Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具。该器具设有一夹持座,该夹持座上设有一可调整大小的固定件,该固定件一端枢设有一向上延伸的定位件,该定位件中可穿套有一塑骨器,以致在使用时,可随股骨颈的大小,将固定件加以调整,以使该固定件可夹持固定在股骨颈上,再将钻头穿套在定位件中,向定位件指定的位置在股骨头上钻孔后,将塑骨器穿套在定位件中,借由塑骨器套合在股骨颈周边的部分,如此,即可将股骨头研磨成所需的形状后,而令进行手术的人,可轻易将股骨颈保护装置安装在该股骨颈上。

安装股骨颈保护装置的器具
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种安装股骨颈保护装置的医疗器具,特别是涉及一种可令股骨颈保护装置轻易套合在受损的股骨颈上,而能减低手术时间,并减低病人痛楚的装置。
背景技术:
一般对于股骨颈接合方式,不外乎以一板状钢材覆盖,再以一钉体打入股骨内固定,但由于常用结构设计不良,令其除了在固定包覆上不稳定的缺点外,更有令新长出的血管与骨痂无法有效的将钢材包覆,因此造成板状钢材无法完全与股骨结合成一体并受到保护,进而造成该股骨与包覆的钢材承受力量有限且有容易分离的缺点,在实用性上大打折扣,增加患者的痛苦,这种种缺失,长久以来,一直困扰着医疗业者及患者。
为了解决上述的缺点,于是有股骨颈保护装置的出现,其设有一内呈中空状的套筒,该套筒中设有贯穿套筒的螺栓,如此,可保护该股骨颈不致受到再次伤害,但因此种装置在使用时,必需先将已受伤毁损的股骨头借由手术切削成恰可套合在该套筒的形状,使套筒恰可套合在该经切削后的股骨头上,并使该套筒凸缘可紧密贴合在股骨颈表面上,再借有螺栓将套筒锁合在与股骨颈连接的股骨上,而现今普遍安装的方式,皆是用手术刀及手术用的磨刀,并借由操刀者的经验,将股骨颈慢慢切削成所需的形状,如此,不但使手术时间长,且无法精确将股骨切削呈所需的大小,更可能在过程中造成病人痛楚的产生。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能有效克服上述缺陷,可令股骨颈保护装置轻易套合在受损的股骨颈上,而能减低手术时间,并减低病人痛楚的安装股骨颈保护装置的器具。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为,一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具,其特点在于:一夹持座,该夹持座上设有一固定件,该固定件是由两个形状相同的环套组成,该等环套一端是枢接在一起,另一端则可开合,且该夹持座在固定件相对位置上设有与之保持一定距离且活动的定位件,该定位件设有一开槽;一塑骨器,其是穿套在夹持座上,该塑骨器上设有一支杆,该支杆上套设有一定位块,且该支杆接设有一套筒,该套筒开口端边缘设有锯齿。由于采用上述方案,不难得出本实用新型具有如下有益效果,本实用新型结构合理,构思巧妙,在使用时,可随股骨颈的大小,将固定件加以调整,以使该固定件可夹持固定在股骨颈上,再将钻头穿套在定位件中,向定位件指定的位置在股骨头上钻孔后,将塑骨器穿套在定位件中,借由塑骨器套合在股骨颈周边的部分,如此,即可将股骨头研磨成所需的形状后,而令进行手术的人,可轻易将股骨颈保护装置安装在该股骨颈上,具有使用简单、安装容易的功效,具推广价值。

具体实施方式:
请参见图1、2所示,本实用新型一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具,该器具上设有一夹持座10,该夹持座10上设有一固定件20,该固定件20是呈喇叭扩张状,且该固定件20是由两个呈半圆弧体的环套21组成,该等环套21向内缩合的一端设有向上延伸的凸缘211,且该等凸缘211一端上设有活动且连结在一起的枢件22,以令该等环套21可借枢件22的连结,可结合在一起并达到可开合的目的,又,该等环套21在另一端的端缘表面上则分别设有互相配合的嵌体23及齿排24,其中齿排24上设有复数个等距的凸阶241,以令使用时,可随股骨颈的尺寸,将嵌体23嵌套在齿排24其中一凸阶241上,而使该固定件20可紧紧圈套在股骨颈上,不致随意转动(如图4所示)。
另,该固定件20在其中一环套21一定位置上枢接有一活动的支撑杆31,该支撑杆31是借由插销311的插套,而与在环套21的枢座212连结在一起,以使该支撑杆31可以一定倾斜角度固定在固定件20上,亦可向外移动,且该支撑杆31另一端则接设有一与固定件20相对的定位件30,于本实施例为一盘体,该定位件30上设有一凹入的平面32,该平面32中设有一开槽33,且该平面32周缘设有凹入的嵌槽321,该嵌槽321上嵌置有一贴合在平面32上的定位块34,该定位块34上设有一与开槽33相对的穿孔341(如图5所示)。
请参见图7、8、9所示,该夹持座10上设有一塑骨器40,该塑骨器40上设有一支杆41,该支杆41上可套设有一定位块44,且该支杆41一端可与旋转座42相接,另一端则接设有一套筒43,该套筒43开口端边缘设有锯齿431。
使用时,请参见图3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10所示,先将固定件20的环套21嵌合的一端打开(如图3所示),将固定件20圈套在股骨颈上,再视受损的股骨头的尺寸,将一环套21上的嵌体23嵌套在另一环套21的齿排24一凸阶241上,使固定件20可牢牢固定在股骨颈上(如图4所示),再将定位块34嵌套在定位件30上后(如图5所示),将钻头50穿套在穿孔341中,并深至股骨颈表面上,以使该钻头50可在穿孔341的限制下,在固定位置上转动,并在股骨头预定中心位置上钻出一个具一定深度的孔(如图6所示)。
尔后,将钻头50抽出股骨头后,将定位件30向外移动(如图7所示),使塑骨器40的套筒43套合在股骨颈周边,再将定位件30移回原来的位置上,并将在支杆41上的定位块44移至与定位件30相对位置上,同时使定位块44嵌套在定位件30的平面32上,以令该塑骨器40再进行研磨时,可以定位件30为中心,并在定位件30的开槽33限制下,转动套筒43,使股骨头周边在套筒43上的锯齿431切割研磨下,形成所需的形状(如图8所示)后,将夹持座10与塑骨器40取离该股骨颈(如图9所示),如此,即可令进行手术的人,可轻易将股骨颈保护装置60安装在股骨颈上(如图10所示),具有使用简单、安装容易的功效。

Claims (3)

1、一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具,其特征在于:一夹持座,该夹持座上设有一固定件,该固定件是由两个形状相同的环套组成,该等环套一端是枢接在一起,另一端则可开合,且该夹持座在固定件相对位置上设有与之保持一定距离且活动的定位件,该定位件设有一开槽;一塑骨器,其是穿套在夹持座上,该塑骨器上设有一支杆,该支杆上套设有一定位块,且该支杆接设有一套筒,该套筒开口端边缘设有锯齿。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具,其特征在于:所述定位件上嵌置一定位块,该定位块上设有一与开槽相对的穿孔。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具,其特征在于:所述固定件是由两形状相同的环套组成,该等环套一端枢接在一起,另一端则设有互相配合的嵌体及齿排。
