Abstract

Description
发明背景
标准的交流电气系统由配电箱和安装在配电箱中的诸如输出口(outlet)或开关之类的电气装置组成。在施工的初步阶段,配电箱固定在预定位置的壁螺栓(wall stud)上。配电箱安装完毕后,熟练电工将电缆通过建筑物框架布线到合适的配电箱中。电缆通过配电箱的背面或侧面的开口,合拢进入配电箱,但并无端子接头,以便在下一阶段之前不碍事。在装配阶段,安装并油漆壁板(wall panel),并且熟练电工要返回施工地点,将电气装置安装到配电箱中。将导线连接到电气装置后,该电气装置与相连的导线被装进配电箱,该电气装置通过螺钉与配电箱的顶部和底部相连接。在装饰阶段,在配电箱的开口端安装面板后,就完成了标准的电气布线过程。
发明内容
标准的交流电气系统,就费用、安全性和性能而言,在施工与使用中都存在问题。从电气承包商的角度而言,熟练电工必须两次前往工作地点,一次在初步阶段,一次在装配阶段。并且,在装配阶段,壁板的安装可能破坏在初步阶段完成的工作。例如由于干墙工人(drywaller)打孔以容纳配电箱开口,使刨槽机(router)接触到暴露的电缆时,就会破坏初步阶段所完成的工作。另一种形式的破坏发生在干墙化合物或者油漆污染暴露的电缆、绝缘层和标记。
从总承包商的角度而言,要到装配阶段之后才可能对电气承包商的工作进行鉴定。在此之前,电缆均无端子接头。然而,在装配阶段之后,为了纠正布线错误,需要在已经安装的壁板和相关的缀片中挖出布错的线路。而且,电气系统要到鉴定之后才可启用。因此,在初步阶段和装配阶段,工具和照明用电都必须由发电机提供,但发电机由于烟气、燃料和噪声会造成隐患,而且是不可靠的电源。此外,在装饰阶段完成之前,非专业人员就可接触到电缆。篡改会损害电气布线的完整性,通电后还会造成安全问题。
从业主的角度而言,存在对该标准电气布线进行维修的问题。更换损坏的输出口或开关装置首先需要去掉面板。随后必须卸掉将该模块连接在配电箱上部和下部的螺钉。然后从配电箱中移除该装置,通过拧松输出口侧面的螺钉卸掉导线。然后反向重复该过程,将导线连接在新装置上,并将新装置装入配电箱中。
上面所述的现有技术的电气装置的更换,在去掉面板时使业主暴露给交流电电线。这种暴露会造成电击危险。而且,由于业主不愿意更换已损坏的装置或花钱雇用电工,而继续使用破裂的、损坏的或非常陈旧的输出口或开关,也会造成电击或火灾危险。此外,如果业主或其他的第三方卸除和更换了电气装置,那么原始线路的完整性也将成为问题。第三方的错误布线可能违反建筑条例并会造成电击和火灾危险,例如大意地交换了火线和零线、没有连接地线、弯结或割破了导线或不适当地拉紧导线。
一种安全模块配电系统使电气承包商多方面受益。在不暴露或不接近连接在所述面板后的电气系统线路的情况下,将布线模块安装在配电箱内,并且相关的功能模块可拆卸地安装到该布线模块中。熟练电工的工作可以在初步阶段完成(当布线模块的安装完成时)。因此,在装配阶段就不需要熟练电工再次回到工作地点,因为任何半熟练的工人都可以将诸如合适的输出口或开关模块之类的电气装置插入。而且,在初步阶段之后就不再存在布线接入,从而保护了线路的完整性。此外,在安装壁板期间,不注意就会遭到破坏的、配电箱内的暴露的导线或其他部件,现在也不再存在。
该安全模块配电系统也使总承包商受益。因为布线在初步阶段完成,就使建筑电气系统的鉴定和启用可以在初步阶段进行。布错的线路可以在安装和油漆壁板之前得到纠正,不再需要对切口和缀片进行修补。较早地启用电气系统就可以不再需要使用发电机。第三方不再有机会接触到熟练电工的布线,保护了鉴定后的完整性,也使其他工人不再暴露于电击危险中。
该安全模块配电系统也使业主受益。可以容易而安全地对损坏的输出口和开关进行更换。通过减少电气线路的暴露和鼓励更换有缺陷的输出口或开关,提高了安全性。而且,通过减少雇用电工进行维修的需求,降低了维护费用。通过减少不合格的第三方接触电气系统的机会,保证了线路的完整性。
安全模块配电系统的一个方面优选包括适于安装在一个配电箱中的一个布线模块,该布线模块包括一个功能面(functional side)和一个布线面(wiring side)。一个端子组优选地至少部分布置在布线模块中,并且适于端接该布线面附近的电缆。多个结构插座布置在该功能面上,该结构插座包括所述端子组的一部分。一个功能模块优选包括一个前侧面和一个后侧面,其中该后侧面适于可拆卸地安装在该功能面附近的所述布线模块中。一个接触件组优选地至少部分布置在该功能模块中,并适于将电能传送给从所述前侧面可获取的配电功能。多个屏蔽插头优选布置在所述后侧面。该屏蔽插头优选包括所述接触件组的一部分。所述结构插座被配置为与该屏蔽插头互锁,以便在所述端子组和所述接触件组之间提供电气连通(electrical communication)。
