Abstract

一种自毁型一次性安全自动采血针,包括:壳体、针芯[3]以及弹簧[4],其特征在于:卡射结构由壳体上的弹臂按钮[5]和针芯[3]上的弹性臂[6]构成,弹臂按钮[5]为壳体侧向的一个延伸结构,其按钮作用端面对壳体侧壁上所设的锁定孔[12],弹性臂[6]为针芯[3]侧向的一个延伸结构,其末端在锁定状态下与锁定孔[12]配合,其根部设有容易产生应力集中的切口[7]或收缩颈。本方案利用弹性臂根部所设的切口或收缩颈结构,按下按钮后弹性臂在脱钩同时因发生应力集中而折断自毁,从而实现一次发射,不可恢复的目的。

Description

自毁型一次性安全自动采血针
                            技术领域
本实用新型涉及医用一次性安全自动采血针,具体涉及采用自毁型卡射结构实现一次性发射的安全自动采血针。该采血针卡射结构在使用中遭自毁性破坏,不可重复使用。
                            背景技术
医用采血针形式多种多样,但具备安全一次性使用、结构简单、操作方便以及成本低等特点的“迷你型”采血针是今后发展的一种趋势。目前市场上多数“迷你型”采血针尽管结构小巧,使用方便,也为一次性使用产品,但其结构本身确可以重复使用,因此这样的设计严格来说是不安全的。为了克服上述缺陷,彻底根除安全隐患,中国专利于2003年4月2日公开了一件名称为《破坏型一次性安全自动采血针》,专利号为02221043.1的实用新型专利。该专利的卡射结构工作中利用阻挡块上的斜面与弹性卡接触所产生的侧向分力,一方面使弹性卡脱钩,另一方面迫使弹性卡在根部的缺口处破坏性折断实现一次发射,不可恢复的目的。因此,这种采血针的卡射结构只能一次性使用,彻底排除了再次使用的可能,真正成为当之无愧的一次性产品。本实用新型按照上述“一次发射,不可再用”的原则,设计了另一种自毁型卡射结构的一次性安全自动采血针,该采血针卡射结构在发射同时遭自毁性破坏,因此不可重复使用。
                             发明内容
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种自毁型一次性安全自动采血针,包括:壳体、针芯以及弹簧,壳体构成一个弹射腔,弹射腔的前端设有出针孔,针芯滑动设在弹射腔内,针芯的前部设有针尖,该针尖正对出针孔,弹簧设在针芯后部的弹射方向上,针芯与壳体侧向在弹簧压缩路径上设有卡射结构,该卡射结构由壳体上的弹臂按钮和针芯上的弹性臂构成,弹臂按钮为壳体侧向的一个延伸结构,其按钮作用端面对壳体侧壁上所设的锁定孔,弹性臂为针芯侧向的一个延伸结构,其未端在锁定状态下与锁定孔配合,其根部设有容易产生应力集中的切口或收缩颈。
上述技术方案中的有关内容和变化解释如下:
1、上述方案中,所述“针芯”是指带针体的构件,一般由针体和包裹针体的部分组成。为了达到保护针尖的效果可以在针芯前设有针帽,该针帽一段露在出针孔外,另一段穿过出针孔套在针尖上。
2、上述方案中,卡射结构一般设在采血针侧面,该侧面与两侧的滑动导向结构错开,也就是说如果滑动导向槽与导向筋设在两侧,那么卡射结构设在另一侧面,如图1中卡射结构设在上侧面。
3、上述方案中,所述“收缩颈”是指以截面收缩的结构形式在使用中实现弹性臂自毁。实际上这种结构与切口为等相关系。
4、上述方案中,所述切口可以设在弹性臂的内侧或外侧,但设在外侧的效果更好,这样更容易发生应力集中。
5、上述方案中,为了保证弹性臂在被按钮按压时容易折断自毁,将应力集中切口设计成V形切口效果更好。
6、上述方案中,为了确保弹性臂在折弯时发生自毁在弹性臂向内折弯的方向上设有足够的避让空间。
7、上述方案中,为了使弹性臂未端与锁定孔侧面的锁定配合更可靠,可以在弹性臂未端设计一个专门的卡口,通过该卡口可以保证针芯处于可靠的锁定状态。
实用新型工作原理是:采血针使用前,弹簧处于压缩状态,针芯上弹性臂未端的卡口卡在锁定孔侧面上,使针芯处于待发射状态,参见附图1所示。当用手指按下弹臂按钮时,按钮将弹性臂向内推使卡口与锁定孔脱钩,弹簧推动针芯沿导向结构射击,参见附图2所示。由于根部设有切口,弹性臂向内折弯的同时在切口处因应力集中而折断自毁,无法恢复到以前的可发射状态,参见附图3所示。
