Abstract

本发明提供一种用于辅助外语写作的方法和工具。本发明截获用户输入，跟随光标输入实时显示与拼写接近的单词及其解释，在用户不断的输入过程中，自动调整和选择更接近的单词，直到用户选择单词或者确定自己的输入。本发明实现了实时的拼写检查和语义验证，为写作提供了表达提示和模糊查找功能，能大大加快外语写作的速度，而且不受限于特定的应用程序，可以和现有程序很好地结合在一起。

Description

外语写作辅助方法和辅助工具
本发明涉及字处理，具体地说，涉及字处理中的拼写检查和语义验证。
在使用计算机写作文档时，我们使用字处理程序。在外语写作中我们经常使用拼写检查，这给我们带来了很大的方便。以英语为例，假如英语是我们的母语，那么拼写检查已经足够了，然而对于英语不是母语的人来说，在写作中不仅是拼写检查，还要有语义的检查，我们可能碰到如下情况：
1.需要确认所写单词的意义；
2.只记得单词的模糊拼写或者其中一段的样子；
3.有几个单词可以表达，但是不清楚应该用哪个更合适；
4.根本不知道某个意思该如何用英语表达；
5.对某些单词词组的用法不甚明确。
以上的情况1可以查英汉词典，4需要查汉英词典，而对于情况2普通的词典无法解决，需要一种智能的匹配方法列出接近的单词。
为解决以上问题，本发明提供一种外语写作辅助方法，和根据该方法设计的外语写作辅助工具。
根据本发明一个方面的外语写作辅助方法包括步骤：截获用户输入；跟随光标输入实时显示与拼写接近的单词及其解释；在用户不断的输入过程中，自动调整和选择更接近的单词，直到用户选择单词或确定自己的输入。
根据本发明另一个方面的外语写作辅助工具包括：截获装置，用于截获用户输入；实时拼写检查和语义验证装置，用于跟随光标输入实时显示与拼写接近的单词及其解释，并且在用户的不断输入过程中，自动调整和选择更接近的单词，直到用户选择单词或者确定自己的输入。
根据本发明的外语写作辅助工具主要具有如下功能：
1.实时拼写检查；
2.实时语义验证；
3.智能模糊查找，给出接近的单词列表；
4.实时双向翻译解释功能；
5.单词词组用法提示功能。
所有这些功能不受限于应用程序，即可以在任何应用程序中使用本工具。因而不必为了使用本工具而放弃原来习惯使用的字处理程序。
在所附权利要求中提出了相信能够表征本发明的新特性。然而，通过结合附图阅读下文中对优选实施例的描述，将能最好地理解本发明和最佳使用方式及其进一步的目的和优点，其中：
图1示出了根据本发明优选实施例的外语写作辅助工具的使用效果图；
图2示出了根据本发明优选实施例的外语写作辅助工具的系统方框图；以及
图3示出了根据本发明优选实施例的外语写作辅助方法的流程图。
如图1所示，根据本发明优选实施例的外语写作辅助工具运行后截获用户输入，跟随光标输入实时显示与拼写接近的单词及其解释，在不断输入的过程中，会自动调整和选择更接近的单词，直到用户选择单词或者确定自己的输入。在整个过程中，根据用户的配置，可以选择优先显示的单词，词组，或者用户提示。在写作过程中，每个用户可能会有不同的要求，比如单词拼写比较好的用户可能要更多的显示词组和用法提示，而单词拼写较差的用户可能更需要单词模糊匹配。在图1中，1为最佳匹配，2为提示词组，还包括例句，4、5、6为模糊匹配选择的单词。词组提示、例句和模糊匹配可以根据需要打开和关闭。
图2示出了根据本发明一优选实施例的外语写作辅助工具的系统方框图。
假如使用者的母语是A，现在要用语言B写作。本工具的截获装置在系统级上截获用户的输入，这里输入的可以是A语言也可以是B语言。实时拼写检查和语义验证装置首先判断输入的语言，然后根据用户设定决定匹配策略，例如，是否允许模糊匹配，是否显示例句等。如果输入的是B语言，实时拼写检查和语义验证装置将根据当前已经输入的串来查找匹配相近的词汇列出，并给出相应的A语言翻译用于验证，还可以根据用户的设定给出例句来提示单词或词组的用法。结果排序可以实现自适应的调整，即根据历史使用记录，作出预测，调整显示优先顺序。用户可以选择列出的词汇或者继续输入优化匹配列表，直到找到需要的单词或者词组。最后将结果B语言单词或词组送到目标应用程序。如果输入的是A语言，先做翻译，列出相应词义的B语言单词词组并给出详细的A语言解释，用户可以直接选择将B语言单词或词组送到目标应用程序。
图3示出了根据本发明一优选实施例的外语写作辅助方法的流程图。
如图3所示，整个过程为：截获输入；区分输入语言；根据用户设定选择匹配策略；搜索匹配；显示结果等待用户选择或继续输入；以及，输出结果到目标程序。
在根据本发明的外语写作辅助方法和辅助工具中的字典可以选择，可以建立多种映射关系，比如可以实现英语写作的汉语解释，法语写作的汉语解释，法语写作的英语解释等等。还可以有汉语写作的汉语解释，用于帮助中小学生写作。
本发明实现了实时的拼写检查和语义验证，为写作提供了表达提示和模糊查找功能，能大大加快外语写作的速度，而且不受限于特定的应用程序，可以和现有程序很好地结合在一起。如果提供一种语言及其解释，本发明还可以用于写作教学，比如小学生的写作练习，帮助学生更好地理解词汇和句子的用法。
已给出本发明的描述，这是为了演示和描述，而不是要把本发明完全地限定于所披露的形式。对于本领域普通技术人员，许多修改和变化是显然的。所选择和描述的实施例是为了最好地解释本发明的原理和实际应用，并使本领域的其他普通技术人员能理解本发明以实现具有各种修改的各种实施例，从而适应于预期的特定应用。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于辅助外语写作的方法，包括以下步骤：
截获用户输入；
跟随光标输入实时显示与拼写接近的单词及其解释；
在用户不断的输入过程中，自动调整和选择更接近的单词，直到用户选择单词或者确定自己的输入。
2.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于还包括以下步骤：
根据用户的选择，设定匹配策略，即确定优先显示的单词、词组或用法提示。
3.一种外语写作辅助工具，包括：
截获装置，用于截获用户输入；
实时拼写检查和语义验证装置，用于跟随光标输入实时显示与拼写接近的单词及其解释；并且在用户不断的输入过程中，自动调整和选择更接近的单词，直到用户选择单词或者确定自己的输入。
4.根据权利要求3所述的外语写作辅助工作，还包括一个匹配策略设定装置，用于根据用户的选择，设定匹配策略，确定优先显示的单词、词组或用户提示。
