Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种放置在鞋底中用于缓冲和支撑脚的衬垫。更具体而言,本发明涉及一种有U形管状部的围绕支撑脚部区域的中心部设置的衬垫。
发明背景
弹性运动鞋鞋底是由各种各样的弹性缓冲件构成,缓冲件用于贮存和吸收强加给穿着者脚的冲击能。许多众所周知的鞋底包括流体囊状物,其包括压缩空气、或者粘性液体或胶体以吸收冲击和贮存能量。
例如U.S.专利No.5406719公开了一种压缩有空气的囊状物。该囊状物包括有各种各样的气室的后跟托。一些气室围绕后跟托周围设置,而另外一些气室则位于后跟托的中心。当气压随室内加载而增加时,限定在气室里的气体就给脚提供缓冲。本专利示出与横向室相通的中心室,以便使各室之间的内部气压相同。
U.S.专利No.5353459也示出一种用于缓冲后跟的囊状物。该囊状物有一马蹄形室,围绕囊状物周围、从其后部内侧向外侧延伸。还有一在马蹄形室内中心室。如U.S.专利’719公开的内容,这些室的硬度由改变其中的气压来控制。
U.S.专利No.4183156公开了一种鞋内底形插入物,它有形成空气弹簧的相互连通室。其中两个室是管状的,围绕鞋内底后跟的两侧和后部延伸。附加的两个管状室设置在两室之间,围绕后跟两侧延伸。
采用气体或其它流体以缓冲对脚的冲击的缓冲囊状物有很多的缺点。这些囊状物随时间推移经常泄漏,并且随着囊状物老化,气体装置尤其易于出现压力损失。而且,囊状物易被受尖锐物体戳穿。一旦囊状物被戳穿,它们的内含物就会自由溢出,囊状物不会再有效减震。而且,填充流体的囊状物随时间推移也倾向于鼓起和/或压缩。由于所含流体压力或粘度的改变,大部分功能在不同温度下会有显著区别。此外因为各囊状物中的流体有利于使囊状物的各室中的压力达到均衡,室的一部分压缩只能把流体压挤到室的另一部分,减少了对囊状物局部变形的控制,从而起到缓冲作用。
其它已知鞋底采用的弹性结构依靠结构壁,而不是依靠其所含流体来缓冲对穿着者脚的冲击。例如U.S.专利5255451示出了一种带有由大量波状物形成的插入件的鞋底。U.S.专利4774774示出了一种由蜂窝状结构形成的中底。U.S.专利No.4342158还示出了一种鞋底,在其后跟处设置了锥形盘簧件。
发明内容
本发明提供了在鞋底中使用的衬垫。该衬垫包括弹性承载的第一和第二中空管状壁,其造型适合于支撑和缓冲穿着者脚的各边缘。管状壁形成第一和第二管状部,优选为沿鞋底区域边界的第一和第二部分延伸。至少一个管状部,而优选所有管状部,沿彼此面对区域的第三部分延伸,比如说合在一起,管状部在邻近该区域的各边缘形成U形。衬垫优选设置在鞋底的中底和外底之间。
该衬垫还具有弹性承载中心壁,其通常穿过脚形宽度中心设置,并构造成支撑和缓冲脚的横向中心部。中心壁形成一中空的中心部,并位于两管状部之间且最好与两管状部相连,而且最好与管状壁一起形成整体结构。这些管状部垂向硬度优选高于中心部,以稳定脚朝向中心部的支撑区。
该衬垫的一个实施例提供了这样一个连接部,其中中心壁和第一管状壁连接在一起,以使中心壁和第一管状壁之中的一个的垂向变形传递给另一个。这个连接部可设置在穿着者的脚的后跟冲击区域,以承受在跑步中首先产生的集中载荷。
优选实施例在中心壁与各管状壁不连接的部位有一凹部,其连接中心部和第一管状部。因为该部分是凹进的,而且优选为没有垂向隔开的任何有效长度的壁,所以在凹部附近设置的中心壁和第一管状壁之间的垂向变形基本上互相隔离。
由于衬垫的支撑优选为由承载中心壁和管状壁自身提供,任何截留在衬垫里的空气优选为不加压,而是在大气压下。这样减少了现有技术中与流体或气体加压的囊状物有关的问题。