在一个实施例中,所述结构插座优选包括凸起的防护物和环绕的槽。该屏蔽插头优选包括连续的壁,该壁被布置在所述接触件组的插脚部分的周围,并延伸出与该插脚部分的长度相当的距离,其中该壁确定了所述后侧面远侧的开口端。该壁与所述槽最好紧密接合,所述凸起的防护物插入所述开口端。一个销优选从所述后侧面中延伸出,并优选位于所述后侧面上,以便标识所述功能模块的类型。一个部件优选位于所述功能面上,以便只有当所述功能模块相对于所述布线模块适当地定向时才接收该销。所述布线模块优选根据类型在配电箱中进行定向。优选地,所述销是一个偏心定位的棒,所述部件是一个偏心定位的地线孔。这个棒被配置为优选插入地线孔。
在另一个实施例中,多个彩色编码布线标记优选布置在所述功能面上,一个彩色编码模块标记布置在所述功能模块上。所述布线标记中的一个有记号的布线标记优选表示布线板中一个特定的布线配置,而且仅在所述功能模块与所述特定的布线配置对应时,所述有记号的布线标记的颜色与所述模块标记的颜色对应。在另一个实施例中,所述端子组包括多个端子部件,其中每个端子部件优选适于端接至多4根导线。在另一个实施例中,所述端子组优选包括多根从布线面延伸来的固定电线,其中该固定电线中的每一根优选有一个安装在所述布线面远侧的压线连接器(push-wire connector)。在另一个实施例中,一个配电箱盖优选适于夹到所述布线模块的一个安装支架部分上,以便优选齐平地安装到该配电箱的开口面。
安全模块配电系统的另一方面是优选包括一个主体和一个安装支架的一种设备,该安装支架连接在该主体上,并适于将该主体安装在一个配电箱中。优选地,多个端子布置在该主体中,并适于端接电缆。一个端子防护物优选安装在该主体上,可以围绕一个铰链在断开位置与闭合位置之间运动,其中所述端子中的至少一部分在所述断开位置处优选被访问到,在所述闭合位置处则会被遮盖住。
在一个特定的实施例中,一个锁优选被配置为将所述端子防护物保持在所述闭合位置,直到该端子防护物被手动移到所述断开位置。所述端子防护物优选安装在所述主体的一个侧面部分,并在所述闭合位置处将多个端子螺钉遮盖上。一个第二端子防护物优选安装在所述主体的一个相对侧面上,并且对所述端子的至少一个第二部分提供有遮盖的访问。所述端子优选与多个电气输出口电气连通。

系统综述
图1-图2描述了一个安全模块配电系统100,其具有一个功能模块110和一个布线模块1600。该配电系统100被配置为安装在标准配电箱内(未示出),例如通常安装在建筑物的墙内。特别地,该布线模块1600被配置为易于安装在配电箱内,并且功能模块110被配置为可拆卸地插入该布线模块1600中,如下所述。图1A-图1B分别示出了处于安装和拆卸状态下的一个输出口模块300。图2A-图2B分别示出了处于安装和拆卸状态下的一个开关模块900。可将一个面板(未示出)安装在功能模块110上,以提供美学修饰。

图4A描述了一个输出口模块300,其具有前盖500、后盖600、电接触件组700和地线接触件组800。前盖500和后盖600组成输出口模块主体310(图3A-图3B)。盖500、600用锁紧止动组件方便地卡合在一起,下面参照图5-图6说明。这减少了制造该组件的步骤,并减少或消除了对分离的紧固件的需要,例如铆钉或螺钉和/或声波焊接(sonic welding)。接触件组700、800保持在盖500、600内,并且提供从布线板1600(图16A-图16B)到插座320(图3A)的导电路径。特别地,电接触件组700将电能从屏蔽插头330(图3B)传给插座320(图3A)。地线接触件组800提供了接地棒834(图3B)和插座320(图3A)之间的接地路径。地线接触件组的零件810、830、850按照下面参照图8A-图8B说明的那样进行组装。在一个实施例中,盖500、600由尼龙制成。图4B表示输出口模块400的一个替换实施例,例如用于20安培的应用。
图5A-图5B示出了输出口模块前盖500,其具有外部面501、内部面502、输出口开口510、连接耳520、侧锁(side latch)530和接触件护罩结构540、550。如图5A所示,在外部面501上,输出口开口510形成输出口模块插座320(图3A)的入口,对于上部插座和下部插座中的任一个,该输出口开口510包括火线孔、零线孔和地线孔。连接耳520方便地集成到前盖500上,不需要另一机构将输出口模块300(图3A-图3B)连接到布线模块1600(图16A-图16B)上。连接耳520位于右上拐角和对角线上相对的左下拐角(图中不可见),并且每个连接耳有紧固开口来接收例如连接螺钉305(图3A-图3B)。侧锁530组成锁紧止动组件的前盖部分,功能如上面参照图4所述。
如图5B所示,在内部面502上,一个电接触件结构540接收电接触件组700(图7A-图7B),以便电接触夹701与输出口开口510的火线和零线槽对准。地线接触件结构550接收地线接触件组800(图8A-B),以使地线接触夹832、852(图8A-图8B)与输出口开口510的地线孔对准。
