Abstract
一种冰箱用饮料供给装置,在饮料箱及饮料供给管内残存有饮料(冷却水)的情况下,即使将二者分开,残存的饮料也不会漏出来。它是由第一阀和第二阀构成的,其中第一阀设在饮料箱的一侧,它根据饮料箱与饮料供给管的结合及脱离来开闭饮料箱;第二阀连接在饮料供给管上,当饮料箱与饮料供给管结合时,在第一阀打开饮料箱的同时,第二阀也将饮料供给管打开,当饮料箱分开时,将饮料供给管关闭。
Description
本发明涉及冰箱用饮料供给装置,特别是涉及利用具有永久磁铁的阀机构、可向外部排出冷却水的冰箱用饮料供给装置,上述永久磁铁存放在冰箱储存室内的冷水容器内。
一般如图1所示,可从冰箱外侧取出储存在冰箱内的冷却水的冰箱包括,在冰箱本体1的前面可自由开闭地结合有冷冻室门2及冷藏室门3。在冷藏室门3的一侧,设置有饮料供给装置4。
如图2所示上述饮料供给装置4包括,在冷藏室门3内的一侧上形成有可排出冷却水的取水口5a,而且设有气缸5,在该气缸5的上侧形成有放置部5b。在气缸5的内侧前面,通过弹簧8a弹性地设置有滑动构件7,通过操作以铰链方式结合的取水柄6,上述滑动构件7便可在横向上滑动。此外,在放置部5b内,存放着装有冷却水W的冷水容器9。
上述冷水容器9是由结合在其上下侧的盖10、下部罩11以及通过弹簧8b弹性地设置的阀体12构成的,该阀体12可在下部罩11内随着滑动构件7的动作而升降。在阀体12的上端,结合有阀板13,该阀板13随着升降运动而打开或关闭下部罩11的上端,以便控制冷却水W的流通。
因此,把内部储存有规定量的冷却水W的冷水容器安放在放置部5b(该放置部5b是在气缸5的上侧形成的)内时,结合在下部罩11内侧上的阀体12的下端便通过弹簧8a的弹性作用而向下运动,于是,阀板13便将下部罩11的上端关闭,这样,冷水容器9内的冷却水W就不会排出。
在这种情况下,如图2中的两点点划线所示,将杯子之类的容器C放在取水口5a的下侧,并转动取水柄6时,随着取水柄6的回转,滑动构件7后退,与此同时阀体12上升。
这样,结合在上述阀体12上端上的阀板13便边上升、边打开下部罩11的上端,于是,冷却水W便经过下部罩11、气缸5以及取水口5a而注满在容器C内。
但是,具有这种结构的上述现有冰箱用饮料供给装置,是由许多构件组成的,因此,存在着下述缺点,即组装工作比较困难,而且制造费用高,清洁时必须将气缸及滑动构件分开,这就太笨拙了。
因此,本发明是为了解决上述各种问题而开发的,本发明的目的在于提供一种冰箱用饮料供给装置,该装置的冷水容器放置在冷藏室内,可增大冷水容器的容量。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种可使饮料供给装置的结构简单,而且容易清扫,可保持清洁的卫生状态的冰箱用饮料供给装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的冰箱用饮料供给装置是由以下几部分构成的:阀机构,它固定在冷水容器的一侧,当门关闭时,其一端突出在门的外侧;密闭机构,该密闭机构固定在门的一侧,为了防止冷气外流,该机构设有可存放上述阀机构的罩;水箱紧固装置,在打开上述门时,该装置可防止冷水容器脱离。

以下按照附图就本发明冰箱用饮料供给装置的一个实施例进行详细说明。
图3所示为采用本发明冰箱用饮料供给装置的冰箱冷藏室内部状态图。在图3中,在冰箱本体的一侧设有冷藏室21,该冷藏室21可通过门22进行开闭,在冷藏室21上部一侧的内部设有储存饮料(冷却水)的冷水容器40。
此外,在上述门22的外侧面上设有凹进去而形成的取出空间23。在冷水容器40上,设有在门22关闭时向取出空间23突出的阀30。因此,即使在门22关闭的状态下,用户也可以从设置在冷藏室21一侧上的冷水容器40内取出所储存的冷却水。
