冷柜,其特征在于上述温度调节器装有引导由上述冷气产生装置产生的除霜水的排水管;收集引导的除霜水并使其蒸发将冷气供给上述谷物保存室的第1蒸发部分和使上述第1蒸发部分内过多的除霜水蒸发流向外部的第2蒸发部分。
13、根据权利要求12的冷柜,其特征在于上述第1蒸发部分设有收集沿上述排水管引导的除霜水的第1蒸发皿,使由上述第1蒸发器产生的湿气通过的透湿膜和形成有为将透过上述透湿膜的湿气引向上述谷物保存室的与上述谷物保存室联通的孔的盖。
14、根据权利要求12的冷柜,其特征在于上述第2蒸发部分设有将第1蒸发部分内的过多的除霜水排出的排出管和收集被排出的除霜水并使其蒸发流向外部的第2蒸发皿。