图6A-图6B描述了所述输出口模块的后盖600,其具有外部面601、内部面602、插头护罩610,地线棒开口620、侧止动件630和接触件支撑结构640、650。如图6B所示,在外部面601上,插头护罩610方便地提供了屏蔽插头330(图3B)的护罩部分。特别是,插头护罩610完全包围电接触件组插脚702(图7A-图7B)的所有侧面。因此,在输出口模块插头330(图3B)与布线模块插座810接合时,甚至在输出口模块300(图3A-图3B)与布线模块1600部分分离时,插脚702(图7A-图7B)不会暴露出来。地线棒开口620允许地线棒834(图8A-图8B)通过后盖600伸出,提供了与布线模块1600(图16A-图16B)的地线接触。侧止动件630提供开口,其接收侧锁530并与之啮合,以便可脱扣地将前盖500(图5A-图5B)和后盖600接合在一起。
如图6A所示,在内部面602上,电接触件支撑结构640由允许插脚702通过后盖600的插头护罩610伸出的槽组成,提供了与布线模块1600(图16A-图16B)的电气连通。地线接触件支撑结构650支撑地线接触件组800(图8A-图8B)。
图7A-图7B示出所述电气接触件组700,其包括上部火线接触件710、下部火线接触件720、上部零线接触件730和下部零线接触件740。每个接触件710-740都有一个插脚夹701,其与插脚702互连。插脚夹701与前盖的火线和零线槽510(图5A)对准,形成输出口模块插座320(图3A)。插脚702通过电接触件支撑结构640插入插头护罩610中以形成输出口模块屏蔽插头330(图3B)。有优势的是,电接触件组700可被配置以使接触件可以通过冲压和弯折过程完成。在一个实施例中,接触件由铜制成。
图8A-图8B表示地线接触件组800,其具有地线连接(buss)810、上部地线接触件830和下部地线接触件850。地线夹832、852与前盖地线孔510(图5A)对准,组成输出口模块插座320(图3A)的地线部分。地线棒834通过后盖600(图6A-图6B)伸出,提供了与布线模块1600(图16A-图16B)的接地路径连接。未装配的地线接触件组800如上面图4所示。地线接触件组800的装配如下所述。
如图8A-图8B所示,地线连接810有一个上部铆钉812、下部铆钉814、上部切口815、槽816和下部切口818。对于上部地线接触件830和下部地线接触件850,地线连接810在机械上对其支撑,电气上与其互连。上部地线接触件830具有上部地线夹832、地线棒834、叶片836和调整片838。上部地线夹832和地线棒834从上部地线接触件830的相对侧伸出。上部地线夹832接收来自标准交流电插头的地线棒。地线棒834插入布线模块1600(图16A-图16B)中相应的地线夹1902(图19A-图19B)中。调整片838一般在夹832和地线棒834之间垂直向下延伸,并有一个与上部铆钉812对应的开口。叶片836从夹832的背部中伸出。下部地线接触件850具有下部地线夹852、叶片854和调整片858。调整片858一般垂直延伸到夹852,并具有一个与下部铆钉对应的开口。叶片854自夹852的背部延伸。
如图8A-图8B所示,地线接触件组800通过将上部地线接触件830和下部地线接触件850插入地线连接810中而完成装配。特别地,地线棒834插入槽816中,叶片836、854分别插入上部和下部切口815、818中,上部和下部铆钉812、814经由调整片838、858插入。然后铆钉812、814被铆开,从而将上部和下部地线接触件830、850固定地连接到地线连接810上。有优势的是,地线接触件组800被配置为使地线接触件组的零件810、830、850可以通过冲压和弯折过程制造。在一个实施例中,上部和下部地线接触件830、850由铜制成,地线连接810由镀锌的钢制成。
开关模块
图9A-图9B表示一个开关模块900,其具有主体910、前侧面901和后侧面901。与输出口模块主体310(图3A-图3B)类似,开关模块主体910在对角线的相对拐角上接收螺钉,这些螺钉用来将开关模块900固定在布线模块1600上。开关模块的前侧面901具有可滑动的开关1100,其被配置为激活内部的连接以传输电能,例如断开和闭合开关。与输出口模块300类似,开关模块的后侧面902提供在物理上与电气上将开关模块900连接到布线模块1600(图2A-图2B)的屏蔽插头930。屏蔽插头930在开关1100的控制下传导电能。由开关模块900的配置和相关的用途决定,可能会存在没有任何导线的空插头940,如下面参照图13A-图13F所述的。开关模块900不需要至布线模块1600(图2A-图2B)的接地路径。因此,销棒1520提供了非导通的结构,替代地线棒834来辅助确定开关模块900相对于布线模块1600(图2A-图2B)的定向。
