用于观看多个显示的头戴式观看系统是已知的。某些现有技术的显示器公开于美国专利号5,003,300；5,162,828和D371,549以及在PCT国际出版物于1995年4月27日出版的WO 95/11473中。所说明的每个系统都包括连接到远程或其它信号源的比较重的头戴显示器以使有关事物能显示。

Furness的专利美国专利5,162,828号公开了一种利用透明片的常规眼镜显示系统。Furness的系统比较复杂，包括装在眼镜框上的光发射显示器和用于使光线准直以便把显示信息的图象投射到离用户一定距离的由透明片所规定的视场的范围内的镜片。对Furness头戴显示器来说重要的是要包括一个镜子装置以便让准直的光线投射图象。同样，Furness系统并不是设计用于或带有声控计算机中的。
Ronzani设计的专利美国专利Des.371,549号说明了一种具有可移动目镜或单元的头戴式显示系统，它似乎同时能作水平和垂直调节。但是在Ronzani的专利中没有提出将他的头戴显示系统用于声控计算机系统中。
WO 95/11473出版物(Fan等人)在1995年4月27日公开了多个头戴显示器的设计。Fan所公开的某些实施例中，显示器连接到视频或信息源，使得用户能观看显示在显示器上的信息或图象。在Fan的实施例之一中，显示器可安装在框架中，使得用户能够将显示器移进或移出用户的视场。Fan的某些图示中表示出一种头戴显示器，它含有与该显示器连接或集成在一起的耳机和话筒。话筒用来向计算机传递声控命令以便最终发送到所用的显示器装置。在Fan的专利中，耳机铰接在头带512上并作为话筒臂690连接到耳机之一上，话筒臂的远端连接着话筒559。重要之点是要注意Fan使用两个耳机，两者都永久地固定在头戴结构上，见图34A到34D。这些图中的头带耳机是夹在头上的并有压力加在每个耳朵部位以便把头戴耳机保持在佩戴者的头上。在所有这些系统中，显示器都是戴在用户头上的，这在长期佩戴后会使人变得疲劳。
因此需要一种这样的头戴显示系统，它可以用在或带有声控计算机系统中，这些系统是尽可能不干扰人的、使用方便，紧凑、重量轻并完全可调的。
发明内容
因此，本发明的一个目的是提供一种没有上面指出的缺点的佩戴式计算机系统。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种新颖的用户可以佩戴的领圈，其中的领圈至少含有耳机、显示单元和话筒。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种含有前面提到的领圈的声控佩戴式新颖计算机系统。
本发明另外一个目的是为佩戴式计算机系统提供更轻和更舒适的显示器单元和耳机。
本发明再一个目的是提供一种比起现有技术所用的头戴显示器来强制性较少的佩戴式监视器和耳机。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一件服装，其领圈中含有可佩戴式声控计算机的部件。
本发明的这些和其余目的是由在声控佩戴式计算机所用的一种新颖系统来完成的，其中某些计算机部件是位于并安装在可佩戴的领圈中的。领圈至少含有显示器、一或几个耳机以及话筒。监视器或显示器可以在领圈中这样定位以使它在使用时能靠近任何一只眼睛。另外，希望能使用一个或两个耳机。话筒可以是分开的单元也可以附在监视器上，视哪一种方便而定。支持领圈中的每个部件的铰接臂是弯曲的以符合领圈和用户颈部的外形。铰链提供了这样的装置，通过该装置，支持臂在使用时能方便地调整。任何其它合适的支持臂都可以使用以取代铰接臂，例如伸缩套筒式臂，它们可被调整以符合用户需要。通过把这些部件放入用户的颈圈，在不用时它们不会成为障碍，而当希望使用时可以方便地从颈圈取出。领圈含有并装入了佩戴式声控计算机的全部音频/视频部件。这对麻烦、笨重、易碎，有时甚至是别扭的现有技术的头戴或腕戴式显示器是个重要的改进。领圈的附带好处是它保护装入的计算机部件免受元件、天气和其它损害因素的伤害。领圈可以单独佩戴，在通常的外衣之下或作为其一部分，如衬衫，运动衫、背心或夹克衫。使用了一个由电缆或软线或伸缩套筒臂或任何其它合适的支持件上的小型显示器。显示器可以是任何适当的单色或彩色显示器。装入的部件定位成能使佩戴者最便于使用而且可以根据选择自动开关成“通/断”或者可以由任何机械的、声控的或其它装置使其根据选择而设置成备用或永久“通”以便立即使用。可伸出的话筒(除噪的或方向性的)也类似地布置在领圈的相对一侧。在领圈两侧的口袋可任选地使用以存放遮住耳朵的耳机和用于任选的骨骼传导的音频设备的内部接线端口，以及类似于盖住耳朵的蜂窝电话耳机的像氯丁橡胶或其它减少噪声用的耳盖。视频摄象设备可以装在身体上或靠近胸腔的中部、并且是可伸出及/或可卸下的。利用RF或蓝牙技术的远程摄影机可以装在身体的任何地方甚至离开设备本体。本发明的可佩戴计算机的各部件可以由硬连线连接或由无线连接来连接。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中，通信装置例如蜂窝电话、电话、无线电装置或其它装置都处于电连接下并可和所述部件一起使用。同时，本发明的耳机和话筒可以作为蜂窝电话或其它通信装置来使用从而是内装的。同样，本发明的领圈可以在装甲应用中使用。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了现有技术的头戴显示器(HMD)。在这种现有技术的MHD中，话筒1连接在听筒或耳机2上。监视器3悬挂在围绕固定于用户头上的头带4上。在连续使用后，佩戴者会感到这种HMD是不舒服和强迫性的。同时，连接HMD和计算机及处理器的电缆5可以是不方便的，有时还会给用户造成阻碍，或者甚至被周围的材料、环境或设备等所绊住。在图2中，示出了本发明的领圈6。领圈6装入一个耳机7和一个监视器8另外还有一个话筒9。上述话筒4可以拥有多于一个的音频变送器以实现噪声消除。领圈6的刚度提供了良好的坚实基础以支持所包含的部件(即耳机、监视器或显示器以及话筒)。支持显示器8和耳机7的臂10是铰接(在一种实施例中)的以方便使用。领圈6中的各部件7、8和9和计算机(CPU)及电池是电连接的。这些电连接可以是硬线光纤或无线的。图2的可卸下的领圈可以用Velcro紧固件11或任何别的服装连接装置来固定在衣服上，如有需要的话。当装在领圈6中时，每个臂10(支持部件7、8和9的)被限制成符合用户头颈的外形。绞链12可以用来在使用或存放在领圈中时方便地调整每个部件。臂10可以是挠性电缆或诸如在鹅颈式灯中所用的轴颈。领圈可以用任何合适的和舒服的材料制成并具有开口13，在使用时臂10穿过上述开口。这些开口13可以是拉链式开口、槽式开口、Velcro的开口或任何其它合适的开口，使用时臂10穿过该开口。可能希望使用冷却或加热的领圈6。冷却可以借助一种散热或去湿的材料，或者，可以借助含有散热液体的软外壳。加热可以借助一种绝缘材料或者甚至是由与领圈6成为一体的外部电源加热的有源加热。领圈6的背面有电连接件14，用于连接电缆(最好是内部的)，它将部件7、8和9连接到CPU、电池等。很明显，部件7、8和9是相互电连接的。如早前所指出的，所有电连接件15可以是在服装内的、在服装外的、硬连线的、无线的或任何其它合适的装置。在使用后，臂10可以折起并重新插入领圈6。
耳机7可以最好是耳塞机以便它能更方便地装入领圈6。图中所示的耳机或听筒7是放大的以便能清楚地加以说明。同样，监视器8在图中也只是为了清楚的目的而是放大了的。实际上它是一个微型显示器或监视器以便它也能方便地装入领圈6。话筒9最好也是微型实施例。
本发明的系统的一个实施例示于图4和5中，其中领圈6是连接到一件衣服16上的。图4显示了衬衫前胸16，其中耳机7、监视器8和话筒9都塞在领圈6之内。作为选项，领圈6可以有耳机口袋17提供装耳机7的另外的空间。衬衫前胸16可以有衣兜或口袋18来装CPU、电池或其它计算机部件。一条可调节的带子19用于将衬衫前胸16固定在用户的身上。衣兜18可以用在衬衫前胸16的前面或后面或两面都有。图5示出了衬衫前胸16固定在领圈6上并有任选的后兜18，它们用于装CPU或电池或任何别的部件。衣兜18如有需要可以有口以便将外围设备接入其中。所谓“常规计算机”或“通用计算机”指的是具有常规计算机全部部件的计算机，即CPU、内存装置、存储器装置、执行装置、显示控制器、输入/输出装置、外围连接装置等。本发明的通用计算机和声控计算机公开于美国专利5,305,244和5,844,824中。
本发明的优选和最佳优选实施例在此处说明并示于附图中以说明本发明的基本原理，但应理解，在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以有多种改进和细化。

