技术领域
本发明涉及一种机器人真空吸尘器,特别是涉及这种机器人真空吸尘器,该吸尘器提供有搅动,从而通过朝向表面的空气喷射和搅动刷的动作清扫表面。
背景技术
当机器人真空吸尘器不用由用户手工引导在某一区域自动运行时,它通常从被清扫表面吸入诸如灰尘的污染物。这种机器人真空吸尘器由相对其位置的距离探测器探测清扫区域的诸如家具,家电,或墙壁的障碍物。机器人真空吸尘器选择性地驱动右轮电机和/或左轮电机,以便自动改变其运行方向,由此在清扫区域进行清扫操作。
如图1所示,传统的机器人真空吸尘器包括吸尘器主体10,设置在吸尘器主体10下部的驱动轮11和从动轮12。吸尘器主体10的上部设有天线13,以便接收遥控器和距离传感器14的信号和向其发送信号。机器人真空吸尘器的运动必须沿许多不同的方向运动,为了说明的一致性,本说明书相对于其直线向前运动的方位称机器人真空吸尘器的前和后。吸尘器主体10的内部设有用于产生吸力的驱动电机(未示出),集尘容器和过滤器。吸力从驱动电机传送到吸入口15,吸入口15设置在吸尘器主体10的下部上,以便从清扫表面通过吸入口15吸入污染物和灰尘并且最终吸入集尘容器中。
传统的机器人真空吸尘器有时不能完全移去污染物,尤其是嵌入地毯或粘在清扫表面上的污染物。如果诸如灰尘,螨或其它过敏原的细小污染物残留下来,这会特别令人不快,甚至是有害的。传统的机器人真空吸尘器一旦其运行覆盖清扫区域,即使残留细小污染物也确定为清扫操作完成并且停止清扫操作。这是由于吸入口15的吸力通常不足以完全移去嵌入或粘在清扫表面上的污染物。
发明内容
考虑到上述问题,研制了本发明。因此,本发明的目的是提供一种机器人真空吸尘器,该真空吸尘器通过提供对清扫表面的两种形式的搅动,即将清扫表面的污染物移去的刷洗动作和有助于移去挂在清扫表面上的污染物的空气喷射动作,能够更有效地从清扫表面移去污染物。本发明的真空吸尘器还提供防止被刷洗动作或被空气搅动的污染物散落到吸入口区域的外面。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的机器人真空吸尘器包括吸尘器主体,所述吸尘器主体具有设置在下部的轮子和污染物从清扫表面通过其被吸入的吸入口;及至少一种搅动装置中,搅动装置包括空气循环机构,所述空气循环机构用于从通过所述吸入口吸入的含有污染物的空气中过滤污染物并且然后将过滤的空气再循环到空气喷射口,以便帮助从清扫表面移去污染物。所述空气喷射口邻近所述吸入口设置;及主要地被密封件围绕,密封件用于密封清扫表面接近吸尘器主体的区域以便防止被空气喷射驱散的污染物被向外驱散,其中吸入口设有转动刷,转动刷具有这种结构,即多个刷子连接到柔性线轴。
空气循环机构包括设置在吸尘器主体的内部的循环泵;将所述循环泵连接到所述吸入口的空气吸管;连接在所述空气吸管上的过滤器;及将所述循环泵连接到邻近吸入口的所述空气喷射口上的空气喷射管。所述空气喷射口设置在所述吸入口的前面并且提供净化的空气到清扫表面,以便帮助从地毯或其它材料移去污染物,从而污染物能够通过吸入口被收集。
密封元件沿所述吸尘器主体的下部表面设置并且与清扫表面接触,从而围绕所述吸入口和所述空气喷射口,以便防止移去的污染物被向外驱散。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图描述本发明的实施例。参见图2和3,本发明机器人真空吸尘器包括吸尘器主体20,除了传统的机器人真空吸尘器的已知元件外还包括设置在吸尘器主体20内部的空气循环机构30,及密封件40。
吸尘器主体20自动在清扫表面上运行,进行清扫操作。为了完成该任务,吸尘器主体20具有设置在其下部上的多个轮子21以及用于通过其从清扫表面与孔气一起吸入污染物和灰尘的吸入口23。吸尘器主体20的下侧上还设有邻近吸入口23设置的空气喷射口25或一组这种喷射口。设计空气喷射口25,通过提供对清扫表面的空气搅动以便有助于移去污染物,这样污染物能够容易地被吸入口吸入,从而增强清扫操作。
吸入口23还设有由电机26转动驱动的转动刷27。吸刷27优选具有这种结构,即多个刷子连接到柔性线轴(flexible wire shaft)。当线轴由电机26转动时,吸刷27将污染物从清扫表面刷掉,从而提供另外的搅动,帮助移去污染物。与空气喷射作用结合的刷动提供了比单独用吸力更彻底的清扫。
空气喷射口25邻近吸入口23设置,并且优选沿吸尘器主体20前进的方向在吸入口23之前。优选方式是,空气喷射口25以多个并且以喷嘴的形式设置。净化的空气通过空气喷射口25喷射到清扫表面,以便帮助从清扫表面移去污染物并且将污染物驱散到接近吸入口的空气中。空气喷射作用提供了所需要的对清扫表面的搅动。与吸刷结合,空气喷射口提供了除单独利用吸入口之外的两种形式的搅动。增加的搅动有助于移去嵌入的颗粒并且有助于将粘在清扫表面上的污染物移去。
