在说明性实施例中,响应翻译器460接受在块440中所提供的用户响应。然后响应翻译器460建立和/或修改可编程日程安排470。在说明性实施例中,每个单元471、472、473、474包括起始时间、热温度和冷温度。周六醒来单元471和周日醒来单元472具有7:00a.m.的起始时间、72°F的热温度、以及68°F的冷温度,由响应翻译器提供所有的时间和温度。周六睡眠单元473和周日睡眠单元474具有10:00p.m.的起始时间、65°F的热温度、以及67°F的冷温度,由响应翻译器提供所有的时间和温度。
在此说明性实施例中,响应翻译器460采用访问问题425的多个用户响应440,并建立和/或修改多个日程安排参数。由于在这个实例中根据用户响应425不需要周六和周日离开和返回单元475、476、477和478,因此响应翻译器460忽略单元475、476、477、478和/或将其归零。
图5是另一个说明性HVAC访问程序的流程图。该流程图开始于正常温度调节装置操作块510。正常温度调节装置操作块510可以是初始参数设置操作或参数设置的修改。访问日程安排块525通过用户接口向用户提供一个或多个访问问题。然后用户接口通过用户接口接受来自用户的对一个或多个访问问题的一个或多个响应。充足信息块560确定是否从访问问题的用户响应处已征求到足够的信息来在块570处建立或修改日程安排。如果不够,则访问日程安排块525通过用户接口向用户提供另一个访问问题。如果充足信息块560确定已征求到了足够的信息,那么然后由修改日程安排块570来建立或修改日程安排。一旦由修改日程安排块570建立或修改了日程安排参数570,控制器就可返回到正常操作块510。
例如,充足信息块560可有助于确保规定了足够数量的日程安排参数,例如特定时间段的起始时间、热温度和冷温度,所述特定时间段例如是特定日或日的组的醒来时段、离开时段、返回时段和/或睡眠时段,如图4B所示。
在一些实施例中,访问日程安排块525以预定顺序提供多个预定访问问题。多个问题或询问可适于从用户响应中收集信息,以产生至少一部分日程安排参数。
类似于上面,访问日程安排块525可包括需要肯定的(例如“是”)或否定的(例如“否”)用户响应的访问问题。例如,访问日程安排块525可提供从用户处征求关于所输入的控制器设定点的分组或控制器设定点的时间关系的信息的访问问题,例如“你希望将该日程安排应用于周的每日吗?”,从而需要用户用“是”或“否”的答案来响应。访问日程安排块525可包括作为自然语言问题的问题,其可以是具有一个、两个、三个、四个、五个、六个或七个或更多个词的长度的短语。