图10表示一个开关模块900,其具有开关1100、前盖1200、后盖1500、接触件组1300、执行机构1400和弹簧1000。前盖1200和后盖1500组成开关模块的主体910。盖1200、1500用锁紧止动组件方便地卡合在一起,下面参照图12A-图12B说明。制造该组件的步骤,并减少或消除了对分离的紧固件的需要,例如铆钉或螺钉和/或声波焊接。在一个实施例中,盖1200、1500由尼龙制成。
如图10所示,开关1100卡在前盖1200中,通过前盖1200可移动地保持住,并且与执行机构1400接合在一起。开关1100可以在第一位置和第二位置之间运动。接触件组1300、执行机构1400和弹簧1000都保持在盖1200、1500之内。接触件组1300从布线板1600传导电能,这由开关的位置决定。具体地,开关1100的位置决定了执行机构1400的位置,执行机构1400的位置又决定了接触件组1300是断开的还是闭合的。如果是闭合的,接触件组1300提供在屏蔽插头930之间传送电能的传导路径。开关1100在弹簧的张力下可保持其手动设置的位置。
图11A-图11B示出了一个开关1100,其通常是矩形,具有前侧面1101和后侧面1102。前侧面1101具有指状把手1110,以手动地在第一位置和第二位置间移动开关,如上所述。后侧面1102具有锁1120和控制杆1130,控制杆1130一般向着与后侧面1102的平面向垂直的方向延伸。锁1120被配置为穿过前盖的槽1214(图12A),这使得当开关1100被压进前盖1200(图12A-图12B)时,槽1214导致锁朝向牵引器(extension)向内弯曲。在锁通过槽1214(图12A)后,锁1120向外弹开,将开关固定在前盖1200(图12A-图12B)中,如下所述。控制杆尖端1 132通过执行机构槽1410(图14A-图14B)插入,并与弹簧1000相连,从而在机械上将开关1100连接到执行机构1400(图14A-图14B)。

如图15A所示,在内部面1502上,执行机构导轨1550可滑动地保持住执行机构柱1440(图14B)。弹簧座1560容纳并保持住弹簧1000(图10)。接触件支撑结构1570包括贯穿后盖1500的槽和通常垂直于支持接触件组1300(图13A-图13B)的内部面1502而延伸的结构。槽接收接触件组插脚1312,1322(图13A-图13B),其经由后盖1500伸出插头护罩1510。
端子模块布线模块
图16A-图16B表示具有功能面1601和布线面1602的端子部件的布线模块1600。功能面1601具有结构插座1810和偏心的地线孔1820。结构插座1810接收相应的功能模块的屏蔽插头,下面参照图20A说明。布线模块1600被配置为安装在常规的配电箱中(未示出),用连接螺钉1605固定。功能模块,例如输出口模块300(图3A-图3B)或开关模块900(图9A-图9B)插入布线模块的功能面1601,通过连接螺钉将功能面固定在布线面上,该连接螺钉穿过连接耳和相应的模块支架1930,如上面参照图1-图2所述。引入配电箱的电缆(未示出)与一个端子部件1640(图16F)相连,该端子部件可以从布线模块的布线面1602中访问到,如下面参照图16E-图16H所述。
如图16A-图16B所示,在建筑物建造的初步阶段,布线模块1600可以方便地由熟练电工安装、连线和检验。根据该布线模块1600将要被连线的功能模块的类型,将布线模块1600安装在配电箱内。如果布线模块1600以第一种定向(图1B)安装,地线孔1820位于中心之下。如果布线模块1600以第二种定向(图2B、图16A)安装,地线孔1820位于中心之上。地线孔1820接收输出口模块的地线棒834(图3B)或开关模块的销棒1520(图9B),其充当销使用。相应地,仅在功能模块根据模块类型(例如开关或插座)相对于布线模块1600适当定向时,地线孔1820才用作接收功能模块的销834(图3B)、1520(图9B)的部件。在一个实施例中,对于开关模块900(图9A-图9B),布线模块1600与中心之上的地线孔1820连接;对于输出口模块300(图3A-图3B),布线模块1600与中心之下的地线孔1820,下面将会参照图16E-图16H详细说明。
图16C-图16D表示具有端子护罩1700的端子部件布线模块1600,端子护罩1700方便地为端子组2100(图21)提供了有遮盖的访问。具体地,在闭合位置(图16A-图16B)处,端子护罩1700保护用户不受电击,并在封闭安装的高压装置间实现绝缘。在断开位置(图16C-图16D)处,端子护罩1700允许方便地访问端子螺钉2140,以便将电缆连接到端子部件1640或从端子部件1640中卸走。如图16C所示,铰链1702允许端子护罩1700从闭合位置(图16A-图16B)运动到断开位置。锁1704按入相应的止动槽2220中,其将端子护罩1700保持在闭合位置直至被手动打开。如图16D所示,在一个实施例中,旋转底座1709(图17B)也允许端子护罩1700从断开位置的一侧旋转到另一侧,进一步简化对端子螺钉2140的访问。
