Abstract

发明领域
本发明总体上涉及气动漆弹枪(标志器)及其执行元件。具体而言,本发明涉及漆弹标志器装弹及射击用的气动元件。
相关技术
在漆弹运动中,通常要求标志器尽量小且轻。小而轻的标志器增加了运动员的灵活性。运动员受益于不断增加的灵活度,他们能更快地从一个掩体移动到另一个掩体,从而更易于避免被击中。还有在漆弹运动中,标志器视作人体的延伸,因此击中标志器就认为是击中了运动员。从而就需要漆弹枪具有尽可能小的外型以充分保持或改善标志器的工作特性,如射速,精确性及气体效率。漆弹枪的大小一般与必须装于漆弹枪内的执行元件的大小和数量有关。
                    发明概要
在本发明的一种实施例中,漆弹枪用气动组件包含一个压缩气体存储腔和一个枪栓。存储腔可成形以接受调定压缩气体的供应。枪栓最好成形能在打开(最好向后)位置和闭合(最好向前)位置之间向后及向前滑动,从而将漆弹装入漆弹枪的枪膛中并将压缩气体存储区中的压缩气体释放到枪栓中以发射漆弹。
为减小漆弹枪大小并降低其复杂性,枪栓可成形以提供气动组件的射击机构。具体来说,最好在枪栓一端的预定距离处的枪栓侧壁上穿有一个或更多的孔。安置枪栓孔以有选择地将压缩气体从压缩气体存储区输送至枪栓中。最好是当枪栓处于闭合位置而不是处于打开位置时,枪栓孔将压缩气体传送到枪栓中。这可由各种不同的方法来完成。
例如,可在组件前部预定距离处安置一个与枪栓连通的密封部件。当枪栓处于打开位置时,密封部件最好能避免压缩气体贯穿枪栓孔进入枪栓中。而当枪栓处于闭合位置时,则允许压缩气体贯穿开孔进入枪栓中并从枪栓前的枪栓释放孔出来以发射漆弹。
比如在一具体实施例中,枪栓可安置于阀杆上。最好在阀杆前端安置一个与枪栓内表面连通的密封部件。在另一种实施例中,可在组件前预定距离处安置一个与枪栓外表面连通的密封部件。当枪栓行进到其闭合位置时,枪栓孔最好滑过密封部件并允许压缩气体从压缩气体存储区流动到枪栓中。
依据本发明的另一方面,漆弹枪最好具有含有枪膛的枪体。气动组件置于抢体中,它最好包含一个压缩气体仓储腔和一个枪栓。枪栓最好成形以在枪膛中移动到闭合位置,从而将漆弹移进到发射位置并释放压缩气体穿过枪栓进入枪膛。
可互换的压缩气体存储腔可具有变化的内容积。这些容腔可用色标区别并(或)装有与它们容积相对应的可视标记。可在漆弹枪体的侧壁上穿一观测孔用来对存储腔或其它内部元件进行观测。
漆弹枪还可包含一个控制阀,比如电磁阀或机械阀来触发与扳机拉力相应的枪栓向前的运动。控制阀也可用来控制枪栓向后的运动。还可在漆弹枪中安置一个电子眼,在某种意义上就不再需要外部布线。
同样依据本发明的另一方面,漆弹枪用气动组件可使用受控容积的压缩气体来发射漆弹。比如说,可以通过置于内部枪栓内的供气孔将压缩气体供应到压缩气体存储腔来完成。当枪栓处于后位时,枪栓孔与压缩气体从供应孔到压缩气体存储腔连通。与此同时,一个或更多的密封部件防止了压缩气体从枪栓中流出。当枪栓处于前位时,一个或更多的密封部件最好完全截止了压缩气体从供应孔到压缩气体存储腔的供应。同时存储腔中的气体通过枪栓孔释放以发射漆弹。
其它实施例也可提供受控量的压缩气体来发射漆弹。比如说,当枪栓处于后位时,可通过气动组件上的供气孔将压缩气体供应到气动组件的压缩气体存储中。当枪栓处于其前位时,密封部件可完全截止向存储腔供应压缩气体。
在一此种实施例中,密封部件环绕枪栓安置,入气孔置于气动组件前部附近。当枪栓闭合时,禁止或限制气体进入到压缩气体存储腔。当枪栓打开时,气体可从供应孔自由进入到压缩气体存储区。作为此种构型的额外好处,供应孔的气体有助于打开枪栓进行装弹操作。
用来从压缩气体存储腔与压缩气体连通的枪栓孔在装弹操作中可成形以允许内部枪栓区作为压缩气体存储区的一部分使用。比方说,在装弹操作中,细长的枪栓孔及(或)附加枪栓孔可成形以允许处于枪栓和枪栓导块之间的内部区域与压缩气体存储腔之间连通。如细长的枪栓孔可以延伸到密封部件相反面外。从而增扩容量的气体可用来使漆弹枪射击,在不增加气动组件总体尺寸的情况下可在低压下操作。

