Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种病人床铺系统(Patientenlagersystem),包括一病人床铺面、用于支承床铺面的支柱和一用于运输床铺面的运输车,其中该床铺面上设置第一连接元件,该第一连接元件用于可选择地与支柱或运输车上的第二或第三连接元件连接。
背景技术
一种这样的系统例如由EP 457 246 B1已知。为了床铺面转到输送车上,将输送车置于一个相对于支柱适当的位置。通过支柱的高度调整装置的向下运动首先使床铺面下降直到平放在输送车上。在转交的时刻床铺面上的第一连接元件同时与支柱上或输送车上的第二和第三连接元件处于嵌接。
发明内容
为了保证毫无问题且尽可能无强制地床铺面从运输车转交到支柱上或相反,连接元件应当在转交前精确地相互定位,这样其可以尽可能无强制地相互地滑动。前提是支柱头具有一个相对于手术室地面绝对定义的位置,在该地板上立有运输车,该支柱头通常是可调的,以便改变手术台上的病人位置。运输车上病人床铺面的位置无论何种原因也不能与手术室地板精确平行。因为偏差通过肉眼不能或者不能很快察觉,按本发明建议,在支柱侧的连接元件的至少其中一个上设置至少一个传感器,该传感器用于探测与床铺面连接的第一连接元件相对于在支柱侧的连接元件位置,当床铺面位于运输车上和该运输车占据一个用于将床铺面转移到支柱上的、相对于支柱的位置时,所述传感器将起作用。合乎目的的是,传感器与控制支柱头的伺服驱动装置之一的控制装置相连接。如果该传感器检测到在床铺面侧的连接元件相对于支柱侧的连接元件或在运输车上的连接元件的所要求的定位的偏差,从而控制装置根据相应的传感器信号对支柱头进行调整,直到所述连接元件精确地相互对准。该传感器可以例如由可偏转的指形物构成,该指形物探测在床铺面侧或运输车侧的连接元件(22,26)的轮廓之一。

具体实施方式
图1中示意示出的病人床铺系统包括一总体用10标记的手术台的支柱,支柱具有一支柱脚12和一在其上可调高度支承的支柱头14。未示出高度调整装置。其可以按任何一个传统的方式构成。一般其是一液压的或机械的升降装置。
除支柱外在左边具有一总体用16标记的输送车,其支承手术台的床铺面或台板18。输送车16包括两个侧框架部分20,其通过未示出的横梁相互连接,如其在EP 457 246 B1中所示。输送车16可以这样移近支柱10,使支柱位于各侧框架部分20之间。
在床铺面18的各纵向侧边缘设置第一连接元件22,其用于嵌入支柱头14的第二连接元件24中或输送车16的侧框架部分20上的第三连接元件26中,以便将床铺面18或连接于支柱10或连接于输送车16。以下现在要更详细地描述各连接元件的详细的实施形式及其操作方式。
图2中用28标记一连接框架,其包括一中板30和两个在其纵向末端上向下伸出的侧板32,其中只示出一个。中板30在其上面具有一轴承34用于与实际的病人床铺面18相连接,该病人床铺面绕横向于其纵轴线延伸的轴承轴线36可转动地支承在连接框架28上。每一侧板32在其内面支承第一连接元件22。该第一连接元件包括形状为一宽的具有外轮廓38的榫头和一开口状的具有内轮廓42的凹槽40。
在连接框架28的下方设有一只局部示出的鞍形座44,其是支柱头14的部分。它类似于连接框架28C形地构成,包括一中板条46和两个侧面部分48,其中只示出一个。侧面部分48在其外面具有一构成第二连接元件24的凹槽用以容纳第一连接元件22,其中该凹槽具有一匹配第一连接元件22的外轮廓38的内轮廓50。中板条46接近其侧面部分48在其上面设有一定心轴销52,其用于嵌入一互补的轴销容纳孔54中,该轴销容纳孔构成在连接框架28的中板30的下面上。
在图2的视图中在第二连接元件24的凹槽中伸进一构成第三连接元件26的导向榫头,其经由一支座56固定在输送车16上并且用于嵌入相应的第一连接元件22的凹槽40中。该导向榫头具有一与第一连接元件22的内轮廓42相应的外轮廓58。
全部三个连接元件22、24、26在床铺面从输送车向支柱或相反的转交过程中同时处于相互嵌接,由此它们相互套在一起,如这在图3的示意图中可看出的。构成第三连接元件26的榫头位于第一连接元件22的凹槽40中,第一连接元件22本身嵌入构成第二连接元件24的凹槽中,从而全部三个连接元件可以说位于一个平面内。由此得出一横向于床铺面18的纵向方向很平坦的构造方式。
由以下联锁装置的描述得出这种设置的其他的优点,借助于该联锁装置床铺面18或与支柱头14或与输送车16交互地连接。
图4示出连接框架28的一侧板32的内面的示意俯视图。又可看出第一连接元件22。在其上现在可调地支承两个联锁元件60和62。联锁元件60和62分别构成两臂杠杆的形式,其绕一转轴线64或66可转动地支承并且由一扭转弹簧68或70分别顺时针方向偏压。联锁元件60用于床铺面18与支柱头14的联锁。为此一杠杆臂72设有一钩形突起部74,其确定用于嵌入在第二连接元件24的内轮廓50上的凹槽76中(图5)。联锁元件62用于床铺面18与输送车16的联锁。为此联锁元件62的杠杆臂78具有一钩形突起部80,其用于嵌入在榫头形第三连接元件26的外轮廓58上的一凹槽82中(图5)。
现在借助图5至7要描述各联锁元件在床铺面18从支柱10向输送车16的转交过程中的工作方式。