在另一个实施例里,第一和第二中空管状部分别具有弹性承载的第一和第二中空壁。衬垫在第一和第二管状部之间最好有一变薄区,该变薄区最好邻近至少其中一个管状部的弯曲部,其围绕中心部边界弯曲。该变薄区柔性大于管状部,并允许衬垫沿两管状部之间延线弯曲。
这个实施例鞋底的优选位置是在与脚相应的这样一个区域,它包括脚部至少一个跖骨末端。在一个鞋底中可采用两个衬垫,这两个衬垫例如在鞋底区域彼此相邻和相对来共同限定一较大鞋底跖骨末端区,该区域包括一些或所有跖骨末端,最好是至少包括最大跖骨末端。在这种配置中,每个衬垫的第一和第二管状部通常最优选为与另一衬垫的第一和第二管状部对准。
在这个实施例中该衬垫设置在鞋底的柔性增加部。沟槽通常优选为沿此柔性增加部横向延伸,最好在衬垫的变薄区附近,以提高其前部和后部的柔性。

优选实施例的详述
图1表示一鞋底,其跟部16采用本发明的衬垫10的优选实施例。该鞋底包括一中底12和一外底14。在这个实施例里,衬垫10是中底12的构成部分,但其下侧部分露出并可与地接触,因此也用作外底。
参照图2,所述衬垫有一外管状部24,其包括一内侧管状部18和外侧管状部20,它们由弹性承载管状壁19形成。管状部18和20沿鞋底脚形的内侧和外侧延伸。在优选实施例里,管状部18和20通常在鞋底后跟区域,彼此面对中心部26,沿脚形后跟形的内侧和外侧延伸。同时管状部18和20也沿后跟形的后边延伸,优选为一起形成单一的基本连续的外管状部24。这个合成的管状部24基本沿后跟形状轮廓连续地以U形延伸。形成外管状部24的壁19优选为其构造和尺寸能使壁19与主鞋底一起支撑脚的边缘,并缓冲例如由行走、跑步或跳跃引起的对其的冲击,而不会损坏。
中空的中心部26设置在内侧和外侧部18和29之间,并与它们相连。中心部26是由弹性承载的中心壁28形成。优选的是,中心壁28沿其边界21的一部分,最好是沿与管状部24相邻的中心部26所在的整个边界长度,包括中心部26的内、外侧和后侧与管状壁19相连,尽管在其它的实施例中两壁连接处小于整个边界长度,或者是由分开的两件材料构成。管状部18和20的弯曲部23沿其边界21弯曲,并具有彼此面对的端部,在本实施例里这些端部是相连的。中心壁28的构造与尺寸优选成可以与主鞋底部分一起用来支撑脚的中心部和缓冲其压力而不会损坏,在这个例子里是支撑和缓冲脚的后跟部。
壁28和19自身承受施加在衬垫10上的大部分负载。因此,优选方案是,不依赖衬垫10里的空气或其它材料来支撑脚或减轻对脚的压力。衬垫的壁28和19依靠衬垫提供大部分支撑。尽管空气或其它材料可被留在衬垫里,最优选的是,不用截留的材料提供相当大的支撑或缓冲。
衬垫10还有在中心部26和管状部24之间延伸的凹部30。凹部30使中心部26和管状部24相连接,同时又使邻近凹部30的管状壁19和中心壁28之间的垂向变形相隔离。
如图3所示,管状壁19有垂向隔开的隆起部32,而中心壁有垂向隔开的隆起部34。在上下文中的隆起这一术语,包括壁的上部和下部,并不仅仅涉及衬垫的顶部。因为管状壁19的隆起部32与中心壁28的隆起部34相隔离,所以在它们之间基本上没有垂向压缩传递通过凹部30。
再参照图2,衬垫10还包括一个连接部36,至少有一个壁是从凹部30的水平部位开始隆起的,而优选方案是从衬垫10的隔离凹部30开始隆起。连接壁36使中心隆起部34与管状隆起部32相连。该连接把邻近的隆起部32与34连接起来,以致于垂向变形可在管状壁19与中心壁28之间传递。
当衬垫10在靠近连接部36的中心部26或者管状部18或20处受到冲击时,连接部36允许将能量贮存或吸收,并通过中心壁28以及管状壁18和20返回到脚。连接部36的位置最好选择在鞋底的共同冲击区附近,以使缓冲作用得到改善。当衬垫设置在鞋底后跟时,连接部36最好设置在鞋跟后部,通常与后跟冲击区52对准,这一点在技术领域里已知,如下述说明。