                优选实施例详细说明
附图显示了运用了本发明原理的各种优选实施例的构造。首先参照附图1A,1B,2A,2B,漆弹枪用气动组件10最好成形以容于漆弹枪体110独立容腔或容室内。气动组件10最好包含有压缩气体存储腔12及气缸14,压缩气体存储腔12成形为射击操作存储压缩气体。枪栓12最好纵向延伸穿过至少一部分压缩气体存储腔12。枪栓20可以与滑动安置于气缸14内的活塞24连接或做成一体。枪栓20可滑动安装于枪栓导块(或阀杆)16上并最好包括一个或更多的穿过枪栓20侧壁21的孔22。阀杆16可包括一个置于其前端16a的密封部件18。
在这种实施例中,当枪栓20打开(即向后)时,如附图1A与2A所示,密封部件阻止了压缩气体穿过枪栓孔22流进枪栓20中。当枪栓20闭合(即向前)时,如附图1B与2B所示,允许压缩气体存储腔12中的压缩气体穿过枪栓孔22流入到枪栓20的前部20a。穿过圆孔14a,14b,将压缩气体引导到气动活塞24的交替面并从气动活塞24的交替面排放压缩气体,从而控制气动活塞24及相应枪栓20的运动。可在阀杆16后端(或其它位置)打一排气孔16d以避免在枪栓20后部形成压力。
现在参照附图3A及3B,采用了如附图1A-2B所示气动组件10的漆弹枪100的操作如下。当枪栓20向后时,允许漆弹(无图)落入漆弹枪体110的枪膛区110a中。机械式或电气式气阀30(如电磁阀)触发与拉动扳机42对应的射击操作。在射击操作中,当从前圆孔14a排出压缩气体时,气阀30将压缩气体导入后圆孔14b,从而控制气动活塞24向前运动。
气动活塞24向前运动带动枪栓20向前。当枪栓20向前运动时,漆弹被装载到圆筒120的射击位置,圆筒120与漆弹枪体110的枪膛区110a连通。与此同时,枪栓孔22滑过密封部件18并且枪栓20的内腔20a与压缩气体存储腔12内的压缩气体相通。从而压缩气体穿过枪栓孔22,流进枪栓22中,并通过气体释放孔25以发射漆弹。
依据此种实施例,气动漆弹枪100的枪栓20最好配有射击机构。具体来说,在沿枪栓20预定位置的枪栓壁21上成形的枪栓孔22可以有选择地允许或禁止压缩气体进入前枪栓区20a。这最好通过孔22与密封部件18以期望安置来完成。当枪栓20打开时,枪栓20与密封部件间的密封接合最好防止压缩气体进入孔22中。而当枪栓闭合时,孔22最好将压缩气体从压缩气体存储腔12输送到前枪栓腔20a中。压缩气体随即流出释放孔25以发射漆弹。
在枪栓20滑动安装与阀杆16上的实施例中,最好在阀杆16的前端16a安置一个密封部件18(如O形环,管塞或其它任何密封结构)。在枪栓到达预定前位之前,密封部件最好防止压缩气体存储区12中压缩气体进入到枪栓20中。当枪栓20接近其预定前位时,枪栓孔22滑过密封部件18并使枪栓内腔20a与存储腔12内的压缩气体相通。
但必须注意的是,许多替代实施例可能并不背离这里阐述的发明原理。比如在一种实施例中,可安置一个与枪栓20外表面21b(见附图1B)连通的密封部件。如在前述实施例中,密封部件(无图)可以防止压缩气体存储区12的压缩气体进入枪栓20中,直到枪栓20到达闭合位置。当枪栓闭合时,入气孔22最好滑过密封部件并允许压缩气体进入枪栓20中以从标志器发射漆弹。
参照附图1A-3B,最好使用电磁阀30来实现枪栓20的运动。比如枪栓20可包含两个成形于其前部,并以相反方向安置的活塞表面区24a,24b。电磁阀30可以交替地将压缩气体供应到两个表面区24a,24b或从两个表面区24a,24b排放压缩气体。具体而言,电磁阀30通过前孔14a向前表面区24a供应压缩气体并通过后孔14b从后表面区24b排放压缩气体,从而将枪栓20移动到后位。最好通过后孔14b将压缩气体供应到后表面区24b并通过前孔14a从前表面区24a排放压缩气体来将枪栓移动到前位。
虽然此种构型优先使用单个四通电磁阀,但各种不同型式,数量及构型的电磁阀可用来使枪栓在前位和后位间往复运动。如在一种替代实施例中,可向第一活塞表面区施加由恒定压缩气体供应所产生的压力(或弹簧或应用已知力的偏动部件),同时通过三通电磁阀向有足够面积的相反面有选择地供应压缩气体。此外,可将枪栓连接到独立气动活塞而不是活塞表面区直接在其上成形。
