本发明涉及利用通信终端执行的数据通信。
背景技术
带浏览功能的移动电话正在被广泛使用。使用这种电话可以使用户访问因特网上的内容服务器,查看服务器上的内容并将它们下载到电话上。这种移动电话符合采用W-CDMA(宽带码分多址)或CDMA-2000(码分多址2000)系统的3G(第3代)系统,或采用PDC(个人数字蜂窝)系统的2G(2代)系统。利用3G系统执行的数据通信比2G系统的快。假设移动电话(以下称为通信终端)根据特定终端采用的通信系统提供不同的传输速率,如果以与一种特定通信终端最合适的传输速率执行通信,那么很可能对另一种通信终端的数据传输效率会打折扣。
JP 2000-278320提出了一种解决这个问题的系统。利用这种系统,接收从发射机设备发送的数据的通信终端可以执行操作,从而保证可以在恰当的模式下执行数据通信。具体地说,通过利用这种系统,通信终端可以测量从向发射机设备发送请求开始通信的通信消息(Syn包)到接收到应答消息(SynAck包)的往返时间。接收数据的通信终端接下来估算发射机设备之间通信路径中的可用通信带宽,并且根据所做的确定为象浏览器这样的通信应用实施合适的操作模式。另外,通信终端从通信路径上的路由器获得数据在路由器之间传输的传送时间,并通知位于确定的操作模式的链路每一端的中继设备,链路上的上载传输速率和下载传输速率之间存在着很大差别。因此,中继设备可以设置最适合操作模式的通信参数。
然而,JP 2000-278320中揭示的技术不一定有效,特别是当应用到象具有通信状态通常不稳定的无线区的移动通信网络这样的通信环境中时不一定有效。换句话说,所测量的从第一个Syn包发送到Syn包接收的往返时间不能作为确定最佳操作模式的依据。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题,其目的是提供一种能够使发射机设备根据通信条件执行最佳数据传输的系统,该系统应用在任何通信环境中都是可靠和有效的。
在一个方面中,本发明提供的发射机设备包括:发送数据存储装置,用来存储发送数据;控制参数存储装置,用来存储符合适合数据传输的通信条件的控制参数,控制参数定义了当在通信条件下通过通信网向接收通信终端发送传输数据时要执行的窗口控制模式;第一检测装置,用来检测在数据传输初始化之前要发送传输数据的数据传输的通信条件;传输装置,用来通过通信网向接收通信终端发送该传输数据;以及传输控制装置,用来控制传输装置,以根据第一检测装置检测到的通信条件识别的控制参数和控制参数存储装置中的存储内容定义的模式执行窗口控制。
在另一个方面中,本发明提供的中继设备,包括:第一控制参数存储装置,用来存储符合适合数据传输的控制参数的,控制参数定义了当在通信条件下通过通信网向接收通信终端发送传输数据时要执行的窗口控制模式;检测装置,用来检测要发送的传输数据的数据传输通信条件;识别装置,用来根据检测装置检测到的通信条件和第一控制参数存储装置中的存储内容识别控制参数;传送装置,用来将从发射机设备发送的传输数据传送到接收通信终端;以及控制装置,用来控制发射机设备或传送装置以由识别装置识别的控制参数定义的模式发送传输数据。
控制参数是影响传输数据发送到接收通信终端的传输速率的数据。通信条件由,例如,接收通信终端的类型、数据传输量等决定。
在再一个方面中,本发明提供一种使通用计算机设备执行由发射机设备或中继设备所执行的处理的程序产品,以及存储该程序的计算机设备可读记录介质。
根据本发明,可以以最适合能适应任何类型通信网的传输条件的模式下有效地执行数据传输。

A:第一实施例
A-1:通信系统的配置
图1显示了本发明第一实施例的配置实例的示意图。通信终端10A和10B是分别采用不同通信系统的移动电话,每个都配备了浏览器功能。具体地说,通信终端10A是W-CDMA系统的移动电话;而通信终端10B是PDC系统的移动电话。以下,除非另有声明,否则通信终端10A和10B被统称为通信终端10。虽然图1中只给出了一个W-CDMA系统的移动电话(即,通信终端10A)和一个PDC系统的移动电话(即,通信终端10B),但现实中可以有许多W-CDMA系统的移动电话和许多PDC系统的移动电话。图1中所示的每个移动电话都分配了唯一的通信地址(如,IP地址),这样分配给W-CDMA系统下的移动电话的通信地址的范围不会与分配给PDC系统下的移动电话的通信地址的范围重叠。具体地说,分配给W-CDMA系统下的移动电话的通信地址范围是“192.1.1.1-192.1.1.255”;而分配给PDC系统下的移动电话的通信地址范围是“192.1.2.1-192.1.2.255”。在本实施例中,通信终端10是采用W-CDMA系统或PDC系统并且具有浏览器功能的移动电话,但也可以是其它配备了浏览器功能的PHS(个人手持电话系统),PDA(个人数字助理),或移动个人计算机(以下称为PC)。

图1中所示的中继设备30是,例如,网关设备,它连接到无线通信网20A和20B,以及因特网40。中继设备30配备了将无线通信网20A和20B的通信协议转换为因特网40采用的通信协议,并且将因特网40采用的通信协议转换为无线通信网20A和20B的通信协议的功能。中继设备30对由通信网20A提供服务的无线通信终端10A或由通信网20B提供服务的无线通信终端10B与连接到因特网40的发射机设备50之间交换的数据提供转接。
发射机设备50存储可以通过因特网40下载到通信终端上的,例如,HTML格式的数据或内容,它能够根据预定的通信协议,如TCP(传输控制协议)向下载终端发送内容。用这种方式将内容下载到下载终端的过程中,由于执行了窗口控制,因此当数据传输量逐渐增加时可以避免相应终端之间通信路径的拥塞。当发射机设备50接收到设备中存储的请求发送内容的通信消息(以下称作内容发送请求)时,它将内容分割为预定大小的数据单元,从而生成具有被分割单元和表示被分割单元初始发送顺序的以字节为单位的序号的数据块(以下称作段)。发射机设备50从具有最近序号的段,即最小序号的段开始按升序顺序发送预定数量的段(以下称作拥塞窗口大小)。随后,发射机设备50根据预定算法,例如慢起始算法,在每次收到具有写入了下一个要发送的段的序列号的通信消息(以下称作确认)时增加拥塞窗口的大小,以便发送当前拥塞窗口大小所定义的数量的段。慢起始算法是一种使发射机设备50在每次接收到确认后按指数增加拥塞窗口大小的算法。发射机设备50一次发送的段的数量(以下称作传输窗口大小)可以是,例如,确认中写入的拥塞窗口大小或广告窗口大小中较小的一个。然而,为了便于描述,以下假设广告窗口大小的值远远超过拥塞窗口大小的值,因此传输窗口大小总是与拥塞窗口大小一致。