该程序可通过询问用户是否希望为周的每日都使用相同的日程安排来启动,如块720所示。如果用户用“是”的响应进行响应,则然后程序可进行到为日的该组而询问上下文(context)问题,如块725所示,其可为该周设定日程安排,假定对每个24小时时段或日而言的日程安排相同。如果用户用“否”的响应进行响应,则该程序可询问用户是否将相同的日程安排应用于周末的两日,即周六和周日,如块730所示。如果用户用“是”的响应进行响应,那么然后程序询问用户是否希望两个日程安排,一个用于工作日以及一个用于周末,如块735所示。块735的“是”响应可使程序进行到为日的周末组和日的工作日组而询问上下文问题,如块725所示,以便为该周设定日程安排,假定第一日程安排用于周末,以及第二日程安排用于工作日。块730的“否”响应可使程序询问用户是否希望包括工作日日程安排、周六日程安排和周日日程安排的三个日程安排,如块740所示。块740的“是”响应可使程序进行到为工作日组的日程安排、周六日程安排和周日日程安排而询问上下文问题,如块725所示,以便为该周设定日程安排,假定第一日程安排用于工作日,第二日程安排用于周六,以及第三日程安排用于周日。块740或块735的“否”响应均可使程序进行到询问用户,以将一周的七日的每日分组为具有类似日程安排的组,直到所有日都被分配给一个组为止,如在块750处所示。程序可在块755处询问是否分配了所有日,“否”响应使用户回到块750以分配未被分配的日,直到所有日都已被分配为止。一旦所有日都被分配到一个组,则程序就进行到为每组的日程安排而询问上下文问题,如在块725处所示,以便为每个日分组设定日程安排,假定第一日程安排用于第一组,第二日程安排用于第二组,第三日程安排用于第三组,等等,直到对所有日分组都进行了日程安排。
程序700可询问各种上下文敏感的问题,以便为上面由程序70识别的每个日分组确定期望的日程安排。例如,如图7B所示,程序700可询问是否有人整天都在家,如块760所示。如果对于块760用户输入“是”响应,则程序可询问第一个人何时起床并要求用户输入醒来时间,如块770所示。然后,程序可询问最后一个人何时去睡觉并要求用户输入睡眠时间,如块780所示。如果对于块760用户输入“否”响应,则程序可询问第一个人何时起床并要求用户输入醒来时间,如块761所示。然后,程序可询问第一个人何时离开家并要求用户输入离开时间,如块762所示。程序还可询问该日最后一个人何时到家,并要求用户输入返回时间,如块763所示。程序还可询问最后一个人何时去睡觉,并要求用户输入睡眠时间,如块764所示。一旦用户为每个日分组输入了所有上述信息,则程序就可进行到结束块781。
程序700然后可向用户请求关于舒适的醒来、睡眠和离开温度的信息。例如,参考图7C,程序可要求用户输入当热开启时的舒适温度,如块790所示。可将在块790中接收的温度信息自动地插入用于每个日分组的程序日程安排中,以设定醒来热设定点和返回热设定点。程序也可要求用户输入当空调开启时的舒适温度,如块791所示。可将此信息自动地插入用于每个日分组的程序日程安排中,以设定醒来冷设定点和返回冷设定点。这个说明性程序也可要求用户输入舒适的夏季睡眠温度,如块792所示。可将此信息自动地插入用于每个日分组的程序日程安排中,以设定睡眠冷设定点。该程序也可要求用户输入舒适的冬季睡眠温度,如块793所示。可将此信息自动地插入用于每个日分组的程序日程安排中,以设定睡眠热设定点。该程序也可要求用户在块794处输入节能补偿794。可将此信息自动地插入用于每个日分组的程序日程安排中,以设定离开冷设定点和离开热设定点。
在一些实施例中,程序700可允许用户在块795处要求日程安排回顾,如块796所示,这可允许用户回顾已建立或修改的日程安排。如果用户不想回顾日程安排,或者当用户已完成回顾日程安排时,程序在新建立或修改的日程安排下回到正常温度调节装置操作块710。
图8A-T是说明性HVAC接口800的示意图,其示出图7A-7C所示的HVAC访问程序的流程图的说明性实施例。基于在每个屏幕快照中所示的用户选择,顺序显示示意性屏幕快照。在图8A中,用户810选择位于接口800上的“EZ日程安排”801按钮以开始访问日程安排程序。

Claims (10)

1.一种对HVAC系统中具有用户接口(220,420)的控制器(200,400)的日程安排(250,470,650)进行编程的方法,该日程安排具有多个HVAC日程安排参数(140,150,250,370,475,476,477,478),该方法包括以下步骤:
通过用户接口向用户提供两个或多个访问问题(120,130,325),其中每个访问问题在语法上是以问题形式构成的,而其中所述两个或多个访问问题的每个访问问题引出数字时间和/或数字温度作为响应;
通过用户接口接受来自用户的对两个或多个访问问题的一个或多个用户响应;以及
基于由用户接口提供的用户响应,生成和/或修改一个或多个HVAC日程安排参数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中提供步骤包括提供一个或多个引出“是”或“否”的用户响应的访问问题。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中提供步骤包括提供一个或多个作为具有三个或更多个词的短语的访问问题。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中提供步骤包括提供一个或多个可听到的访问问题,或者接受步骤包括接受一个或多个用户听觉响应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中提供步骤包括提供一个或多个涉及下述的访问问题:哪些工作日具有相同的日程安排,第一个人何时醒来,最后一个人何时去睡觉,一日中最后一个人何时离开,第一个人何时到家,当开着暖气时舒适温度是多少,当开着空调时舒适温度是多少,在夏季舒适的睡眠温度是多少,或在冬季舒适的睡眠温度是多少。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中提供步骤包括提供一个或多个访问问题,这些访问问题提供了供用户选择的多个预定响应。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括对一个或多个用户响应进行翻译以形成已翻译的响应,并且基于已翻译的响应,修改一个或多个日程安排参数。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中提供步骤包括通过用户接口顺序地提供多个预定询问,以及然后接受对至少选定的询问的用户响应,该询问适于从用户响应中收集足够的信息,以至少产生大部分的日程安排参数。
9.一种HVAC控制器(200,400),包括:

用户接口(220,420),其适于并被配置成询问用户的在语法上每个访问问题都是以问题形式构成的两个或多个访问问题,并接受所述两个或多个访问问题中至少两个访问问题的每个访问问题的数值作为用户响应,所述两个或多个访问问题的所述至少两个访问问题包括至少一个与用户的舒适温度等级有关的访问问题,也包括至少一个与用户的日程安排有关的不同问题;
其中基于由用户接口提供的用户响应,对两个或多个日程安排参数进行修改。
10.根据权利要求9所述的HVAC控制器,进一步包括翻译器,该翻译器适于并被配置成对一个或多个用户响应进行翻译以形成已翻译的响应,其中基于已翻译的响应,对一个或多个日程安排参数进行修改。
