文献WO-A-9606567公开了一种外科失禁器械，该外科失禁器械减轻了妇女尿失禁，同时通过将两个弯曲的针连接于一根带子而恢复节制，该带子拟永久性植入患者阴道壁和腹壁之间的组织中，从而增强恢复尿失禁所需的组织。本申请的外科器械是对这种器械的改进，该带子包括由薄塑料套封闭的网，以便于插入而同时避免刺激或损伤人体组织。

外科器械包括一圆柱形管形杆部10，它在其一端具有把手11。在杆部的另一端为套管14。一个圆柱形轴15可旋转地安装在杆部中，并且可借助于安装在轴之一端的旋钮16手动地旋转。轴的另一端形成一外径小于轴的圆柱部分17，如图5所示，该圆柱部分17连接到具有外螺纹的部分18，一个直径进一步减小了的光滑端部19连接到螺纹部分18，该端部19在轴的所述另一端形成一个导销。部分18和19容纳在从上述杆部伸出的套管14的那部分中。上述外科器械与WO-A-9606567中公开的器械相同，只是套管14的端部14’从相对侧面(参阅图1和图2)是平坦的，所以该端部的截面不是圆形的。
外科器械还包括可更换的一次性针21，该针的一端连接在杆部并且基本上经四分之一个圆延伸到其另一自由端，从而基本上符合位于阴道壁和腹壁之间的耻骨外形。所述针具有均匀的圆形截面，并且具有光滑的、最好是经过抛光的外表面。所述针在其自由端终止于一锥形部分而形成尖端22。
为了把针21连接在杆部10上，该针在其所述一端形成一直的部分30，该部分30是圆柱形的，但具有经过铣削的平坦表面31，该平坦表面从针的相邻端延伸经所述部分30的那部分将由套管部分14’容纳。针应相对于杆部以预定旋转位置定位，更具体而言，它应该以与把手11所在平面成直角地突出。这一旋转位置由套管部分14’的非圆形形状和针的具有平坦表面31的端部来固定，该平坦表面31装配进入套管部分14’中。针的具有平坦表面31的端部经锥形部32连接到针的主体，该锥形部分朝向台肩33是渐尖的。
一个轴向盲孔从针的端面延伸，该盲孔具有螺纹部分23和由其向内的较窄的圆柱部分24。导销19的尺寸使得当将针21与外科器械其余部分连接之用的螺纹部分18通过手动旋转旋钮16来转动轴15而拧入盲孔的螺纹部分23中时，该导销19由圆柱部分24导向容纳。杆部的端面与针彼此压靠。这种连接与WO-A-9606567中所述的连接相同。
当WO-A-9606567中所述的方法采用两根针21A、21B时，所述实施例的两根针21A、21B将连接在带子26的每一端(见图6)。按照本发明，优选实施例的带子包括所形成的开孔约为1mm的网状物或网。这种带子的一种合适材料为PROLENE，由美国新泽西州Sommer-ville的Ethicon公司制造的厚度为0.7mm的聚丙烯编织网。这种材料由美国的FDA批准可植入人体内。该网(带)优选具有约为10mm的宽度，并且被封闭在一薄的聚乙烯套34中，该套34在平坦状态下具有与带子基本上相同的宽度，虽然在图2中示出宽度上的差别，这只是为了更加清楚地表示该套。网的长度应约为400mm。网和套借助于两排缝合针脚35相互连接。套的端部借助于合适的强粘结剂连接于针的锥形部分32，针与套的相互连接部分由橡胶的收缩软管36覆盖，该软管36从台肩33延伸过锥形部分32并且部分越过针的锥形端部30。收缩软管基本上与针在台肩处的表面平齐。采用这种设置，网被牢固地连接到针上。
套34的作用首先是为了便于以WO-A-9606567中所述的方式即当网从阴道壁以其端部拉向腹部皮肤时插入网，以及为了避免网的粗糙边缘刺激或损伤人体组织。
当带子已如同围绕尿道的悬带而正确定位时，将除去聚乙烯套，并且为了便于除去套，应该在该套的纵向中心处穿孔，如图6中点划线37所示，通过在套的相对两外端拉动而使套的两半个部分在该拉力作用下在穿孔处分离，从而将套的两半个部分从人体内取出。
聚乙烯套的作用还为了在与针的连接过程中以及在插入人体前和插入人体时的处理过程中保护网。
带子的纵向中心和套应该由可看得见的带颜色标记38表示，如图6所示，所以便于外科医生在外科手术过程中观察何时网相对于尿道是对称的。

Claims (12)

1.用于治疗妇女尿失禁的外科器械，它包括：一个杆部(10)以及一个弯曲的针形件(21)，该杆部(10)在其一端具有一个把手(11)，该针形件(21)构造成与上述杆部连接以形成一弯曲部分，其特征在于，该器械包括两个针形件(21)，每个针形件在其一端连接于带子(26)的一端；而所述带子包括一个由薄塑料套(34)封闭的网。