发射机设备50与那些利用窗口控制发送内容的常规发射机设备的不同之处在于,发射机设备50根据请求中包含的数据信息识别发送内容发送请求的通信终端10的型号,然后根据识别出的型号确定拥塞窗口大小的初始值(以下称作初始窗口大小),从而在合适的初始窗口大小中执行窗口控制。具体地说,当发送内容发送请求的发射机是通信终端10A时,发射机设备50设置对应6个分段的值作为初始窗口大小;而当发射机是通信终端10B时,设置对应3个分段的值作为初始窗口大小。这样,发射机设备50能够根据内容被发送到的通信终端的型号来改变影响传输速率的初始窗口大小,使得向通信终端10A发送内容的传输速率比向通信终端10B发送内容的传输速率快。下面将集中描述作为图1所示的通信系统的特定特征的例子的发射机设备50。
A-2:发射机设备50的配置
首先参考图2描述发射机设备50的配置。图2显示了发射机设备50的硬件配置实例的示意图。如该图所示,发射机设备50包括控制单元100、通信接口(以下称作通信IF)单元110、存储单元120、和转接在每个设备元件之间交换的数据的总线130。
控制单元100是,例如,CPU(中央处理单元),它通过读取和执行存储单元120中存储的软件来控制发射机设备50的每个单元。通信IF单元110连接到因特网40,接收通过因特网40发送的数据,将数据传递到控制单元100,然后向因特网40发送从控制单元100接收的数据。
如图2所示,存储单元120包括易失性存储单元120a和非易失性存储单元120b。易失性存储单元120a包括,例如,RAM(随机存取存储器),它被用作根据所执行和运行的软件操作的控制单元100的工作区。另一方面,非易失性存储单元120b是硬盘,它存储内容和图3中所示的控制参数管理表。如图3所示,控制参数管理表中存储的是用来唯一标识与表示当向通信终端10发送内容时要执行的窗口控制模式的控制参数(在本实施例中是初始窗口大小)有关的通信终端10型号的类型标识符(在本实施例中是分配给每个通信终端10的通信地址)。例如,在图3所示的控制参数管理表中,当段的目的地是通信终端10A时,初始窗口大小设置为“6”,而当段的目的地是通信终端10B时设置为“3”。后面会更详细地描述控制参数管理表被用来为段要发送到的每种类型的通信终端10识别合适的初始窗口大小。
除了上述内容和控制参数管理表外,非易失性存储单元120b中还存储操作系统(以下称作OS)软件、段传输软件、和其它软件。OS软件使控制单元100执行特定功能,而段传输软件在OS的控制下执行窗口控制并且使控制单元100执行利用窗口控制发送段的段传输过程。
当执行和运行非易失性存储单元120b中存储的软件时,控制单元100执行下列功能。
当打开发射机设备50后,控制单元100首先执行和运行来自非易失性存储单元120b的软件。在OS软件下运行的控制单元100具有控制发射机设备50的每个单元,以及读取并执行来自非易失性存储单元120b其它软件的功能。当OS软件执行完毕后,在OS下运行的控制单元100立即执行和运行来自上述提到的非易失性存储单元120b中的段传输软件。
在段传输软件下运行的控制单元100具有下面三个功能。第一个功能是利用通信IF单元110a接收通过因特网40发送的内容发送请求的接收功能。第二个功能是根据接收功能接收到的详细的内容发送请求和详细的控制参数管理表,当向已经发送该内容发送请求的通信终端发送段时要执行的识别窗口控制模式的识别功能。第三个功能是将非易失性存储单元120b中存储的内容分割为预定大小的数据单元,然后在识别功能识别出的模式下执行窗口控制时发送段的传输功能。具体地说,识别功能识别控制参数,控制参数管理表中存储的识别出的控制参数符合与接收功能接收到的内容发送请求中包含的类型标识符(分配给已经发送内容发送请求的通信终端的通信地址,以下称作发射机地址)相同的类型标识符。在本实施例中,控制参数显示了由识别功能识别的用于发送内容的初始窗口大小,然后按所识别的窗口大小启动窗口控制。
如上所述,发射机设备50的硬件配置与通用计算机设备的配置相同,并且发射机设备50通过使控制单元100执行存储单元120中存储的软件,使本发明的发射机设备具备了特殊功能。虽然本实施例中是使用软件模块来实现本发明发射机设备的特殊功能,也可以使用与软件模块具有相同功能的硬件模块作为替代来配置发射机设备50。
A-3发射机设备50的操作
现在参考附图描述发射机设备50执行的操作,特别是显示发射机设备50的特征的操作。在该实例中,假设发射机设备50的控制单元100根据段传输软件进行操作,并且等待接收从通信终端10发送的内容发送请求。
通信终端10的用户通过正确地操作设置在操作单元(未示出)上的操作符启动终端10的浏览器功能,指导终端10下载发射机设备50中存储的内容(例如,输入内容的URL)。当执行这种操作后,通信终端10生成了向发射机设备50请求发送内容的内容发送请求。内容发送请求包含用来唯一识别发送内容发送请求的发射机的发射机地址(分配给通信终端10的通信地址)。
从通信终端10发送的内容发送请求首先通过无线通信网20、中继设备30,然后是因特网40到达发射机设备50。
下面参考图4描述当发射机设备50接收内容发送请求时,它的控制单元100执行的操作。
图4显示了发射机设备50的控制单元100根据段传输软件执行段传输过程的流程图。如图4所示,当通信IF单元110接收到内容发送请求后(步骤SA1),控制单元100解释内容发送请求以获得内容发送请求中包含的类型标识符(步骤SA2)。具体地说,控制单元100获得在步骤SA1中接收到的内容发送请求中包含的发射机地址作为类型标识符。例如,在内容发送请求的发射机是通信终端10A的情况下,获得分配给通信终端10A的通信地址作为类型标识符,而在内容发送请求的发射机是通信终端10B的情况下,获得分配给通信终端10B的通信地址作为类型标识符。
然后,控制单元100根据在步骤SA2中获得的类型标识符和详细的控制参数管理表(参见图3)识别表示当向由类型标识符标识的通信终端类型发送内容时要执行的窗口控制模式的控制参数(本实施例中的初始窗口大小)(步骤SA3)。具体地说,在步骤SA2标识的类型标识符是“192.1.1.1-192.1.1.255”中包含的通信地址的情况下,控制单元100将初始窗口大小的值标识为“6”。另一方面,在步骤SA2标识的类型标识符是“192.1.2.1-192.1.2.255”中包含的通信地址的情况下,控制单元100将初始窗口大小的值标识为“3”。
