背景技术
现有的信用卡环境和系统具有以下缺点:

因为每个交易只能由电子信用卡提供的唯一交易所产生,所以电子信用卡的使用将防止批发商使用未检验的交易。没有电子信用卡,批发商不能够产生唯一的交易标识符。该电子信用卡在被激活之前检验用户的身份。如果预定数目的获得对它的操作的访问的尝试失败,该电子信用卡将被禁用,这将在信用卡被盗的事件中防止欺诈行为。检验分配者或其它检验团体可以通过用于发行该电子信用卡的受控的管理系统重新初始化电子信用卡。
该ECC可以在交易站通过发行公司或组织的系统控制功能而被失效。这使得如果需要的话能够立即终止ECC。该ECC能够通过它的电信方式中的一个向计算机系统下载信息。这确保了在电源替换或重新充电时数据的完整性。另外它还方便了交易记录选择。
该ECC能够与链接至远端站系统控制功能的转账站同步产生它的交易号。该交易站可以是具有这样的功能的因特网站。
电子信用卡金融限额可以由链接至远端站系统的交易站检验。一旦达到了ECC的金融限额,将防止ECC产生进一步的交易。这种金融限额功能是可选的,可以由发行电子信用卡的金融机构激活,或被用户激活,以相互校验并警告用户他或她的账户收支差额。该ECC可以处理电子现金,其被用作一种外汇兑换设备。去往国外的旅行者可以选择持有一定量的他或她访问的国家的特殊货币。该电子信用卡可被装入其它电子设备或装置中,例如它可被装入移动电话中。
音频传感器被用于确认用户的成功检验的成功处理,也可被用于经过电话网提供通信。
机内的定时器在预定的时间之后禁止用户的检验。这个特性消除了当用户标识已被检验时使用被盗的ECC。
ECC键盘可由伸缩板膜、橡胶和/或塑料材料制成以提供耐久性和细长的尺寸。键盘可被设计成带有圆的或方的按键。
该电子信用卡可以存储多于一个信用卡/借方卡账户。这些卡可以是从不同的金融机构、组织或公司分配的卡。该电子信用卡可以用有关他或她的对于账户限额的金融收支差额的信息,来保留用户进行的交易的总量。这可用于一个或多个信用卡账户。
在不脱离基本的发明概念的情况下,可以对本发明进行修改和改变。这样的修改和改变被确定为在上述说明书和所附权利要求书的范围以内。
Claims (25)
1.一种电子信用卡,包括:
用户检验装置,用于确认用户的身份;
当用户身份确认时,用于生成唯一的特许码的装置;
存储装置,用于存储用户用在电子资金转账交易的账户详细信息;
通信装置,用于向交易站安全地发送用户的账户详细信息和特许码,以便于电子资金转账交易。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述电子信用卡还包括定时器装置,用于在一个时间段之后,结束用户身份的检验。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述电子信用卡还包括禁用器,用于在某些条件下禁止该电子信用卡的使用。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述禁用器当被电子信用卡的发行者或其它认证机构远端激活时工作。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述唯一特许码与交易站同步产生。
6.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述存储装置被安排以存储金融限额。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述通信装置被配置来将所述金融限额提供给所述交易站。
8.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述电子信用卡包括一个处理器,用于追踪所述电子信用卡的使用,如果超出该金融限额,将不产生或提供特许码。
9.如权利要求6所述的电子信用卡,其中,由所述通信装置从所述交易站接收金融机构发送的金融限额,用于存储在所述存储装置中。
10.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述存储装置被安排以存储多于一个账户簿详细信息。
11.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述存储装置被安排以存储电子现金。
12.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,用户检验装置包括用于输入个人标识号的键盘,以及个人标识号检验装置,以检验用户身份。
13.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,用户检验装置包括用于读取指纹的指纹读取器和用于检验用户的身份的指纹检验装置。
14.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述用户检验装置包括用于扫描视网膜图案的视网膜扫描器和用于检验用户身份的视网膜图案检验装置。
15.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述通信装置包括红外传送装置。
16.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述通信装置包括无线频率传送装置。
17.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述通信装置包括磁感应传送装置。
18.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述通信装置包括有线传送装置。
19.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述存储装置包括磁条,用于存储账户详细信息。
20.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述通信装置包括电话网接口。
21.如权利要求6所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述存储装置存储交易详细信息,并且一个处理器计算距离金融限额的在电子资金转帐交易中的可用资金。
22.如权利要求1所述的电子信用卡,其中,所述电子信用卡被装入其它设备内。
23.如权利要求3所述的电子信用卡,其中,当检验用户身份的预定数量的尝试失败时,禁用器工作。
24.如权利要求9所述的电子信用卡,其中,处理器被配置来在如果超过金融限额时则禁止产生特许码或不允许特许码的通信。
25.一种电子资金转帐系统,包括:
交易站;和
电子信用卡,包括:用户检验器,用于确认用户的身份;代码生成器,用于当用户身份被确认时生成唯一的特许码;存储器,用于存储用户用在电子资金转帐交易中的账户详细信息;通信器,用于向交易站安全地发送用户的账户详细信息和特许码,以便于电子资金转账交易;
其中交易站被配置来在它接收到作为用户身份的证明的唯一条形码后进行电子资金转帐交易,
其中所述交易站按照所提供的帐户详细信息来进行电子资金转帐交易,并且使用唯一交易标识符来作为对于交易的唯一标识符。
