Description

监视器和监视器支撑装置
技术领域
本发明涉及监视器(monitor),尤其涉及具有用于显示图像的监视器主体以及支撑所述监视器主体的底座件的监视器。
背景技术
近来,随着计算机系统的广泛应用,对监视器的需求也在快速增长。这样,就提出了各种监视器,其具有适应使用者喜好的功能,从而为使用者带来了便利。
例如,韩国实用新型No.20-279427公开了一种监视器,其具有:底座;直立在所述底座上的支架;结合至监视器后托架且向下延伸的板;与所述支架连接并且设有一对轨道凹槽的引导板;滑动件,具有突起,以啮合轨道凹槽,所述滑动件沿着引导板上下滑动;连接至所述滑动件下部的推动件,其下端具有截面呈半圆形的接收凹槽;以及处于卷起状态的卷式弹簧(rolled spring),其具有连接至所述支架的第一末端以及插入在推动件接收凹槽中的第二末端,并且沿与监视器主体的重力方向相反的方向施加弹力。
具有该结构的传统监视器的操作如下。当使用者想将监视器主体的高度调整至较低的位置时,使用者向下压监视器主体,监视器主体向下移动,克服卷式弹簧的弹力。然后,当处于较低位置处使用者停止压监视器主体时,监视器主体停止移动,在卷式弹簧的弹力作用下监视器主体的重量被平衡。
如上所述,在传统监视器中,监视器主体可以停留在较低的位置上,因为监视器主体的重量与卷式弹簧的弹力彼此平衡。因此,当包装传统监视器时,如果将监视器分开成监视器主体和支架,则由于与卷式弹簧的弹力相平衡的监视器重力不存在了,因此连接至卷式弹簧的滑动件向上滑动。
即使在监视器主体与监视器分离时,当滑动件处于最低位置时监视器占用的体积也为最小。然而,在传统监视器中,当监视器主体与监视器分离时,滑动件向着最高位置滑动,这样包装监视器所需的体积增加。
此外,当运输传统监视器时,如果监视器倾斜至一侧,则在滑动件的滑动方向上,卷式弹簧弹力的矢量大小大于监视器主体重力的矢量大小,这样卷式弹簧的弹力克服监视器主体的重力,并向上移动监视器主体。因此,当监视器倾斜至一侧时,由于监视器主体突然向上移动,因此抓持监视器会不方便。

为了实现本发明的这些和/或其他方面,提供一种监视器,包括:显示图像的监视器主体;底座件;竖立在所述底座件上的支架件;结合至所述支架件以便上下移动的移动件,所述移动件利用与所述监视器主体的重力相平衡的第一力支撑所述监视器主体;移动块,所述移动块具有锁定部分;锁定块,所述锁定块具有设在所述支架件和所述底座件之间的锁定钩,以被锁定至所述移动件的锁定部分和从所述移动件的锁定部分上释放;以及弹性件,用来根据所述移动件上的第二力释放锁定在所述锁定部分上的锁定钩.

如图1和2所示,根据本发明的监视器1具有:显示图画(图像)的监视器主体3;底座件10,其放置在诸如桌子等安装平面80上(见图3A-5),用来支撑监视器主体3;直立在所述底座件10上的支架件30;移动件40,其可移动地连接至支架件30以便上下移动,并且利用与监视器主体3的重力相平衡的力支撑监视器主体3;与移动件40结合并且具有锁定部分61的移动块60;设在支架件30与底座件10之间的底座托架20;以及结合至底座托架20的锁定块50。

片簧70具有预定大小的弹力,该预定大小的弹力小于弹簧件的弹力,不过足以在移动件40利用与监视器主体3的重力相平衡的弹簧件弹力支撑监视器主体3时将锁定钩51从锁定部分61的锁定凹槽63中释放。
当监视器1被安放在诸如桌子等安装平面80上时,片簧70防止锁定钩51钩挂在锁定凹槽63中。
锁定块50具有:锁定钩51,其锁定至移动块60的锁定部分61上:按钮53,其从底座托架20的第一侧面通过按钮通过孔21突出;以及结合突起55,其插入在突起通过孔23中,以连接至底座托架20的第二侧面。
锁定钩51从锁定块50突起,以钩挂至锁定部分61的锁定凹槽63中,锁定钩51的末端向下弯曲。根据一方面,锁定钩51是一对锁定钩51,但可以是单个锁定钩,或可以是三个或更多个。
按钮53从底座托架20向外突出,并通过按钮通过孔21滑动,使用者可以推按按钮53。
结合突起55可滑动地连接至底座托架20,并被插入突起通过孔23中。卷簧57位于底座托架20的突起通过孔23与锁定块50之间的结合突起55上,用来向着底座托架20的第一侧面弹性地偏压锁定块50。根据一方面,卷簧57放置在结合突起55上,但卷簧57可以设在能向着底座托架20的第一侧面偏压锁定块50的任何地方。

通过上述结构,根据本发明的监视器1的锁定钩51锁定至锁定部分61,如下所述。
如图3A至3D所示,当移动块60在使用者向下压监视器主体3(参考图3A)时而向下移动时,移动块60的倾斜部分67接触锁定块50,并向着底座托架20的第二侧面推锁定块50,从而克服卷簧57的弹力(参考图3B)。然后,当锁定钩51与锁定部分61相邻时(参考图3C),锁定钩51在卷簧57的弹力作用下插入在锁定部分61中。这时,虽然锁定块50的锁定钩51插入在移动块60的锁定部分61中,但由于锁定凹槽63内部中的片簧70的弹力作用,锁定钩51不会钩挂至锁定凹槽63中(参考图3D)。

当监视器1安放在诸如桌子等安装平面80上时,锁定钩51插入在移动块60的锁定部分61中,但不钩挂至锁定部分61的锁定凹槽63中,这样,在通过推按按钮53将锁定钩51从锁定部分61上释放后,使用者可以容易地向上移动监视器主体3。

锁定块,所述锁定块具有设在所述支架件和所述底座件之间的锁定钩,以被锁定至所述移动块的锁定部分和从所述移动块的锁定部分上释放;以及
弹性件,用来在所述第一力与所述监视器主体的重力相平衡时将所述锁定钩从所述锁定部分上释放。