然后,控制单元100按步骤SA3中识别出的控制参数指定的模式执行窗口控制,从而发送内容(步骤SA4)。具体地说,控制单元100通过将非易失性存储单元120b中存储的内容分割为预定大小的数据单元来生成段,从所生成的段的最近段号开始,发送由在步骤SA3中识别出的初始窗口大小标识的数量的段。此后,控制单元100通过执行窗口控制来发送段,如根据预定算法,例如,慢起始算法,每当在通信终端10接收到确认时增加拥塞窗口大小。例如,当内容被发送到通信终端10A时,初始发送6个段,每当从通信终端10A接收到确认时,按指数增加发送的段数。在内容被发送到通信终端10B的情况下,初始发送3个段,每当从通信终端10B接收到确认时,按指数增加发送的段数。
如上所述,根据本实施例,可以通过利用适合对应通信终端(通信终端10A或10B)型号的初始窗口大小,通过执行窗口控制来发送内容。在内容的目的地是通信终端10A时识别出的初始窗口大小比在内容的目的地是通信终端10B时识别出的初始窗口大小大;即,向通信终端10A发送内容的传输速率可以被设置得比向通信终端10B发送内容的传输速率快。这样,根据本实施例,可以利用适合目的地通信终端的型号的传输速率发送内容。另外,由于通信终端型号被用作决定合适的传输速率的基础,因此即使在具有通信状态不稳定的无线区的移动通信网中也能够可靠地选择最适宜的传输速率。
B:第二实施例
接下来描述根据本发明第二实施例的通信系统。
B-1:通信系统的配置
图5显示了根据本发明第二实施例的通信系统实例的示意图。图5中所示的通信系统与图1中所示的通信系统的不同之处在于用中继设备230代替了中继设备30,而用发射机设备250代替了发射机设备50。
发射机设备250与发射机设备50的不同之处在于设备250通过根据接收到的内容发送请求中写入的控制参数执行窗口控制来发送内容。
中继设备230与中继设备30的不同之处在于,当从通信终端10发送的内容发送请求被改道到发射机设备250时,中继设备230在请求被发送前在请求中写入表示与发射机设备250一致的窗口控制模式的控制参数。下面将集中描述具有本实施例特征的中继设备230。
B-2:中继设备230的配置
图6显示了中继设备230的配置实例的示意图图。如图所示,中继设备230的配置与发射机设备50(参见图2)的配置的不同之处在于第一通信IF单元110a、第二通信IF单元110b和第三通信IF单元110c代替了通信IF单元110。
第一通信IF单元110a连接到无线通信网20A,接收通过无线通信网20A发送的数据,将数据传递到控制单元100,并且将从控制单元100接收到数据发送到无线通信网20A。第二通信IF单元110b连接到无线通信网20B,接收通过无线通信网20B发送的数据,将数据传递到控制单元100,并且将从控制单元100接收到数据发送到无线通信网20B。第三通信IF单元110c连接到因特网40,接收通过无线通信网20B发送的数据,将数据传递到控制单元100,并且将从控制单元100接收到数据发送到因特网40。在本实施例中,提供了分开的硬件设备:通过无线通信网20A执行通信的通信IF;通过无线通信网20B执行通信的通信IF;以及通过因特网40执行通信的通信IF,但是也可以提供具有上述通信IF组合功能的一个单独的硬件设备来代替。
中继设备230的非易失性存储单元120b中存储的数据与发射机设备50的非易失性存储单元120b中存储的数据的不同之处有下面两点。第一,由于中继设备230只用于将发射机设备250发送的内容传送到通信终端10,因此不需要存储任何内容,所以中继设备230的非易失性存储单元120b中不存储内容。第二,存储中继软件,而不是段传输软件,中继软件使得控制单元100执行图7中所示的中继过程。
下面描述当执行非易失性存储单元120b中存储的软件时提供给控制单元100的功能。当打开中继设备230后,控制单元100执行并运行来自非易失性存储单元120b的OS软件。提供给在OS软件下运行的控制单元100的功能与提供发射机设备50的控制单元100的功能相同。当OS软件执行完毕后,在OS下运行的控制单元100立即执行来自非易失性存储单元120b的中继软件。根据中继软件操作的控制单元100给出下列三个功能。
第一个功能是借助第一通信IF单元110a或第二通信IF单元110b通过无线通信网20接收内容发送请求的功能。第二个功能是根据上述接收功能接收到的内容发送请求的详细资料和控制参数管理表(参见图3)中存储的数据的详细资料来识别要通知发射机设备250的控制参数的功能。第三个功能是接收通过第三通信IF单元110c从发射机设备250发送的段并且将接收到的段通过第一通信IF单元110a或第二通信IF单元110b传送到目的地通信终端10时,在内容发送请求中写入由识别功能识别的控制参数后通过第三通信IF单元110c向发射机设备250传送内容发送请求的功能。如上所述,控制参数管理表中存储的控制参数表示初始窗口的大小。在本实施例中,由识别功能确定在向通信终端10发送内容时发射机设备250要执行的窗口控制的初始窗口大小,并且包含所识别初始窗口大小的内容发送请求被传送到发射机设备250。
如上所述,中继设备230的硬件配置与通用计算机设备的相同。控制单元100执行存储单元120中存储的软件,从而赋予了通用计算机设备本实施例的中继设备的特定功能。在本实施例中,利用软件模块来实现上述功能,也可以用提供了与软件模块相同功能的硬件模块来代替。
B-3:中继设备230的操作
现在描述中继设备230执行的操作。图7显示了在根据中继软件操作的控制单元100所执行的中继过程的流程图。图7所示的中继过程与图4所示的段发送过程的不同之处在于用步骤SB4取代了步骤SA4。在步骤SB4中,控制单元100在步骤SA1中接收到的内容发送请求中写入在步骤SA3中识别出的控制参数(本实施例中的初始窗口大小)以便传送到发射机设备250。
这样,所传送的内容发送请求通过因特网40到达发射机设备250。发射机设备250以内容发送请求中包含的控制参数指定的模式执行窗口控制,以便发送包含内容分割部分的段。具体地说,当内容发送到通信终端10A时,那么发射机设备250通过初始窗口大小设置为“6”来执行窗口控制,当内容发送到通信终端10B时,那么在执行窗口控制时将初始窗口大小设置为“3”。此后,当中继设备230的控制单元100接收到发射机设备250发送的段后,将段传送到目标通信终端10,并向发射机设备250传送从通信终端10发送的确认。于是,利用本实施例的中继设备230可以获得与第一实施例相同的效果。
C:第三实施例
现在参考附图描述根据第三实施例的通信系统。
C-1:通信系统的配置
图8显示了根据本发明第三实施例的通信系统实例的示意图。图8中所示的通信系统与图1中所示的不同之处在于用发射机设备350A和350B取代了发射机设备50,发射机设备350A和350B各通过中继设备330连接到因特网40。