技术领域里众所周知,走路时,特别是穿着者跑步时,穿着者的脚通常沿图4所示的冲击轨迹66冲击鞋底。沿鞋底的冲击轨迹66为S形,并从后跟延伸到鞋底脚形82的脚前部。这条轨迹66首先承受对鞋底的最大冲击载荷。后跟冲击区52是鞋底后跟里的区域,众所周知它也是穿着者的脚首先承受的最强烈的冲击的地方。
衬垫如图2所示安置在鞋底,以使后跟冲击区52位于线54和56后边限定的区域里。在男鞋尺寸为9.5码的优选衬垫10里,线54和56与衬垫10的中心线38在距衬垫10的后部大约23到31mm处相交。这个距离根据鞋的尺寸而不同。线54以垂直于中心线38的水平线60向前约25a的角度58向外侧延伸。角度58优选为12°至36°,例如在大约20°至30°之间,且角度58最好为25.5°。线56在线60后以约5°的角度62向内侧延伸。角度62优选在大约0°至25°之间,例如在1°至10°之间,且角度62最好为4.5°。因此,通常相对后跟冲击区52趋向中心设置的连接部36位于中心线38的侧向。
因为中心部26和管状部24都是中空的,所以中心部26限定了一个中心内腔40,而管状部24限定了一个管内腔42。中心内腔40和管内腔42通过连接部36使它们内部连通。在优选实施例里,管壁19和中心壁28在连接部36把内部腔40和42连通起来,以传递其间的垂向变形。但是在另一个实施例里,如果需要,这些腔40和42是可以内部分开的。还有,在另一个实施例里,中心壁28和管状壁19可以填充柔性材料,例如泡沫橡胶、凝胶体或鞋底用的通常其它材料。
中心壁28和管状壁19还优选为包含加强筋44,其横向延伸穿过中心部26和管状部24。应该知道,图3为清楚起见省略了筋44。由于所示实施例的衬垫10的壁19和28其厚度基本一致,所以各个筋44在壁19和28的相对侧形成沟槽46。各个筋44提高了壁19和28的弯曲硬度。当各个筋44彼此离得较近、制造得较厚,并且从壁19和28的表面的其余部延伸得更远时,壁19和28就变得更硬。各条筋44优选宽度大约在1-4mm之间,且间隔大约在6-18mm之间。
尽管各条筋可以彼此平行取向,各条筋通常优选在与图4所示的跑步冲击轨迹66相垂直的方向上延伸。所示实施例的筋44其取向与冲击轨迹66的正交线70大约成小于40°的角度68,更优选的角度大约小于20°。
如图1所示,底部中心壁28优选包括一缩进部64,基本上与筋44同深。因此,各条筋44不用伸过缩进部64。在另一个实施例中,可将另外的外底材料固定在缩进部64上,或可用缩进部64显示装饰物或商业标记。图2说明缩进部64具有普通的椭圆形状。另一个实施例中没有缩进边印部,反之有由中心壁隆起表面形成的边印。
图3最清楚地说明沿图2的横向且垂直贯穿衬垫10的III-III平面取得的衬垫10的优选横截面形状。中心壁28和管状壁19都有一弧形。中心壁28优选限定为一卵形横截面,而最佳为椭圆形横截面,尽管其它的形状,如带棱角也是适用的。卵形可以是圆形、椭圆形或其它带有一般圆端的细长形状,这后者也可由形成一般圆端的多个线段构成。
与中心壁28的横截面相比,管状壁19的优选横截面形状通常是圆形。由于这些形状,衬垫10贮存能量并将其返回穿着者。中心壁28相对宽的水平隆起部34使得中心部的硬度小于管状部24。中心部26在形似后跟的衬垫10的最宽部分处达到最大宽度74,其优选尺寸大于衬垫10从内侧管状部18的内边到外侧管状部20的外边的最大宽度84的50%,更优选的宽度约为衬垫10的最大宽度84的60%。内侧管状部18和外侧管状部20之中的一个其宽度至少约是衬垫10最宽处的中心部26的15%,更优选约为20%的宽度。