现参照附图3A及4,漆弹枪体110可体现各种不同的附加发明原理。具体而说,附图4所示漆弹枪体110最好在其侧壁111上安置一观测孔112。也可过枪体壁111穿以检视孔116以安置电子眼(无图)。电子眼最好检测出漆弹枪体110枪膛区110a中漆弹的有无(或将漆弹转移进枪膛区110a)以避免空射或将漆弹插入枪膛中,也可从枪膛区110a到漆弹枪100把手111提供内部布线孔116a以允许将电子眼连接到漆弹枪100的线路板50上,而不需任何外部布线。
同样依据本发明的另一方面,可提供多个压缩气体存储区12,每个压缩气体存储腔12的内容积各不相同。不同的内容积期望用来由不同的气压以期望速度发射漆弹。选择合适的容腔容积还可改善气体效率。在一种实施例中,每个压缩气体存储腔12可具有不同的颜色及外部可视标记或标志或其它体积指示器12a来显示容腔12的内容积。当容积12置于漆弹枪体110内时,最好可通过观测孔112来观测此指示器12a从而对压缩气体存储腔12的内容积进行快速视觉判断。比如指示器12a可以指示出实际容积,相对容积(与其它容腔或某些独立参考值比较)或把两者都指示出来。
附图5为依据本发明一种替代实施例构造的漆弹枪100(见附图3A)用气动组件10A的剖视图。参照附图5,此实施例中气动组件10A最好提供一个固定容积射击腔12及降低气体消耗并增进漆弹枪100的总效率。在前述实施例中,气动组件10A最好包含有压缩气体存储腔12及气缸14,活塞24滑动安置于气缸14内。最好穿过压缩气体存储腔12安置枪栓20并且枪栓与活塞24连接(或做成一体),枪栓20可滑动安装于阀杆(或枪栓导块)16上。阀杆16最好包括一个置于其前端16a上的密封部件18。枪栓20最好包括一个或更多的穿过其侧壁21安置的孔22。
然而不同于前述实施例,最好通过阀杆16向压缩气体存储腔12供应压缩气体。此种实施例中阀杆16最好通过入口15从压缩气源(如稳流器)将压缩气体收入内通路16c中。入口15可置于气动组件10A的后端。压缩气体穿过出口16b,通过通路16c,进入到位于枪栓20和阀杆16之间的中间区12a中。
当枪栓20处于后位时,压缩气体可穿过枪栓孔22从中间区12a传送到压缩气体存储腔12。而当枪栓转换到其前位,枪栓孔22滑过密封部件18时,最好截止(或限制)向压缩气体存储腔12供应压缩气体。与此同时,存储腔12中的压缩气体通过枪栓孔22释放到枪栓20中并穿过枪栓20。如此,受控量的压缩气体可用于从漆弹枪100发射漆弹并改善气体效率。
附图6为同样与本发明另一实施例相应的漆弹枪100(见附图3A)用气动组件10B的剖视图。参照附图6,此实施例中气动组件10B最好还包含压缩气体存储腔12及气缸14,活塞24滑动安置于气动缸14内。枪栓20最好穿过压缩气体存储腔12安置并与活塞24连接(或做成一体)。枪栓20可滑动安装阀杆(或枪栓导块)16上。阀杆16最好包括一个置于其前端16a上的密封部件。枪栓20最好包括一个或更多的穿过其侧壁21的安置的孔22。枪栓20在后位时,最好穿过位于气动组件10B前端附近的入口15向压缩气体存储腔12供应压缩气体。排气口16d可用来释放枪栓20的压力。
附图7为附图6中气动组件10B的剖视图,图中枪栓20处于前位。参照附图7,当枪栓20接近其前位时,环绕枪栓20安置的密封部件23最好从入气口15封闭压缩气体存储腔12(或至少充分限制压缩气体向存储腔12流动)。与此同时,至少一部分枪栓孔22A滑过置于阀杆16上的密封部件18,从而使压缩气体穿过枪栓20并释放到枪栓孔25外以发射漆弹。
穿过入气口15供应的压缩气体还有助于跟随射击操作打开枪栓20以提供更快的装弹操作。比如说,在附图7所示气动组件10B中,在从存储区12中排空压缩气体后,压差作用于密封部件23。压差对密封部件23造成向后的力,该力在装弹操作中有助于打开枪栓20。这导致更快的装弹操作并可加快射速。