发射机设备350A和350B各存储相同的内容,并且具有通过按不同模式执行窗口控制来发送内容的功能。具体地说,发射机设备350A总是将初始窗口大小设置为“6”来执行窗口控制,而发射机设备350B总是将初始窗口大小设置为“3”。就是说,发射机设备350A和350B是只在预定模式下执行窗口控制的常规发射机设备。因此这里省略了对发射机设备350A和350B的详细描述。下面,除非另有声明,发射机350A和350B被统称为“发射机设备350”。
图8所示的中继设备330是,例如,负载分配单元,具有向发射机设备350A或350B发送通过因特网40接收到的内容发送请求以便分配数据传输负载的功能。中继设备330与常规负载分配单元的不同之处在于,设备330根据发射机通信终端10的型号识别发射机设备350,以执行适合已经发送内容发送请求的通信终端10的窗口控制,然后向识别出的发射机设备350发送内容发送请求。现在参考本实施例的特征详细描述中继设备330。
C-2:中继设备330的配置
除了下列四点,中继设备330的配置与中继设备230的配置相同。即,第一通信IF单元110a连接到发射机设备350A;第二通信IF单元110b连接到发射机设备350B;图9中所示的发射机管理表存储在非易失性存储单元120b中;使控制单元100执行图10的中继过程,而不是图7的中继过程,的中继软件存储在非易失性存储单元120b。在发射机管理表中,对应每个发射机设备350预定的控制参数,存储用来唯一标识发射机设备350A和350B(例如,分配给发射机设备350的通信地址)的发射机标识符。
控制单元100通过执行和运行中继软件具有下面三个功能。第一个功能是借助第三通信IF单元110c接收通过因特网40发送的内容发送请求的功能。第二个功能是根据接收功能接收到的内容发送请求的详细资料和控制参数管理表(参见图3)中存储的数据的详细资料,识别表示当向通信终端10发送内容时要发送的窗口控制模式的控制参数,还根据识别出的控制参数和发射机管理表中存储的详细数据识别该由哪个发射机设备350向通信终端10发送内容的功能。第三个功能是向由识别功能识别出的发射机设备350传送由接收功能接收到的内容发送请求,并且接收从发射机设备350发送的段,再将段传送到目标通信终端10的功能。
C-3:中继设备330的操作
现在描述中继设备330的操作。图10显示了由根据中继软件操作的控制单元100所执行的中继过程的流程图。图10中所示的中继过程与图4中所示的段传输过程的不同之处在于用步骤SC4和SC5取代了步骤SA4。
在步骤SC4中,控制单元100根据步骤SA3中识别出的控制参数(本实施例中的初始窗口大小)和发射机管理表中存储的数据的详细资料,标识该由哪个发射机设备350向已经发送在步骤SA1中接收到的内容发送请求的通信终端10发送内容。具体地说,控制单元100获得与步骤SA3识别出的控制参数相同的控制参数相对应存储的发射机标识符,从而识别应该向目标通信终端10发送内容的发射机设备50。例如,在发送内容发送请求的发射机是通信终端10A的情况下,在步骤SA3中识别出“6”作为控制参数的值;而在步骤SC4中,识别出发射机设备350A作为应该向通信终端10A发送内容的发射机设备。
在紧接步骤SC4的步骤SC5中,控制单元100向步骤SC4中识别出的发射机设备传送在步骤SA1接收到的内容发送请求。此后,当中继设备330的控制单元100接收到从发射机设备350发送的段后,将段传送给目标通信终端10,而中继设备330将从通信终端10发送的确认传送给发射机设备350。如上所述,利用根据本实施例的中继设备330可以获得和第一个
实施例相同的效果。
D:第四实施例
现在参考附图描述根据第四实施例的通信系统。
D-1:通信系统的配置
图11显示了根据本发明第四实施例的通信系统实例的示意图。图11中所示的通信系统与图1中的不同之处在于用中继设备430取代了中继设备30,而用发射机设备350A取代了发射机设备50。
中继设备430与中继设备30的不同之处在于,当向通信终端10传送从发射机设备350A发送的段时,中继设备430在按适合目的地通信终端10的型号的模式执行窗口控制时传送段。下面集中描述具有本实施例特征的中继设备430。
D-2:中继设备430的配置
中继设备430的配置与中继设备230的配置除了在非易失性存储单元120b中存储的是使控制单元100执行如图12所示的中继过程的中继软件,而不是用来使控制单元100执行图7所示中继过程的中继软件外,其它配置相同。由于非易失性存储单元120b中存储的中继软件不同,因此中继设备430的控制单元100具备的功能与中继设备230的控制单元100具备的功能不同。
具体地说,中继设备430的控制单元100具备下面三个功能。第一个功能是接收通过因特网40发送的段的功能。第二个功能是根据接收功能接收到的段的详细资料来识别接收段的通信终端的型号,并且根据识别出的通信终端10的型号和控制参数管理表(参见图3)中存储的数据的详细资料识别表示在发送段时要执行的窗口控制的模式的控制参数的功能。第三个功能是通过以由识别功能识别出的控制参数中指定的模式下执行窗口控制来向目的地通信终端10传送段的功能。如上所述,控制参数管理表中存储的控制参数表示了初始窗口大小。这样,在本实施例中,由识别功能确定用于传送内容的初始窗口大小,并且利用确定的初始窗口大小作为传送内容的窗口大小的初始值来执行窗口控制。
D-3:中继设备430的操作
接下来描述中继设备430执行的操作。图12显示由运行中继软件的控制单元100执行的中继过程的流程图。如图12所示,当中继设备430的控制单元100通过第三通信IF单元110c接收到段时(步骤SD1),翻译段的详细内容并且识别要接收段的通信终端10的型号(步骤SD2)。具体地说,控制单元100获得在步骤SD1接收到的段中包含的目标地址作为类型标识符,从而识别要接收段的通信终端的型号。
控制单元100接下来根据步骤SD2中的识别结果和控制参数管理表(参见图3)中存储的数据的详细资料,识别表示当传送内容(本实施例中的初始窗口大小)时要执行的窗口控制模式的控制参数(步骤SD3)。具体地说,当在步骤SD2中识别出段的目的地是通信终端10A时,控制单元100标识初始窗口大小为“6”。相反,当识别出段的目的地是通信终端10B时,控制单元100标识初始窗口大小为“3”。然后控制单元100在利用步骤SD3中识别出的初始窗口大小执行窗口控制时,传送在步骤SD1接收到的段(步骤SD4)。如上所述,使用本实施例的中继设备430可以根据段要发送到的通信终端按初始窗口大小,即传输速率,来传送段。