图16E-图16F分别表示布线模块的功能面和布线面的定向依赖(orientation-dependent)的标记。如上所述,安装在布线模块中的功能模块的类型决定了在配线盒中的布线模块1600的安装定向。功能面(图16E)上的彩色编码标记1620、1630和布线面(图16F)上的布线标记1650、1660方便地向熟练电工指示了布线模块1600的正确定向。彩色编码标记1620、1630也方便地指示了要安装或替换的正确的功能模块。具体地,如图16E所示,彩色编码标记包括开关标记1620和输出口标记1630。对于开关模块900(图2A-图2B),开关标记1620有定向标识符1622和说明布线模块定向的相应文字。此外,颜色盒1624方便地与相应开关模块900上的颜色标识符2310(图23A)匹配。而且,如图16F所示,对于输出口模块300(图1A-图1B),输出口标记1630有定向标识符1632和说明布线模块定向的相应文字。同样,颜色盒1634与输出口的颜色标识符相匹配。在一个实施例中,开关颜色盒1624是黄色、红色和橙色分别与SP、3路和4路开关的颜色标识符相匹配。对于火线和半火线(half-hot wiring),输出口颜色盒1634分别是深蓝和浅蓝色的,与输出口模块的蓝色标识符相匹配。在安装布线模块时,颜色盒1624、1634由熟练电工作上标记,以便可视地指示出要为布线模块1600连线的模块的类型。
如图16F所示,有四个端子部件1640,每个都有端子标记1670(“1”、“2”、“3”和“4”),端子标记1670通过数字标识出各个独立的端子部件T1、T2、T3和T4。在开关的定向(已示出)中,开关标记1650的位置是以可视地对应于每个独立的端子部件1640的方式来方便地确定的。开关标记1650通过开关类型SP、三路和四路来标识每个端子部件的开关连线。输出口标记1660在开关定向中是上端朝下的,可视地表明它们是不可使用的。在输出口的定向中(从图示可见上端朝下的),类似地,输出口标记1660的位置是以可视地对应于每个独立的端子部件1640的方式来确定的。输出口标记1660表明了输出口的连线。开关标记1650在输出口定向中是上端朝下的,可视地表明它们不可使用。

如图17A-图17B所示,每个端子护罩1700都有一个铰链1702、一个弹簧1704、一个底座1706、1709和把手1708。底座1706、1709滑入在后盖两侧的相应的护罩槽2210(图22A)中,其将每个端子护罩1700固定到布线板1800上。铰链1702可方便地允许端子模块1700在闭合位置(图16A-图16B)和断开位置(图16C-图16B)之间移动,闭合位置防止无意地接触到端子部件1640,断开位置允许对端子部件1640进行访问。锁1704压入后盖两侧的相应的止动槽2220中,其将每个端子护罩1700保持在闭合位置,直到被手动打开。把手1708帮助锁住端子护罩1700。固定底座1706(图17A)保持端子护罩1700与端子螺钉对齐。可替换地,旋转底座1709(图17B)可方便地使端子护罩1700旋转到布线模块的每一边1601、1602(图16A-图16B),以简化对端子螺钉2140(图21)的访问。
图18A-图18B表示一个具有前侧面1801和后侧面1802的布线板1800。前侧面1801具有结构插座1810、地线孔1820和支架槽1830。后侧面1802具有由端子组2100组成的端子部件1640,端子组2100具有通过端子护罩1700可以访问到的端子螺钉2140,如上所述。

在一个替换实施例中,安装支架1900没有铁模1910。多个紧固件1909穿过安装支架1900插入到布线板前盖2000中,以便将前盖和后盖2000、2200固定在一起。在将安装支架1900连接到前盖2000后,安装支架1900的上部和下部的耳被弯曲到前盖外部2001之上并倚靠着,以便进一步将前盖与后盖2000、2200固定在一起。在安装支架1900的折叠部分的附近或整个范围上包括有桁架,以提高支架结构的强度。箱支架1920可以有其他形状,以便容纳箱盖2700(图27A-图27B)。
图20A-图20B表示具有外部面2001和内部面2002的前盖2000。如图20A所示,在外部面2001上,凸起的防护物2010和环绕的槽2014提供了结构插座1810(图18A)的非导电部分。每个凸起的防护物2010和环绕的槽2014被配置为与相应的插头护罩610接合。具体地,当一个功能模块插入布线模块1600(图16A-图16B)中时,护罩610(图6B)、1510(图15B)插入槽2014中,防护物2010插入护罩610(图6B)、1510(图15B)中,插脚702(图7A-图7B)插入电夹(图21)中。屏蔽插头330(图3B)、930(图9B)和结构插座1810(图18A)的互锁动作方便地提供了触觉反馈和坚固的机械和电气连通。而且,防护物2010和槽2014减少了工具(例如改锥头)与插座1810(图18)中的火线接触件无意间接触的机会。例如,维修时会将一个工具穿过布线板的前侧面1801,此时该工具易于容纳在槽2014中或倚靠着凸起的防护物2010或者二者兼有。在一个特定的实施例中,护罩610(图6B)、1510(图15B)以及相应的槽2014和凸起的防护物2010的形状一般为具有圆拐角的矩形。
