背景技术
所提及类型的方法在EP-A-0919650中公知,互连的标签在经向上一个接一个,每个具有由装饰纬纱形成的图案,以及具有由编码纬纱形成的条形码,互连标签制成为带材,衬底织物由衬底经纱和衬底纬纱构成。每个标签为具有两个纵边和两个窄边的长方形形状,经纱平行于标签纵边而纬纱相对标签纵边成横向,在各情形下条形码由在纬向上延伸的编码条带形成。

当利用机械切割装置分隔宽幅织物时,公知的是通过机械装置去掉分隔点处的大量纵向纱线(经纱),在各情形下在标签纵边上形成毛边,对于各毛边同样必须设置有衬底织物的边距。因而,为了折叠,标签不得不织造成较大尺寸的半成品。此外,更多的纵纱可能在毛边松散,因此标签变得无价值或难看的。
用于标签生产的公知方法,即经纱平行于纵边延伸而纬纱相对于纵边成横向延伸的方法的缺点是,由于纵边折叠,必须在粘结剂粘结方面有较高支出,而且由于半成品尺寸,织机的织造宽度只利用了有限的程度或者有较大量的浪费。在由宽幅织物生产这些标签的其它主要缺点在(例如)不可见条形码的织造过程中产生,即必须使单个条形码在纬向上不止一个循环或遍数。编码条带(条)的数量是不同的,其取决于设计需求,因此在经向上形成相应不同长度的条形码。由于在编码纬纱和装饰纬纱插入停止过程中的织物卷取以及对于所有遍数牵拉出相同的数量,它只有在质量和生产量上有严重损害的条件下才能生产出单个条形码。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述缺点。本发明的目的是提供一种用于生产标签所初始提及类型的改进方法,该方法上述提及的缺点不会产生。
在用来要求本发明优先权的CH专利申请第1999 1011/99号的方法的基础上,根据本发明利用权利要求1所述的特征实现了该目的。
本发明的方法能够提供的优点基本上在于,具有不同长度和宽度的标签可在同类织机上织造而成,而且标签的保持为非折叠的纵边形成了柔软且对皮肤舒适的切边,因而,由于贯穿衬底纬纱的切边事实上不具有突棱(brow),故大大改善了穿用舒适性。在宽幅织物分隔过程中产生的条带的切边可被标签的可折叠横边覆盖,结果是标签被进一步改善。编码纬纱可以在宽度限度以内以可选择的纬密插入,而且可以结合到衬底织物上,以形成不可见条形码,而在各情形下在经向上延伸且在纬向上一个接一个的编码条带在各情形下根据所需的编码图案通过避开(tie off)一根或多根经纱而形成。由于纬纱平行于标签纵边延伸,由于衬底纬纱以及装饰纬纱和编码纬纱均匀地覆盖了后面,所以在各标签整个长度上得到一致外观。
本发明的实施例在从属权利要求中明确。
因此,标签可各自形成有在图案和条形码区域外部延伸的纵边,因而可只通过在衬底织物中的切割而选中,纵边形成柔软同时尺寸稳定的切边且穿用标签的舒适性进一步改善。具有织造循环的标签可以在宽幅织物上织造成最多约115厘米的织造宽度,从而只产生了少量浪费。衬底织物的纬密可以选择,从而具有仿真织纹如塔夫绸、半缎纹(half-satin)和缎纹的标签可以在同一织机上生产。在条带的边距区域中,可以除去装饰纱和冷纬纱,因此端部折叠部变得极薄。

标签22常规上为具有两个非折叠纵边1和两个可折叠横边2的四边形形状,横边根据所示设计成窄边。标签22由衬底织物11和多根装饰纬纱12以及多根编码纬纱10构成,衬底织物11由衬底经纱4和衬底纬纱5形成,装饰纬纱12在标签的区域13中形成图案,多根编码纬纱10在区域13中形成条形码形式的编码图案,该图案当在可见光下观察时是“看不见的”,而且在各情形下,通过在经向上延伸并且在纬向上一个接一个的编码条带23而形成。
标签22织造成衬底经纱4横向延伸,而衬底纬纱5平行于标签22纵边1延伸,衬底织物11的边距14在纵边1上,装饰纬纱和编码纬纱在标签22后面以浮织(floating)形式被避开。编码纬纱10生产或处理成使当在可见光下观察时它们看上去基本上和衬底纬纱5完全一样,并与在可见光范围外起作用的电磁辐射或荧光性辐射的光线下与衬底纬纱区分开。在所示样式中,标签22由热力切割装置切割下来的横边2各自具有切边,沿着切边衬底织物11和浮在标签后面的装饰纬纱12以及编码纬纱10彼此熔化,形成了熔化边15。标签22可在横边2上折叠,以覆盖熔化边15。标签22由切割装置切割下来的纵边1贯穿衬底织物11并各自具有切边16,该切边如所提及的优选为柔软且对皮肤舒适。
参照图6和7。如图6a所示,标签22包括衬底织物11和多根装饰纬纱12以及编码纬纱10,装饰纬纱和编码纬纱在标签22区域13中形成图案或条形码并在标签后面以浮织方式被避开。根据图6b,标签22在横边2上折叠。图7a示出了相应的标签,其中在横边2的区域中,浮经装饰纬纱12和编码纬纱10在后面去掉,因此在各情形下,衬底织物11的一部分18露出。这些部分18根据图7b所示折叠,因此得到了极薄的标签。