由于上述技术方案运用,本方案与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
1、本实用新型通过设置应力集中切口或收缩颈的结构形式,使弹性臂被按钮按压脱钩同时发生折断自毁,从而产生一次性发射,不可恢复的效果。该技术方案结构简单巧妙,具有显著地技术进步和非显而易见性,充分体现了实用新型的新颖性和创造性。
2、本实用新型使用极其方便,操作时只要将采血针对准采血部位按下按钮即可。如果设有针帽只要先转动针帽并拔掉,再对准采血部位按压按钮即可。
3、本实用新型使用后针尖自动缩回壳体内,不会外露,确保了采血针使用后的安全性。
4、本实用新型体积小,重量轻,工艺性好,批量生产合格率高,成本低,属于一种简洁的“迷你型”一次性安全自动采血针。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
实施例:参见附图1~附图3所示,一种自毁型一次性安全自动采血针,由外壳1、端盖2、针芯3以及弹簧4组成。端盖2盖在外壳1尾部,其下侧通过钩子与外壳1连接,上侧通过盖上的凸筋16插在外壳1的凹槽17中,这样端盖2在压紧之前有良好的导向作用。外壳1与端盖2构成一个采血针壳体,壳体中设有一个弹射腔,弹射腔的前端有一出针孔10。针芯3设在弹射腔内,针芯3如图示的前后两侧设有导向筋9,该导向筋9与弹射腔对应侧的导向槽8配合构成射击导向结构。针芯3由塑料件包裹针体构成,针芯的前部为针尖11,该针尖11正对出针孔10,针尖11上套有针帽15,针帽15的头部露在出针孔10外。弹簧4设在针芯3后部的弹射方向上,其一端固定在针芯3尾部,另一端固定在端盖2上。针芯3与外壳1上侧在弹簧压缩路径上设有卡射结构,该卡射结构由壳体上的弹臂按钮5和针芯3上的弹性臂6构成,弹臂按钮5为端盖2上侧的一个延伸弹性结构,其按钮作用部位面对外壳1侧壁上所设的锁定孔12。弹性臂6为针芯3上侧的一个延伸弹性结构,其未端设有卡口14,该卡口14采用斜面,且在锁定状态下与锁定孔12侧壁配合,将针芯3和弹簧4卡在待发射的压缩状态下,弹性臂6的根部设有容易产生应力集中的切口7,该切口7为V形切口,并设在弹性臂6外侧设置,弹性臂6在向内折弯的方向上设有足够的避让空间13。当按下弹臂按钮5时,弹性臂6朝针芯3内侧折弯,弹性臂6在折弯过程中,一方面使未端的卡口14与锁定孔12脱离进入射击状态,另一方面由于切口7处发生应力集中,导致弹性臂6被折断自毁,最终使采血针一次发射后自动失效。
上述实施例只为说明本实用新型的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本实用新型的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本实用新型的保护范围。凡根据本实用新型精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1、一种自毁型一次性安全自动采血针,包括:壳体、针芯[3]以及弹簧[4],壳体构成一个弹射腔,弹射腔的前端设有出针孔[10],针芯[3]滑动设在弹射腔内,针芯[3]的前部设有针尖[11],该针尖[11]正对出针孔[10],弹簧[4]设在针芯[3]后部的弹射方向上,针芯[3]与壳体侧向在弹簧压缩路径上设有卡射结构,其特征在于:该卡射结构由壳体上的弹臂按钮[5]和针芯[3]上的弹性臂[6]构成,弹臂按钮[5]为壳体侧向的一个延伸结构,其按钮作用端面对壳体侧壁上所设的锁定孔[12],弹性臂[6]为针芯[3]侧向的一个延伸结构,其未端在锁定状态下与锁定孔[12]配合,其根部设有容易产生应力集中的切口[7]或收缩颈。
2、根据权利要求1所述的采血针,其特征在于:所述切口[7]在弹性臂[6]外侧设置。
3、根据权利要求1所述的采血针,其特征在于:所述容易产生应力集中的切口[7]为V形切口。
4、根据权利要求1所述的采血针,其特征在于:所述弹性臂[6]在向内折弯的方向上设有足够的避让空间[13]。
5、根据权利要求1所述的采血针,其特征在于:所述弹性臂[6]未端设有与锁定孔[12]侧面配合的卡口[14]。