另外,在优选的实施例中,中心部26和管状部24基本上有同一垂直高度72。各衬垫部18和20的纵横比限定为各衬垫部24和26的宽度74和75对其高度72之比。管状部18和20的纵横比是跨过它们的中心轴线来测量。中心部26的最大纵横比在大约2至3之间,优选为约2.6。管状部24的纵横比沿衬垫10的内侧和外侧在大约0.75至1.5之间,优选大约为1。与中心部26相比,管状部24存在较高硬度是需要的,因为这使脚能在冲击中朝中心部26保持稳定。由于在冲击中中心壁28比管状壁19的垂向变形大,所以在每个落步中衬垫10就将脚引向中心部26,以减少受损伤的机会。
参照图5,衬垫10的前部包括中心壁28和管状壁19,具有一个圆形前边76。圆边76有利于走路时鞋底中心部的纵向弯曲。另外,因为衬垫10的下后表面78从水平向上呈约10°的角度80,从而其后端在垂向变得较薄。该角度80使外底的后跟向上抬,以提高穿着者跑步时的舒适感。
图5的衬垫10在管状壁水平外围有一条筋156。另一方面,图6的衬垫158没有筋,而沟槽46完全围着各个管状部的外部延伸。
衬垫10最好吹塑成一体结构件。设计用于吹塑并由Dupont出售的聚脂橡胶HYTREL HTR5612或HTX8382,是用来构造衬垫10的优选材料。其它非常适合吹塑衬垫10的材料有相当高的熔体粘度。最优选的衬垫材料最好有约0.45的泊松比,弯曲模量约124Mpa,硬度计上硬度为D级50。当承受压缩试验48小时,使该材料压缩成原厚度的50%,然后释放,材料优选为基本完全解压。优选的HYTREL材料在压缩试验后其复原损失不超过原厚度的1%。固定在中底上邻近脚部布置的中底、外底和内底的其余部分由传统材料制成。主鞋底部50优选为有EVA主鞋底12和外鞋底14,主鞋底12由乙基乙烯基醋酸酯制成,外鞋底14由海棉橡胶、透明橡胶和硬质橡胶制成。
用这些优选材料,后跟衬垫壁的优选厚度152约在1.4mm和2.4mm之间,以便和鞋底的其余部分一起支撑和缓冲后跟,而不会损坏。该厚度依赖于所制鞋的活动性可以减少或增加。在单个衬垫里,厚度是可以视局部硬度要求而不同。该衬垫的优选高度160约是在鞋底衬垫处高度162的60%至95%之间,而最优选为约在80%至85%之间。
作为吹塑过程的结果,中空残端48保留,以便在制造过程中通过它吹空气。该残端48最好为密封的,以防每走一步因空气通过残端被吸入和排出而使衬垫10发出嘈音。密封残端48也能阻止可能出现在路面上的水或其它流体进入衬垫10。如果残端48本身不封闭,可以用鞋底的主鞋底部50的邻近材料封闭残端开口。如上所述,一旦残端48被封闭,衬垫10就会截住空气,但是衬垫10的壁19和28可代替截留空气对脚提供主要支撑和缓冲。即使有截留的空气,最好不要给予太大的压力。
参照图7-9,示出了本发明的另一个实施例的右脚鞋底,包括设置在鞋底92的前脚区90的内侧和外侧衬垫86和88。前脚衬垫86和88设置在主鞋底部94中,主鞋底部94包括一外底96和一中底层98,外底96包括冲击垫97,设置在前脚衬垫86和88下面,中底层可由一或多层组成,优选为由泡沫橡胶组成。前脚衬垫86和88也可位于主鞋底部94的不同深度,例如整个在中底层98中或外底96下面,但最优选设置在中底层98下面,并且还邻近外底96。前脚衬垫壁的优选厚度154如前述实施例一样约在1-2mm,以防跑步冲击或在制鞋时对其冲击而损坏。在鞋底里由于后跟部没有衬垫,在其它情况下其中将设置衬垫的空腔在大步行走时就有可能损坏,尽管在另一个实施例中,虽然没有设置衬垫,而中底材料足够硬以防止损坏空腔。前脚衬垫壁的优选高度125约在衬垫的主鞋底部高度164的30%至80%之间,而最优选为约在40%至50%之间。