如图4所示,在上述冷水容器40的下部一侧设有设置板75,在这一侧上还设有固定部80,用于支持和固定冷水容器40。另外,在冷水容器40的下面,设有向下方突出的突出部92,在上述设置板75上穿设有与突出部92结合的设置孔81。如图4的“A”部分所示,在设置板75的下部设有固定部80,该固定部80是用铰链85结合的,可以上下回转,以便使固定部的前后端部颠倒;在固定部80的上面有设置板75插入,而且,在突出部92的前面设有紧密结合的结合突起84,因此,冷水容器40不会向前方移动。
另外,在铰链85的一侧,设有弹簧82,将固定部80的前方弹性地向上侧偏压,通过该弹簧82弹性地支持着冷水容器40。
在冷水容器40的前面下部一侧上,设有向前方突出的排水部41,该排水部41上设有阀30。
在与阀30相对置的门22上,穿设有使取出空间23与冷藏室21连通的设置孔24。当门22关闭时,阀30的前端突出到取出空间23内。
如图4、图5所示,上述阀30被拧紧在排水部41上。阀30具有以下构件:中空状罩31,该中空状罩31在上述排水部41内形成排出饮料的流路32;开闭构件33,该构件33可以前后移动地插设在流路32上,开闭流路32;第一永久磁铁34,该永久磁铁34与开闭构件33一起运动。上述流路32的构造如图6所示,其前方部分比后方部分小。开闭构件33是这样设置的,它与上述流路32的阶梯部分的后方中央紧密接触。流路32的前端几乎弯曲成直角。
如图6所示,上述开闭构件33和第一永久磁铁34搭载在第一构件35上,该构件插在流路32上,可在前后方向上滑动。在第一构件35的后端部有棒状支持部36向后方突出。与该支持部36相对应的排水部41设有与其相结合的第二构件37,该构件37可使支持部36在前后方向上滑动。弹簧38配置在第一构件35与第二构件37之间,弹性地将第一构件35向前方偏压。
另外,如图5所示,在取出空间21内设有第二永久磁铁51,它对第一永久磁铁34施加排斥力而向后方移动,将流路32打开。第二永久磁铁51搭载在柄52上,该柄52设在取出空间23内,可前后运动。
上述柄52构成“”形,在与该柄52的上端部相对应的取出空间23的上部,以插设方式设有柄53,使得柄52的上端部可以前后滑动。如图4所示,柄52的下端部设有弹簧54,使后退的柄52进行弹性复原。第二永久磁铁51搭载在上述柄52的摆动部位上,靠近第一永久磁铁34。弹簧54安装在插脱槽55内,以使柄52的下端部能插入或脱离。
如图4、图5所示,在上述设置孔24及排水部41上设有密闭机构60,用于在门22关闭时防止外部气体流入冷藏室21内,或防止冷藏室21内的冷气外流。密闭机构60通过固定件63设在设置孔24内。该密闭机构是由第一垫圈61和第二垫圈62构成的,其中第一垫圈在阀30关闭时,压紧在罩31上;第二垫圈结合在排水部41上,当阀30结合时,第二垫圈压紧在固定件63上,防止在门22关闭时冷气外流。
下面,就具有上述结构的本发明的一个实施例的冰箱用饮料供给装置的作用及效果进行说明。
首先,就门22及阀30关闭的状态进行说明。
当门22关闭时,由于第一、第二垫圈61、62通过固定件63压紧在罩31上,罩31将贯通的连通孔24密闭起来,因此,可防止冰箱内的冷气外流,以及防止热气流入储存室21内。
此外,柄52在通过弹簧54向前方推出的状态下,由于第一永久磁铁34不被第二永久磁铁51的磁力吸引,因此,开闭构件33通过弹簧38向前方弹压支撑,紧密地压在流路的阶梯部位上,将流路32关闭。
在这种状态下,用户为了取出饮料而向后按压柄52时,搭载在柄52上的第二永久磁铁51便边向后方移动,边给第一永久磁铁34施加排斥力。
受第二永久磁铁51的排斥力作用的第一永久磁铁34抵抗弹簧38的弹力而向后方移动,使开闭构件33向后方移动而将流路32打开。另外,储存在冷水容器40内的冷却水通过打开的流路32而排到取出空间23内。
为了中断冷却水的排出,用户将已经按下的柄52松开,于是柄52因弹簧54的弹力作用而向前方移动,这样,搭载在柄52上的第二永久磁铁51也向前方移动,使施加在第一永久磁铁34上的排斥力减小。
另外,排斥力减小了的第一永久磁铁34通过弹簧38而向前方推压,于是开闭构件33也一同向前方推压,并紧密地压在流路32的阶梯部位上将流路32关闭。流路32关闭,于是冷却水的排水中断。
