                          背景技术
汽车制造商长期以来一直力求乘客在旅途中尽可能舒适，主要是致力于身体的舒适和乘客的娱乐上。例如，车用音响系统已成为大多数轿车和卡车的标准附件。近年来，已经发展到试图将影视技术带入车厢，它们可以是电视、计算机或影象游戏的显示器的形式。
然而，迄今为止，由于传统显示装置在车辆内的安装方面的问题，显示装置还无法切实可行地成为汽车附件。一个问题是涉及大多数显示装置的尺寸，在大多数车辆中很难找到安装标准尺寸监视器的地方。另一个问题是很难将显示装置摆放在一个可以为乘客看到但又不会阻碍司机观察马路的位置。还有一个问题在于显示装置的可隐藏性以及它对乘客安全的相应影响。

屏幕枢转到第三取向的功能可起到安全的作用，屏幕有效地构制成在紧急情况下可避让。例如，可以理解，当后座乘客因在碰撞中被向前甩出而接触图式的屏幕时，该屏幕将从第二取向朝向枢转，但仅仅是在施加一预定的临界力时才会这样。同样，屏幕构制成在施加一相反的力时可朝车辆后部枢转。在两种情况下，屏幕均会在施加足够力时屈从，从而不会象可能对车辆乘客造成伤害的那种硬停止动作那样操作。
图6到9表示本发明的第二备选实施例的显示装置212，这种显示装置适用于具有遮阳篷顶等之类的车辆。可以注意到，该显示装置包括一表面安装的壳体220。壳体限定出一容腔224，该容腔构制成可容纳一具有观看表面232的屏幕230。通常，先使屏幕在它所限定的平面内平移，再使其绕铰链234所限定的轴线枢转，从而可以展开屏幕而露出观看表面。因此，屏幕通常安装在一滑座236上而可沿一轨道238平移。铰链是沿屏幕的一预定边设置，以允许屏幕从容腔中移出时枢转。
在图6中，屏幕表示为处于其第一位置，在该位置屏幕以一基本水平的取向容纳于容腔内。屏幕从第一位置沿轨道236平移到一中间位置，此时屏幕仍处于基本水平的取向。图7表示屏幕处于中间位置。而后，屏幕沿一第一轴线A枢转到一第二位置，在该位置屏幕从容腔向下延伸而将屏幕呈现给车辆乘客观看。图8表示屏幕处于第二位置。屏幕还可绕一垂直于第一轴线的第二轴线B转动。
屏幕构制成可在车辆中沿轨道136朝前移动，然后在一预定的第一转矩作用下向后枢转到展开的取向。屏幕通常将朝下游枢转到一个与水平约成45度到90度的角，使观看表面可很容易地被后座乘客看到。但是，可以使屏幕在一较大的第二转矩作用下进一步朝下游枢转，以允许屏幕在紧急情况下避让。
尽管以上参照工作原理和较佳实施例对本发明进行了图示和描述，本技术领域的技术人员清楚，在不脱离如所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下是可以对其在形式和细节上进行其它变化的。

Claims (28)