如图20B所示,内部面2002具有铁模槽2020、地线开口2030和端子支撑结构2050、2060。铁模槽2020容纳安装支架的铁模1910(图19A),其帮助前盖和后盖2000、2200固定在一起。地线开口2030作为地线孔1820的一部分,容纳地线棒834(图3B)或销棒1520(图9B)。支撑结构2050、2060容纳端子组2100(图21)。
图21表示一个端子组2100,其具有接触件连接2110、端子夹2130和端子螺钉2140。每个接触件连接2110都具有电夹2112,电夹2112提供了结构插座1810(图18A)的导电部分。电夹2112被配置为在物理上和电气上与模块插脚702(图7A-图7B)、1312、1322(图13A-图13B)连接。端子夹2130和端子螺钉2140将电缆端接到接触件连接2110上。端子夹2130被配置为保证一槽2132一线。有优势的是,对于每个端子部件1640,这提供了4线连接能力。在一个实施例中,每个端子部件1640被配置为用于4根14号铜线或2根12号铜线。分离件2116是可拆卸的以便于有选择地隔离各个独立的端子部件1640。
图22A-图22B表示一个具有内部面2202和外部面2201的后盖2200。每个内部面2202都有支架槽2210和止动槽2220,其用来保持端子护罩1700,如上所述。内部面2202也具有端子槽2230,其用来保持端子组。对设置外部面2201的形状以容纳安装支架1900(图19A-图19B),并容纳连接到端子部件1640(图16F)的电缆。
调光开关模块
图23A-图23B表示一个调光开关模块,其具有位于前侧面2301上的开关2410和调光控制杆2460以及位于后侧面2302上的屏蔽插头2330和销棒2350。开关模块2300的顶部同样具有彩色标记2310。彩色标记2310的颜色与布线模块彩色标记1624中一个标记的颜色相对应。因此,开关模块彩色标记2310方便地提供了适当的模块定向的可视标记,从而避免了将其安装到用于另一种模块类型连线的布线模块1600(图16E-图16F)中。相似的不同颜色的彩色标记可以相似的方式应用到输出口模块300(图3A-图3B)和其他开关模块900(图9A-图9B)来实现同样的目的。图24表示调光开关模块2300,其包括开关2410、前盖2420、支架2430、电路板2440、后盖2450和调光控制杆2460。
固定电线的布线模块
图25A-25B表示一个固定电线的布线模块2500,其具有功能面2501和布线面2502。布线模块2500被配置为安装在常规配电箱(未示出)中,其利用连接螺钉(未示出)穿过箱支架2652来固定。功能模块(例如输出口模块300(图3A-图3B)或开关模块900(图9A-图9B))插入布线模块功能面2501中,其利用连接螺钉(未示出)穿过连接耳(未示出)和相应的模块支架2654固定到布线模块2500,如上面参照图1-图2所述。一条引入配电箱的电缆(未示出)在固定电线2550的末端连接到压线连接器2570,固定电线2550是从布线模块的布线面2502中延伸出的。
图26A-图26B表示一个固定电线的布线模块2500,其具有前盖2610、后盖2620、端子组2630、安装支架2650、地线棒夹2660和紧固件2670。前盖2610和后盖2620由紧固件2670固定在一起并包围住端子组2632。有优势的是,安装支架2650部分被包围并保持在前盖2610和后盖2620之间,以便将安装支架2650固定到布线模块2500,并在机械上和电气上使该安装支架与布线模块2500结合。
如图26A-图26B所示,前盖2610具有结构插座2612、地线开口2614、支撑结构2616和紧固件柱2618。以上面参照图20A-图20B所述的方式,结构插座2612与功能模块屏蔽插头互锁,地线开口2614作为地线孔的一部分容纳地线棒或销棒。支撑结构2616容纳端子组2630。紧固件柱2618与紧固件开口2624对准,并接收紧固件2670,紧固件2670将前盖和后盖固定在一起。
如图26A-图26B所示,端子组2630具有电夹2632、固定电线端子2634和分离件2638。以上面参照图21所述的方式,电夹2632提供结构插座2612的导电部分,并被配置为在物理上与电气上与模块插脚连接。固定电线端子2634电气地和机械地将固定电线2550的已剥开的末端连接到端子组2630上。分离件2638是可拆卸的以选择性地隔离各个独立的电夹2632。
