Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种前叉自走式髓内钉,其设有一本体,该本体一端设有分别向不同方向延伸并呈张开状的叉杆,该等叉杆外侧分别设有沿轴向延伸的沟槽,且该等叉杆的自由端设有嵌套在沟槽中的夹环,以使该等叉杆在夹环限制下,并靠在一起,以令使用时,可将本体由断裂骨髓腔一端进入其中,并向另一端的骨髓腔前进,直至该本体上的叉杆凸露在断裂处时,将夹环取离叉杆,同时,将珠头持骨钳嵌置在沟槽中,以使珠头持骨钳可沿着沟槽中移动,而使该叉杆在被推入另一端的骨髓腔中时,才慢慢张开至一定角度,进而能固定其中,不致脱离,达到将断裂的骨头连结在一起的目的。

前叉自走式髓内钉
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种骨科专用的医疗器具,特别是涉及一种可直接穿入断裂骨头中,而使该骨折处可牢牢结合在一起的器具。
背景技术:
请参照图1所示,一般接合断裂的骨头1接合方式,不外乎是将一钉体2穿套在骨髓腔中,但因该钉体2是呈平直状,故当该钉体2进入骨髓腔中时,为防止由骨髓腔中脱落,因此,必须在骨髓腔表面的径向钉入辅助钉3,同时,为使该等辅助钉3能准确抵压在该钉体2上,则在手术时必须借由X光仪器的辅助方能完成,并且在断裂处借由连结件的连结,才能确实使该断裂骨头结合在一起,如此,不但增加手术时间,且令新长出的血管与骨痂无法有效的包覆在骨头上,使断裂的骨头结合成一体,在实用性上大打折扣,增加患者的痛苦,这种种缺失,长久以来,一直困扰着医疗业者及患者。
为了解决上述的缺点,遂有一种前端呈开叉状的髓内钉出现,此种髓内钉虽可在进入骨髓腔中时,借由前端的开叉体撑抵在骨髓腔内,而令该髓内钉直接固定在骨髓腔中,但如该髓内钉前端开叉角度太小,则无法达到抵撑在骨髓腔内的功效,而如该髓内钉前端开叉的角度太大,则在行进时不容易进入另一端骨髓腔,必须以手术钳夹住,但因钉体表面平滑,极易造成手术钳不易夹持其上,在使用上非常不便。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能有效克服上述缺陷,可直接穿入断裂骨头中,而使该骨折处可牢牢结合在一起的前叉自走式髓内钉。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为,一种前叉自走式髓内钉,主要是由一本体组成,其特点在于:该本体一端设有分别向不同方向延伸并呈张开状的叉杆,该等叉杆外侧分别设有沿轴向延伸的沟槽;一夹环,其是嵌套在叉杆的沟槽中。由于采用上述方案,不难得出本实用新型具有如下有益效果,本实用新型结构合理,构思巧妙,在使用时,可将本体穿入断裂骨髓腔的一端中,并向另一端的骨髓腔前进,而在该本体的叉杆凸露在断裂处时,即将珠头持骨钳嵌置在沟槽中,以使叉杆向前推移时,珠头持骨钳会沿着沟槽中移动,而使该叉杆在被推入另一端的骨髓腔中时,可借由珠头持骨钳夹持,不致张开,而能顺利进入另一端的骨髓腔中,且在进入该另一端骨髓腔中,才慢慢完全张开,使该等叉杆能固定其中,不致脱离,进而达到将断裂的骨髓腔连结在一起的目的,另,叉杆的自由端设有嵌套在沟槽中的夹环,以使该等叉杆在开始进入断裂骨髓腔一端中时,可借由夹环的限制,而并靠在一起,令该本体可顺利在该端骨髓腔中前进,而向另一端骨髓腔移动,又,其沟槽深度为由呈张开状的叉杆一端向另一端逐渐变浅,以令珠头持骨钳嵌置在沟槽中时,可借由沟槽逐渐变浅的深度,而自然脱离沟槽,具推广价值。

具体实施方式:
请参阅图2所示,本实用新型一种前叉自走式髓内钉,其是一种可使断裂的骨髓腔固定结合成一体的装置,该装置上设有一本体10,于本实施例为一杆体,该本体10一端设有分别向不同方向延伸并呈张开状的叉杆11,该等叉杆11外侧分别设有沿轴向延伸的沟槽12,该沟槽12深度为由呈张开状的叉杆11一端向另一端逐渐变浅,且该等叉杆11的自由端可嵌套有一夹环20,于本实施例为一C形环,该夹环20是嵌套在沟槽12中,以使该叉杆11在夹环20限制下,并靠在一起,以使该等叉杆11在开始进入断裂骨髓腔40其中一端中时,可借由夹环20的限制,而并靠在一起,令该本体20可顺利在该端骨髓腔40中前进,而向另一端骨髓腔40移动(如图3所示),直至该本体10上的叉杆11凸露在断裂处时,将夹环20取离叉杆11(如图4所示),同时,将珠头持骨钳30呈圆珠状的夹头31嵌置在沟槽12中(如图5所示),以使珠头持骨钳30的夹头可沿着沟槽12中移动,不致脱离叉杆11,使该叉杆11在被推入另一端的骨髓腔40中时,可在夹头31限制下,不致张开(如图6所示),而在进入另一端的骨髓腔40中时,珠头持骨钳30嵌置在沟槽12中时,可借由逐渐变浅的沟槽12,而自然脱离沟槽12,且使叉杆11在进入后,可慢慢张开至一定角度,进而能固定其中,以使本体10在张开的叉杆11撑抵下,不致脱离该端骨髓腔40,如此,即可将断裂的骨髓腔40连结在一起(如图7、8所示)。

Claims (3)

1、一种前叉自走式髓内钉,主要是由一本体组成,其特征在于:该本体一端设有分别向不同方向延伸并呈张开状的叉杆,该等叉杆外侧分别设有沿轴向延伸的沟槽;一夹环,其是嵌套在叉杆的沟槽中。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种前叉自走式髓内钉,其特征在于:所述本体上的叉杆借由一珠头持骨钳的夹持,而并靠在一起,该珠头持骨钳嵌套在沟槽中,而夹靠在叉杆上。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的一种前叉自走式髓内钉,其特征在于:所述沟槽深度为由呈张开状的叉杆一端向另一端逐渐变浅。