如图10-12所示,前脚衬垫86和88均优选成具有前后中空的细长管状部100和102的一体结构件。管状部100和102优选为具有弹性承载壁104和106,如图9清楚所示,弹性承载壁沿鞋和鞋底的长度或纵向贯穿的平面具有卵形横截面。各个腹板108限定凹进部,把管状部100和102连接在其间的中心部110,沿纵向贯穿鞋底94的平面也通常具有卵形横截面。管状部100和102在中心部110的两边相向延伸。中心部110的壁112也优选为弹性、承载的。还有,尽管在可供选择的实施例中残端也可存在,在图1-5的实施例中示出的吹塑残端48在图7-13的实施例中的前脚衬垫86、88和后跟衬垫126中最好是切断并封闭的。
前脚衬垫86和88如图所示设置在优选区域144和146里,一起形成一个较大的鞋底区域148,其至少为脚底的一个跖骨区,对应并位于穿着者脚的区域下,此时,脚应处在鞋底94中的适当位置,并由鞋底94和与鞋底94相连的上部95固定就位。优选的脚区域包括跖骨的末端。壁104、106和112的厚度、材料和形状优选为能提供足够的强度,以便与主鞋底部一起,来支撑和缓冲在管状壁104、106上的脚的两侧和在中心壁112上的脚的中心部,而前脚衬垫86和88位于脚的下面。尽管优选所描述的承载壁,但本实施例中的衬垫也可选择有多个柔性壁,它们能承受足够大的拉力以容纳例如液体、凝胶或气体这样的流体,来提供必要的缓冲。因此前管状部100优选设置在脚的趾骨下面。
管状部100和102其中至少一个而最好是两个都有一弯曲部103,这些弯曲部绕着中心部110的边界105向着其对方管状部100和102弯曲,因而沿鞋底区域144和146的第三边延伸。尽管提到了该区域的各边,在其它实施例中该区域可以是圆形的,但可选择的是,在两边之间也可以有棱角。尽管其它的管状形状例如有纵向波浪式横截面的管状部也适合,各管状部100和102优选限定为至少形成一U形,且通常是最好有恒定的高度,或者是高度呈流线形变化,优选为其长度变化小于80%。在其它实施例中,高度和宽度可有较大程度的变化,但优选的管状部100和102应有光滑细长的外表面。在内侧衬垫86中,第三边最好为跖骨末端的内侧114。在外侧衬垫88中,第三边最好为跖骨末端的外侧116。最优选的是,前后管状部100和102至少沿部分第三边延伸。内侧衬垫86的中心部110优选设置在拇指球处最大跖骨末端下面,以便在大步行走中缓冲该部分脚部,包括贮存能量并将其返回给脚部。
内侧和外侧衬垫86和88一起设置在如上所述的较大鞋底区域148里,其优选在所有跖骨的下面。第三边144和146设置在较大区域148的外侧和内侧。较大区域148靠近内侧114处的纵向前后方向要比靠近外侧处的长。内侧优选长出40%到70%之间,最好长出约50%。因此,内侧衬垫86最好大于外侧衬垫88,以更好地在内侧衬垫86里容纳大的跖骨末端。区域144和146的前边和后边位于较大区域148的前边和后边。内侧前脚衬垫86的前后管状部100和102通常与外侧前脚衬垫88的前后管状部100和102对准。各管的轴向与鞋底94的内/外侧方向的交角最好小于50°。
在优选实施例中,管状部100和102比中心部110在垂向上要硬。优选为给管状壁104、106设置有增加垂向硬度的外形。因此,管状壁104、106和后跟衬垫10的壁一样,最好比中心壁112具有较高的曲率或具有较小的横截面纵横比,尽管前脚衬垫86和88的管状部100和102的纵横比最好高于后跟衬垫126的管状部18和19的纵横比,从而导致底板的形状。因此,在前脚衬垫86或88之一上压紧的跖骨末端朝中心部110方向稳定,并保持在鞋底94的合适区域里。
各个横向沟槽118在主鞋底部98的前脚衬垫86或88之上沿着内/外侧方向穿过鞋底94。在前脚衬垫86或88之下,还限定了各个沟槽117,横穿外底96。这些沟槽117和118在较大鞋底区域148中提高了鞋底94的前部和后部的柔性,从而形成鞋底94的柔性增加部119和柔性减少部121。在优选实施例中,外底96底部上的多个外底沟槽117汇聚到凹陷区150,这样还能增加局部柔性。