生产标签的方法在下文描述。如图8所示,为了生产标签,在第一步是制备可熔化纱线材料构成的宽幅织物21,该宽幅织物具有大量一个接一个设置的标签22,而且其根据在织造宽度上延伸的循环而连续织造。显然,如在循环宽度上可见,各标签可以有不同设计。宽幅织物21通过织物织造技术织造(图5),衬底经纱4和衬底纬纱5用于衬底织物11,而且多根装饰纬纱12用于图案,多根编码纬纱10用于条形码,装饰纬纱和编码纬纱织造在各标签的区域13中。在第二步,宽幅织物21分隔成一组条带25,条带包含了在条带纵向上彼此连续横向设置的标签22。为了分离,设置了热力切割装置26,该装置设置在织机上或者为一单独的装置。如果宽幅织物21被分割成多个条带25,则条带25卷起以备进一步处理。如果宽幅织物21没有被分隔成多个条带25,则宽幅织物21将缠绕到卷布轴(未示出)上。条带25是半成品的标签。
在第三步中,条带25在折叠装置中沿由熔化边15形成的侧边距折叠,确定标签22长度并且形成标签的横边2。使用公知的方法,与折叠同时地固定已折叠的部分。折叠的条带25利用机械、热力或超声波装置27分隔,这样选中了标签22,同时确定各标签22宽度以及贯穿衬底织物11的切边16。
图9示出了标签22的应用。缝合标签22,标签被折叠的横边2缝合到衣物用品上,因此熔化边15位于标签22下方,而具有柔软边缘的纵边1露出。
Claims (13)
1.一种在织机上生产具有不可见条形码的标签的方法,特别是在提花织机上利用织物织造技术生产具有不可见条形码的标签的方法,标签带有用于衬底织物(11)的多根衬底经纱(4)和至少一根衬底纬纱(5),如果适当的话,带有形成图案经纱和/或用于形成图案的装饰纬纱(12),至少一根形成条形码的编码纬纱(10),该条形码在可见光下观察时它们看上去基本上和衬底纬纱(5)完全一样,并与在可见光范围外起作用的辐射光线下与衬底纬纱区分开,编码纬纱(10)在各情形下与衬底纬纱(4)结合插入而且与衬底织物(11)结合成一体,其特征在于,标签在宽幅织物(21)中生产,该宽幅织物织造成的多个标签的非折叠纵边(1)在纬向上彼此邻近设置,标签的可折叠横边(2)在经向上彼此邻近设置,在各情形中不可见条形码通过在经向上延伸并在纬向上一个接一个的编码条带(23)形成,在织造后,宽幅织物(21)通过沿横边(2)切割而分隔成彼此邻近的一组条带(25),以便在各情形下形成带有在宽幅织物(21)延伸方向上相继并横向设置的标签(22)的带材。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,宽幅织物(21)由可熔化纱线材料制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,生产的标签(22)的纵边(1)贯穿衬底织物(11)延伸,而且装饰纬纱(12)和编码纬纱(10)距纵边(1)一定距离插入并与衬底织物(11)结合。
4.如前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,宽幅织物(21)根据至少一个织造循环织造。
5.如前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,标签(22)的衬底织物(21)以预定经密以及可自由调节的纬密形成。
6.如前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,装饰纬纱(12)和/或编码纬纱(10)在条带(25)的边距区域(18)去掉。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,装饰纬纱(12)和/或编码纬纱(10)在边距区域(18)利用热力或机械装置去掉。
8.如前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,切割之后,条带(25)在边距区域(18)折叠,以使得标签(22)具有预定长度。
9.如前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,标签(22)通过衬底织物(11)沿标签纵边(1)被切割而选出,以使标签(22)具有预定宽度。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,标签(22)通过热力、机械或超声波装置切割而选出。
11.如前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,条带(25)的切割通过热力、机械或超声波装置而实施。
12.一种根据权利要求1至11任一项所述方法而生产的标签。
13.如权利要求12所述的标签,其特征在于,编码纬纱(10)含有在可见光范围外的辐射光线下发荧光的材料。