在本实施例中,步骤SD1中接收到的段按步骤SD4中那样传送。但是,所接收的段可以临时存储在用来存储步骤SD1中所接收段的易失性存储单元120a(或非易失性存储单元120b)提供的存储区域(以下称作高速缓冲区),使得可以在SD4中传送段。用这种方法,即使当无线通信网20的传输速率与因特网40上可用的不同(例如比它慢)时,中继设备430可以调整两个网络之间传输速率的差异。这样,即使当前面的比后面的慢,也可以根据传输速率调整流入无线通信网20的段的数量,从而避免无线通信网20可能的拥塞。
在本实施例中,用从发射机设备350A发送的段中包含的目的地址作为识别在向指定接收段的通信终端10传送段中要执行的窗口控制的初始窗口大小的依据。然而,也可以在接收从通信终端10接收内的容发送请求时识别向通信终端10传送包含内容的分割部分的段时要使用的初始窗口大小。具体地说,控制单元100执行下列操作。当接收到内容发送请求后,内容发送请求中包含的发射机地址被标识为类型标识符,然后为向通信终端10传送段中执行的窗口控制识别初始窗口大小。然后识别出的初始窗口大小存储在与发射机地址和内容发送请求中包含的目的地址相对应的存储单元120中。此后,当中继设备430接收到从存储的目的地址识别出的发射机设备发送的、并且还要指定给由存储的发射机地址识别的通信终端的段时,与发射机地址和将段发送到它的目的地的目的地址一致的存储单元120中存储的初始窗口大小执行窗口控制。用这种方法,根据从通信终端10发送的内容发送请求的详细资料,可以识别当发送包含内容的分割部分的段时用于窗口控制的初始窗口大小。
E:第五实施例
E-1:通信系统的配置
图13显示了根据本发明第五实施例的通信系统配置实例的示意图。通信终端80是采用W-CDMA系统并且具有浏览器功能的移动电话。作为替换,通信终端80可以用采用PDC系统的移动电话、PHS、PDA或移动PC等,只要其具有浏览器功能的。实际上可以有很多通信终端80,但图中只显示了一个。
无线通信网820是W-CDMA系统的无线通信网,它为位于所覆盖的服务区内的W-CDMA系统的移动电话提供无线通信服务。
中继设备830是,例如,网关设备,它连接到无线通信网820和因特网840。中继设备830具有将无线通信网820中使用的通信协议转换成因特网840协议,和将因特网840协议转换成无线通信网820中使用的通信协议的功能。中继设备830对由无线通信网820提供服务的通信终端80与连接到因特网840的发射机设备850之间交换的数据提供转接。
发射机设备850存储通过因特网840传输的内容(例如,HTML的文本数据)。当发射机设备850执行窗口控制时可以根据预定的通信协议,如TCP(传输控制协议)发送内容,并且逐渐增加传输的数据量从而避免了相应终端之间通信路径的拥塞。具体地说,当发射机设备850接收到请求内容发送的内容发送请求时,首先将内容分割成预定大小的数据单元,并且生成包含内容的分割部分和用来标识特定的分割部分的序号的段。然后,发射机设备850从最近的序号开始顺序发送由拥塞窗口大小定义的预定数量的段。此后,发射机设备850根据如慢启动算法这样的算法,在每次接收到对所发送段的确认时增加拥塞窗口大小,以便发送后续段。正如前面的实施例,假设广告窗口大小具有足够大的值使得传输窗口大小总是对应拥塞窗口大小。
发射机设备850与通过执行窗口控制来传输内容的常规发射机设备不同。即,执行窗口控制使得根据要发送到发送内容发送请求的通信终端80的内容的数据量来改变拥塞窗口大小的初始窗口大小。具体地说,如果内容的数据量大于等于50k字节(1k字节=1024字节),那么发射机设备850将初始窗口大小的值设置为对应三个段。如果内容的数据量小于50k字节,那么初始窗口大小的值设置为对应十个段。因此,在本实施例中,如果内容的数据量很少,那么发射机设备850只利用几个发送操作就可以完成内容的发送。下面参考图13的通信系统的特定特征集中描述发射机设备850。
E-2:发射机设备850的配置
首先参考图14描述发射机设备850的配置。图14显示了发射机设备850的硬件配置实例的示意图。如图所示,发射机设备850包括控制单元100、通信接口IF单元110、存储单元120、和为设备850的每个单元之间交换的数据提供转接的总线130。
控制单元100是,例如,CPU。控制单元100通过读取、执行和运行存储单元120中存储的软件来控制发射机设备850的每个单元。通信IF单元110连接到因特网840;通信IF单元110接收通过因特网840发送的数据,将数据传递到控制单元100,然后将从控制单元100接收的数据发送到因特网840。
如图14所示,存储单元120包括易失性存储单元120a和非易失性存储单元120b。易失性存储单元120a是,例如,RAM,作为运行软件的控制单元100的工作区。非易失性存储单元120b是,例如,硬盘,它存储内容,和图15中所示的控制参数管理表。如图15所示,控制参数管理表存储表示在发送内容时要执行的窗口控制模式的控制参数(在本实施例是初始窗口大小),它对应要发送到内容传输请求发射机的内容的数据量。例如,在图15所示的控制参数管理表中,当要发送的内容的数据量等于或大于50k字节时,初始窗口大小设置为“3”,而当要发送的内容的数据量小于50k字节时,初始窗口大小设置为“10”。后面会更详细地描述控制单元100利用控制参数管理表确定适合要发送的内容数据量的初始窗口大小。
除了内容和控制参数管理表外,非易失性存储单元120b中还存储象OS软件、段传输软件等之类的软件。控制单元100运行OS软件以便提供OS的特定功能,而控制单元100在OS的控制下执行段传输软件,以便在执行窗口控制时执行发送段的段发送过程。
下面描述当运行段传输软件时提供给控制单元100的功能。当发射机设备850接通电源后,控制单元100首先执行并运行来自非易失性存储单元120b中的OS软件。在OS软件功能下运行的控制单元100控制发射机设备850的每个单元并且从非易失性存储单元120b读取和执行其它软件。当OS软件执行完毕后,正在运行OS软件的控制单元100立即执行并运行非易失性存储单元120b上的段传输软件。
向根据段传输软件操作的控制单元100提供下列三个功能。第一个功能是借助通信IF单元110接收通过因特网840发送的内容发送请求的功能。第二个功能是根据接收功能接收的内容发送请求要请求发送的内容的数据量和控制参数管理表中存储的数据的详细资料,识别当向已经发送请求的通信终端发送内容时要执行的窗口控制的模式的功能。第三个功能是将非易失性存储单元120b中存储的内容分割成预定大小的数据单元来生成段,并且当在识别功能识别出的模式下执行窗口控制时发送所生成的段的功能。由识别功能识别的控制参数是根据本实施例的初始窗口大小;即,根据要发送到通信终端80的内容的数据量以初始窗口大小开始窗口控制。
