Description

依靠电子通信设备的支付方法
本发明一般涉及电子商务中支付过程的改进,特别涉及依靠电子通信设备执行的采购行为中的支付方法。
今天在电子通信设备的帮助下越来越多的货物和服务以电子方式购买。这种通信设备是在线连接的计算机或者固定电话或者移动(蜂窝)电话。当使用现代蜂窝电话时,用户/顾客选择拨打提供货物和/或服务的提供商的电话号码以便通过话音信道亲自和提供商谈话,或者选择建立因特网连接以便在提供商的网站上发出他的订单。
一个非常重要的蜂窝标准网络是所谓的GSM(用于移动通信的组特定移动/全球系统)。GSM下的移动站包含移动设备(蜂窝电话)自身和所谓的用户身份模块(SIM),后者基本存在于GSM特殊芯片卡中。SIM的功能在于确保仅有一位被授权的用户获得访问网络的权利,这样使操作呼叫计量安全。为了达到这个目标,SIM安全地存储用户特殊数据(国际移动用户身份-IMSI)并在安全条件下执行加密算法。
电子商务事务处理上一个非常普通的支付方法在于顾客把他独有的信用卡给提供商。然后提供商检验信用卡数据,在肯定证实数据时,交付购买的货物或服务。但是,当经由相对开放的网络把独有的信用卡传给不认识的人时,由于存在欺诈的高风险,许多用户抵制这种支付方法。
支付的另一已知方法涉及智能卡的使用,这克服了欺诈风险的缺点,但是由于缺少公钥基础设施并很少为顾客所接受,而经常失败。
随着电子商务和电子事务处理的采购行为的重要性的增长,实际上非常需要安全和普遍可接受的支付方法。
因此,本发明的主要目的是克服上述缺点,提供电子事务处理的采购行为上支付的唯一的方法和系统。该方法和系统能够被普遍应用,并不限于个人计算机使用。
本发明的这些和其他目的依靠以下手段实现:基于现有的如SIM卡提供的复杂安全机构和现有的电信公司的计帐系统,在顾客、服务提供商、支付提供商和电信提供商之间交换电子帐单、金钱事务处理订单和签名的支付收据。根据本发明的概念非常适合(但不限于)移动(蜂窝式)电话。根据本发明,有可能在任何其它PAD、PvC设备或个人计算机中使用现有的GSM/SIM芯片卡,因为这些设备经由因特网连接已经运行作为电子通信设备。
特别,根据本发明,支付方法包括经由通信设备的通信信道在顾客和提供货物和/或服务的提供商之间建立连接。当顾客决定购买一种货物或服务时,他发送订单给提供商,要么经由话音信道口述购买订单,要么经由通信设备的因特网连接或者服务信道发出电子订单(由键入或点击适当的按钮来产生)。在收到订单时,提供商发出电子帐单和传送该电子帐单给顾客。顾客在从该提供商收到时验证和确认该电子帐单。在顾客确认后,产生一个金钱转帐单并传送给支付提供商,支付提供商通过在顾客的帐户中记入借方来执行该金钱转帐单。该帐户可以是顾客在他的电信公司的电信帐户。然后,支付提供商产生支付收据并把它发送给顾客的通信设备,顾客的通信设备转发所述支付收据给提供商作为支付的证明,提供商交付购买的货物或服务。
本发明的好处在于提供安全的支付方法,蜂窝电话用户根据蜂窝标准网络现有的复杂安全概念,可以容易地采用这种方法,而不需另外的硬件基础设施。顾客授权依靠身份证明和蜂窝标准网络的呼叫计量机制实现,例如,SIM和现有的业务信道的使用。这导致非常快地执行根据本发明的支付方法,因为在顾客和提供商之间的(话音信道)连接不必中断,电子帐单、金钱事务处理订单和签名的支付收据可以经由现有的业务信道同时平行地被传送。
本发明的这些和其他目的依靠计算机程序产品(软件)来实现,其优选嵌入蜂窝电话芯片,例如在SIM卡上,该计算机程序产品包含计算机程序代码装置,当运行在电子通信设备时其适用于执行以下的步骤:
-接收经由所述电子通信设备的第一信道传送的电子帐单;
-在所述电子通信设备的用户确认所述电子帐单后,产生一个金钱转帐单并经由所述电子通信设备的第二信道传送所述金钱转帐单给支付提供商;
-从所述支付提供商接收支付收据和转发所述支付收据给所述提供商。
在本上下文中,十分清楚,读该软件的计算机是一种电子通信设备,诸如个人计算机、个人数字助手、移动或固定数字电话等等。
图1是根据本发明主题的电信支付系统的原理图;
图2是对根据本发明主题的支付方法的功能流程图的原理表示。
本发明使用电信公司的现有网络和特别是移动电话GSM网络。数百万的用户在他们的移动电话中拥有GSM芯片卡(SIM),而每一个用户有全世界范围唯一的ID号码,它是国际移动用户身份IMSI。这样,一位用户(几乎)在世界任意地方上能被安全识别。另外,本发明使用电信提供商建立的非常复杂的计帐系统以每月的电信帐单收取购买支付费用。
图1表示根据本发明的支付系统的原理概述。在图1的描述中,电信提供商一般用10表示,顾客用移动装置设备12表示,诸如移动电话或者个人数字助手PDA。本发明当然不限于使用图1描述的电信设备,而也能用在与个人计算机、固定数字电话和诸如此类的连接中。提供货物和或服务的服务提供商通常用14表示,支付提供商,如银行等,用16表示。当然,所有参与方都需要适当的终端装置,例如,通信设备。在电信提供商10和支付提供商16的情况下,这一装置最好全自动化。
顾客通过在它的通信设备12上拨打服务提供商的电话号码来建立与服务提供商14的连接,以便建立话音连接,或者键入服务提供商的因特网地址以便建立因特网连接。连接经由电信提供商10来建立,电信提供商10通过数据信道接收用户的ID数据。用户ID数据在电信提供商10的验证中心来检验,在肯定证实后,电信提供商10通过建立与服务提供商14的连接(图2中的箭头A1)来授权对顾客12的访问。为进一步描述本发明,假定顾客与服务提供商之间的连接是话音信道连接。
经由这种话音信道连接,顾客向提供商14要一定的产品,例如,电影票。提供商14证实有票可购并说明票的价格。这通过话音通信来执行(图2中箭头a2)。然后,提供商14经由通信设备的一个并行数据或业务信道传送数字化帐单。这用图1和图2中的箭头A3来表示。数字化帐单的传送当然不限于数据或业务信道,而也可以经由话音信道通过声学数据传输来执行(类似于传真机传送)。
在D处,数字化帐单的金额显示在通信设备12上。顾客检验该金额,并通过按通信设备12上适当的按钮确认。然后,在通信设备12上产生一个金钱转帐单,并经由电信提供商10发送到支付提供商16(图1和图2中的箭头A4)。在C处,在金钱转帐单传递给支付提供商之前再一次检查顾客并验证,然后支付提供商传送适当的金额给提供商14。这一传送动作在图中用T表示。另一种可选择的方案为,顾客的验证可以在支付提供商16收到金钱转帐单A4后执行,当然是在传送动作T开始之前。
下一步骤,支付提供商16发送签名的帐单收据给顾客(箭头A5),从这里传送给服务提供商14(箭头A6)作为支付的证明。收据签名是加密的数字签名,它可以由适当的验证中心例如电信提供商10(箭头A7)来确认和验证。然后服务提供商14经由话音信道来确认收到支付证明的收据(箭头A8),采购行为完成。
顾客从支付提供商接收帐单,其金额是传送给提供商14的金钱加上事务处理费用。这一金额优选包括在电信提供商的每月帐单里。
这样,根据本发明,要交换的数据,例如账单和收据,可以要么使用常规的话音连接作为数字化声音信号传送,要么经由常规的数据连接作为数据传送。如上所述,根据本发明的概念非常适合但不限于移动电话,而且可以通过提供插入GSM芯片卡的可能性在任何其它电信设备中实现。