依据本发明的其它原理,可用一个增扩面积为射击操作供应压缩气体,而不需增加射击腔12的外部尺寸。比如在此种实施例的气动组件10B中,枪栓孔22A最好成形以使位于枪栓内表面21a与阀杆16之间的中间区12a为发射操作供应一部分压缩气体。具体来说,枪栓20置于其前位时,枪栓孔22A最好可做成窄孔、洞或其它从密封部件18一面延伸到另一面的形状,从而使中间区12a,压缩气体存储腔12与枪栓释放孔25之间建立联系。另一方面,额外的独立枪栓孔可使中间区12a与压缩气体存储腔12间连通。照这样,压缩气体存储腔12的大小可有效扩大而不改变其外部尺寸。通过增加压缩气体存储腔12的容积,只需较低容腔压力以期望速度射击漆弹。

Claims (20)

1.一种漆弹枪用气动组件,包括:
滑动安装于气缸内的气动活塞,气缸被构型成以接受压缩气体并向活塞供应压缩气体以控制气动活塞的运动;
与气动活塞连接的枪栓,该枪栓在其预定位置的侧壁上穿有一孔;
与枪栓连通的密封部件,当枪栓处于第一位置时,密封部件成形以避免压缩气体穿过枪栓放出漆弹枪外;当枪栓处于第二位置时,压缩气体可穿过枪栓从漆弹枪得到释放。
2.如权利要求1所述的气动组件,还包括一个阀杆,枪栓滑动安装与阀杆上,与枪栓内表面连通的密封部件安置于阀杆上。
3.如权利要求2所述的气动组件,其中通过阀杆内的通路从压缩气源向压缩气体存储腔供应压缩气体。
4.如权利要求1所述的气动组件,其中密封部件成形以有选择地避免压缩气体进入压缩气体存储腔。
5.如权利要求1所述的气动组件,还包括一个压缩气体存储区,压缩气体存储区成形以有选择地接受压缩气体供应并有选择地通过枪栓孔向枪栓前端供应压缩气体。
6.如权利要求1所述的气动组件,其中一个或更多的枪栓孔成形以在射击操作中能将介于枪栓和阀杆间的中间区的气体供应到枪栓中。
7.如权利要求1所述的气动组件,其中枪栓孔的长度大于密封部件的宽度。
8.如权利要求1所述的气动组件,其中通过位于气动组件前端附近的入口向压缩气体存储区供应压缩气体。
9.如权利要求8所述的气动组件,其中供应到压缩气体存储区的压缩气体有助于打开枪栓。
10.一种漆弹枪用枪栓,包括:
安置于枪栓外表面的活塞部件,该活塞部件成形以与供应到气动缸的压缩气体连通来操作枪栓;
多个枪栓孔,其穿过枪栓侧壁安置并成形以有选择地将压缩气体从压缩气体存储区转移到枪栓内部区用来从枪栓释放气体。
11.如权利要求10所述的枪栓,还包括一个置于枪栓内的中间区,中间区处于枪栓与枪栓导块之间,枪栓还包括一个或更多的枪栓孔,当枪栓处于射击位置时,枪栓孔成形以与压缩气体从中间区到压缩气体存储区连通。
12.如权利要求10所述的枪栓,其中当枪栓处于前位时,一个或更多的枪栓成形并延伸到枪栓导块上密封部件的相反面外。
13.如权利要求11所述的枪栓,还包括一个置于枪栓外表面的密封部件,当枪栓处于前位时,密封部件成形以完全防止压缩气体从压缩气源流入到压缩气体存储区。
14.如权利要求13所述的枪栓,其中密封部件成形有助于漆弹枪装弹操作。
15.如权利要求10所述的枪栓,其中在装弹操作中,一个或更多的枪栓孔与进入压缩气体存储区的压缩气体连通,在射击操作中,压缩气体存储区的压缩气体从一个或更多的枪栓孔排出。
16.一种漆弹枪,包括:
枪体;
置于枪体内的压缩气体存储区;
滑动安置于枪栓内的枪栓,在该枪栓侧壁上穿有一枪栓孔,该枪栓孔成形以有选择地将压缩气体从压缩气体存储腔转移到枪栓前区来从漆弹枪发射漆弹;
与枪栓侧壁连通的第一密封部件,当枪栓处于装弹位置时,密封部件成形以避免压缩气体进入枪栓前区。
17.如权利要求16所述的漆弹枪,其中当枪栓处于射击位置时,第一密封部件还成形以至少完全防止压缩气体从压缩气源进入压缩气体存储腔。
18.如权利要求16所述的漆弹枪,还包括一个第二密封部件,当枪栓处于射击位置时,该第二密封部件成形以至少完全防止压缩气体从压缩气源进入压缩气体存储腔。
19.如权利要求17所述的漆弹枪,其中第二密封部件置于枪栓的外表面上。
20.如权利要求17所述的漆弹枪,其中作用于第二密封部件的压缩气体有助于打开枪栓。