如上所述,发射机设备850的硬件配置与通用计算机设备的相同,通过使控制单元100执行存储单元120中存储的各种软件,通用计算机设备被赋予了本发明发射机设备的特定功能。在本实施例中是利用软件模块实现本发明中发射机设备的特定功能的,但是如果硬件模块能提供与软件模块相同的功能,那么也可以用硬件模块来配置发射机设备850。
E-3:发射机设备850的操作
现在参考附图描述发射机设备850的操作,特别是集中在表示设备850的特征的操作。在这个例子中,发射机设备850的控制单元100根据段传输软件进行操作,并且等待接收从通信终端80发送的内容发送请求。
通信终端80的用户操作设置有适合启动浏览器功能的操作单元(未示出)的操作符,从而给出获得发射机设备850中存储内容的指令(例如,输入内容的URL)。当在通信终端80执行这个操作时,通信终端80生成请求内容发送的内容发送请求,发送给发射机设备850。
从通信终端80发送的内容发送请求通过无线通信网820、中继设备830然后是因特网840到达发射机设备850。下面参考图16描述当接收内容发送请求时由发射机设备850的控制单元100执行的操作。
图16显示了发射机设备850的控制单元100根据段传输软件执行段传输过程的流程图。如图16所示,当控制单元100通过通信IF单元110接收到内容发送请求时(步骤SE1),翻译内容发送请求以识别内容发送请求所请求发送的内容的数据量(步骤SE2)。具体地说,控制单元100从非易失性存储单元120b中读取步骤SE1中接收的内容发送请求中包含的URL指定的内容以扩充易失性存储单元120a中的内容,并且执行计算来识别扩充的内容的数据量。虽然在本实施例中是通过计算易失性存储单元120a中扩充的内容的数据量来识别内容的数据量,但是也可以用由OS管理的目录信息等来识别内容的数据量,其中目录信息是显示非易失性存储单元120b中提供的文件系统的层次结构的数据和显示属于每层结构的文件的数据量等的数据。
然后,控制单元100根据步骤SE2中识别出的数据量和控制参数管理表(参见图15)中存储的数据的详细资料来识别表示在发送内容时要执行的窗口控制模式的控制参数(本实施例的初始窗口大小)(步骤SE3)。在步骤SE2中识别出的数据量等于或大于50k字节的情况下,控制单元100则将初始窗口大小的值标识为“3”;而在步骤SE2中识别出的数据量小于50k字节的情况下,控制单元100则将初始窗口大小值标识为“10”。
然后控制单元100通过在由步骤SE3中识别的控制参数指定的模式下执行窗口控制来发送内容(步骤SE4)。具体地说,控制单元100将步骤SE1在易失性存储单元120a中扩充的内容分割为预定大小的数据单元以生成段,然后从最近的段开始按由在步骤SE3中识别的控制参数指定的初始窗口大小定义的数量发送这些段。此后,控制单元100执行窗口控制以发送该内容,以致每当接收到从通信终端80发送的确认时根据诸如慢启动算法之类的预定算法增加拥塞窗口大小。
例如,如果假设内容被分割为1k字节大小的预定数据大小,并且内容的数据大小是9k字节,那么在步骤SE3中识别出的初始窗口大小就是对应10段数据量的值,即,10k字节。由于假设的内容的数据量是9k字节,因此在传输前内容被分为9段(每段包含的头部数据量没有算)。由于初始窗口大小被设置为对应10段的值,因此在一次传输操作中发送对应内容的所有9个段。相反,在常规的窗口控制中,由于初始窗口大小的缺省值是3,并且先发送对应于内容的9个段中的前3个段,剩下的6个段在接收到对所发送段的确认后才发送。就是说,在使用常规的窗口控制时需要执行两次传输操作。这样,根据本实施例,当向通信终端发送内容时,如果发送内容的数据量小于预定值,则只需一次传输操作。
如上所述,根据本实施例,可以这样执行窗口控制使得初始窗口大小的设置符合要发送到通信终端80的内容的数据量。另外,由于用发送到通信终端80的数据量作为选择合适的传输速率的依据,因此即使在具有通信状态不稳定的无线区的移动通信网中也可以可靠地选择最佳的传输速率。
F:第六实施例
接下来参考附图描述根据本发明第六实施例的通信系统。
F-1:通信系统的配置
图17是根据本发明第六实施例的通信系统的实例。图17中所示的通信系统与图13中所示的通信系统不同;用中继设备930取代了中继设备830,而用发射机设备950取代了发射机设备850。
发射机设备950与发射机设备850的不同之处在于发射机950在接收内容发送请求时通过在预定模式下(例如,预定初始窗口大小)执行窗口控制来发送内容。就是说,发射机设备950是通过执行窗口控制来发送内容的常规发射机设备。因此在此省略对发射机设备950的详细描述。
中继设备930与中继设备830的不同之处在于,当中继设备930接收到从发射机设备950发送的段后(即,包含要发送到通信终端80的内容各分割部分的段),根据写入段的预定区域(例如,“内容长度(Content-Length)”)的数据来识别内容的数据大小,并且以对应于所识别的数据大小的模式执行窗口控制,将段发送给通信终端80。下面将集中描述具有本发明的特定特征的中继设备930。
F-2:中继设备930的配置
图18显示了中继设备930的配置实例的示意图。如图18所示,中继设备930的配置与发射机设备850的配置(参见图14)的不同之处在于用第一通信IF单元110a和第二通信IF单元110b取代了通信IF单元110。
第一通信IF单元110a连接到无线通信网820,接收通过无线通信网820发送的数据,向控制单元100传递该数据,然后向无线通信网820发送从控制单元100接收到的数据。第二通信IF单元110b连接到因特网840,接收通过因特网840发送的数据,向控制单元100传递数据,然后向因特网840发送从控制单元100接收到的数据。在本实施例中,通过无线通信网820进行通信的通信IF与通过因特网840进行通信的通信IF是分开设置的,也可以提供具有组合功能的一个单一的硬件模块来代替。
中继设备930的非易失性存储单元120b中存储的数据与发射机设备850的非易失性存储单元120b中存储的数据有下面两点不同。第一,在中继设备930的非易失性存储单元120b中不存储内容。这是因为中继设备930向通信终端80传送从发射机设备950发送的内容,因此不需要存储内容。第二,中继设备930的非易失性存储单元120b中存储使控制单元100执行图19所示的中继过程的中继软件,而不是段传输软件。下面描述控制单元100通过执行非易失性存储单元120b中存储的软件而提供的功能。
当中继设备930接通电源时,控制单元100以与发射机设备850相同的方式执行并运行来自非易失性存储单元120b的OS软件。根据OS软件操作的控制单元100被提供了与发射机设备850相同的功能。当OS软件执行完毕后,在OS下运行的控制单元100立即执行并运行来自非易失性存储单元120b中的中继软件。