关于冷水容器40的取出及存放操作是这样的,先将固定部80的下端部向上侧推压,使结合突起84脱离突出部92,然后取出或存放冷水容器40,冷水容器40是一边在设置板75的上部滑动、一边被取出或存放的。
更具体地说,是由用户按压固定部80的后端部,以抵消弹簧80的弹力作用,于是固定部80的前端部便以铰链85为中心而向下侧回转。当固定部80的前端向下侧回转时,一边向设置孔81的下侧拔出结合突起84、一边使其脱离突出部92。
一旦门22打开,则流路32也打开。这时,由于流路32与门22结合得很牢固,将它们分离时即使给冷水容器施加相当大的力量,固定部80仍可将冷水容器40支持住,因此,可以不幌动地保持固定状态。也就是说,由于门22关闭时冷水容器40不幌动,所以能准确地与流路32结合,可防止在排出冷却水时冷却水漏出。
如上所述,本发明的一个实施例的冰箱用饮料供给装置具有以下优点:由于将冷水容器存放在冷藏室内,故可根据需要扩大冷水容器的容量;由于可以简化阀的结构(该阀用于调整冷却水的排出),因此,容易制造和设置,而且,容易清洁内部,还可改善卫生状况。
Claims (8)
1、一种冰箱用饮料供给装置,它具有冷藏室、冷水容器、取出机构,其中冷藏室设在本体的一侧;储存冷却水的冷水容器设在该冷藏室的一侧;取出机构可将储存在冷水容器内的冷却水排到冰箱外部,其特征在于,所述装置是由以下几部分构成的:设置固定在冷水容器的一侧,门关闭时,它的一端突出在门的外侧的阀机构;设置固定在所述门的一侧的密闭机构,为了防止冷气外流,而将阀机构的罩放置在密闭机构上;防止在门打开时冷水容器脱离水箱的紧固装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置,其特征在于,所述阀机构是由以下几部分构成的:罩,所述罩是这样形成的,即它的一端结合在排水部上,另一端在门关闭时通过设在门上的设置孔而露在门的外部,将其内部的饮料排出;第一永久磁铁,所述磁铁设在构件的一侧;开闭构件,所述构件连接在第一永久磁铁的一侧,开闭所述流路。
3、如权利要求2所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置,其特征在于,所述第一永久磁铁通过设在柄的一侧上的第二永久磁铁的排斥力而打开冷却水的流路,所述磁铁设在第一构件的一侧,且可在罩的流路内前后滑动。
4、如权利要求3所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置,其特征在于,所述第一构件在其后端上形成棒状支持部,所述支持部是通过弹簧弹性地支持着。
5、如权利要求4所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置,其特征在于,所述支持部是这样构成的,即在与该支持部的后端相隔规定距离的位置上,第一构件通过弹簧弹性地支持在第二构件(该构件固定在冷水容器的一侧上)的一端上。
6、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置,其特征在于,所述密闭机构分别设在门的一侧,当罩结合时,对设置孔的压紧顺序是第一垫圈、第二垫圈。
7、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置,其特征在于,所述水箱紧固装置是由以下几部分构成的:突出部,所述突出部突出设置在冷水容器下部的一侧上;设置板,所述设置板与上述突出部相对,而且在一侧上具有设置孔;固定部,它插入设置孔内,支持和固定冷水容器。
8、如权利要求7所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置,其特征在于,所述固定部是由以下几部分构成的:结合突起,所述突起设在固定部的一侧上,并向上部突出;铰链,该铰链与固定突起相隔规定距离,通过弹簧连接在设置板上。