图5示出三个连接元件22、24、26处于完全相互嵌接的状态。在该状态下两联锁元件60和62转到其脱开位置。在联锁元件60中这样地实现,使得相反于杠杆臂72的杠杆臂82以一控制边缘86在一个在第三连接元件26上构成的控制凸轮88上滑动并同时反时针方向转动,此时相反于第一联锁元件60的钩形突起部74的第一杠杆臂72的末端90插入在第三连接元件的外轮廓中的半圆形凹槽92内,如这在图5中所示。以同样的方式通过相反于杠杆臂78的杠杆臂94以一控制边缘96在一个在第二连接元件24上构成的控制凸轮97上滑动,使第二联锁元件62反时针方向转动,此时相反于钩形突起部80的第一杠杆臂78的末端98又插入第二连接元件24中的半圆形凹槽100内,如这在图5中所示。
在床铺面18向输送车16的转交过程中使支柱10的支柱头14从图5中所示的位置下降,如这在图6和7中可看出的。图6表示,随着支柱头14并且由此第二连接元件24的向下运动的开始右边的联锁元件62在第二连接元件24的在杠杆臂98的控制边缘101上滑动的控制凸轮97的作用下顺时针方向转动,从而钩形突起部80移进凹槽82内。已处于图6中所示的位置无论如何不再能从输送车16中卸下床铺面18。如果使支柱头14继续下降,如这在图7中所示,则第二联锁元件62的钩形突起部80完全转入第三连接元件26中的凹槽82内,从而床铺面18牢固锁定在输送车16上。钩形突起部80通过扭转弹簧70作用保持在该位置。相反,在支柱头14从图7中所示的位置升高时使联锁元件62反时针方向转动,从而解除第一与第二连接元件之间的联锁。
图8和9示出在床铺面18从输送车16向支柱10的转交过程中的联锁过程。在该情况下从图5所示的位置开始使支柱头14升高,从而第三连接元件26向下滑出第一连接元件22的凹槽40。同时第一联锁元件60通过在杠杆端90上的一控制边缘103上滑动的、第三连接元件26上的控制凸轮88被强制地顺时针方向转动,从而第一联锁元件60的钩形突起部74嵌入支柱侧的第二连接元件24中的凹槽76内,如这在图8中所示。当第三连接元件从第一连接元件拔出时,床铺面18与支柱头14牢固联锁,如这在图9中所示。相反,在第三连接元件26插入第一连接元件22的凹槽40的过程中使联锁元件60反时针方向转动,从而脱开第二与第一连接元件之间的联锁。以上描述表明,两联锁元件60和62在接合过程中分别被强制地转动,从而确保一方面在床铺面与支柱头之间和另一方面在床铺面与输送车之间的联锁。
还可看出,从图5的位置开始,在该位置两联锁元件60和62转到其脱开位置,在床铺面18相对于支柱头和输送车升高时两联锁元件顺时针方向转动并从而被锁定。由此可靠地防止从图5中所示的位置卸下床铺面18。
为了达到床铺面从支柱向输送车或相反的尽可能无摩擦的转交,各连接元件22、24和26应该精确地相互对准。如果彼此间了歪斜,则可能导致操作故障。为了避免这种情况,在鞍形座44上在第二连接元件24的凹槽内设置一总体用102标记的传感器,其可以探测第三连接元件26相对于第二连接元件24的位置。该传感器包括一可旋转的圆盘104,其例如连接于一电位计分接头并且在其外面设置一偏心安装的探测指106,该探测指106嵌入一凹槽108中,该凹槽构成在第三连接元件26的一宽面上并且由两控制边缘110和112限定。如果在转交过程中输送车16和支柱头14彼此间倾斜,从而连接元件24和26并不以要求的形式相互对准,则探测指106撞到一控制边缘110,112上。由此使圆盘104扭转。这样的转动例如经由连接的电位计检测并且可以转变为一控制信号,其又供给支柱头14控制。由此将支柱头14调整成使第二和第三连接元件相互对准,以便允许无摩擦的接合。
探测指106的偏移转换成控制信号自然也可以以另外合适的方式进行。同样地传感器可以这样设置,使得其探测床铺面一侧的第一连接元件22的轮廓,因为第一连接元件22相对于支柱一侧的第二连接元件24的定位是最重要的。
Claims (3)
1.一种病人床铺系统,包括一个病人床铺面(18)、用于支承床铺面(18)的支柱(10)和一个用于输送床铺面(18)的输送车(16),其中在床铺面(18)上设置第一连接元件(22),这些第一连接元件用于可选择地与支柱(10)或输送车(16)上的第二或第三连接元件(24、26)相连接,其特征在于,在支柱侧的连接元件(24)的至少其中一个上设置至少一个传感器(102),该传感器用于探测与床铺面(18)连接的第一连接元件(22)相对于在支柱侧的连接元件(24)的位置,当床铺面(18)位于运输车(16)上和该运输车占据一个用于将床铺面(18)转移到支柱(10)上的、相对于支柱的位置时,传感器(102)起作用。
2.按权利要求1所述的病人床铺系统,其特征在于,在支柱侧的连接元件(24)设置在一个可通过至少一个伺服驱动装置调节的支柱头(14)上,并且传感器(102)与一个控制支柱头(14)的伺服驱动装置的控制装置相连接。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的病人床铺系统,其特征在于,传感器由一从可偏转的指形物(106)构成,该指形物用于探测在床铺面侧的或在运输车侧的连接元件(22,26)的轮廓。