Claims (23)

1.一种可佩戴的计算机系统，包括附着在可佩戴的领圈上的可佩戴的通用计算机，所说的系统包括在其中容纳有计算机部件的可佩戴的领圈，所说的领圈具有围绕固定在用户头颈的装置并包括和所说的通用计算机处于电连接中的电连接装置，所说的计算机部件在使用时，这些部件可延伸至所述领圈外部的位置处且可移动地容纳于所说的领圈中，并带有能在使用时移近用户的脸部的装置。
2.权利要求1的系统，其特征在于，所说的计算机部件是从包括监视器、耳机、话筒及它们的混合物的组合中选择的。
3.权利要求1的系统，其特征在于，所说的计算机部件能进行操作以便实施从包括人工驱动、声音驱动、眼睛驱动、神经驱动、脑驱动以及它们的混合的组合中选出的驱动。
4.权利要求1的系统，其特征在于，所说的领圈夹附着在一件独立的衣服上。
5.权利要求1的系统，其特征在于，所说的领圈是附着在一件独立的衣服上的，所说的衣服具有与所说的领圈和所说的容纳于其中的计算机部件实现电接触的装置。
6.权利要求1的系统，其特征在于，所说的计算机部件是由可调臂支持的，所说的领圈具有让所说的臂从其中穿越的装置。

11.一种声控的不用手的计算机系统，包括一个可佩戴的常规计算机和一个与所说常规计算机有电连接的领圈，所说的领圈包括用于将容纳于其中的声控计算机包括在内并实现电连接的装置，所说的计算机部件可移动地容纳于所说的领圈中，其地点为它们能够从所说的领圈中往外延伸以定位成能和用户的脸部相接触或靠近脸部的地方。