除了提高衬垫86和88所在水平面的柔性外,各个前脚衬垫86或88还为提高垂向柔性在第三边上有一变薄区120,它最好在前后管状部100和102之间。管状部100和102最好在变薄区120处彼此隔开,并且不与衬垫86和88一体构造的任何部件相连,但是可与一个有较大弹性、高度或厚度大大小于管状部的腹板或部件相连,优选小于其高度的一半。变薄区还可通过制造狭长切口而成,该狭长切口穿过如图1-5中实施例所示的一个连续的U形管状部。因此这个狭长切口可把管状部100和102的前后部分开。变薄区还可包含连接管状部的狭长管状部。
在管状部100和102与中心部110之间的腹板108具有比管状部和中心部100、102和110的高度125小得多的高度123,如图9所示。在优选实施例里,变薄区120基本延伸到管状部100和102的整个宽度122与沟槽108的延伸中心线124相交,以利于衬垫86和88围绕此变薄区120和沟槽弯曲。由于走路或跑步时脚趾向上弯曲,这种结构提高了鞋底94围绕跖骨末端的弯曲能力。
管状部100和102与中心部110是中空的,并且封闭成腔136和138。腔136和138通过管140是流体连通的,以利于前脚衬垫86或88的吹塑。管140的高度142优选为大大小于管状部和中心部100和102和110的高度125,以便维持前脚衬垫86和88穿过管140从变薄区120直达腹板108的柔性。在另一个实施例中没有管140。
两个前脚衬垫可作为单一件构造在一起,该单一件可由腹板或由彼此延续形成的相应管状部和中心部100、102和110连接起来,图14所示就是这样的单个衬垫127。单个衬垫127具有一个中心部128和前后管状部130和132,它们基本占有鞋底的整个较大区域148。但是图10实施例中衬垫86和88是两个分开的部件。通过在较小尺寸鞋底中使用较小间隔134和在较大尺寸鞋底中使用较大间隔134来分开前脚衬垫86和88,这就使得制造者能在某一鞋和鞋底尺寸范围中使用单一尺寸的前脚衬垫86和88。

在本技术领域里一个普通技术人员能想象出很多种变型和改进。例如在另一个实施例中,管状部可以构造成一个从中心部分开的部件,并由中底固定就位,或者是放置在鞋底的不同区域,或是在水平面上或其它平面上的其它方位上。另外,衬垫及其部件的形状、尺寸、位置和硬度可以在制作的鞋中所不同,以便适应跑步以外的活动,如打乒乓球、篮球、跨跃训练和走路。例如由于在打篮球时前脚冲击增加,与走路用的鞋相比,打篮球用鞋其前脚衬垫相对于后跟衬垫要硬。鞋里两个前脚衬垫彼此比较也有不同的硬度。例如外侧前脚衬垫就可以比内侧前脚衬垫硬。在下面权利要求书的实际精神和范围内,可以仔细考虑所有这些改进。
Claims (21)
1.一种鞋底用的衬垫,该衬垫包括:
一个具有弹性承载的中空壁的中心部,包括能够提供足够强度的厚度、材料、中心部边界和形状,以缓冲鞋底区域;和
具有弹性承载第一和第二管状壁的第一和第二管状部,这些管状壁具有能提供足够强度的厚度、材料和形状,以缓冲至少一部分鞋底区域边界,上述第一管状部沿中心部边界的第一部分设置,上述第二管状部在第一部分的对面沿中心部边界的第二部分设置,其中第一部分具有可沿中心部边界弯曲的第一弯曲部,以承受穿过第一弯曲部的弯曲。
2.如权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于,所述第二部分具有第二弯曲部,可在第一弯曲部的对面沿中心部边界弯曲以承受穿过第二弯曲部的弯曲。
3.如权利要求1所述的衬垫,在第一弯曲部分和第二管状部之间还包含一变薄区,该变薄区有利于衬垫通过此处弯曲。
4.如权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于,所述第一弯曲部分和第二管状部在变薄区处彼此隔开。