1．一种车用显示装置，包括：
一构制用来安装在汽车内部区域中的嵌入壳体，该壳体限定出一预定形状和尺寸的容腔；以及
一同样具有这种形状和尺寸的屏幕，该屏幕具有一观看表面，并安装在壳体上而可在屏幕至少部分容纳于壳体内的一隐藏位置与屏幕从壳体突出而将观看表面呈现给汽车乘客的一展开位置之间活动。
2．如权利要求1所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕可绕沿屏幕的一预定边限定的一第一轴线枢转而使屏幕在隐藏位置与展开位置之间枢转。
3．如权利要求2所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕可绕一垂直于第一轴线的第二轴线转动。
4．如权利要求1所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，壳体包括一从容腔延伸出来的轨道和一沿该轨道滑动的相应滑座，屏幕可枢转地安装于滑座上确保屏幕的展开。
5．如权利要求4所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕可绕沿屏幕的一预定边限定的一第一轴线枢转，屏幕可绕一垂直于第一轴线的第二轴线转动。
6．如权利要求1所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕包括一将屏幕可枢转地与壳体连接的铰链，屏幕可在一第一转矩作用下绕该铰链在隐藏位置与展开位置之间枢转而使屏幕展开，并可在一较大的第二转矩作用下在展开位置与一避让位置之间枢转而使屏幕在紧急情况下避让。
7．如权利要求6所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕在车辆中从隐藏位置朝前枢转到展开位置，并进一步在车辆中从展开位置朝前枢转到避让位置。
8．如权利要求1所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕安装在汽车的天花板上。
9．如权利要求8所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，观看表面在屏幕处于隐藏位置时限定出一基本平行于天花板的平面。
10．如权利要求8所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，观看表面在屏幕处于展开位置时与水平成一约45度到90度的角。
11．如权利要求1所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，壳体嵌于汽车的天花板中。
12．如权利要求11所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，壳体包括一周边结构，该周边结构具有一构制用来抵靠于天花板而限定出一容腔开口的凸缘，屏幕安装于壳体上而使观看表面在屏幕处于隐藏位置时基本与凸缘齐平。
13．如权利要求1所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，它还包括一锁固机构，该锁固机构具有一安装在壳体上的钩扣，用于选择性地与屏幕配合从而将屏幕保持于隐藏位置。
14．如权利要求1所述的车用显示装置，其特征在于，它还包括一与屏幕分离安装的控制模块，该控制模块在操作上连接于屏幕而指导其工作。
15．一种用于陆地车辆的顶置显示装置，该显示装置包括：
一构制用来连接于陆地车辆天花板的壳体，该壳体限定出一预定形状和尺寸的容腔；以及
一同样具有这种形状和尺寸的、基本为平的屏幕，该屏幕具有一观看表面，并铰接于壳体而可绕一第一轴线在屏幕至少部分容纳于容腔内的一基本水平的第一取向与屏幕从容腔向下延伸而将屏幕呈现给陆地车辆乘客观看的一基本竖直的第二取向之间枢转。
16．如权利要求15所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕包括一沿屏幕的一预定边限定的铰链，以允许屏幕从第一取向向前枢转到第二取向，并进一步允许屏幕从第二取向枢转到一基本水平的第三取向。
17．如权利要求16所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕可在一第一转矩作用下绕铰链从第一取向枢转到第二取向而使屏幕展开，并可在一较大的第二转矩作用下绕铰链从第二取向枢转到第三取向而使屏幕在紧急情况下避让。
18．如权利要求15所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕可绕一垂直于第一轴线的第二轴线转动。
19．如权利要求15所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，壳体嵌于天花板中而使屏幕在处于第一取向时与天花板齐平。
20．如权利要求15所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，观看表面在屏幕处于第二取向时与水平成一约45度到90度的角。
21．如权利要求15所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，它还包括一锁固机构，该锁固机构具有一安装在壳体上的锁扣，用于选择性地与屏幕中的一掣子配合从而将屏幕保持于第一取向。
22．如权利要求15所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，它还包括一与屏幕分离安装的控制模块，该控制模块在操作上连接于屏幕而指导其工作。
23．一种用于陆地车辆的顶置显示装置，该显示装置包括：
一构制用来连接于陆地车辆天花板的壳体，该壳体限定出一预定形状和尺寸的容腔，并进一步包括一轨道和一沿该轨道滑动的相应滑座；以及
一同样具有这种形状和尺寸的、基本为平的屏幕，该屏幕可枢转地安装在滑座上，通过先沿轨道在屏幕以基本水平的取向至少部分容纳于容腔内的一第一位置与屏幕仍处于基本水平取向的一中间位置之间平移，再绕一第一轴线从中间位置枢转到屏幕以基本竖直的取向从容腔向下延伸而将屏幕呈现给陆地车辆乘客观看的一第二位置，从而使屏幕展开。
24．如权利要求23所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕包括一沿屏幕的一预定边限定的铰链，以允许屏幕从基本水平的取向朝前枢转到基本竖直的取向，并进一步允许屏幕从基本竖直的取向朝前枢转到一位于下游的基本水平的取向。
25．如权利要求24所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕可在一第一转矩作用下绕铰链从基本水平的取向枢转到基本竖直的取向而使屏幕展开，并可在一较大的第二转矩作用下绕铰链从基本竖直的取向枢转到下游的基本水平的取向，以提供屏幕的紧急避让。
26．如权利要求23所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，屏幕可绕一垂直于第一轴线的第二轴线转动。
27．如权利要求23所述的顶置显示装置，其特征在于，观看表面在屏幕处于基本竖直的取向时与水平成一约45度到90度的角。
28．一种用于具有乘客座位区域和基本为平的天花板的陆地车辆的、座位上方的、天花板安装的显示装置，该显示装置包括：
一基本为平的安装框架结构，它在头顶位置与天花板相连，并在陆地车辆中基本位于乘客座位区域的前方，该安装框架结构基本共面地与天花板相连，并具有一靠近乘客座位区域的近侧部分和远离乘客座位区域的远侧部分；以及
一基本为平的屏幕结构，它铰接于安装框架结构的远侧部分附近，以便在一延伸通过安装框架结构和乘客座位区域的竖直平面内在一隐藏位置与一展开位置之间可反转地摆动，在该隐藏位置，屏幕结构位于一基本平行于安装框架结构平面的平面内，在该展开位置，屏幕结构位于一相对于安装框架结构平面成一角度的基本竖直平面内，使其可由坐于乘客座位区域内的任何乘客抬头看到。
