现参见图14，相对于使用包含命运码的博弈芯片或筹码形式的游戏卡以模拟用现金的押注游戏来描述本方法。在步骤300根据由一经营者设定的一说明而生成一系列命运码。这些命运码可在一单个时间被生成，且然后被存储在一命运码的设备中，或这些码可在该手轮(fly)上生成。如果这些命运码在一单个时间被生成，经营者能控制该彩票游戏的可能性并在所有游戏卡被买出的情况下能确定整个游戏的利益。
