用于标签生产的公知方法的缺点是,纵边折叠必须在粘结剂粘结方面有较高支出,而且由于半成品尺寸,织机的织造宽度只利用了有限的程度或者有较大量的浪费。

通过本发明可以实现的优点基本上在于,标签第一非折叠侧的切边是柔软的且对皮肤舒适的,由于由衬底纬纱形成的切边事实上不具有突棱(brows),所以穿用舒适度有明显改进。切边可以由折叠的第二侧覆盖,结果是标签进一步改善。由于纬纱平行于标签的纵边,由于纬纱均匀地覆盖了后侧,所以在标签的整个长度上实现一致的外观。
根据本发明,生产标签的方法特征在于权利要求7所限定的特征。
可以利用本发明方法实现的优点在于,不同长度和宽度的标签在同一类型的织机上织造。具有织造循环的标签可以织造最多115厘米的织造宽度,从而只产生了少量浪费。衬底织物的纬密可以选择,从而具有仿真织纹如塔夫绸、半缎纹(half-satin)和缎纹的标签可以在同一织机上生产。在条带的边距区域中,可以去掉装饰纱,因此端部折叠部变得极薄。

标签常规上为具有两个非折叠纵边1和两个可折叠窄边2的四边形形状。标签由衬底织物11和多根装饰纬纱12构成,装饰纬纱12在标签区域13中形成图案,因此衬底织物的边距14存在于纵边上,并且以浮织(floating)的形式结合在标签后侧。标签织造成经纱4横向延伸,纬纱5平行于标签的纵边1。由热力切割装置切割下来的标签窄边2具有切边,在切边处,衬底织物11和浮织(floating)在标签后侧上的装饰纬纱12熔化,形成了熔化边15。标签可以折叠在窄边上以覆盖熔化边。由切割装置切割下来的标签纵边贯穿衬底织物11并具有优选是柔软且皮肤舒适的切割边缘16(如已提及的)。

Claims (17)

1.一种标签,具有两个第一非折叠侧(1)和两个相对于其横向延伸的第二可折叠侧(2),通过织物织造技术,标签带有用于衬底织物(11)的至少两根经纱(4)和一根衬底纬纱(5),及用于图案的多根装饰纬纱(12),该标签有可熔化纱线材料制成,其特征在于,形成图案的装饰纬纱(12)平行于衬底织物(11)的第一非折叠侧(1)并距其一定距离,非折叠侧(1)通过切割在衬底织物中的图案区域(13)外侧形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的标签,其特征在于,第二侧具有相对装饰纬纱横向延伸的切边(15),而且第二侧(2)是折叠或非折叠的。
3.如权利要求2所述的标签,其特征在于,装饰纬纱(12)具有相同或不同色彩或由相同或不同类型的纱线构成。
4.如权利要求1所述的标签,其特征在于,包括两个非折叠纵边(1)和两个可折叠窄边(2)。
5.如前述权利要求任一项所述的标签,其特征在于,衬底织物(11)具有预定纬密。
6.如权利要求3所述的标签,其特征在于,标签设置有中央折痕或中间折痕。
7.用于在由可熔化纱线材料制成的宽幅织物(21)中形成权利要求1所述标签的方法,利用织物织造技术,标签带有用于衬底织物(11)的至少两根经纱(4)和一根衬底纬纱(5),及用于图案的多根装饰纬纱(12),在织造后宽幅织物通过切割分隔成一系列一个接一个的条带(25),其特征在于,宽幅织物(21)织造成使多个标签(22)彼此相邻,它们的第一非折叠侧(1)在纬向上,它们的第二非折叠侧(2)在经向上,而且宽幅织物(21)沿着第二侧被切割而形成条带(25),彼此连续的横向设置的标签(22)位于宽幅织物(21)延伸的方向上。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,宽幅织物(21)根据至少一个织造循环织造。
9.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,插入具有相同或不同色彩或纱线类型的装饰纬纱(12)。
10.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,经密是预定的并自由调节标签衬底织物(21)的纬密。
11.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,装饰纬纱在条带的边距区域(18)去掉。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,装饰纬纱在边距区域利用热力或机械装置去掉。
13.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,切割之后,条带(25)在边距区域(18)上折叠,以形成具有预定长度的标签(22)。
14.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,标签(22)沿其第一侧(1)通过切割衬底织物(11)而选出,以产生具有预定宽度的标签。
15.如权利要求14所述的标签,其特征在于,标签(22)通过利用热力、机械或超声波装置的切割而选出。
16.如前述权利要求任一项所述的标签,其特征在于,条带(25)的切割通过利用热力、机械或超声波装置而实施。
17.一种用于实施如权利要求7至16所述方法的装置,其特征在于,具有提花装置用于单根综丝控制的织机、切割装置和折叠装置。
