Abstract

Description

密封滤纸段的超声波装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于密封滤纸段(lengths)的超声波装置。
本发明尤其是涉及一种在制造含有注入产品(比如茶、黄春菊等)的滤袋或香袋的机器中进行密封的方法。
背景技术
用于由滤纸片(web)制造滤袋的现有技术的机器有多个工位，包括供给滤纸片的工位、折叠工位和第一工位，该工位用于纵向密封折叠的片，以形成滤纸的连续管状包装并且优选用于横向密封连续管状包装，以形成基本上扁平形状的连续滤袋。
纵向和横向密封工位包括具有轨道的特殊形状的上辊，用于纵向和横向密封滤纸的连续管状包装。密封可以采用热封装置，或者通过新研制的解决方法中布置为与待密封产品相接触的超声波焊极(sonotrodes)来完成。
实际上，超声波焊极是一种变换元件，它将供应的动力转换成振动，发射到待密封的产品上。
当前基于超声波焊极的密封装置通常包括一对并排布置且能产生两向密封的超声波焊极。超声波焊极布置成使其面对辊子并且装在刚性结构上，以便在每个超声波焊极和滤纸之间保持尽可能恒定的间隙。
实际上，申请人已经发现，超声波焊极的发射表面和产品支承面之间的相对位置构成了良好密封质量的基本变量。
然而，当前基于超声波焊极的密封装置使用了高度刚性的支承系统，其具有许多传感器和控制施加到超声波焊极的力的器件，因为超声波焊极使其很难保持这种相对位置稳固和恒定。
实际上，该系统不适于非常薄的材料，比如滤纸，因为支承的刚性和大量的外部控制变量(为了保持超声波焊极和产品之间的距离)产生了振动，这样导致距离大于良好质量密封可以接收的程度，而且由于超声波焊极和控制系统之间的控制和反馈，放慢了密封操作。
因此，本发明的目标是通过一种装置来克服上述缺点，该装置可使密封器超声波焊极将基本上恒定的接触力施加到待密封的产品上，同时使能高速操作从而降低成本。
发明内容
根据本发明，这个目标通过一种用于密封注入产品滤袋的装置而达到，该装置至少包括：成形转辊，其具有用作导向件的圆周和径向轨道，以便使用密封超声波焊极装置在折叠到其自身上且在辊下面移动的滤纸片上产生纵向和横向接触密封，该密封超声波焊极装置布置在辊下面的密封位置并且这样靠近移动的片，以形成滤纸管状片，并在其上形成连续的基本为扁平的滤袋；该密封超声波焊极装置由流体驱动装置操作，用来通过适当的装置控制由密封装置和辊子之间的接触力和/或距离形成的变量。

具体实施方式
参照附图，尤其是图1，根据本发明的装置用于密封注产品的滤袋。
更准确地说，其整体用编号1表示的装置可用于在从滤纸卷筒开卷并在适当的工位(这些在附图中都没有示出)折叠到其自身上的滤纸5的片(用虚线画出)上产生纵向和横向密封。
装置1主要包括：
-成形转辊2，其具有用作导向件的圆周和径向轨道3和4，以便在折叠到其自身上且在辊子2下面移动(参见箭头A)的滤纸片5上产生纵向和横向接触密封，使用以下装置，
-密封超声波焊极装置6，其布置在辊子2下面的密封位置，并且这样靠近移动的片5，以形成滤纸管状片，且在其上形成连续的基本为扁平的滤袋。
仍然参照图1，密封超声波焊极装置6由流体驱动装置7操作，用来通过适当的装置8控制由密封装置6和辊子2之间的接触力和/或距离形成的变量。
更准确地说，流体驱动装置7可包括至少一个气压缸7c，该气压缸一端连接至固定的下框架9(构成机器的一部分)而另一端则连接至密封超声波焊极装置6的上部。
如图2和3所示，密封超声波焊极装置6是两个并排安装的单独超声波焊极单元6a和6b，这样使得与相应的板6c、6d配合动作完成两向单独的密封操作，从而产生纵向密封(由单元6a产生)和横向密封(由单元6b产生)，上述板6c、6d与经过的产品及与前述轨道3和4形成接触。
第一超声波焊极6a在辊子2上支靠圆周轨道3与片5恒定接触，而第二超声波焊极6b则与片5隔开并在每次径向轨道4之一经过时产生一次横向(密封)。
超声波焊极单元6a和6b由板10支承，该板连接至从固定框架9突出的轴11。流体驱动装置7优选包括两个在顶部这样连接至板10的气缸7c和7d，使得第一气缸7c有可能对第一超声波焊极6a在片5上产生纵向密封的接触力进行调节，而第二气缸7d则有可能对另一超声波焊极6b的工作端和相应面对超声波焊极6b的横向密封轨道4之间的间隙进行调节。
上述用于控制气缸7c和7d的装置8可包括相应的压力开关8a，该压力开关用来改变超声波焊极单元6a，6b的接触力和/或距离。
可以理解，本发明可采取几种方式进行改进和修改，但其不偏离本发明概念的范围。此外，本发明所有的细节可以用技术上等效的元件替换。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于密封注入产品的滤袋的装置，该装置(1)至少包括：
-成形转辊(2)，其具有用作导向件的圆周和径向轨道(3，4)，以便在折叠到其自身上且在辊子(2)下面移动的滤纸片(5)上产生纵向和横向接触密封，使用以下装置，
-密封超声波焊极装置(6)，其布置在辊子(2)下面的密封位置，并且这样靠近移动的片(5)，以形成滤纸管状片，且在其上形成连续的基本为扁平的滤袋；该装置的特征在于，密封超声波焊极装置(6)由流体驱动装置(7)操作，用来通过适当的装置(8)控制由密封装置(6)和辊子(2)之间的接触力和/或距离形成的变量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，流体驱动装置(7)包括至少一个气压缸(7c)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，流体驱动装置(7)包括至少一个气压缸(7c)，该气压缸一端连接至固定的下框架(9)而另一端则连接至密封超声波焊极装置(6)的上部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置，其特征在于，密封超声波焊极装置(6)是两个并排安装在板(10)上的超声波焊极单元(6a，6b)，该板连接至从固定框架(9)突出的轴(11)上，以及在于，流体驱动装置(7)包括在顶部这样连接至板(10)的相应气压缸(7c，7d)，使得第一气缸(7c)允许对第一超声波焊极(6a)在片(5)上产生纵向密封的接触力进行调节，而第二气缸(7d)则允许对另一超声波焊极(6b)的工作端和相应面对超声波焊极(6b)的横向密封轨道(4)之间的间隙进行调节。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，用于控制流体驱动装置(7)的装置(8)包括压力开关(8a)。