在图26A-图26B中还显示出,安装支架2650与沿着前盖2610纵向延伸的槽和沿着后盖2620纵向延伸的相应的支撑结构相适应。安装支架2650具有箱支架2652、模块支架2654、地线夹开口2656和地线端子2658。箱支架2652接收将支架连接到配电箱(未示出)的紧固件(未示出)。模块支架2654接收将功能模块连接到布线模块2500(未示出)的紧固件(未示出)。地线夹开口2656与地线夹2660相适应,地线夹在电气上和机械上将功能模块的地线棒连接到支架2650。该支架具有一个将地线夹2660安装在开口2656中的集成的铆钉。地线端子2658在电气上和机械上将固定电线2550中的一个地线的一个剥开的末端连接到支架2650。
在图26A-图26B中还显示了后盖2620具有电线开口2622、紧固件开口2624和分离件开口2626。电线开口2622与固定电线2550相适应,以便固定电线封闭起来、消除它的应变并提供端子组2630和地线端子2658的通路。紧固件开口2624接收紧固件2670的要旋入或者固定到紧固件柱的那一部分。分离件开口2626允许用户在一个已装配好的布线模块2500中访问分离件2638。
配电箱盖
图27A-图27B表示一个配电箱盖2700,其具有一个一般性平坦的盖板2710、夹2720、止动器2730、桁架2740和标志物2750。盖板2710具有前侧面2701和后侧面2702。夹2720通常位于盖板2710的上部和下部的中心(一边一个),并通常垂直于后侧面2702延伸。止动器2730是一些开口(一个止动器对应一个开口),通常位于止动器2720的中心并沿着止动器2730和盖板2710的连接处延伸,为抵抗盖板2710的弯曲提供结构上的支撑。桁架2740是盖板2710上基本沿着前侧面2701的长度方向延伸出的突出物。标志物2750通常是盖板2710前侧面2701上的圆形突出物,靠近盖板2710的上部和下部,一边一个。
图28A-图28B分别是箱盖2700盖住时和未盖住时的配电箱2800,如上面参照图27A-图27B所述。箱盖2700可拆卸地固定在配电箱开口面2801上,以便防止在施工的装配阶段时诸如灰泥和涂料之类的材料污染布线模块1600。有利的是,箱盖2700通常齐平地固定到配电箱的开口面2801,随后又通常齐平地固定到待安装的干墙中,以便在装配阶段不影响干墙的施工。干墙一旦被无束缚地定位,就能够压靠在箱盖2700上。在这种情况下,标志物2750在干墙上留下凹痕,从而方便地标识出配电箱2800的位置,以便可以准确地挖出干墙切口以容纳配电箱2800。
如图28A-图28B所示,箱盖2700被安装在装于配电箱中的布线模块的箱支架1920上。具体地,夹2720略微弯曲以便在箱支架1920上滑动直至箱支架1920插入相应的止动器2730中。通过弯曲夹2720使箱支架1920不受止动器2730的约束,可容易地将箱盖拆卸下来。
图29表示具有重叠箱盖2700的二联配电箱2900。箱盖2700被配置,以致一个盖的第一部分和另一个盖的第二部分重叠,从而防止与干墙有关的材料进入盖2700之间和污染配电箱2900的内部。
端子护罩
图30A-图30B表示一个端子部件布线模块1600,其具有使用紧固件1909安装在布线面1602上的端子护罩3100。端子护罩3100方便地防止了通常连接在地线端子1907(图17A)和配电箱之间的裸露的铜质地线(未示出)通过后盖2200伸出,造成端子组2100(图17A)短路。
图31A-图31B表示一个端子护罩3100,其具有前侧面3101、后侧面3 102和脊板3 105。安装耳3110从脊板3105的两端伸出,护翼3120从脊板3105的两边伸出。分离件防护物3130从每个护翼3120的中部延伸。延伸横穿每个分离件防护物3130一部分的V形铰链3135允许分离件防护物3130稍微弯曲以得到将一个或两个分离件2116(图16F)拆卸下来的路径,如上面参照图16G-图16H所述。安装开口3140位于安装耳3110中,电线开口3150位于护翼3120中,支架开口3160位于脊板3105的中央部分。
如图31A-图31B所示,端子护罩3100与布线模块1600(图30A)近侧的后侧面3102和布线模块1600(图30A)远侧的前侧面3101安装在一起。具体地,脊板3105与支架1900相配合,支架开口3160容纳因地线夹或其相关紧固件引起的突出部分。支架开口3140接收紧固件1909,紧固件1909将布线模块1600(图30A)固定在一起。护翼3120遮盖了端子组2100(图17A)的暴露部分,电线开口3150容纳与端子组2100(图17A)相连接的电线的末端。
其他功能模块
虽然上面参照输出口和开关模块对配电系统进行了描述,但配电系统可以与提供各种电气功能的各种功能模块一起工作,仅举几个例子,例如安全模块、数据传输模块、计算模块、家庭娱乐模块和智能家庭产品模块。例如安全模块可以包括录像机或运动传感器。数据传输模块可以包括数据存储设备、无线电收发设备或交流电线收发设备。例如,计算模块可以包括微处理器、数据输入或显示设备。家庭娱乐模块可以与扬声器、液晶显示器或等离子电视联合工作。例如,家庭产品模块,可以包括用于设备控制的微控制器和无线或交流电线收发设备。
