Abstract
本发明公开了一种高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦。它针对现有的以顺丁橡胶、还原铁粉、硫酸钡、硫磺粉、氧化锌、铝矾土、石墨等为主要原料制作的复合闸瓦存在的缺点,提供了一种新的材料配方,从而不仅有效地确保了铁道机车车辆合成复合闸瓦的低摩擦系数和高耐磨性能,提高了其使用寿命,而且满足了我国铁路提速和重载高速的需要。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种保证铁道机车车辆安全运行的制动装置,属于车辆制动技术领域。
二、背景技术
目前,我国铁道机车车辆普遍采用的是铸铁闸瓦,这种铸铁闸瓦虽制作简单、成本低,但其摩擦系数低,能够承担的制动功率也低,而且普遍存在制动火花,因此,不能适应我国铁路提速和重载高速的需要。为解决这一问题,我国研制了铁路机车合成闸瓦。这种合成闸瓦的主要成份由顺丁橡胶、还原铁粉、硫酸钡、硫黄粉、氧化锌、铝矾土、石棉、防老剂、促进剂等组成,这种合成闸瓦虽克服了铸铁闸瓦的缺点,但仍存在着某些不足,其中最大的问题就是在合成闸瓦中含有石棉的成分。石棉不仅是一种致癌物质,而且在运行制动中会产生石棉尘埃造成大气污染;此外,含有石棉组分的机车合成闸瓦还存在着导热性能差的问题,制动中会造成闸瓦的“抱死”而导致车轮踏面擦伤、剥离,影响其使用寿命。
三、发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述存在的问题,提供一种摩擦系数高,且制动过程中不会产生火花、也不会产生污染的高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦。
本发明所述的一种高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦具体发明内容是:对现有的以顺丁橡胶、还原铁粉、硫酸钡、硫磺粉、氧化锌、铝矾土、石墨等为主要原料,配以防老剂和促进剂制作的复合闸瓦的材料配方进行改进。所提供的新配方剔除了其石棉成份,添加了矿物晶须和金属棉以及有机摩擦性能调节剂作为填充料,并以增粘剂作为粘结剂和增塑剂,腰果壳油为润滑剂,从而使其在硫化过程中,瓦背与摩擦体能牢固地结合为一体。
本发明所述的高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦的材料配方为:
顺丁橡胶:16%-22% 还原铁粉:5%-8% 硫酸钡:1%-5%
硫磺粉:1%-3% 氧化锌:4%-8% 铝矾土:3%-7%
石墨:12%-20% 矿物晶须:5%-12% 金属棉:5%-10%
增粘剂:10%-15% 防老剂:0.6%-1% 促进剂:2%-3%
腰果壳油:5%-8% 有机摩擦性能调节剂:4%-8%。
本发明所述的矿物晶须为硫酸钙,有机摩擦性能调节剂为有机摩擦粉,增粘剂为三氧化二铝。
采用本发明配方所制造的高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦,与现有的复合闸瓦相比,不仅具有摩擦性能稳定,摩擦系数随速度、压力、温度变化幅度小,使用寿命长的优点,而且由于采用矿物晶须、金属棉替代石棉,彻底解决了现有复合闸瓦制动过程中产生的石棉尘埃造成大气污染的问题。
四、具体实施方式
实施例1:
高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦材料配方之一:
顺丁橡胶:18%、还原铁粉:7%、硫酸钡:3%、硫磺粉:2%、氧化锌:6%、铝矾土:5%、石墨:15%、矿物晶须:10%、金属棉:8%、增粘剂:13%、防老剂:1%、促进剂:3%、腰果壳油:5%、有机摩擦性能调节剂:4%。
实施例2:
高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦材料配方之二:
顺丁橡胶:20%、还原铁粉:8%、硫酸钡:3%、硫磺粉:2%、氧化锌:5%、铝矾土:5%、石墨:13%、矿物晶须:10%、金属棉:8%、增粘剂:13%、防老剂:1%、促进剂:3%、腰果壳油:5%、有机摩擦性能调节剂:4%。
采用本发明所述的配方制作的高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦,经铁道部产品质量监督检验中心检验,各项性能指标均优于国家铁道部部颁标准,特别是其磨损量指标尤为突出。经多次测试:高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦的磨损量最大为1.77g/mJ,最小为0.66g/mJ,远比国家铁道部制定的现用标准(TB/T2403-1993)的磨损量为2.1g/mJ及新制定的新标准(TB/T2403-2002)的磨损量为3.15g/mJ要低的多。从而不仅有效地确保了铁路机车合成复合闸瓦的低摩擦系数和高耐磨性能,提高了其使用寿命,而且满足了我国铁路提速和重载高速的需要。
Claims (1)
1、一种用于铁道机车车辆的高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦,其特征是该高摩擦系数橡晶合成复合闸瓦的材料配方为:
顺丁橡胶:16%-22% 还原铁粉:5%-8% 硫酸钡:1%-5%
硫磺粉:1%-3% 氧化锌:4%-8% 铝矾土:3%-7%
石墨:12%-20% 矿物晶须:5%-12% 金属棉:5%-10%
增粘剂:10%-15% 防老剂:0.6%-1% 促进剂:2%-3%
腰果壳油:5%-8% 有机摩擦性能调节剂:4%-8%;
所述的矿物晶须为硫酸钙晶须,有机摩擦性能调节剂为有机摩擦粉,增粘剂为三氧化二铝。