根据中继软件操作的控制单元100具有下面三个功能。第一个功能是接收通过因特网840发送的段的功能。第二个功能是根据接收功能接收的段的预定区域(本实施例中是内容长度)中写入的数据来识别内容的数据量,并且根据所识别的数据量和控制参数管理表(参见图15)进一步识别表示在发送内容时要执行的窗口控制模式的控制参数的功能。第三个功能是通过在由第二个功能识别出的控制参数指定的模式下执行窗口控制将这些段发送给目的地通信终端80的功能。如上所述,控制参数管理表中存储的控制参数表示初始窗口大小,因此,在本实施例中,由识别功能识别用来发送内容的初始窗口大小,从而利用作为执行窗口控制初始值所识别出的初始窗口大小来发送内容。
如上所述,中继设备930的硬件配置与通用计算机设备的相同,通过使控制单元100执行存储单元120中存储的各种软件,为通用计算机设备赋予了本发明的中继设备的特定功能。在本实施例中是利用软件模块为计算机设备赋予这些功能的,也可以用能够提供与软件模块相同功能的硬件模块来配置中继设备930。
F-3:中继设备930的操作
现在参考图19描述中继设备930执行的操作。图19显示了由根据中继软件操作的控制单元100执行的中继过程的流程图。如图所示,当中继设备930的控制单元100通过第二通信IF单元10b接收到段后(步骤SF1),翻译这些段以识别要发送到通信终端80的内容的数据量(步骤SF2)。具体地说,控制单元100识别在步骤SF1接收到的段的预定区域(本实施例中的内容长度)中写入的数据作为内容的数据量。
然后,控制单元100根据在步骤SF2识别出的数据量和控制参数管理表(参见图15)中存储的数据的详细资料来识别控制参数(本实施例中是初始窗口大小),识别出的控制参数指定传送内容时要执行的窗口控制模式(步骤SF3)。具体地说,在步骤SF2中识别出的数据量等于或大于50k字节的情况下,控制单元100将初始窗口大小的值标识为“3”;而在步骤SF2中识别出的数据量小于50k字节的情况下,控制单元100将初始窗口大小的值标识为“10”。然后控制单元100通过利用步骤SF3中识别出的初始窗口大小执行窗口控制来传送步骤SF1中接收的段(步骤SF4)。如上所述,利用第六实施例的中继设备930可以获得和第五实施例获得的同样效果。
在本实施例中,步骤SF1中接收的段是象在步骤SF4中那样发送的。然而,还可以在易失性存储单元120a(或非易失性存储单元120b)中提供用来存储在步骤SF1中接收的段的存储区域(以下称作高速缓冲区),使得所接收的段可以暂时存储在高速缓冲区中,然后在步骤SF4发送。这样,可以在中继设备930适应无线通信网820和因特网840之间的传输速率的差异。用这种方法,即使无线通信网820上的传输速率远远低于因特网840上的传输速率,可以将流入无线通信网络820的段的数量调节到网络820的传输速率,从而避免无线通信网820上的拥塞。
G:修改
前面描述了本发明的优选实施例。然而,可以对上述每个实施例作如下所述的修改。
G-1:修改1
在上述每个实施例中,假设从通信终端10通知的广告窗口大小足够大,以致传输窗口大小总是对应拥塞窗口大小。然而,拥塞窗口大小可以一直被设置为传输窗口大小,而取代设置为广告窗口大小或拥塞窗口大小中较小的一个;就是说,由识别功能识别的初始窗口大小或利用作为初始值的所识别的初始窗口大小由预定算法获得的结果可以一直被用作传输窗口大小。
G-2:修改2
在上述每个实施例中,用表示传输速率的初始窗口大小作为指定在向通信终端10或80发送内容时要执行的窗口控制模式的控制参数。然而,控制参数不局限于初始窗口大小,它还可以是,例如,表示当接收到确认后在其递增时拥塞窗口大小(或传输窗口大小)增加量的数据。即使作了这种修改,仍然可以根据接收内容的通信终端的型号或要发送到通信终端的内容的数据量来确定用于发送内容的合适的传输速率。另外,控制参数不局限于表示用来发送内容的传输速率的数据;还可以是其它类型的数据,例如表示如窗口比例尺选项和时间标记选项的各种可用选项的数据或表示诸如ECN(显性拥塞通知)之类的各种算法的可用性的数据。这样,可以通过增加选项或利用适合接收内容的通信终端型号或要向通信终端发送的内容的数据量的算法来执行窗口控制。
G-3:修改3
在上述实施例中,根据被指定接收内容的通信终端10的型号来识别表示当向通信终端10发送内容时要执行的窗口控制模式的控制参数。类似地,在上述第五和第六实施例中,根据要发送到通信终端80的内容的数据量来识别表示初始窗口大小(即,传输速率)的控制参数。然而,可以通过考虑附加或替换其它通信条件,如服务于通信终端10或80的无线通信网20或820的可用性,或发射机设备50(或发射机设备250、350、850或950)上配备的检测装置检测到的中继设备30(或中继设备230、330、430、830或930)上的负载程度来确定控制参数。具体地说,当无线通信网20或820的负担过重或当中继设备30(或中继设备230、330、430、830或930)正在经历高负荷时,可以将控制参数设置为低传输速率。这样,可以防止无线通信网20或820或中继设备30(或中继设备230、330、830或930)变得拥塞。
G-4:修改4
在上述第一到第四的每个实施例中,用分配给每个通信终端的通信地址作为用来唯一地标识通信终端10型号的类型标识符。然而,这种类型标识符不局限于分配给通信终端10的通信地址,还可以是表示通信终端型号的数据或表示通信终端使用的数据链路(W-CDMA网络或PDC网络)的数据。具体地说,当通信终端10发送请求时这些表示类型标识符的数据可以写入内容发送请求的预定区域(例如,用户代理(User Agent)或预留区(Reserved Area)),并且这些类型标识符数据可以存储在控制参数管理表中来代替通信地址。这样,上述第一到第四实施例的每一个都可以获得同样的效果。
G-5:修改5
在第一个实施例中,发射机设备50根据从通信终端10发送的内容发送请求中包含的类型标识符来识别通信终端10的型号。然后发射机设备50根据所识别的通信终端10的型号和控制参数管理表中存储的数据的详细资料来识别在向通信终端10发送内容时要执行的窗口控制模式的控制参数。然而,通信终端10可以在控制参数写入请求后再发送内容发送请求,然后接收到内容发送请求的发射机设备可以在内容发送请求中包含的控制参数指定的模式下执行窗口控制。具体地说,每个通信终端存储终端使用的每条数据链路的控制参数,控制参数指定当向终端发送数据时使用的窗口控制模式。然后通信终端根据存储数据的详细资料和终端正在使用的数据链路来识别控制参数。然后在内容发送请求发送之前写入识别出的控制参数。当使用这种通信终端时,发射机设备不需要存储控制参数表。在第二和第三实施例中也可以使用相同的通信终端。