自身包含的空气循环机构30从通过吸入口23吸入的空气中过滤出污染物,然后将净化的空气喷射到空气喷射口25。空气循环机构30包括设置在吸尘器主体20中的循环泵31,将循环泵31连接到吸入口23的空气吸管33,设置在空气吸管33上用于从吸入的空气中过滤出污染物的过滤器35,及将循环泵31连接到空气喷射口25上的空气喷射管37。由此,通过吸入口23吸入的空气通过空气吸管33,过滤器35,循环泵31,及空气喷射管37循环,然后喷射到空气喷射口25。
由于空气喷射口和吸刷的搅动,邻近吸入口被移去的污染物在被吸入吸口之前必须被驱散吹到周围。为了容纳污染物,密封件40围绕吸口区域,密封清扫表面和主体30之间的空间,以便防止由空气喷射口25喷射的空气驱散的污染物向外分散。密封件40从吸尘器主体30的下部表面凸起并且接触清扫表面,围绕吸入口23和空气喷射口25的周围。优选方式是,密封件40由诸如橡胶的可弹性变形的材料或具有弹性特性的其它材料制造,以便顺从密封区域。当吸尘器主体30行走,密封件40保持与清扫表面接触以便保持从清扫表面驱散的污染物在预定的空间,从而使所有的污染物能够通过吸入口23被吸入。密封件40优选形成裙子状。
在上述的本发明的机器人吸尘器中,再喷射吸入的空气这种结构使得从清扫表面有效地移去污染物和灰尘。再者,密封件40防止驱散的污染物向外发散再污染清扫表面,从而实现有效的清扫操作。
尽管描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本发明不应局限于上述优选实施例,在权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围内可以做出多种改变和修改,这对本领域的普通技术人员而言是非常明显的。

Claims (11)

1.一种机器人真空吸尘器,包括:
吸尘器主体,所述吸尘器主体具有设置在下部的轮子和污染物通过其从清扫表面被吸入的吸入口;
空气循环机构,所述空气循环机构用于从通过所述吸入口吸入的含有污染物的空气中过滤污染物并且然后将无污染物的空气喷射到空气喷射口,以便从清扫表面将污染物驱散,所述空气喷射口邻近所述吸入口形成;及
密封件,所述密封件用于密封清扫表面和所述吸尘器主体之间的区域,以便防止被从空气喷射口喷射的空气的压力所驱散的污染物被向外驱散,
其中吸入口设有转动刷,转动刷具有这种结构,即多个刷子连接到柔性线轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机器人真空吸尘器,其中空气循环机构包括:
设置在吸尘器主体内部的循环泵;
将所述循环泵连接到所述吸入口的空气吸管;
设置在所述空气吸管处的过滤器;及
将所述循环泵连接到所述空气喷射口上的空气喷射管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机器人真空吸尘器,其中所述空气喷射口设置在所述吸尘器主体上的所述吸入口的前面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的机器人真空吸尘器,其中所述密封件从所述吸尘器主体的下部表面凸起,以与清扫表面接触,并围绕所述吸入口和所述空气喷射口,所述密封件由可弹性变形的材料制成。
5.一种机器人真空吸尘器,包括:
吸尘器主体,所述吸尘器主体具有污染物通过其被从清扫表面吸入的吸入口;及
空气搅动装置,所述空气搅动装置安装在所述吸尘器主体中以便向清扫表面提供空气喷射,从而移去污染物,
其中吸入口设有转动刷,转动刷具有这种结构,即多个刷子连接到柔性线轴。
6.根据权利要求5所述的机器人真空吸尘器,其中所述空气搅动装置包括:
过滤器,该过滤器用于过滤通过所述吸入口吸入的含有污染物的空气;
邻近所述吸入口的空气喷射口;及
通过所述空气喷射口喷射过滤的空气的空气喷射管。
7.根据权利要求6所述的机器人真空吸尘器,还包括:与所述吸入口连通的空气吸管;和在所述空气吸管和所述空气喷射管之间的循环泵。
8.根据权利要求7所述的机器人真空吸尘器,还包括密封件,所述密封件围绕所述吸入口和所述空气喷射口以便容纳移去的污染物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的机器人真空吸尘器,其中所述密封件可弹性变形并且从所述吸尘器主体的下部表面凸起,以便与清扫表面接触。
10.根据权利要求5所述的机器人真空吸尘器,还包括密封件,所述密封件围绕所述吸入口和所述空气搅动装置的空气喷射口以便容纳移去的污染物。
11.根据权利要求10所述的机器人真空吸尘器,其中所述密封件可弹性变形并且从所述吸尘器主体的下部表面凸起,以便与清扫表面接触。