Claims (14)

1.一种在依靠电子通信设备在使用所述电子通信设备的顾客和提供货物和/或服务的提供商之间的采购行为中执行的支付方法,包括步骤:
-经由所述通信设备的通信信道建立所述顾客和所述提供商之间的连接;
-在从所述顾客接受订单后,由所述提供商发出电子帐单并给所述顾客传送所述电子帐单;
-在由所述顾客确认所述电子帐单后,从所述顾客传送一个金钱转帐单给支付提供商;
-由所述支付提供商通过在所述顾客的帐户内记入借方执行所述金钱转帐单;
-发送支付收据给所述顾客;
-传送所述支付收据给所述提供商。
2.权利要求1的方法,其中,在所述金钱转帐单执行之前,识别该顾客为被授权给出所述金钱转帐单。
3.权利要求2的方法,其中,由电信提供商经由所述通信设备的业务信道执行所述验证。
4.权利要求2的方法,其中,在给所述支付提供商传送所述金钱转帐单之前执行所述验证。
5.权利要求2的方法,其中,在给所述支付提供商传送所述金钱转帐单之后执行所述验证。
6.权利要求1的方法,其中,经由所述通信设备的业务信道执行所述电子帐单、所述金钱转帐单和所述支付收据的传送。
7.权利要求1的方法,其中,所述顾客和所述提供商之间的连接是话音信道连接。
8.权利要求1的方法,其中,所述顾客和所述提供商之间的连接是因特网连接。
9.权利要求1的方法,其中,所述通信设备是具有用户身份模块(SIM)的GSM移动装置。
10.一种在依靠蜂窝标准通信设备在使用所述蜂窝标准通信设备的顾客和提供货物和/或服务的提供商之间的采购行为中执行的支付方法,其中,在所述顾客和所述提供商之间的通信经由所述通信设备的话音信道来执行,而电子帐单从所述提供商到所述顾客的传送、金钱转帐单从所述顾客到支付提供商的传送和支付收据从所述支付提供商到所述顾客的传送经由蜂窝标准网络的业务信道执行。
11.权利要求10的方法,其中,由电信提供商在蜂窝标准网络中经由所述业务信道来提供所述顾客的验证。
12.一种包含计算机程序代码装置的计算机程序产品,其当运行在一个电子通信设备上时该计算机程序代码装置适用于执行以下的步骤:
-接收经由所述电子通信设备的第一信道传送的电子帐单;
-在所述电子通信设备的用户确认所述电子帐单后,产生一个金钱转帐单并经由所述电子通信设备的第二信道传送所述金钱转帐单给支付提供商;
-从所述支付提供商接收支付收据和转发所述支付收据给所述提供商。
13.实现在一种计算机可读介质中的权利要求12中的计算机程序产品。
14.权利要求13中的计算机程序产品,其中,所述计算机可读介质是蜂窝电话芯片。