5.如权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于,第一和第二管状部至少有一个包含另一个弯曲部,可相对于中心部围绕着基本上与第一弯曲部相对的中心部边界弯曲。
6.如权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于,所述各个管状部其垂向硬度高于中心部,当穿着者的脚支撑在衬垫上时可将其脚朝向中心部稳定。
7.如权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于,所述管状壁和中心壁是一体构造件。
8.如权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于,衬垫包含一腹板,其高度低于管状部和中心部,并把管状部和中心部连接起来。
9.如权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于,所述管状部和中心部的构造与尺寸有利于缓冲至少包含一个跖骨末端区域的鞋底区域。
10.一个用于支撑穿着者的脚的鞋底,该鞋底包括:
主鞋底部;和
至少一个与主鞋底部相连的衬垫,该衬垫包括:
中心部,设置在鞋底某一区域中并具有弹性承载的中空壁,所述壁的厚度、材料、中心部边界和形状能提供足够的强度,以缓冲鞋底区域;和
具有弹性承载的第一和第二管状壁的第一和第二管状部,所述管状壁的厚度、材料和形状能提供足够的强度,以缓冲至少部分鞋底区域边界,该第一管状部沿中心部边界的第一部分设置,该第二管状部在第一部分的对面沿中心部边界的第二部分设置,其中第一部分具有第一弯曲部,可沿中心部边界弯曲,以承受穿过第一弯曲部的弯曲。
11.如权利要求10所述的鞋底,其特征在于,鞋底区域包括鞋底的一跖骨末端区域。
12.如权利要求10所述的鞋底,其特征在于,主鞋底区域包括一柔性增加部和一柔性减少部,柔性减少部没有柔性增加部柔软,衬垫设置在柔性增加部。
13.如权利要求12所述的鞋底,其特征在于,柔性增加部限定了通常横向延伸的沟槽,能提高柔性增加部的前部和后部的柔性。
14.如权利要求12所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述衬垫在第三边上两管状部之间有一变薄区,所述变薄区柔性大于管状部,并允许衬垫沿两管状部之间的延线弯曲,该变薄区设置在沟槽附近。
15.如权利要求10所述的鞋底,其中:
至少一个衬垫包括第一和第二衬垫;
该鞋底区域包含彼此相邻的第一和第二鞋底区域,并共同限定一较大鞋底区域;和
上述两衬垫其第一弯曲部彼此相对地设置在较大鞋底区域。
16.如权利要求15所述的鞋底,其特征在于,每个衬垫的第一和第二管状部通常与另一衬垫的第一和第二管状部分别对准。
17.如权利要求15所述的鞋底,其特征在于,较大鞋底区域是鞋底共同的一个跖骨末端区域,它包括鞋底的所有跖骨末端区域。
18.如权利要求10所述的鞋底,其特征在于,衬垫在第一和第二管状部之间包含一变薄区,此变薄区的柔性大于管状部,并允许衬垫沿两管状部之间的延线弯曲。
19.如权利要求10所述的鞋底,其特征在于:
主鞋底部包括一中底层和一外底;和
所述衬垫设置在中底层和外底之间。
20.用于支撑穿着者的脚的鞋底,该鞋底包括:
一个具有前脚区域的主鞋底部;和
一个设置在前脚区域中的中心部是弹性承载的,并具有中心部边界;和
具有弹性承载的第一和第二管状部,该第一管状部沿中心部边界的第一部分设置,该第二管状部在第一部分的对面沿中心部边界的第二部分设置,其中第一部分具有第一弯曲部,可沿中心部边界弯曲,以承受穿过第一弯曲部的弯曲。
21.如权利要求20所述的鞋底,其特征在于,鞋底区域包括一个鞋底的跖骨末端区域。