已经结合各个实施例详细地公开一种安全模块配电系统。公开这些实施例仅仅为了举例说明,并不对所附的权利要求的范围进行限制。本领域的普通技术人员均可意识到许多变化和修改。
Claims (22)
1.一种电气装置,其包括:
能够安装在一个布线模块中的一个可拆卸的功能模块,所述功能模块具有一个前侧面和一个后侧面;
一个接触件组,其至少部分地布置在所述功能模块中并且适于将电能传送给所述前侧面;
多个布置在所述可拆卸功能模块的所述后侧面的屏蔽插头,所述屏蔽插头包括所述接触件组的至少一部分,其中所述屏蔽插头被配置为与所述布线模块的一部分接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电气装置,其中所述屏蔽插头包括绕着所述接触件组的周围布置的连续的壁,其延伸出与该插脚部分的长度相当的距离,所述壁定义所述后侧面远侧的开口端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电气装置,进一步包括:一个销,从所述可拆卸功能模块的所述后侧面中延伸出,并位于所述后侧面上,以便标识所述可拆卸功能模块的类型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电气装置,其中所述销是一个偏心定位的棒,所述棒被配置为插入地线孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电气装置,进一步包括:
所述布线模块适于安装在一个配电箱中,所述布线模块具有一个功能面;和
多个布置在所述功能面上的结构插座,所述结构插座包括一个端子组的一部分,其中所述结构插座被配置为与所述屏蔽插头互锁,以便在所述端子组和所述接触件组之间提供电气连通。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电气装置,其中所述结构插座包括凸起的防护物和环绕的槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电气装置,其中所述凸起的防护物插入绕所述屏蔽插头的周围布置的壁中。
9.根据权利要求7所述的电气装置,其中所述的环绕的槽与由所述壁所定义的开口端匹配。
10.根据权利要求5所述的电气装置,进一步包括一个位于所述功能面上的部件,当所述可拆卸功能模块相对于所述布线模块适当地定向时,该部件接收所述可拆卸功能模块上的一个销。
11.根据权利要求5所述的电气装置,进一步包括:
位于所述功能面上的多个颜色编码布线标记;和
位于所述功能面上的一个颜色编码模块标记,
其中所述布线标记中一个有记号的布线标记表示一个特定的布线配置,
如果所述功能模块与所述特定的布线配置相对应,则所述有记号的布线标记的颜色与所述模块标记的颜色相对应。
12.根据权利要求5所述的电气装置,其中所述端子组包括多个端子部件,每个所述端子部件适于端接至多4根导线。
13.根据权利要求5所述的电气装置,其中所述端子组包括多根从所述布线模块的布线面中延伸来的固定电线,所述固定电线中的每一根具有一个安装在所述布线面远侧的压线连接器。
14.根据权利要求5所述的电气装置,进一步包括一个配电箱盖,其适于夹到所述布线模块的一个安装支架部分上,以便齐平地安装到所述配电箱的开口面。
15.一种电气装置,其包括:
一个主体;
多个端子,其布置在所述主体中并且适于端接电缆;
安装在所述主体上的端子防护物,其可围绕一个铰链在一个断开位置与一个闭合位置之间运动,所述端子中的至少一部分在所述断开位置可被访问到,在所述闭合位置处则会被遮盖住。
16.根据权利要求15所述的电气装置,进一步包括一个锁,其被配置为将所述端子防护物保持在所述闭合位置,直到该端子防护物被手动移到所述断开位置。
17.根据权利要求15所述的电气装置,其中所述的端子防护物固定在所述主体的一个侧面部分上,且在所述闭合位置处遮盖多个端子螺钉。
18.根据权利要求15所述的电气装置,进一步包括第二端子防护物,其固定在所述主体的一个相对侧面部分上,所述第二端子防护物对所述端子的至少一个第二部分提供有遮盖的访问。
19.根据权利要求18所述的电气装置,其中所述端子与多个电气输出口电气连通。
19.根据权利要求15所述的电气装置,其中所述主体适于接收一个可拆卸的电气单元。
20.一种电气装置,其包括:
适于安装在一个配电箱内的一个布线模块,所述布线模块具有一个布线面和一个功能面;
在所述布线面上的至少一个第一端子;
在所述功能面上的至少一个第二端子;和
安装在所述功能面上的一个护罩,所述护罩被定位以防止所述第二端子接触到与所述第一端子相关的电线。
21.根据权利要求20所述的电气装置,其中所述布线模块适于接收一个可拆卸电气单元。
22.根据权利要求20所述的电气装置,其中所述护罩具有一个铰链,其允许护罩弯曲并并使所述端子中的一部分暴露出来。