G-6:修改6
在上述每个实施例中,预先在非易失性存储单元120b中存储软件使得发射机设备或中继设备可以执行本发明特定的功能。然而,还可以在计算机可读记录介质,如CD-ROM(只读光盘)中存储段传输软件或中继软件,利用这些记录介质,上述软件可以安装在通用计算机设备上。这样,在现有通信系统中的发射机设备或中继设备可以配备和本发明中的发射机设备和中继设备相同的功能。

Claims (11)

1.一种发射机设备,包括:
传输数据存储装置,用来存储传输数据;
控制参数存储装置,用来存储与适合于数据发送的通信条件一致的控制参数,所述控制参数定义了在以所述通信条件通过通信网向接收通信终端发送所述传输数据时要执行的窗口控制的模式;
第一检测装置,用来检测在所述数据传输初始化之前要发送所述传输数据的数据传输的通信条件;
发送装置,用来通过所述通信网向所述接收通信终端发送所述传输数据;和
传输控制装置,用来控制所述发送装置,以由根据所述第一检测装置检测到的所述通信条件识别的控制参数和所述控制参数存储装置中的存储内容定义的模式执行窗口控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发射机设备,
其中所述控制参数是定义向所述接收通信终端发送所述传输数据的传输速率的数据。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发射机设备,还包括:
第二检测装置,用来检测所述通信网上的负荷,和
其中当所述第二检测装置检测到高负荷时,所述传输控制装置识别定义传输速率比由对应于所述第一检测装置检测到的所述通信条件的所述控制参数定义的传输速率低的控制参数。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发射机设备,
其中由所述接收通信终端的类型定义所述通信条件;
其中所述第一检测装置包括接收装置,所述接收装置通过所述通信网接收包含指定已经发送通信消息的所述接收通信终端的类型的类型标识符的所述通信消息;和
其中所述传输控制装置根据所述接收装置接收到的所述通信消息中包含的所述类型标识符和所述控制参数存储装置中存储的所述存储内容识别所述控制参数。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发射机设备,
其中由所述传输数据的数据量定义所述通信条件;
其中所述第一检测单元包括接收装置,所述接收装置通过所述通信网接收包含识别被请求发送到所述接收通信终端的所述传输数据的信息的通信消息,并且所述第一检测单元获得由所述通信消息中包含的所述信息识别的所述传输数据的数据量;和
其中所述传输控制装置根据所述第一检测装置获得的所述数据量和所述控制参数存储装置中的所述存储内容识别所述控制参数。
6.一种中继设备,包括:
第一控制参数存储装置,用来存储与适合数据传输的通信条件一致控制参数,所述控制参数定义在所述通信条件下通过通信网向接收通信终端发送传输数据时要执行的窗口控制的模式;
检测装置,用来检测要发送所述传输数据的数据传输的通信条件;
识别装置,用来根据所述检测装置检测到的所述通信条件和所述第一控制参数存储装置中的存储内容识别控制参数;
传送装置,用来把从发射机设备发送的所述传输数据传送到所述接收通信终端;和
控制装置,用来控制所述发射机设备或所述传送装置,通过在由所述识别装置识别的所述控制参数定义的模式中进行窗口控制来发送所述传输数据。
7.根据权利要求6所述的中继设备,
其中由所述接收通信终端的类型定义所述通信条件;
其中所述检测装置包括接收装置,所述接收装置通过所述通信网接收请求发送所述发射机设备中存储的所述传输数据的通信消息,所述通信消息包括用来识别已经发送所述通信消息的所述接收通信终端的类型的类型标识符;
其中所述识别装置根据所述接收装置接收到的所述类型标识符和所述第一控制参数存储装置中的所述存储内容识别所述控制参数;和
其中所述控制装置在向所述接收装置接收的所述通信消息中写入所述控制参数后向所述发射机设备传送由所述识别装置识别的控制参数。
8.根据权利要求6所述的中继设备,还包括:
第二控制参数存储装置,为至少两个存储要发送到接收通信终端的相同传输数据的发射机设备的每一个存储定义当发送所述传输数据时由所述至少两个发射机设备的每一个要执行的窗口控制的模式的控制参数,
其中由所述接收通信终端的类型定义所述通信条件;
其中所述检测装置包括接收装置,所述接收装置通过所述通信网接收请求发送所述至少两个发射机设备的每一个中存储的所述传输数据的通信消息,所述通信消息包含识别已经发送所述通信消息的所述接收通信终端类型的类型标识符;
其中所述识别装置根据所述接收装置接收到的所述类型标识符和所述第一控制参数存储装置中的存储内容识别所述控制参数,而且根据所述识别到的控制参数和所述第二控制参数存储装置中的存储内容进一步从向所述接收通信终端发送所述传输数据的所述至少两个发射机设备中识别一个发射机设备;和
其中所述控制装置向所述识别装置识别出的所述发射机设备传送所述接收装置接收到的所述通信消息。
9.根据权利要求6所述的中继设备,
其中由所述接收通信终端的类型定义所述通信条件;
其中所述检测装置包括接收装置,所述接收装置接收从所述发射机设备发送到所述接收通信终端的传输数据,所述数据包括识别接收所述传输数据的所述接收通信终端类型的标识符;
其中所述识别装置根据所述接收装置接收到的所述传输数据中包含的所述类型标识符和所述第一控制参数存储装置中存储的所述存储内容识别所述控制参数;
其中所述传送装置通过在由所述识别装置识别的所述控制参数定义的模式下执行窗口控制来传送由所述接收装置接收到的所述传输数据。
10.根据权利要求6所述的中继设备,
其中由所述传输数据的数据量定义所述通信条件;
其中所述检测装置包括接收装置,所述接收装置接收从所述发射机设备向所述接收通信终端发送的所述传输数据,并且获得由所述接收装置接收的所述传输数据的数据量;
其中所述识别装置根据所述识别的数据量和所述第一控制参数存储装置中的所述存储内容识别所述控制参数;和
其中所述传送装置通过以由所述识别装置识别的所述控制参数定义的模式执行窗口控制来向所述接收通信终端传送由所述接收装置接收到的所述传输数据。
11.根据权利要求9或10的中继设备,
还包括高速缓存装置,用来存储由所述接收装置接收的所述传输数据,
其中所述传送装置通过以由所述识别装置识别的所述控制参数定义的模式执行窗口控制来向所述接收通信终端传送所述高速缓存装置中存储的所述传输数据。
